Abstract

This study aims to identify, classify, and evaluate educational management strategies in improving learning quality through a systematic literature review approach. The data were collected from the Scopus database within the 2015–2025 publication period. The initial search identified 145 documents, which were then filtered based on inclusion and exclusion criteria related to relevance, document type, language, and subject area. After the screening process using Rayyan through title, abstract, and full-text assessment, 9 articles were selected for final analysis. The analysis was conducted using a combination of bibliometric visualization through VOSviewer and table-based thematic synthesis. The results reveal four main categories of strategies, namely leadership-based strategies, collaborative strategies, capacity-building strategies, and system and innovation strategies. Leadership plays a central role as the main driver of learning quality improvement; however, its effectiveness depends on integration with collaboration, capacity development, and systemic support. Overlay visualization also indicates a shift in research trends from leadership-centered approaches toward more integrative and learning outcome-oriented strategies. In addition, the study identifies several research gaps, particularly the limited integration across management strategies and the lack of methodological diversity in previous studies. This study provides a comprehensive synthesis of educational management strategies and highlights the importance of adaptive and integrative approaches to improving learning quality.

Abstract

This study aims to model the potential income for the community from waste management at the Madiredo Integrated Waste Management Facility by integrating a circular economy approach, Islamic values, and mathematical modeling. The methods used include a descriptive quantitative approach via simple linear regression to map the relationship between waste volume (x) and generated income (y), as well as a qualitative approach to explore the internalization of Islamic values in waste management practices. The research results indicate a positive relationship between waste volume and income, as demonstrated by the simple linear regression model. Based on data analysis for the May–June 2025 period, a mathematical model was derived with a coefficient of determination (R²) indicating the extent to which variations in income can be explained by the volume of collected waste. The analysis results show a positive relationship between waste volume and revenue with a coefficient of determination value of 71.4%. Furthermore, it was found that Islamic values such as trustworthiness, responsibility, and social benefit have been strongly internalized within the operational activities of the TPST, thereby reinforcing the sustainability of the village’s circular economy program. This study concludes that the integration of mathematical approaches and spiritual values is capable of optimizing local economic potential while simultaneously ensuring the sustainable preservation of the environment

Abstract

The digital transformation driven by artificial intelligence (AI) has reshaped the educational ecosystem toward hybrid learning; however, the dynamics of human–AI collaboration remain insufficiently understood, particularly in the Indonesian context where technological adoption is accelerating with uneven readiness. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of human–artificial intelligence co-learning, focusing on the interaction among students, lecturers, and AI systems in shaping learning engagement and regulation. This research employs a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, involving 30 participants (24 students and 6 lecturers) selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected באמצעות semi-structured interviews and open-ended questionnaires and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal that AI functions as a cognitive assistant, feedback facilitator, and exploration partner, enhancing engagement and self-regulated learning, while also posing risks of reduced social interaction and reflective depth. Additionally, AI supports personalized learning, whereas the role of lecturers shifts toward strategic facilitators. The study concludes that the effectiveness of co-learning depends on the balance between technological integration, pedagogical readiness, and digital literacy, contributing to the development of adaptive and responsible hybrid learning models.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perubahan dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan nonformal, khususnya pada program pendidikan kesetaraan di PKBM Pelita Bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berbasis digital serta mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi seluruh warga belajar dan pendidik di PKBM Pelita Bangsa, sedangkan sampel penelitian ditentukan secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media dan platform digital mampu meningkatkan fleksibilitas belajar, memperluas akses pendidikan, serta menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efisien. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan pembelajaran digital masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti rendahnya literasi digital peserta didik, keterbatasan sarana teknologi, dan belum optimalnya kompetensi pendidik dalam penggunaan media digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya penguatan kapasitas digital bagi pendidik dan peserta didik serta peningkatan dukungan infrastruktur teknologi agar pelaksanaan pendidikan kesetaraan dapat berjalan secara efektif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Rhythmic ability is one of the important elements in music learning at the elementary school level, which includes the ability to follow the beat, maintain tempo, identify and imitate rhythmic patterns, as well as synchronize movement and rhythm. However, in practice, there are still students who experience difficulties in following beats and maintaining rhythmic stability during musical activities. This study aims to determine the improvement of elementary school students’ rhythmic abilities through the implementation of the Orff method. This study employed a Single Subject Research (SSR) method with an A-B-A design. The research subject consisted of one third-grade elementary school student who experienced rhythmic difficulties in musical activities. Data were collected through performance tests. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with visual graph analysis presented in graphical form. The results showed that there was an improvement in rhythmic ability after the intervention using the Orff method. In the initial baseline phase (A1), the subject’s average rhythmic ability was 56%. After the intervention phase (B), the rhythmic ability increased to 80.4%, and in the final baseline phase (A2), it further increased to 86.7%. These findings indicate that the Orff method can help improve the rhythmic abilities of elementary school students.
