Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrated learning module of Islamic values ​​with a scientific approach to the reproductive system material and to test its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 34 students of grade XI KM 2 of SMA Negeri 13 Gowa. Data were collected using a validation sheet to assess product validity, teacher and student response questionnaires to measure practicality, and a learning outcome test to measure module effectiveness. Data were analyzed descriptively based on predetermined assessment criteria. The results showed that the developed module obtained a validity score of 3.8, categorized as very valid, a practicality score of 3.32, categorized as very practical, and an effectiveness level of 85%, categorized as very effective. These findings indicate that the module is suitable for use in learning. In addition, the integration of Islamic values ​​with a scientific approach can support the understanding of reproductive system concepts while strengthening the formation of positive attitudes in students in accordance with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of big data in academic decision-making and educational management, and to identify the benefits and challenges of its implementation. The study employed a literature study method by reviewing scientific articles, books, and proceedings published between 2019 and 2025. Literature was obtained through scientific databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect using keywords such as big data, learning analytics, educational data mining, and educational management. The literature selection process involved identification, screening based on title and abstract relevance, assessing eligibility based on topic suitability, and analyzing sources that met the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed qualitatively using content analysis techniques to identify key themes. The study results indicate that the use of big data supports data-driven decision-making through learning analytics, predicting academic achievement, early identification of at-risk students, personalized learning, and increasing the efficiency of educational resource management. However, its implementation still faces challenges in the areas of data privacy protection, information security, technological infrastructure readiness, data quality, and human resource competency. These findings indicate that the successful implementation of big data in education requires the support of data governance, clear policies, and strengthening technological and human resource capacity.

Abstract

Collaboration is an important skill in 21st-century learning. However, initial observations on science learning in grade IV Aulia Cendekia Pekanbaru indicate that students' collaboration skills are still low. Students are not optimal in working together, dividing tasks, expressing opinions, and actively participating in group activities. This study aims to improve students' collaboration skills through the application of the Project Based Learning model in science subjects in grade IV Aulia Cendekia Pekanbaru. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subjects of the study were teachers and students of grade IV Aulia Cendekia Pekanbaru, while the objects of the study were the application of the Project Based Learning model and students' collaboration skills. Data were collected through observation, performance, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively by calculating the percentage increase in students' collaboration skills in each cycle. The results showed that students' collaboration skills before the action were 67%, increased to 76% in cycle I, and reached 94% in cycle II. Thus, the application of the Project Based Learning model can improve students' collaboration skills in science learning in grade IV Aulia Cendekia Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited use of interactive learning media in Informatics subjects which has an impact on low student engagement in the learning process. This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of Augmented Reality-based learning media on computer hardware material for eighth grade students. The study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The feasibility of the product is assessed through validation by media experts and material experts, then tested on 10 students in small groups and 32 students in large groups. Data were collected using validation sheets and student response questionnaires, then analyzed using descriptive percentage analysis. The results showed that the media obtained a validation score of 95.56% from media experts, 91.38% from material experts, 95.83% from small group trials, and 94.75% from large group trials, all of which are in the very feasible category. Thus, the Augmented Reality-based learning media developed is declared suitable for use as an Informatics learning medium for computer hardware material because it is able to provide a more interactive learning experience and facilitate visualization of the material.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), learning motivation, and the relationship between the two in students of the Biology Education Study Program, class of 2023, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Alauddin Makassar. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study subjects were 49 students selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics and Spearman's rho correlation. The results showed that students had a high level of FoMO and very high learning motivation. Although there was a tendency for a positive relationship between FoMO and learning motivation, the strength of the relationship was very weak (r = 0.070) and not statistically significant (p = 0.630 > 0.05). These findings indicate that students' FoMO levels were not significantly related to their learning motivation. Thus, the high level of student learning motivation in this study cannot be explained by FoMO levels, so it is likely influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of learning media in the form of a monopoly-type board game based on the surrounding environment created using the Canva application for Pancasila Education learning. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method by adapting the ADDIE model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through validation sheets from material experts and media experts as well as teacher and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the developed media obtained a feasibility percentage of 93% from material experts and 86% from media experts. In addition, teacher responses reached 88% and student responses were 82%, which indicates that the media is in the very feasible category and received a positive response from users. Based on these results, the developed environmental-based monopoly game media can be used as an alternative learning media for Pancasila Education that is relevant to students' lives. The use of this media has the potential to help teachers deliver learning that is more contextual, interactive, and relevant to students' experiences. Furthermore, the research findings can serve as a basis for developing similar learning media with different materials and environmental contexts.

Abstract

Pancasila Education learning in elementary schools still faces limitations in the use of interactive digital teaching materials and is able to encourage active student involvement. This study aims to develop valid, practical, and effective RADEC-based Flipbook teaching materials for Pancasila Education learning in fifth grade elementary schools. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The study was conducted at SDN 02 Indarung, SDN 12 Padang Besi, and SD Semen Padang. Product validity was assessed by material, language, and media experts, while practicality was measured through teacher and student responses. Effectiveness was analyzed based on the increase in learning outcomes through a comparison of pre-test and post-test using N-Gain. The results showed that the RADEC-based Flipbook teaching materials obtained a validity of 93% with a very valid category, teacher practicality of 95.83%, and student practicality of 92.44% with a very practical category. The average N-Gain value of 0.776 indicates high effectiveness. Thus, the RADEC-based Flipbook teaching material is suitable for use in supporting interactive Pancasila Education learning that is oriented towards active student involvement.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the peer acceptance of non-disabled students towards students with disabilities at Padang State University and Andalas University. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The research sample consisted of 100 non-disabled students selected using a purposive sampling technique, with 54 respondents from Padang State University and 46 respondents from Andalas University. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively through the mean value, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage. The results showed that the level of peer acceptance of non-disabled students towards students with disabilities was in the high category with an average score of 103.96. This finding indicates that non-disabled students who became respondents in the study have a positive level of acceptance towards students with disabilities. Practically, the results of this study can be input for universities in strengthening an inclusive campus culture by increasing disability literacy and creating a learning environment that supports positive interactions between students.

Abstract

The low scientific literacy and students' difficulties in visualizing the microscopic and abstract structure of fungi indicate the need for interactive digital learning media that supports visual understanding. This study aims to develop a website-based interactive media "BioLens Fungi" and test its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in learning Fungi material for grade X of high school. This study is a research and development (R&D) using a 4D model. The research subjects consisted of 31 students of SMAN 1 Pasaman, while the validity of the media was assessed by material experts and media experts. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively through the percentage of validity and practicality as well as N-Gain analysis and statistical tests on the results of the pretest and posttest. The media was developed using Canva and 3D Assemblr objects. The results showed material validity of 95.00%, media validity of 88.39%, and practicality of 97.74%, all of which are in the very valid and very practical categories. Learning outcomes increased from an average of 34.19 to 91.77 with an N-Gain of 0.88 in the high category. Thus, BioLens Fungi meets the feasibility and practicality criteria and demonstrates effectiveness in supporting students' understanding of Fungi material through digital-based interactive visualization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Screencast video-assisted demonstration method on the Informatics learning outcomes of eighth-grade students of SMPN 3 Kedungwaru. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design and a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study population was 179 eighth-grade students, with a sample of 58 students consisting of class VIII D as the experimental class and VIII E as the control class. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a learning outcome test in the form of 26 multiple-choice questions that have been declared valid and reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.936. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing using the Mann-Whitney U Test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that the average posttest of the experimental class was 83.95, higher than the control class of 57.03. The results of the hypothesis test showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05, so there was a significant difference in learning outcomes between the two groups. Thus, the Screencast video-assisted demonstration method effectively improves the Informatics learning outcomes of class VIII students.
