Abstract

The integration of the philosophy of science and Islamic studies presents fertile ground for reexamining the concept of science from a holistic perspective. This journal article critically analyzes the intersection between these two domains, aiming to reveal how philosophical principles can enrich Islamic epistemology and methodology. By exploring the historical evolution of science in Islamic civilization and its philosophical foundations, this study highlights the enduring relevance of classical Islamic scholarship in contemporary scientific discourse. This analysis investigates key philosophical concepts such as epistemology, ontology, and methodology, and examines their implications for Islamic studies. Furthermore, this article discusses the challenges and opportunities of integrating Western scientific paradigms with Islamic thought, proposing a framework for a more comprehensive and inclusive understanding of science. Through a critical review of existing literature and original theoretical contributions, this study underscores the need for dialogue between the philosophy of science and Islamic studies, advocating a new appreciation of the intellectual heritage that can inform and enhance modern scientific endeavors in an Islamic context.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of a constructivistic approach in the development of collaboration skills in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Independent Curriculum at SD Alam Insan Mulia Lubuklinggau. With a qualitative descriptive method, data was obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study show that the Independent Curriculum allows a constructivistic approach to develop, especially through groupwork and discussion-based learning that improves students' collaboration, engagement, and motivation skills. This approach is also effective in integrating the nature school curriculum and encouraging the development of social, emotional, and critical and creative thinking skills. However, the study found weaknesses, such as adaptation difficulties for students who prefer to learn individually or lack confidence in cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of students' problem-solving skills through Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the Independent Curriculum of SMA Negeri 04 Kepahiang. The research uses a qualitative method with an exploratory case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study show that the application of PBL with relevant socio-moral cases is able to improve students' critical thinking skills and understanding of religious concepts. Teacher support through feedback is effective in connecting theory and practice. Obstacles such as teacher resistance and time constraints can be overcome with teacher training and school management support. This study recommends strengthening PBL to improve the quality of PAI learning.

Abstract

Morals is among the great thinkers among Muslims whose influence is recognized and required right now. From a historical and theological perspective, morality appears to protect and direct Muslims on their path to safety in this life and the next, and it is not hyperbole to suggest that the primary goal of Muhammad's apostolate is the ideal growth of morality. That's what he stated, and history demonstrates that his preaching was successful in part because of the people who upheld his high moral standards, to the extent that Allah SWT personally commended the Prophet Muhammad SAW for his high moral standards and declared them to be uswah hasana. Human life patterns are determined by an individual's attitude towards God and the development of moral consciousness. Morals, sometimes known as morality, appropriateness, and propriety, are ethical principles that guide behavior. While an immoral life and every moral violation are in opposition to moral consciousness, a moral life and every moral deed are a suitable response to moral consciousness. Moral awareness is the state of self-consciousness in which individuals perceive or experience both good and harmful deeds.

Abstract

The diversity of Indonesian society is one of the most valuable riches, but it can also be a challenge. Multiculturalism in Indonesia does not only include differences in ethnicity, language, and religion, but also the way of life and values ​​held by each group. The purpose of this study was to explore the efforts of village modins in providing religious moderation education to the community in Jatirejo Village, Tikung, Lamongan. The method used in this study was direct data collection in the field using several data collection techniques, including observation, documentation, and interviews with related parties. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of village modins in providing religious moderation education to the community are one way to prevent social conflict caused by differences in religion and belief. By providing education in accordance with the principles of moderation, it is hoped that the community can be more tolerant of differences in religion and belief that exist in society.

Abstract

Nature is increasingly modern and advanced, and through this development and advancement, technology and science are also increasingly advanced. According to the Islamic perspective, knowledge is important and must be carried out in appropriate ways. If science does not have an Islamic perspective, physical and non-physical instability can arise. The aim of this research is to explore the nature of science from an Islamic perspective using the literature study method. This research investigates the basic concepts and principles of technology and knowledge contained in Islamic teachings through qualitative research methods. In order to obtain a good interpretation of religious perspectives on advances in technology and knowledge, and in what way these can be linked to aspects of Islam, a number of Islamic literary sources were studied. The results of this study are intended to provide a more specific understanding of the way Islam views its role and influence on technology and knowledge for human and social prosperity. This study can help gain a broader understanding of how technology, science and religious aspects interact through an Islamic perspective.

Abstract

This research aims to examine one of the works of Shaykh Mahmfudz, namely al-Minhah al-Khairiyyah fi Arba'in Haditsan min Ahadis Khair al-Bariyah. It aims to quote the hadith of affection in the book and provide an understanding of Shaykh Mahfudz al-Tarmasi's perspective by explaining the biography and content of the book. Qualitative methods and library research are methods used by authors to obtain results and discussions. The hadith of rahma is a study of this article, whose understanding is studied through the perspective of Shaykh Mahfudz al-Tarmasi, presenting sha'ir-sha'ir by scholars and clarifying the importance of having the nature of affection. Understanding the hadith from the perspective of Shaykh Mahfudz al-Tarmasi and the hadith of encouraging love invites Muslims to have compassion for others and reduce the crisis of humanitarian concern.

Abstract

The research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data collection is done through document review, while data analysis involves content analysis and historical analysis techniques. The content analysis method consists of six stages: comparison, sample selection, recording, exploration, drawing objective conclusions, and narration. A validity test is then conducted to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data. The research findings show that Sheikh Wahbah Az-Zuhaili’s concept of moderate Islam includes: first, a moderate approach to Islamic law (fiqh); second, tolerance for differences; third, an emphasis on social justice; fourth, simplicity in religion; and fifth, maintaining the integrity of the ummah (community). The Islamic education he advocates is based on key values, including: first, the integration of religious and general knowledge; second, a balance between this world and the hereafter; third, the cultivation of noble character; fourth, tolerance for diversity; and fifth, social justice, creativity, and independence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the philosophical value of moral education in Islam. This type of research is based on literature and the method of data collection collects various documents from various books, journals, letters in the Qur'an and some Hadith related to the title or research problem. The results of this study include in Q.S At-Tiin: 4, Q.S Luqman: 13-14, Q.S Al-Ahzab: 21 and one of the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH narrated and many other hadiths that discuss moral education. The verses and hadiths that have been described above certainly discuss moral education in Islam, starting from explaining the meaning or meaning of moral education and also explaining the implementation of moral education or being taught in terms of its application or practices in daily life to achieve prosperity in this world and the hereafter, of course, by carrying out all the commands of Allah SWT by making the Messenger of Allah as Uswatun Hasanah (a good example) in this life, of course, in highlighting the Morals of the Prophet PBUH as a way for us to achieve the Pleasure of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using True False Game media as a transformation tool in learning Islamic Religion in the digital era. The method used is library research by collecting data from various related literature sources. The results showed that True False Game can increase students' understanding and interest in learning in Islamic Religion subjects. This media allows interactive and fun learning, and encourages collaboration between students. The use of information and communication technology in the True False Game facilitates access to learning, allows direct evaluation, and supports the implementation of distance learning. Although effective, there are limitations relating to the dependence on technological infrastructure, which can hinder learning in the event of technical disruptions. The implication of this study is that the True False Game has great potential to be applied in learning Islamic Religion in the digital era, with adequate technological support and variations of other learning methods to ensure more comprehensive understanding.
