Abstract

Modernization has a major impact on various aspects of people’s lives, including local culture. This article evaluates the impact of modernization on the culture of the Kerinci community in Jambi. The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The results of the study indicate that although several cultural elements such as local languages, marriage customs, and traditional agricultural systems have declined, preservation efforts are still carried out through local education and cultural revitalization. This study emphasizes the importance of collaboration between indigenous communities and local governments to maintain Kerinci's cultural identity in the flow of modernization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam pengelolaan pendidikan Islam di MTs Madaniyah Gunung Silanu. Penggunaan SIM di lingkungan madrasah menjadi kebutuhan penting guna meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, pengambilan keputusan, serta kualitas layanan pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, tenaga administrasi, serta guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM masih terbatas pada aspek administrasi data siswa dan keuangan, dengan tantangan berupa keterbatasan SDM dan sarana prasarana teknologi. Meski demikian, SIM telah membantu dalam mempercepat proses manajerial dan pelaporan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas SDM dan dukungan infrastruktur agar implementasi SIM dapat berjalan optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian minuman Yakult di Kota Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang pernah mengonsumsi Yakult di wilayah Palangka Raya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Yakult. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa konsumen di Palangka Raya sangat mempertimbangkan ketiga variabel tersebut sebelum memutuskan untuk membeli Yakult. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk, memberikan harga yang kompetitif, serta memperkuat citra merek melalui strategi pemasaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Fiduciary guarantees serve as a key legal mechanism in motor vehicle leasing, offering security for both creditors and consumers. Despite clear statutory regulations, enforcement remains inconsistent, leading to frequent consumer rights violations—particularly through unilateral vehicle repossessions without court approval. This study applies a normative legal approach to examine the misuse of fiduciary guarantees in Indonesia and evaluates the effectiveness of consumer legal protection. Findings indicate a persistent gap between regulatory frameworks and implementation, underscoring the need for stricter oversight and enforcement to safeguard consumer interests in leasing transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the strategies of Pancasila Education teachers in improving students’ understanding of gender justice at SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive research method. The theory used in the study is Vygotsky’s constructivism theory in the implementation of strategies by teachers. This study was conducted at SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya by conducting in-depth interviews, documentation of supporting files, and direct observation of two Pancasila Education teachers. From this study, it resulted in a discussion that students previously had an understanding of gender justice, but of course improvements were needed due to factors in the form of technological developments and improvements in student quality and the importance of gender justice values themselves. In implementing this strategy, there is a very large role for teachers so that the objectives of the strategy can be achieved optimally. There are five forms of strategies carried out by Pancasila Education teachers in improving students’ understanding of gender justice, namely by compiling gender-responsive learning modules, creating gender-emotional LKPD, implementing gender-sensitive Problem Based Learning learning models, making teachers role models, and conducting gender learning evaluations.

Abstract

Serang City as the capital of Banten Province has experienced quite significant population growth in the last two decades. This growth has created new challenges in regional development, both in terms of infrastructure, economy, social, and environment. This study aims to examine the population dynamics in Serang City and the challenges that arise in the regional development process. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach through secondary data analysis from official government documents, scientific journals, and relevant research reports. The results of the study indicate that the high rate of population growth has not been balanced by optimal regional planning, which causes spatial inequality, pressure on public facilities, and environmental degradation. Therefore, an inclusive, participatory, and population data-based regional development approach is needed to realize sustainable urban planning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam manajemen keuangan dan operasional di Kafe Naf Space, sebuah usaha kuliner yang dirikan oleh mahasiswa UKM Kewirausahaan Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari pentingnya penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik bisnis, khususnya dalam aspek keuangan dan operasional yang sering kali diabaikan oleh pelaku usaha kecil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kafe Naf Space telah berupaya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah, seperti larangan terhadap riba, penerapan kejujuran dan transparansi dalam harga, penggunaan bahan baku halal, serta pembagian keuntungan secara adil dalam kerja sama bazar bersama organisasi mahasiswa. Namun, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam penerapannya, seperti keterbatasan modal, kurangnya pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep ekonomi syariah di kalangan pengelola, serta tantangan dalam menjaga konsistensi nilai syariah dalam operasional harian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun masih terdapat tantangan, Kafe Naf Space menunjukkan komitmen untuk menjalankan prinsip ekonomi syariah secara bertahap dan berkelanjutan. Hal ini menjadi contoh konkret penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam praktik usaha mikro berbasis komunitas mahasiswa.

Abstract

Performance reporting through the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) represents the responsibility of government agencies to the central government for their annual performance achievements. In accordance with Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia No. 29 Tahun 2014, all government agencies, including regional apparatus, are required to implement this system. The implementation is based on strategic planning outlined in the regulation and further reinforced by Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB No. 88 Tahun 2021. Evaluations are conducted to assess the overall execution of the system. This study examines the implementation of SAKIP at the Regional Secretariat of Surabaya City in the context of performance reporting. The research adopts Edward III’s implementation model, which emphasizes four key variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. A descriptive qualitative method is used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis. Findings indicate that effective communication plays a crucial role in ensuring successful implementation according to established targets. Additionally, resources such as human resource involvement, availability of facilities, and authority significantly impact execution. Disposition, including understanding, commitment, and a positive attitude toward policy, also contributes to success. A well-structured bureaucracy, supported by clear Standard Operating Procedures, facilitates compliance with regulations. However, challenges persist, particularly in the completeness of information presentation, which affects the quality and relevance of performance reporting. This study concludes that successful SAKIP implementation depends on optimal resource management and strong policy commitment. Therefore, improvements in human resource management and policy comprehension are recommended to enhance the effectiveness of SAKIP at the Regional Secretariat of Surabaya City.

Abstract

The digital era has brought great changes to the world of education, especially through the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. However, technological advances without a strong philosophical foundation have the potential to shift the essence of education from a humanizing process to a merely technocratic one. This article offers an integration between the philosophy of education and digital technology through the “Technosophy” approach, which emphasizes ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions. Using a qualitative method based on literature study, this research examines how values such as justice, freedom, and responsibility should be the basis for the use of technology. It also emphasizes the importance of the teacher’s role as a value facilitator and not just a technical instructor. The study recommends an adaptive and meaningful value-based learning model and education policy in response to the challenges of digital disruption and inequality in contemporary education.

Abstract

Pancasila democracy is a democratic system unique to Indonesia, rooted in the values of Pancasila, such as deliberation, social justice, and popular sovereignty. This research aims to examine the dynamics and challenges faced in the implementation of Pancasila democracy, especially related to the role of representative institutions, such as the MPR, DPR, and DPD. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various relevant journals and scientific articles published in the last five years to better understand the effectiveness of the functions of these representative institutions, the holding of simultaneous elections and the influence of the digital era on the quality of democracy are important focuses in this study. The results of this study show that although the principles of democracy have been affirmed in the 1945 Constitution, its implementation still faces serious challenges. Some of the problems that arise include money politics, polarization of opinions, low digital and political literacy, and the limited role of the Regional Representative Council (DPD). Therefore, it is necessary to improve regulation, public participation and education as an effort to strengthen the quality of democracy.
