Abstract

  Banjarsari Village has superior potential as a center for traditional tape production, but its conventional processing is a challenge in attracting tourists and the younger generation. This research aims to design a framework for the development of tape derivative products into Tape Kits as part of flavor and cultural tourism innovations that are oriented towards increasing community income (income generating). The approach used is qualitative with a case study method, where the community is actively involved through the stages of training in making Tape Kits, assistance in the packaging and marketing process, to the preparation of promotional strategies targeting the tourism sector. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, in-depth interviews with local business actors, and visual and narrative analysis of product design and promotional strategies. The results show that Tape Kit has not only succeeded in expanding the appeal of tape as a distinctive souvenir, but is also able to integrate local cultural values in the form of innovative presentations. In addition, the active participation of the community in the production and promotion process also encourages the birth of a sustainable new business ecosystem. This framework is expected to be replicated in other areas that have local culinary potential as a cultural tourism-based economic lever.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of implementing Creative Paint Kits in improving creativity literacy and its contribution to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the aspects of quality education (SDG 4) and sustainable community development (SDG 11). This study was carried out in the Pacitan Smart Community which focuses on developing children's creativity through an art-based educational and participatory approach. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of activities. The results of the study show that Creative Paint Kits not only play a role as a medium of visual exploration, but also as an educational tool that is able to encourage children's active participation in learning through art. The implementation strategy carried out includes the preparation of locally-based thematic modules, facilitator tr(Cahya & Purnanto, 2023)aining, and the involvement of parents and the surrounding community. This application directly encourages children to develop self-expression, improve fine motor skills, and understand socio-cultural issues contextually through visual works. Thus, the use of Creative Paint Kits makes a real contribution to the development of children's creative literacy, while encouraging the creation of a sustainable and inclusive learning community.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged businesses to utilize digital media as an effective promotional tool. Yoyo Toys, a toy store located in Java Mall Semarang, requires a website-based promotional medium to increase its reach and facilitate customer access to information about its products and services. This study aims to design and build an interactive, informative, and responsive promotional website for Yoyo Toys. The methods used in designing this website include data collection through observation, interviews, and literature review, followed by a design process using an appropriate User Interface and User Experience approach. The final result of this study is a promotional website that can help Yoyo Toys strengthen its branding, expand its market, and provide easy online access to information for customers.

Abstract

This study analyzes the efficiency of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in improving the transparency and accuracy of financial reports among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tangerang. Using a quantitative approach and Spearman correlation analysis, data were collected from 20 MSME actors who utilized the web-based application SIAKUN. The results indicate that the system’s reliability and ease of use play a crucial role in enhancing both the transparency and accuracy of financial reporting. Transparency was found to be a key factor supporting accurate record-keeping, while the efficiency of system usage significantly influenced reporting quality. These findings highlight the importance of an efficient, user-friendly, and reliable AIS in promoting financial accountability, digital transformation, and the overall credibility of MSMEs in Tangerang.

Abstract

Domestic violence (DV) represents a serious violation of human rights that frequently occurs in the private sphere, with children and women being the most vulnerable groups. Although Indonesia has established a relatively comprehensive legal framework, such as Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection and Law Number 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence, the enforcement of criminal legal protection for victims remains suboptimal. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of criminal sanctions within these laws and to critically evaluate the gap between legal norms and actual implementation. The study employs a normative juridical method by examining statutory regulations, legal doctrines, and relevant literature. The results indicate that, although the laws provide a detailed normative basis regarding the forms of violence and corresponding criminal sanctions, there are significant challenges in practice, including weak institutional coordination, limited support infrastructure, and the persistent influence of patriarchal cultural norms. Additionally, overlapping legal provisions often create ambiguity in legal enforcement processes. Therefore, this study underscores the need for harmonization of laws and a reformulation of criminal justice policies that are more victim-centered and aligned with human rights principles. Strengthening legal protection systems through inter-institutional synergy and increasing public legal awareness are essential steps toward achieving substantial justice for victims of domestic violence, particularly women and children.

Abstract

The story of Sabeni, a martial artist from Tanah Abang, became famous in Betawi after defeating Macan Kemayoran and a Chinese kung fu expert presented by Dutch officials. The reason for choosing this story for a 2D animation is due to its moral message, which teaches the importance of not taking others' rights, helping selflessly, avoiding evil, and remaining determined in facing challenges. Promotional media plays a crucial role in modern marketing strategies, especially in the ever-evolving digital era. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of various types of promotional media in increasing brand awareness and influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, the study collected data through surveys and in-depth interviews with marketers and consumers. The results indicate that social media, digital advertising, and creative content significantly impact capturing audience attention and building stronger relationships with customers. Additionally, message consistency and appealing design were found to enhance customer loyalty. This research provides valuable insights for marketers in designing more effective and relevant promotional campaigns in today's market. The findings are e xpected to serve as a reference for further research in the field of promotional media and marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of public services at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Jambi, viewed through the lens of community satisfaction as the main indicator. In an era of information transparency and public accountability, the quality of public service reflects the face of government bureaucracy and is directly assessed by its citizens. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, using in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation as methods of data collection. The findings reveal that the immigration office demonstrates commendable performance in terms of tangibles, reliability, and assurance. However, there are still challenges in responsiveness and empathy, especially regarding the promptness of service and the ability of officers to engage in empathetic communication. Overall, public satisfaction falls within the "moderately satisfied" category, suggesting room for improvement. The study offers a critical reflection for the institution to enhance its service quality, fostering a more professional, responsive, and citizen-oriented public administration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the implementation of the Community-Based Integrated Child Protection Program (PATBM) in Majalengka Regency, specifically in relation to the roles of the Social Service (Dinsos) and the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning Service (DP3AKB). Using a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study methodology, this study analyzes data and literature within the theoretical framework of public policy implementation by George C. Edwards III. The results indicate that the implementation of PATBM in Majalengka Regency has strong political commitment from regional leaders and effective cross-agency collaboration is a key strength. Significant challenges arise from fragmented communication channels between Dinsos and DP3AKB and an imbalance in resource allocation, which tends to focus more on post-incident case handling (responsive) than on preventative efforts (preventive). Positive stakeholder dispositions act as catalysts, enabling strong functional collaboration. Strategic steps are still needed to integrate and balance all program elements, particularly in the aspects of communication and resource allocation, to achieve comprehensive and sustainable child protection.

Abstract

Water is an essential ingredient in human life, as every living creature desperately needs water. Businesses that typically manage drinking water are Refill Drinking Water Depots (DAMIU) to meet human needs in both unpackaged and bulk forms. One type of bacteria found in the intestine is Escherichia coli (E. coli). Some of these bacteria are pathogenic and can cause disease in humans. The purpose of this paper is to identify the cleanliness of drinking water depot facilities in the Air Putih sub-district and to identify E. coli and coliform content in these facilities. This study used descriptive research with an observational approach. Based on the results of the observation sheet previously described, a total of 14 DAMIUs were studied. The relationship between the presence of coliform and the presence of coliform bacteria was found in 14 DAMIUs. This finding is supported by a study. Other research also indicates that 63.3% of handlers do not meet the requirements. The conclusion of this study is that the cleanliness of drinking water depot facilities in the Air Putih sub-district area is descriptively good. However, 5 of the 14 DAMIUs contained coliform bacteria, while the other 9 were free of coliform.

Abstract

Around 808.000 cases people worldwide are infected with pneumonia. Pneumonia is a lung infection that can lead to impaired gas exchange due to the accumulation of secretions in the respiratory tract. One non-pharmacological approach to manage ineffective airway clearance in pneumonia patients is the use of eucalyptus oil aromatherapy. This study aimed to describe nursing care for a patient with ineffective airway clearance due to pneumonia through the implementation of eucalyptus oil aromatherapy. This research utilized a case study method involving one elderly patient with pneumonia hospitalized in the Lavender ward of RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. The patient, Mrs. S, experienced productive cough, dyspnea, chest pain, and a respiratory rate of 28 breaths per minute. The initial nursing diagnosis was ineffective airway clearance related to retained secretions. After three days of nursing intervention, which included effective coughing and eucalyptus oil steam inhalation for 10–15 minutes twice daily, the patient showed improvement. The final outcomes included more effective coughing, reduced sputum production, and decreased dyspnea. It can be concluded that eucalyptus oil aromatherapy helps facilitate sputum removal in patients with ineffective airway clearance.
