Jurnal Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Inovatif atau JPPMI diterbitkan oleh Research and Social Study Institute (RESSI) bekerjasama dengan Program Studi Penyuluhan Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung. Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi peternak lebah madu di Desa Margacinta yaitu rendahnya produksi madu, rendahnya kapasitas sumberdaya manusia dalam budidaya lebah madu. Kegitan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan Kelompok Tani Madu Taruna Karya dan peningkatan kualitas dan kualitas serta kuantitas madu. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui skema Pengabidan Internal Universitas Siliwangi pada Kelompok Tani Trauna Karya, Desa Margacinta Kabupaten Pangandaran dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli hingga September 2023. Kegiatan pengabdian meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan monitoring dan evaluasi pengabdian. Peningkatan kualitas dan kapasitas SDM dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan penyuluhan oleh tim pengabdian Universitas Siliwangi serta menghadirkan praktisi dan akademisi dari Universitas Simalungun. Kegiatan pengabdian difokuskan pada aspek peningkatan produksi lebah madu melalui pengembangan lebah Apis mellifera, diversifikasi tanaman dan tumbuhan pakan lebah, diversifikasi produk lebah menajdi royal jelly dan propolis serta peluasan pasar madu. Peningkatan kualitas madu yang dihasilkan oleh peternak Kelompok Tani Taruna Karya dilakukan melalui pemberian bantuan alat pemisah madu otomatis. Alat pemisah madu atau spinner madu memiliki keunggulan yakni teknologi pemisahan madu dari sarangnya secara efektif dan efisien sehingga kualitas madu yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik dari produksi sebelumnya.

Abstract

The problem faced by sheep farmers is the limitation of the number of sheep feeds in the farm, as well as the lack of nutritional additions to the feed. The dedication is aimed at producing alternative feed solutions using greening technology using local feed ingredients, with fermentation processes and using microorganisms found in M-Bio products. (silase). The dedication activities are carried out through the community dedication scheme in the livestock group Berkah Waringkas Farm, Ciharalanag Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis District in December 2023. The dedication activities include five methods: socio-reflective methods, early study method, socialization method, simulation of silas making, and evaluation and support. The dedication activities focused on making silas using local raw materials surrounding the fermentation process, as well as farmers better understanding the concept of adding nutrients to feed for sheep's fattening. Based on the results of the activity showed that the participants who were present looked enthusiastic in following the material exhibition and active in answering questions about the benefits of the use of silas, as well as the process of feeding the cattle. Activity evaluation questionnaire results show that this socialization activity has a good assessment for the participants

Abstract

This service is carried out as an effort to provide innovation and increase public awareness in managing and maximizing the potential of tilapia into shredded processed products. Shredded fish is one of the processed products of fishery products from seasoned fish meat. This activity was carried out at the Pekon Kagungan hall on January 29, 2023, which was aimed at housewives in Pekon Kagungan who are members of the family welfare empowerment group (PKK). This activity was carried out with the method of socialization and direct demonstration to make it easier for the participants who attended to understand the procedures for making shredded. Based on the results of the evaluation after the implementation of the activity, the majority of participants were very enthusiastic in learning the procedures in shredded processing. Participants knew how the process of processing raw tilapia into shredded processed products

Abstract

Education is a very important aspect in every country to ensure the preservation of the nation's life. Students, as the successors of the nation who are at the forefront, must be able to carry out the tri dharma of higher education, namely in the form of education, research and community service. As a form of student service to the community, the University of Lampung Real Lecture Work (KKN) Period 1 of 2023 was held. In carrying out this KKN, the Tapak Siring 1 group held a work program entitled "Study Guidance to Increase Students' Understanding and Interest in Learning in Pekon Tapak Siring, Kec. Sukau, Kab. West Lampung. In this program, students provide a forum in the form of tutoring outside of school for the children of Tapak Siring Pekon. The implementation is carried out for twenty-six days which is carried out at night, namely at 19.00 until it is finished. Even though the learning interests and abilities of children in understanding learning material differ, the overall results obtained are that children in Tapak Siring Pekon are able to understand, deepen and add to their understanding of learning material according to their respective grade levels. This is evidenced by the results of the evaluation in the form of a try out (TO) carried out by students. The hope is that this program can run in a sustainable manner by financing upper class children as mentors for their younger siblings who are still in the lower class. Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Belajar, Minat Belajar, Pemahaman Siswa, Pendidikan.

Abstract

Natar Village is located in Natar District, South Lampung Regency which is divided into several hamlets, one of which is Sukamaju Hamlet which is a hamlet that is experiencing rapid development because it is a strategic area where there are several facilities. In recent years, there have been changes in land use in this hamlet, such as the expansion of agricultural land, housing developments, and other activities. To understand and manage land use effectively and sustainably, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive land use mapping. Therefore, the technical team plans to carry out land use mapping activities using Satellite Imagery. This activity aims to carry out land use mapping and understand land use trend patterns in the area. The mapping method used is an on-screen digitized guided classification based on 9 key image interpretations. The results of the service in Sukamaju Hamlet are a 1:3000 scale land use map product consisting of a residential area of 17.76 ha, plantations of 5.35 ha, rice fields of 0.85 ha, and a road length of 10,452.16 m and waters of 2,686.40 m. This of course influences the trend pattern in areas dominated by residential land. This land use map can provide the latest information regarding the development of sustainability areas in Sukamaju Hamlet for village officials and residents.

Abstract

Margacinta Village has abundant tourism potential, one of which is natural honey bee cultivation. Honey farmers in Margacinta Village are organized into the Taruna Karya Honey Farmer Group. During the harvest season, the honey produced by farmers is abundant (60 to 80 liters, but during the rainy season, honey farmers in Margacinta Village have the potential to experience crop failure, this clearly threatens the economy of honey farmers in Margaacinta Village. The implementation of this service is to develop tourism with the concept of agro-eduwisata. Development is carried out in several stages, starting from education, training, and practice for honey farmers, establishing mini ecosystems as a source of bee feed and agro-educational destinations, and marketing on various platforms. The service was carried out in response to community problems in Margacinta Village, so that the purpose of this service was to improve the economy of the community in general, the Taruna Karya Farmer Group in particular. The targeted outputs are the formation of honey village agro-tourism, the publication of the Apiscerana honey bee cultivation module, the existence of standard packaging standards for raw products, marketing of local products and honey village agro-tourism packages, the formation of mini bee ecosystems, and honey extraction using machine extractors so that the honey obtained is of higher quality.

Abstract

Desa Tanjungpura merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Rajapolah yang memiliki potensi perikanan yang layak untuk dikembangkan. Tingginya antusiasme masyarakat ditunjukkan dengan terbentuknya kelompok budidaya ikan nila bernama Sawala Tanjungbuana. Kelompok tersebut mampu menggerakkan perkonomian desa sektor perikanan melalui budidaya ikan menggunakan sistem bioflok dan saat ini sudah memiliki 15 bioflok. Usaha ikan nila bioflok mengalami perkembangan cukup pesat mengingat permintaannya yang relatif stabil. Namun dalam perjalanannya, banyak aspek yang harus diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, ditemukan berbagai permasalahan diantaranya, belum adanya pemanfaatan limbah bioflok dan limbah kotoran ikan dan produk yang di jual hanya ikan segar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi potensi hilirisasi produk ikan nila baik dari segi diversifikasi produk, sehingga diharapkan terjadi peningkatan mutu dan produksi ikan nila, nilai tambah produk guna memperluas pemasaran produk ikan nila, serta terciptanya kemandirian dan ketahanan pangan

Abstract

Coffee is one of the strategic plantation commodities that significantly contributes to the economy in Indonesia. The lack of proper post-harvest handling of coffee has resulted in the low quality of coffee beans produced by farmers affiliated with the Karya Makmur Farmer Group. This activity aims to (1) provide technical guidance on proper post-harvest handling of coffee to partner farmers, (2) modify drying racks and air circulation systems to enhance the capacity of the solar dryer dome, and (3) improve the quality of coffee beans produced in accordance with general coffee quality standards. The implementation of the activity has been successful, yielding the following results: 1) There has been an increase in knowledge and skills among members of the Karya Makmur farmer group in post-harvest coffee handling according to Good Handling Practices (GHP), 2) The Outreach Team has constructed one unit of a stacked-rack solar dryer with a drying capacity of 450 kg as an additional drying tool that can be utilized by the group, 3) The performance of the stacked-rack solar dryer produces better quality coffee beans compared to drying using the solar dryer stackted rak or sun-drying on the ground, and 4) The use of the stacked-rack solar dryer is effectively utilized by the Karya Makmur farmer group in the drying process of fresh coffee beans as well as for other commodities.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum (KM) is a new breakthrough as an effort to create quality education for the Indonesian people. The government strives to have motivating teachers in every educational unit through the teachers as Mobilizers Education (PGP). The drive to become a professional teacher by taking PGP is a requirement for every teacher, however, information related to this program is not yet fully understood. The purpose of this service activity is so that economics subject teachers and schools can find out information related to the Independent Curriculum, economics subject teachers can take part in the Teacher Mobilization program, schools can implement the Independent Curriculum in the school curriculum. The methods used in implementing this service are counseling, lectures, practice and mentoring. Service activities were carried out with a total of 32 lesson hours (JPL) which were held from 10 to 12 August 2023 at the teacher's office at SMA Negeri 1 Parigi, Pangandaran Regency. Community service activities are carried out through counseling, lectures or education, practice and mentoring. The educational activities of the mobilizing teacher program and mobilizing school for economics teachers in Pangandaran Regency are running smoothly. The service implementation process is carried out by following several procedures, namely: 1) teacher counseling or education by teacher assessors from Siliwangi University: 2) tutorials on making learning tools that are in accordance with the Independent Curriculum; 3) participants are asked to practice making learning tools that have been studied previously; and 4) assistance from lecturers to teachers who create learning tools. Even though the service has been running smoothly, further education and training is needed to continue to facilitate the needs of Economic Subject teachers in all sectors.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk membantu peternak dalam mengelola dan mengolah kotoran domba yang tidak terpakai. Kotoran domba yang menjadi limbah akan diarahkan kepada peternak untuk dijadikan pupuk kandang. Pengolahan pupuk kandang ini memanfaatkan mikroorganisme yang terdapat pada produk M-Bio. Kemudian untuk rencana kegiatan telah dilaksanakan di berkah waringkas farm, di Desa Ciharalang Kecamatan Cijeunjing. Kabupaten Ciamis. Pada tanggal 2 Desember 2023 Adapun rangkaian kegiatan akan dilakukan pemaparan yang selanjutnya diikuti dengan praktik pengolahan pupuk kandang dari kotoran domba. Penanganan limbah dengan pembuatan pupuk organik diperlukan bukan saja karena tuntutan akan lingkungan yang nyaman tetapi juga karena pengembangan peternakan mutlak memperhatikan kualitas lingkungan, sehingga keberadaannya tidak menjadi masalah bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya. Pemanfaatan kotoran ternak sebagai sumber pupuk organik sangat mendukung usaha pertanian mulai dari tanaman sayuran, tanaman hias, dan tanaman buah. Banyak kotoran ternak yang terdapat di daerah sentra produksi ternak banyak yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sebagian diantaranya terbuang begitu saja, sehingga sering merusak lingkungan dengan bau yang tidak sedap sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian telkah meningkatkan pengetahuan peternak dalam praktik pembuatan pupuk organik padat dengan menggunakan kotoran domba.
