Abstract

Applying mind mapping helps students attain their target learning. This descriptive qualitative research study aims to describe the implementation of mind mapping method to improve English learning achievement of the semester 3 students of Elementary Teacher Education Department of IAIN Takengon. The respondent of this research were 28 students. The data were analyzed descriptively. The result of this study are as follow. Mind mapping method is one of the learning methods that helps students understand the material given by the teacher because this method explains a material in detail and only conveys important points, also opens ideas or ideas that are difficult to issue in study.

Abstract

Innovation in technology-based teaching materials is one of the innovations brought by technological advances in the 21st century in the field of education, one of which is module innovation in electronic form (e-module). However, millennial students currently don't really like learning science, one of which is chemistry because they think it's boring. This can be overcome by learning with a contextual approach, one of which is chemo-entrepreneurship in the form of electronic modules in buffer solution material. Through e-modules, students obtain information about chemical concepts in the processing of materials into chemical-based entrepreneurial products. The aim of this development research is to create a chemo-entrepreneurship oriented electronic module (e-module) based on the buffer solution concept. The ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation was used to plan this research. After going through validation by five material experts and media experts, this e-module was declared valid because the V value exceeded 0.80 in the Aiken's test. A total of 19 students of XI MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 8 Serang City were used for limited e-module testing and obtained a percentage of 92% in the very good category. Abstract

This research was conducted to produce a product, namely a product assessment instrument using a scoring rubric for asess student research proposals. This research was conducted because there was no product assessment instrument for student research proposals. The research method used was using the ADDIE development model. This research was conducted by looking at the feasibility of the assessment instrument created and requesting validation from 3 experts. Revisions are carried out in accordance with suggestions and input from experts. The assessment instrument was declared feasible after revision in accordance with suggestions and input from experts. And the researcher suggests that future researchers carry out dissemination to determine the effectiveness, efficiency and practicability of this product assessment instrument of research proposal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mendapatkan data perbandingan rerata nilai belajar peserta didik dengan model penemuan terbimbing dengan model biasa. Model pembelajaran biasa yang dimaksud yakni model yang biasa digunakan pendidik ditempat penelitian. Adapun metode yang dipakai yakni kuantitatif dengan rancangan postest only control design, yang memiliki dua bagian sampel yakni bagian eksperimen dan bagian control yang ditentukan secara acak dari populasi. Pembelajaran pada bagian eksperimen dengan model penemuan terbimbing, dan pembelajaran pada bagian control dengan model biasa. Selanjutnya instrument yang digunakan yakni berupa soal tes untuk materi yang dipelajari diwaktu penelitian, yakni lima nomor soal uraian yang terlebih dahulu sudah dilakukan validasi dan analisis butir soal tes. Uji hipotesis memakai uji t, karena dari data hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa data nilai belajar kelas sampel sebarannya normal dan memiliki variansi yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data didapat kesimpulan bahwa nilai belajar peserta didik dengan pembelajaran penemuan terbimbing lebih baik daipada nilai belajar peserta didik dengan pembelajaran biasa.

Abstract

Administrasi sekolah sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Pemilihan karyawan yang baik, komunikasi yang terbuka, pertemuan teratur, dan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi merupakan bagian dari manajemen administrasi sekolah. Salah satu masalah yang ditemukan adalah manajemen administrasi sekolah yang buruk, yang menghasilkan pelayanan pendidikan yang buruk. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses administrasi di SMA Negeri 1 Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar, serta bagaimana sekolah mematuhi peraturan administrasi dan menguasai kemampuan administrasi staf untuk meningkatkan pelayanan. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif, terutama metodologi deskriptif kualitatif. Studi ini melibatkan kedua siswa dan orang tua atau wali siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa proses administrasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan di SMAN 1 Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar masih kurang efektif karena tidak ada pelayanan yang optimal. Namun, sekolah telah mematuhi pedoman administrasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan, yang menghasilkan SMAN 1 Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar mendapatkan nilai A. Namun, masih ada kekurangan kemampuan administratif staf untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan.

Abstract

Early childhood mental health has a significant impact on their emotional, social and cognitive development, making it a critical component of their overall development. Despite this, early childhood therapy services are often overlooked or considered unimportant. By analysing the frequency of mental health problems, the advantages of early intervention, and the benefits of counselling in promoting healthy development, this research article seeks to emphasise the critical need for offering counselling services to young children. This article highlights the need for accessible and developmentally appropriate counselling services to enhance children's well-being through a thorough assessment of literature, case studies, and analysis of contemporary practices.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efisiensi media pembelajaran digital dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar di Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. Hal ini dikarenakan di MA Pembangunan, media belajar digital menjadi sesuatu yang tidak terpisahkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Artikel ini disusun dengan kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa observasi, dan wawancara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran digital di Madrasah Aliyah Pembangunan terbukti berhasil dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. MA Pembangunan UIN Jakarta telah memanfaatkan berbagai media pembelajaran berbasis digital seperti presentasi digital, video pembelajaran, simulasi, dan platform e-learning. Penggunaan media pembelajaran digital bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan motivasi peserta didik dalam belajar serta memfasilitasi pembelajaran lebih interaktif dan menarik. Namun terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi, antara lain seperti Ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi, kapasitas guru, kompetensi guru dan motivasi peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan media pembelajaran digital lebih memahami materi dan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya terutama pada prestasi akademik. Sebagai implikasinya, perlu untuk melakukan peningkatan infrastruktur dan pelatihan guru untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal individual differences based on a child's blood type from a psychopedagogical perspective. This research uses a literature study approach from Toshitaka Nomi's book resulting in a research book entitled Touch My Heart which was then analyzed and linked to psychopedagogy. The results of this research show that children with blood type O are active, while children with blood type A are responsible, and Children with blood type B have soft hearts, and children with blood type AB don't like boundaries set by their parents. This research provides a wealth of knowledge for teachers to approach students in classes who have various types of characters and different blood type backgrounds

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik prefensi mahasiswa BKPI berdasarkan data diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif jenis deskriptif. Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa BKPI semester I, III, V, dan VII yang berjumlah 117 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner di sebar melalui Google form yang berisi pertanyaan terstruktur mencakup aspek biodata pribadi, asal (domisili), data orang tua, sosial ekonomi, latar belakang akademik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi karakteristik mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin di dominasi oleh perempuan sebesar (85.5%). Usia mahasiswa BKPI didominasi umur 17-18 (mahasiswa semester I) sebesar 44,8%. Mahasiswa BKPI mayoritas masyarakat Kabupaten Aceh Tengah khususnya kota Takengon. Berdasarkan sosial ekonomi mahasiswa berada pada kategori menengah ke bawah dengan presentasi 86,2%. Latar belakang Pendidikan mahasiswa didominasi dari tamatan SMA sebanyak 62,1%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon, namely the low interest in learning of students in learning Islamic religious education. This research aims to determine the effect of the demonstration method in Islamic religious education learning on students' interest in learning. This research method is a quantitative quasi experiment, with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were 95 class IX students. This research used 2 classes, namely the experimental class using the demonstration method and the control class using commonly used methods such as the lecture method. Data on student learning interest was obtained through a scale with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique uses the t test formula with the help of the SPSS application. The calculation used is a comparative analysis of the posttest scores of the control class and the experimental class. The results of this statistical analysis showed that the significance (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the results of this research reveal that there is an influence of the demonstration method on students' interest in learning, because learning using the demonstration method can increase students' interest in learning.
