Abstract

The procedure for extending a Ship Safety Certificate plays a crucial role in ensuring the legality, seaworthiness, and operational safety of ships. This study analyzes the administrative and technical stages of certificate extension implemented by PT Pelayaran Padimas Global at the Class I KSOP Tanjung Balai Karimun through a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, document analysis, and literature review. The results indicate that the extension process includes application submission, document verification, physical inspection of the vessel by the Maritime Inspector, and issuance of a new certificate in accordance with applicable safety regulations. The main documents required include the previous certificate, inspection report, and proof of VAT payment, although obstacles such as limited inspection schedules, service constraints, and applicants' lack of understanding of the requirements are still encountered. Although the procedure complies with IMO standards and national maritime law, improvements are needed through system digitization, strengthening human resource capacity, and more transparent coordination to improve the efficiency, compliance, and quality of maritime certification governance in Indonesia.

Abstract

In order to modernize ports through digital transformation, the Indonesian government introduced Inapornet as an integrated electronic port service system to simplify maritime sector operations and document management. Inapornet functions as a centralized platform that accelerates information exchange, customs procedures, and increases transparency in shipping services. This study aims to analyze the implementation and optimization of Inapornet at the Class I Port Authority (KSOP) of Tanjung Balai Karimun using a qualitative descriptive approach and logistic regression analysis during February–August 2025, involving all shipping and logistics companies under the KSOP's supervision. The results showed that the main obstacles were limited digital skills of officers (65%), internet instability (66%), complexity of ship documents (62%), and large file sizes (62%), which hampered the system's effectiveness. Therefore, the study recommends regular training, periodic system evaluations, and improvements in infrastructure and digital literacy. Optimizing Inapornet is expected to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and support the realization of a smart, efficient, and transparent port.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest in batik, the effect of batik knowledge on entrepreneurial interest in batik, and to determine the effect of self-efficacy and batik knowledge on entrepreneurial interest in batik among class XII students of Batik and Textile Creative Craft (KKBT) at SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. This research method uses a quantitative method. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques with instruments in the form of questionnaires and multiple-choice tests. The results showed that the tendency of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial interest of class XII students of KKBT SMK Negeri 1 Jabon was in the very high category with a percentage of 62% and 65%, as well as batik knowledge in the very good category at a percentage of 70%. Multiple regression showed that the t-test of self-efficacy and batik knowledge was 7.010 > 2.040 and 4.453 > 2.040 at a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The F count of 192.145 > 3.305 on batik knowledge has an influence on the entrepreneurial interest of XII KKBT students of SMK Negeri 1 Jabon. The R square analysis shows that 0.925 or 92.5% of entrepreneurial interest in the batik sector has an influence on self-efficacy and batik knowledge.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan berbasis pertanian, khususnya pembuatan keripik, merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat di daerah pedesaan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan berbasis pengolahan hasil pertanian menjadi produk bernilai tambah, yaitu keripik, di Desa Rejoagung, Kecamatan Batanghari, Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yakni dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan kewirausahaan berbasis produk olahan pertanian ini telah berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga, memberdayakan perempuan, serta mengurangi ketergantungan pada sektor pertanian yang rentan terhadap perubahan iklim dan musim. Selain itu, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pemasaran digital juga berkontribusi dalam memperluas akses pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing produk. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan di Desa Rejoagung, khususnya dalam produksi keripik, telah meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa. Namun, untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program, diperlukan penguatan kelembagaan dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, baik pemerintah maupun sektor swasta.

Abstract

This community service program aims to revitalize the production area and improve management practices at Sopo Nyongko MSME, a local culinary business in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The main problems identified include a limited customer waiting area, non-hygienic and inefficient production processes, traditional packaging methods, and the absence of proper financial records. The implemented solutions consist of expanding the customer waiting space, introducing a cup sealer machine for efficient and hygienic beverage packaging, providing training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for small-scale food industries, and assisting in financial record-keeping and report preparation based on Micro Business Financial Accounting Standards (SAK-EMKM). The program also introduced digital marketing strategies to enhance market visibility. The results show significant improvements in production efficiency, product hygiene, customer comfort, and financial management capability. Additionally, the implementation of GMP principles supports future halal certification processes. This activity demonstrates that the integration of technology, financial literacy, and digital marketing can increase productivity, business competitiveness, and sustainability for local MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya belajar dan ketersediaan sumber daya pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara langsung maupun melalui motivasi belajar sebagai variabel mediasi, pada siswa SMKN 1 Tondano. Penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil evaluasi model menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator memenuhi validitas dan reliabilitas yang baik. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa gaya belajar dan ketersediaan sumber daya pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar, dengan motivasi belajar sebagai mediator yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kesesuaian gaya belajar dan ketersediaan sumber daya pendidikan yang memadai meningkatkan motivasi dan menghasilkan prestasi belajar yang optimal, sehingga menegaskan pentingnya pemahaman gaya belajar, pemanfaatan sumber daya pendidikan, dan penguatan motivasi belajar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Tondano.

Abstract

Lingkungan yang bersih mencerminkan kondisi orang-orang yang tinggal di dalamnya. Penguatan lingkungan adalah tujuan bersama, jadi hal itu harus dicapai bersama-sama. Kegiatan penguatan lingkungan ini dilaksanakan melalui program kerja Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) STKIP Pelita Nusantara Buton, sebuah kegiatan berbasis pengabdian masyarakat yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan empati mahasiswa terhadap kondisi sosial dan lingkungannya. Program pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan bersama mahasiswa STKIP Pelita Nusantara Buton di Kelurahan Pasar Wajo, Kabupaten Buton, Sulawesi Tenggara, dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi, pendidikan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Program ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi terhadap perlindungan lingkungan, mengurangi dampak pencemaran, dan menjaga lingkungan yang sehat, indah, dan bersih. Selain itu, sampah dipilah ke dalam tempat sampah, yang dapat memfasilitasi pengelolaan sampah di tingkat pengumpulan akhir.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis di Indonesia yang berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Pencegahan stunting sangat bergantung pada praktik masyarakat, yang dipengaruhi oleh interaksi dengan petugas kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara Autonomy support dan Kompetensi Facilitation terhadap praktik pencegahan stunting di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kinovaro, Kabupaten Sigi. Metode : Desain penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu yang memiliki anak dibawa Usia 5 tahun Di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kinovaro yang berjumlah 169 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah 63 orang. Variabel penelitian ini yaitu Autonomy support dan Kompetensi Facilitation dan Pencegahan Stunting di ukur menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian dari 63 orang menunjukkan ada hubungan Autonomy support Terhadap Praktik Pencegahan stunting Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi dengan nilai Uji Chi Square di peroleh nilai p-value= 0,003. Ada Hubungan Kompetensi Facilitation Terhadap Praktik Pencegahan Stunting Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi dengan nilai Uji Chi Square di peroleh nilai p-value= 0,001. Simpulan : Ada Hubungan Autonomy support Dan Kompetensi Facilitation Terhadap Praktik Pencegahan Stunting Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kinovaro Kabupaten Sigi. Saran : Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi tenaga kesehatan dan institusi pelayanan kesehatan dalam meningkatkan praktik pencegahan stunting. Selain itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengkaji faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan pencegahan stunting dengan cakupan dan metode yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Adolescent aggression is a social problem that is still commonly found in densely populated urban areas, one of which is Johar Baru District, Central Jakarta. Social environments full of conflict and experiences of violence make adolescents vulnerable to aggressive behavior. One psychological factor suspected to play a role in reducing aggressiveness is forgiveness. This study aims to examine the effect of forgiveness on aggressiveness in adolescents in Johar Baru District. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Participants were 100 adolescents aged 10–17 years selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments included the Forgiveness Scale based on McCullough's concept and the Aggressiveness Scale adapted from Buss and Perry. Data analysis used the Spearman correlation test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between forgiveness and aggressiveness (ρ = -0.419; p < 0.05). This finding indicates that the higher the level of forgiveness, the lower the level of aggressiveness in adolescents. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening forgiveness as a psychological intervention strategy to reduce adolescent aggressiveness in conflict-prone environments..

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of ice-breaking in the learning process to increase the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at UPTD SD NEGERI 122358 Sumber Jaya II. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The sources of this study are teachers and fourth-grade students. The study is motivated by the low learning motivation of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 122358 Sumber Jaya II in Mathematics subjects. Based on initial observations, the learning process is still dominated by monotonous lecture methods, causing students to feel bored, less focused, and tend to chat during lessons. This study aims to describe the implementation of ice-breaking strategies in increasing students' learning motivation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that before the implementation of ice-breaking activities, the classroom atmosphere tended to be stiff and unconducive. However, after integrating ice-breaking activities in between lessons, there was a significant change in student behavior. Students became more enthusiastic, cheerful, and refocused on absorbing the lesson material. Ice-breaking was proven to be able to thaw the frozen atmosphere (boredom) and build a more dynamic relationship between teachers and students. The conclusion of this study is that the application of appropriate and varied ice-breaking strategies is effective in increasing students' extrinsic motivation and creating a joyful learning environment in elementary schools.
