That way, it can also be known what obstacles arise in the implementation of the independent curriculum with the use of the independent teaching application and how digital-based school management can play a role in improving the quality of teachers in teaching. The study used a quantitative research motto with a sample of 95 high school teacher respondents in Seberang Ulu II district, Palembang. Partially, their teaching platform and digital-based school management have a significant effect on the quality of teacher teaching. Meanwhile, simultaneously (Together) the independent teaching platform and digital-based school management have a significant effect on the quality of teacher teaching. This can be seen from the value of the f test where f is calculated as 59.910 and the value of f table is 3.09 so that the value of f calculation is greater than that of f table. This means that the variables of the Independent Teaching Platform and digital-based school management have a positive and significant effect on the quality of teacher teaching.

Abstract

Innovation in learning program management is a key element in improving educational effectiveness. Innovation is defined as a new idea or practice that is accepted by an individual or group, while management is described as the art and science of organizing resources to achieve goals. Learning is understood as a process of interaction between teachers and students that results in behavioral changes. In the context of learning program management, the principal acts as an effective manager, ensuring that resources are managed optimally in accordance with the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, and economy. The definition of school-based management emphasizes greater autonomy for schools to innovate in resource management, with community participation as a determining factor for success. Management functions, including planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, must be applied carefully to achieve the educational goals that have been set.

Abstract

This study evaluates the role of teacher performance and school environmental support in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia. Teachers’ performance, including pedagogical skills, innovation in teaching, and project-based learning management, as well as school environmental support in the form of technological facilities, a conducive work climate, and a collaborative culture, are two main factors in the success of this curriculum. Through a systematic literature review, the findings of this study indicate that adequate facilities and managerial support contribute significantly to teacher motivation and performance effectiveness, which have a positive impact on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. However, obstacles such as high administrative burdens, unequal access to training, and lack of managerial support still hinder the optimization of teachers’ performance. This study found that the synergy between adequate teacher competence and optimal environmental support can create a more interactive and independent learning experience for students. Thus, the conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for policies that support reducing administrative burdens, increasing access to ongoing training, and providing adequate facilities. These findings are expected to be the basis for developing education policies that are more responsive to the needs of teachers and schools in order to strengthen the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate students’ perceptions of Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) and how it impacts students’ literacy and numeracy skills. ANBK is one of the government’s efforts to evaluate students’ competencies using information technology. This study was conducted through direct observation and interviews with 30 students in grade V of elementary school. The results showed that the majority of students saw ANBK as an interesting tool and helped them learn. This study concluded that ANBK can help improve students’ basic skills in addition to improving their literacy and numeracy skills, although there were some problems with technology accessibility and students’ mental readiness. In the future, it is recommended to develop training programs and provide better technology facilities in schools to support better implementation of ANBK. Through this study, based on students’ perceptions of ANBK activities, it can be categorized as good or positive where students are able to find information, understand information, and evaluate and reflect in literacy activities, while in numeracy activities students can reason critically by using logic in solving problems in everyday life.

Abstract

The local government regulated environment will be affected by tourism governance. The development of poorly managed tourist facilities and the impact of tourism on important historical places that need to be preserved are issues in tourism governance. The economic benefits of tourism are often higher than the benefits to local communities. The approach used by the researchers was a literature review, which involved tracing literature sources including books, papers, scientific journals, and other print and online materials related to the topic under study. The development of the tourism sector in Indonesia has a great opportunity to strengthen the economy in the region where the tourism sector is located. The Indonesian government is improving the tourism sector by improving infrastructure, promoting tourism, and improving human resources. Through growth and good management, tourism can help the Indonesian economy by increasing regional income.
