Abstract

The development of information technology has brought about a major transformation in global trade practices through the mechanism of e-commerce. This phenomenon also affects Muslim communities in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. The increasingly popular online buying and selling transactions raise important questions regarding their compatibility with Sharia economic principles such as the prohibition of usury, gharar, and maysir, as well as the need for honesty and transparency. This study aims to analyze how e-commerce transaction mechanisms are applied by the Muslim community in the third country and the extent to which compliance with Shariah principles is applied. The results of the study show that although progress has been made in integrating Shariah values into digital transactions, there are still significant challenges, including low digital Shariah literacy, lack of comprehensive regulation, and supply chain complexity. The study concludes that collaboration between governments, business actors, and religious authorities is essential to build a sustainable and fair Shariah e-commerce ecosystem.

Abstract

Research in the form of interviews and observations conducted aims to describe the role of guidance and counseling services in the field of career development in preparing students to face the F phase in the independent curriculum, especially in the context of transition towards higher education. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in -depth interviews with BK teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Palembayan. The results showed that career development services were carried out systematically through the assessment of interest and talent, providing career information, individual counseling, and the use of information technology. The achievements of students who passed the national selection path based on achievement (SNBP) experienced a significant increase, from 5% in the school year 2023/2024 to 36% in the school year 2024/2025. This shows that BK services that are designed adaptively and focused can increase student readiness in making career decisions. Thus, career development services play an important role in supporting the academic success and future planning of students.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the contribution of constructivism theory in career guidance services at the Senior High School (SMA) level. With a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this article examines the contribution of this theory to students’ understanding of themselves and their future. The results of the review indicate that constructivism theory, including the narrative and Life Design approaches, is able to form collaborative interactions between counselors and students in developing meaningful career identities. This study emphasizes the need for a paradigm shift from a directive model to a meaning-based dialogical approach.

Abstract

Academic stress is a form of psychological pressure that arises due to an imbalance between the demands of lectures and the ability of individuals to meet these demands. This study aims to determine the effect of academic task load on the stress level of students of the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication Sciences of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, and involves 41 students as respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. Data instruments in the form of questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between academic task load on student stress levels. R Square is 0.527, which means that the academic task load contributes 52.7% to the stress level of students, while the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other factors outside the X variable.

Abstract

Classroom governance is the process of planning, organizing, and managing the learning environment within the classroom with the aim of creating a conducive and comfortable atmosphere for students, thereby enabling the achievement of learning objectives. The arrangement of physical space, behavior management, and the optimal use of resources can enhance students’ concentration and learning outcomes.This article discusses the improvement of learning effectiveness through optimal classroom management while also providing an understanding of the importance of effective classroom governance in the learning process. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach to understand the effectiveness and role of classroom governance in education. Data collection was conducted using a single primary technique, namely literature review or theoretical study. The findings reveal that classroom governance significantly influences the effectiveness of learning and student performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reading, thinking, and speaking skills of students with special needs (PDBK) at SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 01 Semarang City in the context of inclusive education. These three aspects are important foundations in the learning process that support students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. The study used a qualitative approach converted to quantitative based on the assessment indicators of Permendikbud No. 23 of 2016. The results showed that the highest achievement was in the thinking skills aspect, while speaking skills showed the greatest variation between individuals. These differences in ability reflect the uniqueness of each student’s learning style and needs. Therefore, a holistic, adaptive, and differentiated learning strategy is needed to accommodate the potential and challenges faced by each student. These findings contribute to the development of inclusive education policies and support teaching practices that are more responsive to student diversity.

Abstract

Islamic education plays a crucial role in shaping the character of religious moderation among Generation Z, serving as an effective strategy to counteract extremism and intolerance. Religious moderation within Islamic education goes beyond teaching a balanced and contextually relevant understanding of faith; it also instills values such as honesty, openness, compassion, tolerance, and respect for diversity. By integrating teachings from the Qur’an, Hadith, Aqidah, Akhlaq, and Fiqh through inclusive and moderate pedagogical approaches, Islamic education contributes to developing wise, just, and balanced young individuals capable of embracing pluralism. Consequently, Generation Z is expected not only to possess deep religious knowledge but also to live harmoniously within a diverse society. This study highlights the importance of internalizing religious moderation values as a strong foundation for character building and as a key to fostering peaceful and civilized national life.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the definition of instructional phrases, the importance of using instructional phrases, and examples of instructional phrases in bilingual learning. This study employs a literature review method, relying on secondary data obtained from scholarly journals, articles, and textbooks relevant to instructional phrases in bilingual education. The findings indicate that instructional phrases are expressions used by teachers to give directions, commands, or guidance to students during the teaching and learning process. The use of instructional phrases in bilingual education is crucial for developing students’ communication skills, literacy, and comprehension in both languages, namely English and Indonesian. Examples of instructional phrases in bilingual learning include phrases used for giving orders, making requests, offering advice, providing instructions, issuing warnings, and functioning as speech acts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Sharia regulations on the development of Islamic economics in several Muslim countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with qualitative analysis through document review and in-depth interviews. The results indicate that countries with structured, harmonized, and consistent Sharia regulatory frameworks tend to experience more significant growth in their Islamic economic sectors compared to those facing fragmented regulations. Malaysia and Saudi Arabia have established robust regulatory systems, which positively influence the growth of Islamic financial assets and increase the contribution of the Islamic sector to national GDP. Conversely, Indonesia and Turkey face challenges in regulatory harmonization, which has led to a slower development of their Islamic economies. These findings highlight the importance of institutional collaboration and regulatory adaptation to global market dynamics in order to build a more competitive and sustainable Islamic economic ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the critical study of the concept of multiculturalism in the Qur’an through an understanding of the essence of multiculturalism in the Qur’an, the existence of multiculturalism in the Qur’an, and the urgency of multiculturalism. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive analysis methods. Data were obtained through library research, namely data collection by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The theories and literature can be in the form of books, journals, previous research results, important documents or notes and other literature sources related to the concept of multiculturalism in the Qur’an. This study uses the tafsīr mauḍūi’ method (thematic interpretation), which is a method used by collecting verses of the Qur’an from various surahs and those related to previously determined issues or topics, then the interpreter discusses and analyzes the contents of the verses so that they become a whole unit. The thematic research used in this study is conceptual thematic, namely research on certain concepts that are not explicitly mentioned in the Qur’an, but substantially the idea of the concept is found in the Qur’an. The results of this study indicate that multiculturalism is a social order recognized in Islam as part of the sunnatullah, which makes the diversity of tribes, nations, languages, and cultures a means to build harmonious interactions, with the principles of equality, justice, brotherhood, and tolerance based on the values of the Qur’an. This study has broad implications, both in theological, social, and academic realms. Theologically, this study confirms that the Qur’an recognizes diversity as a sunnatullah that cannot be denied. Plurality in human life is not just a social phenomenon, but part of the Divine will that aims for humans to know each other (li ta’ārafu) and build a harmonious life.
