Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of empowering leadership and stress on performance with innovation in the workplace as an intervening variable. The sample technique for this research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method, where all members of the population are used as samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a Google form and collected 83 respondents. The method used to analyze the data in this research is path analysis with the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this research show that Empowering Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Innovation, Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Innovation, Empowering Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance , Work Stress does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Innovation can mediate Empowering Leadership on Performance, Innovation cannot mediate Work Stress on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of minimum wage, investment, gross regional domestic product, and open unemployment on poverty. The data used to support this research is time series data for a period of 5 years, precisely from 2017 to 2021 from all provinces on the island of Sumatra. The analysis model uses a panel data regression model with a Fixed Effect Model approach. The results showed that the minimum wage variable had a negative and significant effect on poverty, while the investment variable had a positive and insignificant effect on poverty, then the gross regional domestic product variable was found to have a negative and insignificant effect on poverty, while the open unemployment variable had a positive and significant effect on poverty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of facilities and menu variants oncustomer satisfactionat RR Cafe Delima Pekanbaru. The analysis used in this research was multiple linear analysis with a total of 99 respondents. Hypothesis testing is carried out by simultaneous testing and partial testing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the facilities and menu variants simultaneously affectcustomer satisfaction. So arepartially the facilities and menu variants have an influence oncustomer satisfactionat RR Cafe Delima Pekanbaru. Facilities and menu variants have a very strong relationship with customer satisfaction with a contribution of 65.90%. Meanwhile, the remaining 34.10% is determined by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Improvements to public service systems and procedures leading to excellent public service provided by officials/bureaucrats to the public should be carried out with full attention so that it is hoped that it will generate positive views from both customers and officials providing services. Therefore, the implementation of public services must be carried out and run based on service principles in accordance with applicable regulations. This is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 15 passport applicants, participant observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the quality of public services at the Bogor Class 1 Immigration Office has experienced a significant increase, and is in accordance with service standards according to the Decree of the Minister for Administrative Reform namely Kep. MENPAN No. 63/KEP/M.PAN/7/2003 which includes service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure, and competency of service officers.

Abstract

Service to the community has become the main goal in the implementation of public administration. Every citizen is entitled to all rights because of his or her position as an Indonesian citizen. However, it is still often found that the public facilities provided by the government do not support the accessibility of public services for the senior citizens and people with disabilities. This research is aimed at answering the questions of whether public services at the Tanah Sareal Bogor District Office are senior citizens and disabilities friendly, and what aspects should be improved so that public services can run as expected by the entire society. Data collection was carried out in addition to observation and documentation, as well as semi-structured interviews with 10 people belonging to the vulnerable society category, namely the senior citizens and people with disabilities. The results of this research indicate that public services at the Tanah Sareal Bogor District Office still need improvements to be senior citizens and people with disabilities friendly. Therefore, efforts must be done so that the missions of the Tanah Sareal Bogor District Office can be realized, namely improving the quality and integrity of human resources in services, providing professional human resources according to their field and complying with statutory provisions and increasing the professionalism of the apparatus in providing services to the society.

Abstract

This article provides an overview of social change in modern society, covering drivers, types of change, impacts, and challenges faced. Factors such as technological development, globalization, urbanization, demographic change, and cultural change play a major role in social change. Social change can affect social structures, value systems, individual behaviour, and social group dynamics. Impacts include new opportunities and instability, while challenges include socio-economic gaps, meeting basic needs, cultural integration, changing social identities, and eradicating access to resources. This journal provides important insights for policymakers, researchers, and social practitioners in the face of ever-increasing social change.

Abstract

Services in the health sector are a real form of public service. Health is an investment for the country to carry out development because human resources who are physically and spiritually healthy are needed to realize national goals. However, until now, there are still many problems encountered in public services in the health sector. One effort to improve employee performance in public services is by holding training for employees. This research is aimed at answering the question of how training related to public services is implemented at RSUD Cengkareng and what obstacles are encountered in implementing this training. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews with 15 employees at RSUD Cengkareng. The research results showed that the training carried out at RSUD Cengkareng consisted of internal training and external training, namely inviting instructors from professional training institutions. Training from training institutions held at RSUD Cengkareng is more effective if viewed from the materials, methods, quality of instructors, participants, infrastructure and training evaluation.

Abstract

This research began with the statement of Vice Presidential Candidate number one during the first Vice Presidential Candidate debate. This research aims to analyze the possibilities of development plans for 40 cities whether they are realistically implemented or not. If it is realistic then it can be categorized as a plan and if it is not realistic the tomb can be categorized as mere discourse. This research is qualitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from trusted websites, scientific journals, books and other reliable sources. The analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis techniques by describing whether the development policies of 40 cities equivalent to Jakarta are realistic or no. These data were analyzed using the stages of data collection, data reduction, data reflection, data analysis, and drawing conclusions (Abdurahman, 2016). This researcher analyzed the development intentions of 40 cities equivalent to Ajarta from two aspects, namely HDI and GRDP.
