Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau peran digitalisasi sebagai strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui studi kasus pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kampung Dupak Magersari, Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku UMKM setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital pelaku UMKM di wilayah ini masih tergolong rendah, dengan adopsi teknologi yang terbatas pada penggunaan media sosial sederhana untuk promosi. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi terbatasnya akses terhadap infrastruktur teknologi, minimnya pemahaman digital, serta ketiadaan pendampingan program yang berkelanjutan. Meskipun demikian, sebagian pelaku usaha yang telah mengadopsi teknologi digital mengalami peningkatan dalam jangkauan pasar dan pendapatan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan kolektif dan berbasis komunitas dalam proses digitalisasi UMKM, guna menghindari kesenjangan digital dan memastikan inklusivitas pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Jadi, digitalisasi tidak hanya menjadi alat adaptasi, tetapi juga instrumen transformasi sosial-ekonomi yang sangat penting bagi kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikanpelaksanaan pendampingan intensif kegiatan keagamaan di Ma’had At-Taqwa MAN Kota Palangka Raya serta peranpeneliti sebagai musyrifah pengganti dalam mendukungterciptanya lingkungan religius di madrasah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), di mana peneliti terlibat langsung dalamkegiatan pendampingan selama tujuh hari, terhitung daritanggal 18 hingga 24 Agustus 2025. Kegiatan keagamaanyang didampingi meliputi shalat berjamaah, tahsin dan tahfizh, muhadhoroh, serta kajian-kajian keislaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan intensifberperan penting dalam menjaga keteraturan pelaksanaanibadah, meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, serta memperkuatpemahaman dan pengamalan nilai-nilai keislaman di lingkungan Ma’had. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikanpengalaman langsung bagi peneliti dalam proses pembinaankarakter Islami peserta didik. Dengan demikian, pendampingan intensif kegiatan keagamaan di Ma’had At-Taqwa MAN Kota Palangka Raya terbukti berkontribusipositif terhadap penguatan aspek spiritual, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan pembentukan karakter religius siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the values of togetherness and social concern embedded in the gotong royong (mutual cooperation) tradition in Buluh Duri Village, Sipispis District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Employing an ethnographic qualitative approach, the research examines the social meanings, patterns of interaction, and transformation of local values within the context of ongoing social change. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with community leaders, local officials, and residents, as well as documentation of gotong royong activities in Gunung Pamela. The findings reveal that gotong royong functions as a mechanism of social value reproduction that fosters communal solidarity, collective responsibility, and emotional cohesion among villagers. Togetherness is reflected in collective labor and deliberation practices that reinforce community identity, while social concern manifests through altruistic acts of mutual assistance. Despite modernization and shifting participation patterns, the moral essence of gotong royong endures as both a cultural identity and a form of social capital. The study emphasizes the importance of revitalizing gotong royong values in development policies and character education to strengthen the social resilience of rural communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide a deeper understanding for housewives regarding the concept, risks, and prohibition of usurious (riba-based) transactions from the perspective of Islamic economics. The background of this activity arises from the low level of public knowledge, especially among housewives, in distinguishing between conventional interest-based systems and Islamic economic systems that emphasize justice, balance, and blessings in financial transactions. The implementation method employed a participatory approach through lectures, counseling sessions, and interactive discussions to enhance participants’ comprehension and engagement. The program took place in RT 12, Kampung Baru Village, Muara Tembesi District, Batang Hari Regency, and involved 20 participants from a local women’s religious study group. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the types and prohibitions of riba, as well as its negative impacts on social and economic life. Moreover, participants expressed greater awareness and commitment to applying Islamic economic principles in household financial management. Therefore, this activity contributes to strengthening community literacy in Islamic economics and promoting financial behavior aligned with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how guidance and counseling services at SMP Takhasus Al-Qur’an are implemented, their influence on students’ character development, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in this process. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that guidance and counseling services are carried out effectively and positively affect students’ discipline, responsibility, religiosity, and independence. Supporting factors include the professional competence of guidance counselors, parental support, and the school’s religious environment. Inhibiting factors consist of limited facilities, low student motivation, and negative influences from outside the school environment. Therefore, guidance and counseling services play a significant role in fostering students’ Islamic character development.

Abstract

The level of Sharia financial literacy in rural Indonesian communities remains low, leading to minimal utilization of Sharia banking products and services despite their significant potential. This community service initiative aims to enhance Sharia bank literacy among rural communities through comprehensive socialization activities.Implementation methods included an initial survey, interactive outreach on fundamental concepts, principles, and Sharia banking products like Murabahah, Mudharabah, and Ijarah, followed by discussions and distribution of educational materials. The activity results demonstrated a significant increase in community understanding of Sharia banking, evidenced by post-test outcomes and participant enthusiasm.This socialization successfully corrected misconceptions and fostered community interest in utilizing Sharia bank products. In conclusion, this activity effectively improved Sharia banking literacy, which is expected to encourage community participation in the Sharia economy and contribute to rural welfare improvement. Recommendations include sustainable programs, collaboration with local Sharia banks, and the development of more diverse educational materials.

Abstract

The community service program was implemented to address disparities in neighborhood security by constructing a new road portal in an open-access area. The project had been delayed due to financial limitations, despite residents urgent need for enhanced safety facilities. Funding was later obtained through collaboration with local businesses under a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) scheme. The implementation used a direct construction approach supported by community interviews. Locally available materials were utilized and fabricated according to existing portal designs to ensure uniformity. The results showed improved environmental safety and strengthened cooperation among residents and business partners. However, the community expressed the need for additional supporting facilities such as CCTV, and security personnel to optimize the system. This initiative demonstrates that collaborative participation can effectively enhance community safety and social cohesion. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan fasilitas keamanan lingkungan melalui pembangunan portal jalan pada area dengan akses terbuka. Proyek ini sempat tertunda karena keterbatasan dana, meskipun warga sangat membutuhkan peningkatan sarana keamanan. Pendanaan akhirnya diperoleh melalui kerja sama dengan pelaku usaha lokal melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode implementasi langsung dengan dukungan wawancara bersama warga. Material yang tersedia dimanfaatkan dan dirakit sesuai dengan desain portal yang sudah ada agar seragam. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keamanan lingkungan serta terjalinnya kerja sama yang lebih kuat antara warga dan pelaku usaha. Namun, warga juga mengusulkan penambahan fasilitas pendukung seperti CCTV dan petugas keamanan untuk mengoptimalkan sistem yang telah dibangun. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi masyarakat dapat secara efektif meningkatkan keamanan dan kohesi sosial di lingkungan perumahan

Abstract

The community service activity was carried out in Handil Maluka Village with the aim of increasing public awareness of the importance of proper sanitation and household waste management. This activity was conducted due to the community’s limited knowledge about proper sanitation, particularly regarding the crucial role of septic tanks and waste management. The methods implemented included counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and continuous monitoring after the outreach activities. The program was conducted alongside the construction of 50 septic tanks and free toilets in Handil Maluka Village. The results of the outreach activities showed an improvement in community hygiene practices, such as the establishment of waste disposal points in several areas and the implementation of better waste management. During the current rainy season, no flooding occurred, which had previously been an annual issue for the community. This activity successfully fostered community awareness of the importance of proper sanitation.

Abstract

Regional Governments in South Sumatra face difficulties in operating the E-PAKSI application for surveying irrigation conditions. This community service activity aims to enhance the capabilities of Water Resources Service personnel in South Sumatra Province, Musi Banyuasin Regency, and Banyuasin Regency in operating E-PAKSI. The method used was participatory Technical Guidance (Bimtek), with effectiveness measured via pre-test and post-test based on 14 criteria with a passing standard of 70-100. The theoretical foundation of this activity includes the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to ensure application acceptance and Participatory Action Research (PAR) as the basis for the collaborative mentoring method. The results showed a significant score increase; South Sumatra Province (70.5 to 100), Musi Banyuasin (61.75 to 100), and Banyuasin (63.5 to 100), thus all participants successfully exceeded the passing standard.

Abstract

Time management is an essential skill that should be possessed by every individual, including elementary school students. Many students experience difficulties in balancing their study, play, and rest time. This community service activity aims to provide socialization and education regarding the importance of implementing time management among students at SDN 1 Puunokullo. The implementation method was carried out through socialization activities and interactive discussions using visual media, as well as the reward method. The results of the activity showed that students were highly enthusiastic and understood the importance of managing their time in daily activities. Teachers and the school also provided full support for this activity, as it was considered effective in fostering students’ awareness of discipline and responsibility.
