Abstract

The capital market industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth in recent years. This growth is driven by the increasing public interest in investing in the capital market, particulary in stocks. However, this significant growth has not been accompanied by an improvement in the financial literacy of the Indonesian population. Recognizing this potential, PT. Surya Family Capital has decided to transform into an investment advisory and asset management service provider after obtaining the necessary business license and operational legality. This research aims to design the business strategy for PT. Surya Family Capital, covering several key aspects including product or services design, marketing strategy, operations, organization, management, and financial planning. The research methodology used is a qualitative descritive approach, aiming to analyze the business conditions in depth and to understand the issues related to the research object. The result show that the business plan for PT. Surya Family Capital is feasible for implementation. The designed strategy focuses on service innovation, a personalized approach to cliens, and operational efficiency, enabling the company to face the dynamic challenges of the capital market and strengthen clien trust.

Abstract

Employee performance in the public sector plays a crucial role in determining the quality of healthcare services provided to the community. However, various internal and external factors can influence employee productivity, requiring a deeper analysis to optimize performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, teamwork, and the non-physical work environment on employee performance at Puskesmas Tajinan, Malang Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The study population consists of 64 employees, with the total sampling method (census sampling) used to ensure comprehensive data representation. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using statistical techniques. The results indicate that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where intrinsic motivation (e.g., personal satisfaction) exerts a stronger influence than extrinsic motivation. The non-physical work environment also significantly contributes to performance improvement, particularly through interpersonal relationships, organizational culture, and a conducive work climate. However, teamwork does not significantly influence employee performance, suggesting that other factors, such as leadership or workload, may play a more dominant role. This study offers a novel insight into the relative impact of work motivation and the work environment over teamwork in the healthcare sector, emphasizing the importance of intrinsic motivation and a supportive work culture. The findings provide practical implications for Puskesmas management, recommending strategies to enhance employee motivation programs, foster a more harmonious work environment, and reassess the role of teamwork dynamics. These insights can serve as a valuable reference for healthcare institutions seeking to improve productivity and service quality.

Abstract

The development of the aviation industry in Indonesia is quite behind when compared to some neighboring countries, therefore strategy evaluation is needed to help the development of the aviation industry in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to identify the conditions of PT GMF AeroAsia in terms of business strategy, business environment, resource usage method, organizational value management method, and the way the company runs as an organization. The data was harvested from interviews with relevant informants regarding the company’s annual reports and from the public-expose dialog conducted by the company, which is accessible through the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange as the accountability report of PT GMF AeroAsia for their shareholders. The results of the analysis demonstrate that strategy, environment, and resource at PT GMF AeroAsia are mutually-influencing elements, that value is the element with the weakest influence or is influenced by other elements, and that organization is a quite influential element although its strength is not as high as the strength of the earliest three elements. One of the implications that occurred when the research was conducted was that the location of the research object inside the airport area made the researcher unable to get full access when conducting observations.

The objective of this research is to identify and elucidate the effects of workplace environment, compensation, and learning organization on innovative work behavior. In this exploratory study, the causal relationships of those variables were corrob-orated via hypothesis testing. Using census sampling, all 45 employees of PT BPR Mentari Terang, a rural bank in Tuban, were selected as samples. The data was harvested through validity and reliability-tested Likert questionnaires and was analyzed descriptively and statistically using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 26. Abstract

This study evaluates the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices of PT Greenfields Indonesia Dairyfarm 1 Malang using the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework, which emphasizes three key dimensions: People, Planet, and Profit. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PT Greenfields has successfully carried out CSR initiatives across all TBL dimensions. In the People aspect, the company has contributed to community welfare, healthcare, education, and infrastructure. The Profit dimension is addressed through community empowerment and partnerships involving dairy cow farming and forage crops like dwarf elephant grass and corn stalks. The Planet component includes environmental sustainability efforts such as reforestation and greening initiatives. Despite these achievements, weaknesses remain in the People aspect, particularly concerning infrastructure development. To address these shortcomings, the study suggests (a) enhancing supervision, (b) strengthening collaboration with community leaders to increase public satisfaction, (c) broadening the scope of infrastructure-related CSR activities, and (d) involving more community members in CSR programs. Moreover, leveraging positive CSR outcomes is recommended to reinforce the company’s long-term sustainability and public legitimacy.
