Abstract

This study examines the relevance of the Qur'an in facing modern challenges with the aim of exploring the relevance of the Qur'an in three main dimensions: linguistic, scientific, and socio-ethical. This study uses a literature review method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The data sources consist of the Qur'an, classical and contemporary interpretations, as well as scientific articles relevant to. The analysis is carried out through thematic identification. The results of the study show that the linguistic dimension of the Qur'an reflects a unique, precise, and cohesive language structure that surpasses human capabilities. Its scientific dimension shows the harmony between revelation and science, especially in the fields of embryology and astronomy, without compromising its spiritual value. Meanwhile, the social and ethical relevance of the Qur'an offers practical guidance for building a just, inclusive, and moral society. This finding emphasizes that I’jazul Qur’an is an eternal miracle that is able to answer the challenges of the times. The conclusion of this study confirms that I’jazul Qur’an, through the integration of these three dimensions, can be a multidimensional solution in facing the challenges of modernity.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of technology-based teaching media, namely Quizizz, in learning Islamic Justice material and its wisdom in class XI MA Darul Amin Palangka Raya. Technology has the potential to improve the quality of learning when applied appropriately. Although the majority of students (58.3%) feel that they do not need this technology-based media, there are 41.7% of students who feel that the use of Quizizz can support their learning process. Factors that affect student disinterest include differences in learning styles, lack of familiarity with technology, and limited access. On the other hand, students who support the use of Quizizz consider it an interactive, fun, and flexible learning medium that allows independent and flexible learning. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method to measure students' needs and perceptions of the use of Quizizz. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that this technology-based teaching medium can help increase.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of interactive teaching through learning innovations at SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat as an effort to enhance students' learning interest. The background of the research indicates that conventional teaching methods, which are still dominant, such as lectures, are ineffective in increasing student engagement. Therefore, interactive teaching that utilizes technology, such as Google Slides and Google Forms, is expected to create a more engaging and enjoyable learning environment. This study also identifies the challenges faced, including resource limitations, differences in perceptions between teachers and students regarding character education, and the need for support from parents and the community. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects data through interviews and observations to understand the views of teachers and students regarding character education and interactive teaching. The results of this study are expected to provide broader insights into the effective implementation of learning innovations that support the character development of students at SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational games in Islamic Education (PAI) learning in the digital era to improve students' understanding at SMPN 1 Krian. The use of educational games such as Kahoot! and Quizizz was chosen to create an interactive and enjoyable learning experience, focusing on increasing student engagement and strengthening understanding of PAI concepts such as fiqh, aqidah, and morality. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, where data were collected through observations, interviews with teachers and students. The results show that the use of educational games in PAI learning successfully increased students' learning motivation, deepened their understanding of the material taught, and created a more dynamic learning atmosphere. Instant feedback provided through educational game platforms helped students quickly correct their mistakes and enhanced active participation in class. Thus, the implementation of educational games has proven effective in supporting PAI learning at SMPN 1 Krian and is relevant to technological developments in the digital era.

Abstract

Ethics are a set of rules and principles of human life. The good and bad of a person is seen from the ethics or character that he has. Therefore, the process of forming ethics or character must be carried out by educating, guiding and getting used to it continuously so that students have good ethics. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student ethics. The research used is Quantitative research, data collection techniques used in this study are observation and documentation. The results of the analysis of the study through observation are 85% which is categorized as "Very Good" because it is in the interval 81% - 100%. So it can be concluded that the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student ethics is categorized as very good.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of ice breaking activities and their implications for students’ motivation and interest in learning Islamic Religious Education at SDIT Khoiru Ummah. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that students showed low enthusiasm and interest in PAI lessons, especially during less favorable time slots. Ice breaking activities were implemented at the beginning, during, and end of lessons to create a more engaging and positive learning atmosphere. These activities, both spontaneous and planned, helped boost students’ motivation, concentration, social interaction, and active participation. The study concludes that well-integrated ice breaking techniques can significantly enhance students’ learning motivation and interest in PAI, leading to a more dynamic and effective classroom environment.

Abstract

The research aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the character education of Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMP Negeri 51 Bekasi. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with field research methods. Data collection was carried out by interviewing relevant teachers and students and analyzing documentation related to the research. The results indicate that there are six dimensions of P5, consisting of: (1) Faith and Piety to God Almighty and Noble Character; (2) Mutual Cooperation; (3) Critical Thinking; (4) Creativity; (5) Independence; (6) Global Diversity. From these six dimensions, it can be concluded that Islamic Religious Education learning is not merely about instilling values of faith and piety to Allah SWT and noble character. More than that, Islamic Religious Education learning, particularly at SMP Negeri 51 Bekasi, has represented or proven that this learning can instill all aspects of the P5 dimensions. Therefore, it can be said that Islamic Religious Education learning, particularly at SMP Negeri 51 Bekasi, has been comprehensive in its implementation.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of differentiated learning in Islamic religious education at State Elementary School 07 Rejang Lebong using the Merdeka Mengajar (Independent Teaching) platform. It aims to describe (1) the planning, (2) the implementation, and (3) the evaluation of the differentiated learning model in IRE. Using a qualitative descriptive case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that teachers planned learning by assessing students’ needs and preparing modules. In implementation, teachers used the platform to vary content, process, and product based on students’ readiness, interests, and learning profiles. Activities included calligraphy, creative projects, and flexible learning environments. Evaluation was conducted through reflection and adaptation, using the platform as a reference to improve instructional strategies. The study concludes that differentiated learning, supported by digital platforms, enhances the relevance and effectiveness of Islamic religious education instruction.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been a decline in the moral quality of students in various educational institutions, this can be seen from the increase in bullying cases in 2023. The Federation of Indonesian Teachers' Unions (FSGI) provides data that in 2023, especially in January - September, there will be 30 cases of bullying, where in 2023 there will be an increase in bullying cases from 2022. Of the 30 cases, there were 2 victims who died. With the above problems, we can know that there is a decline in the quality of morals in students. The Friday Mubarok program held by SDN Pangulah Baru 1 is very much in accordance with the purpose of Islamic education where the goal is to produce people who have a personality of devotion to Allah SWT and have moral karimah. The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the Friday Mubarok program at SDN Pangulah Baru 1, 2). To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the Friday Mubarak Program, 3). To find out the impact of the Friday Mubarok Program on the morals of students. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive research method. The descriptive research method is one of the methods that has the purpose of describing, explaining and being able to answer several problems about events that are happening. The results of the research were obtained that the Friday Mubarak Program has an important role in fostering and creating moral character in students. The activities carried out during this Friday Mubarak activity are performing dhuha prayers, the recitation of prayers and asmaul husna, and the existence of a cult of pie teachers as the coordinator of the Friday Mubarak Program.

Abstract

Muhadharah carried out at the Khairul Bariyyah Islamic Boarding School in Bekasi City can develop and strengthen the critical thinking abilities of students as in the thesis title above, namely "Strengthening Critical Thinking of Santri through Muhadharah Techniques at the Khairul Bariyyah Islamic Boarding School". The aim of this research is to determine the strengthening of students' critical thinking through the muhadharah technique. The subject or focus of this research was aimed at the students of the Khairul Bariyyah Islamic Boarding School as well as the students' supervisors and leaders of the Islamic Boarding School, using a researcher interview instrumentt. Thus, the aim of this research is to describe the implementation of muhadharah activities at the Khairul Bariyyah Islamic Boarding School and how they are implemented in strengthening students' critical thinking by implementing muhadharah activities. The approach used in this research is research with a qualitative approach. Research data was obtained using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis method is inductive, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach.
