Abstract

This research was conducted at the Gallery Kosmetik Store in Palopo. The objects of this study are product quality and price perception in relation to consumer purchase decisions at Gallery Kosmetik Store Palopo. The purpose of this study is to measure product quality and price perception, as well as to examine their influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Gallery Kosmetik Store Palopo. The population of this research consists of consumers who have previously purchased products from the store. The sample includes 40 respondents, selected using incidental sampling. The data used in this research are both primary and secondary, collected through questionnaires distributed to the 40 selected respondents. The data analysis method used includes multiple linear regression, F-test, and t-test. Based on the tests, the study concludes that product quality and price perception simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer purchase decisions at Gallery Kosmetik Store Palopo. However, product quality does not have a significant partial effect on purchase decisions. Price perception, on the other hand, has a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. The implication of this research is that even though product quality does not have a significant partial effect, the store should still maintain high product quality to remain competitive. Abstract

This study examines the influence of organizational communication, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City. As a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) engaged in clean water supply, the organization balances business sustainability with social responsibility to provide affordable and safe water services. Effective communication, strong organizational culture, and high employee commitment are considered essential factors for achieving this mission. The research employed a quantitative approach using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression, including F-tests and t-tests, to evaluate both simultaneous and partial effects. Results revealed that the independent variables significantly affect employee performance both collectively and individually. The regression equation showed positive coefficients for organizational communication (0.527), organizational culture (0.505), and organizational commitment (0.536), indicating that improvements in these factors directly enhance performance. The F-test confirmed simultaneous significance with an F-value of 84.519 3.354 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings are consistent with organizational communication theory (Goldhaber, 1993), Scheins organizational culture model (2010), and Meyer and Allens commitment framework (1997). The study suggests that strengthening communication systems, cultivating a positive culture, and fostering employee commitment are crucial strategies for enhancing performance and sustaining effective public service delivery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model penelitian yang diharapkan dan bisa mendapatkan hasil pengaruh dari service quality dan perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction serta dampaknya terhadap customer loyalty. Data responden kuesioner diperoleh dari data base customer/member PT. Multicare Mitra Sejahtera yang sudah mengkonsumsi produk Multicare, kemudian dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui platform google form kepada 150 responden PT. Multicare Mitra Sejahtera selama bulan Desember 2020 Februari 2021. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan 5 pengujian terhadap hipotesis berdasarkan indikator variabel yang telah disusun menggunakan analisis SEM PLS (partial least square) dengan metode SmartPLS. Pengujian terdiri dari Outer Model yaitu: Uji Convergent Validity, Uji Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Uji Discriminant Validity, Uji Composite Reliability, Uji Cronbach Alpha. Kemudian pengujian dari Inner Model yaitu: Analisa R2, Hasil Bootstrapping, Ringkasan Singkat Koefisien Jalur (Pengaruh Langsung Tidak Langsung). Pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukan adanya hubungan yang berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan antara lain, H1: service quality terhadap customer satisfaction, H2: perceived value terhadap customer satisfaction dan H3: customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty. Pengujian hipotesis yang menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan yang berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan antara lain, H4: service quality terhadap customer loyalty dan H5: perceived value terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian ini sangat diharapkan bisa memberikan implikasi yang baik secara teoritis dan penelitian lanjutan. Selain itu, implikasi penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemasar/perusahaan untuk menciptakan customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty yang semakin baik .

Abstract

The startup ecosystem in Makassar, as the economic node of Eastern Indonesia, faces a sustainability puzzle amid limited formal resources. This study aims to analyze how Social Capital (trust, norms, and networks) influences founder access to vital resources (seed capital, mentors) and to identify the dynamics of embeddedness and power structure within the ecosystem. Employing a Qualitative approach with an Analytical Case Study design, based on Thematic Synthesis and Cross-Case Analysis of secondary data and academic literature, the study finds that Social Capital is dualistic: both a fundamental asset and a structural hindrance. Strong ties (bonding ties), reinforced by the pacce culture, create relational trust that acts as an institutional substitute for early-stage funding access and reduces transaction costs. However, the ecosystem is hindered by limited bridging ties, the risk of over-embeddedness leading to moral hazard, and power conflicts/structural silos that impede inclusivity and scalability. It is concluded that the ecosystem's maturation requires hybrid intervention that structurally institutionalizes bridging ties (e.g., through boomerang migration) and balances social embeddedness with professional disembedded mechanisms.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of a humanistic learning design at SMAN 19 Gowa, realized through the integration of aesthetics and technology. This phenomenon is examined due to the pressing need to align humanistic values with digital innovation in education. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a humanistic interpretive paradigm, the research involved in-depth interviews and observations to understand the lived experiences of teachers and students in constructing meaningful and human-centered learning processes. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings indicate that this design creates an existential space where teachers act as empathic facilitators and technology functions as a medium for humanization. The integration of aesthetics (as a bridge between logic and empathy) and technology (as an extension of creative expression) significantly boosts students intrinsic motivation, emotional engagement, and moral awareness. The study concludes by proposing the Humanistic Aesthetic Technopedagogy model as a conceptual framework to ensure education remains a process of human growth, creativity, and ethical awareness in the digital era.

Abstract

Product quality is a crucial factor in the bottled drinking water industry because it is directly related to consumer health and trust. Uncontrolled production processes have the potential to create various risks that can reduce the quality of the final product. This study aims to analyze product quality risks in the production process of Swa brand bottled drinking water (AMDK) at PT Swabina Gatra. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type, which allows researchers to understand the real conditions in the field in depth. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation of the production process, in-depth interviews with management and production operators, and documentation studies related to standard operating procedures and quality control. The results of the study indicate that product quality risks arise at several production stages, such as raw water treatment, filtration processes, equipment sanitation, packaging, and storage of finished products. Factors causing these risks include limited supervision, compliance with operational procedures, equipment conditions, and human resource factors. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing quality risk management systematically and continuously to minimize the potential for product defects and maintain consistent bottled drinking water quality. The research findings are expected to provide evaluation material and recommendations for companies in improving quality control systems and ensuring product safety for consumers.

Abstract

This article examines the Renaissance as a period of revival of art, culture, and science in Europe from the 14th century to the modern era, which emerged after the collapse of the Western Roman Empire in 476 AD and the dominance of the church during the Dark Ages. The Renaissance, derived from the Latin "re" (again) and "naitre" (born), marked the transition to the modern era with a more humanistic and worldly Greco-Roman cultural inspiration, beginning in Italy such as Florence before spreading throughout Europe.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kawasan hutan Indonesia menghadapi tantangan kompleks meliputi tumpang tindih kepemilikan lahan, konflik agraria berkelanjutan, dan lemahnya koordinasi antarinstitusi. Perpres No. 5 Tahun 2025 tentang Penertiban Kawasan Hutan merespons krisis ini dengan membentuk Satgas PKH lintas sektor untuk mengkonsolidasikan kewenangan penegakan hukum dan pemulihan aset kawasan hutan secara terkoordinasi dan responsif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan multidisiplin mengintegrasikan yuridis normatif. Focus Group Discussion, dan studi lapangan. Analisis menggabungkan teknik content analysis terhadap dokumen kebijakan dengan cross-case comparison untuk mengidentifikasi pola implementasi dan tantangan struktural yang kompleks. Capaian administratif Satgas PKH menunjukkan penguasaan kembali 3,3 juta hektare kawasan hutan hingga September 2025, jauh melampaui target awal. Namun, di balik capaian ini terdapat permasalahan fundamental: ketidakvalidan data spasial, tumpang tindih wilayah adat antara 17,6 hingga 24,4 juta hektare, asimetri perlakuan terhadap pelaku usaha, dan minimnya partisipasi masyarakat. Konflik sosial-ekologis meningkat dengan resistensi masyarakat terhadap penertiban represif. Best practice alternatif seperti PPTPKH/TORA dan perhutanan sosial menunjukkan model pengelolaan berbasis partisipasi dapat mengintegrasikan keadilan sosial dengan kelestarian ekologis, mencakup 3,04 juta dan 4,1 juta hektare dengan melibatkan ribuan keluarga. Reformasi mendesak diperlukan mencakup transformasi kelembagaan Satgas, penguatan sistem data terintegrasi, penerapan Free Prior and Informed Consent, harmonisasi regulasi, dan implementasi keadilan restoratif. Hanya dengan mengintegrasikan keadilan distributif, prosedural, dan restoratif sebagai fondasi, disertai partisipasi masyarakat dan transparansi, Perpres No. 5 Tahun 2025 dapat mewujudkan pengelolaan hutan yang sesungguhnya adil dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Tinjauan Yuridis Initial Public Offering (IPO) PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk. dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Produktivitas Pertambangan Batubara dengan menyoroti hubungan antara pemenuhan ketentuan hukum pasar modal dan regulasi pertambangan terhadap keberhasilan proses IPO serta dampaknya bagi peningkatan kinerja operasional perusahaan. Melalui pendekatan yuridis empiris, penelitian ini memadukan analisis normatif terhadap Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal dan Undang-Undang No. 4 Tahun 2009 tentang Pertambangan Mineral dan Batubara dengan pengumpulan data empiris yang diperoleh dari berbagai instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk. telah melaksanakan seluruh tahapan IPO mulai dari persiapan, pengajuan pernyataan pendaftaran, penawaran pada pasar perdana, hingga pencatatan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia secara selaras dengan ketentuan Pasal 70 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Pasar Modal serta tidak bertentangan dengan Pasal 93 Undang-Undang Mineral dan Batubara karena tidak mengubah komposisi kepemilikan perusahaan pemegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan. Hambatan yang muncul selama proses IPO dapat ditangani melalui pengawasan Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan, sehingga proses penawaran umum dapat berlangsung efektif. Secara empiris, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keberhasilan IPO memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas pertambangan batubara, terutama melalui peningkatan kapasitas investasi, perbaikan struktur permodalan, serta percepatan pengembangan wilayah konsesi. Temuan tersebut mempertegas bahwa IPO bukan hanya mekanisme penghimpunan dana, tetapi juga instrumen strategis dalam mendorong peningkatan produktivitas sektor pertambangan.

Abstract

Penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan di Indonesia menghadapi kompleksitas multi-dimensi yang berasal dari ketidakjelasan batas lahan, tumpang tindih hak kepemilikan, dan konflik antara masyarakat adat dengan negara. Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (Permen ATR/BPN) No. 21 Tahun 2020 memperkenalkan mekanisme mediasi berbasis prinsip restorative justice sebagai alternatif penyelesaian sengketa non-litigasi yang fokus pada pemulihan hubungan sosial dan musyawarah mufakat sesuai kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kebijakan dan analisis kelembagaan untuk menganalisis implementasi Permen ATR/BPN No. 21 Tahun 2020 dalam konteks penguatan kelembagaan Badan Pertanahan Nasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat BPN, mediator, dan pihak terkait; observasi langsung proses mediasi; serta studi dokumen regulasi dan laporan implementasi. Temuan utama mengungkap bahwa meskipun keberhasilan mediasi dapat mencapai 28,5% hingga 55-65% di wilayah dengan integrasi musyawarah adat, implementasi optimal masih terhambat oleh gap struktural kelembagaan, heterogenitas kapasitas mediator dengan hanya 45% bersertifikat, lemahnya kekuatan hukum hasil mediasi yang memungkinkan pembatalan 25% kesepakatan, koordinasi lintas lembaga yang masih informal, dan pemanfaatan teknologi yang terbatas. Penguatan kebijakan memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan restrukturisasi kelembagaan dengan pembentukan unit mediasi khusus, pengembangan standar kompetensi berlapis, penguatan regulasi dengan kekuatan eksekutorial, formalisasi koordinasi lintas lembaga termasuk pengakuan legal musyawarah adat, dan optimalisasi teknologi JUSTISIA. Implikasi sosial hukum menunjukkan bahwa restorative justice berkontribusi signifikan dalam mengurangi ketegangan sosial dan meningkatkan kepercayaan institusi, terutama dengan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal.
