Abstract

Based on the author's observations of class VIII students at MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi, some students still have low learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject. With this data, it is necessary to improve learning methods in Fiqh subjects. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a significant difference in improving Fiwih learning outcomes after implementing the Market Place Activity (MPA) method. The method used in this research is the Quasi Experimental Test method. The form of this research design is Nonequivalent Control Group Design, namely research to find the influence of the Market Place Activity method on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects in class VIII MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi. In this research, the test was given twice, namely: first, students were given an initial test (pre-test) to determine the extent of students' knowledge in both the control and experimental classes. Second, students were given a final test (post-test) using conventional methods in the control class and using the Market Place Activity method in the experimental class. From the test results, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in learning outcomes for Fiqh Subjects in class VIII at MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi, which was taught using conventional methods, with an average score of 22.74, as well as an increase in student learning outcomes for Fiqh Subjects in class VIII at MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi which is taught using the Market Place Activity method can be seen from the average score of 28.1. Meanwhile, in the T test, there was a difference in the learning outcomes of students in the Fiqh subject in class VIII MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi after the Market Place Activity method was applied. It was seen that the significance was 0.000 < 0.05, so it could be concluded that the Market Place Activity method could improve the learning outcomes of class VIII students. MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi.

Abstract

The activity of tafsir Qur'an has been started since the time of the Prophet Muhammad. and continues to develop from time to time, namely the period of the Prophet Muhammad. and his companions, the tabi'in period, and the modern period. By looking back at the history of the development of tafsir that has been alluded to, then of course each period and period of its development has its own uniqueness. This study aims to determine the history of the development of tafsir based on the three periods mentioned. The research method used is library research by collecting the required information from various reference sources such as books, notes, or research articles. The results of this study reveal that at the time of the Prophet Muhammad, the activity of tafsir the Qur'an continues to develop until it gives birth to various schools and methods of tafsir. At the time of the Companions, the Qur'an was interpreted using the riwayah method or sometimes ijtihad if a verse was not interpreted by the Prophet Muhammad. During the tabi'in period, the development of tafsir was marked by the emergence of schools of tafsir in Mecca, Medina, and Iraq. The development of commentary continues until the emergence of books of tafsir that occur in the tadwiin period or the period of codification of tafsir. After this period, the tafsir of the Qur'an entered the modern period which was marked by the emergence of a new method of interpreting the Qur'an, namely the maudhui method.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and describe the types of educational policies and programs made by the government, especially regarding multicultural education policies and inclusive education. Multicultural education is implemented to develop all students' potential regardless of their religion. Multicultural education emphasizes the philosophy of cultural pluralism in the education system, based on the principles of equality, mutual respect, acceptance, understanding and moral commitment to social justice. Meanwhile, inclusive education accommodates all children with special needs who have a normal IQ, intended for those who have disabilities, special talents, special intelligence and/or who require special educational services. The foundation of inclusive education is the Law on the National Education System chapter IV article V concerning the rights and obligations of citizens. The method used in this research is a type or library approach (Library Research). The data collection technique used in this research is a document technique, namely searching for information about the topics discussed in the form of notes, books, publications or articles, magazines, etc.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research aims to improve students' Arabic writing skills using PjBL learning at SMAIT Boarding School Subang. The researcher used 2 cycles to see the progress of students' learning to write Arabic using the Kemmis & Taggart model, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection carried out in cycles 1 and 2 from August 2 - September 2 2023. The research involved class XII Science 3 students at SMAIT As Syifa Boarding School Wanareja Subang. The instruments used to collect data consisted of student activity observation sheets, interviews, and Arabic writing skills tests. The research results show that PjBL learning can improve the Arabic writing skills of class XII IPA 3 SMAIT As-Syifa Boarding School Subang students. The results of this research are supported by the application of the PjBL model in learning, adopting learning technology such as Canva to design learning media and language games for students through the features available on the Canva platform. This research needs to be developed by future researchers by involving all language skills in PTK research.

Abstract

Pascal law material requires critical skills to study it, in order to get meaningful learning material. This research aims to improve problem solving skills in Pascal law material through PBL learning at SMAIT As-Syifa Boarding School Subang. The research method used is classroom action research with 2 cycles. Based on the results of action research carried out using the problem-based learning (PBL) model in class XI IPA 1 girls on Pascal law material, it shows the results of increasing students' problem-solving skills. So, the problem-based learning (PBL) model for learning problem solving skills can be an alternative media used by teachers. Improving the problem-solving skills of students in class held Class XI Science 1 Girls students from cycle I to cycle 2. showed satisfactory results and met the classical completeness criteria, namely from 95% to 97.5% of student activity and the problem skill score was above 75 after cycle 2 was completed. This study has limitations that need to be followed up by future researchers, such as revealing the effectiveness of problem-based learning in increasing students' learning motivation towards physics lessons through more comprehensive methods and objects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the evaluation of the principal's performance in curriculum development at the UPT SMP Negeri 35 Medan school. In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative research method and the data obtained is from the results of interviews, observations and documentation at UPT SMP Negeri 35 Medan school. In curriculum development, school principals need to cooperate with other parties in evaluating curriculum development. Because the principal will not be able to carry out all his duties well by himself. Need good cooperation with other teachers and the government in handling funds in order to form a good and correct curriculum development. Which is where the curriculum is a very important and decisive component in organizing education. As well as the curriculum also functions as a tool for achieving educational goals, if educational goals change then automatically the curriculum must also be changed.

Abstract

Increasing the success of teacher performance is largely determined by the leadership style of a school principal in his capacity as a leader. This research aims to obtain data results regarding: (1). Increasing teacher work discipline through the leadership style of the school principal. (2). The principal through his leadership style is able to increase teacher work motivation. (3). Increased teacher responsibility through the leadership style of the school principal. (4). In improving teacher performance, there are obstacles or constraints faced by school principals. This approach uses a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. With data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. From the results of this research it can be concluded that: (1). In order to improve discipline, an instructive leadership style (telling) is applied by the school principal. (2). In increasing teacher work motivation, a consultative (selling) leadership style is applied by the school principal. (3). In increasing teacher responsibility, the school principal applies a delegative leadership style. (4) In learning, there are obstacles or obstacles faced by school principals, namely, decreased teacher discipline, reduced teacher work motivation, and low teacher responsibility in learning. There are suggestions from the author so that the desired goals can be achieved well and maximally, a good leadership style can be applied that is optimally suited to the situation and conditions by the school principal.

Abstract

This study discusses the context of leadership in private educational institutions as an attempt to understand the dynamics of leadership in the context of independent educational organizations. This study involves an analysis of the factors that influence leadership in private educational institutions, including the role of leaders, characteristics of institutions, and internal and external dynamics that affect organizational performance. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores the perceptions, experiences, and views of stakeholders in the environment of private educational institutions to provide a holistic picture of the leadership context in them. The results of the study are expected to contribute to the development of leadership theory in the context of private educational institutions and provide practical guidance for leaders and managers of private educational institutions in improving the quality of Education.

Abstract

The development of knowledge and technology greatly influences changes in educational goals every year. Education for humans is very important so the need for quality education is the main goal for creating human resources that are able to increase personal potential. The importance of national systems and policies cannot be underestimated. They have a direct impact on the quality of education received by the younger generation, social mobility, and the country's economic development. Therefore, the government and related stakeholders need to be actively involved in formulating effective policies, monitoring their implementation, and committing to continue improving the national education system for a bright future. This research aims to explain the meaning, concepts, theories and scope of the national education system and policies. The research method used is the library research method, which is a method that uses a library study approach by examining sources or references that are relevant to research problems to find answers to research problems. The research results show that it is important to develop a strong national education policy system to create an educated and competent society, which is ready to face the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Decentralization of education has become a main topic in efforts to improve the accessibility and quality of education in various parts of the world. This article discusses the concept of educational decentralization as a strategy to overcome the challenges of a centralized education system. Decentralization of education provides opportunities for equal distribution of education and empowerment of local communities in managing learning. This study discusses the decentralization of education, which was initially completely controlled by the central government. With the decentralization of education, regional governments have the authority to regulate and control education in their regions in an effort to improve the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study type. Data was collected from various journal articles and books in accordance with the research topic through content analysis. This type of research is qualitative research. The results of this study show that decentralization of education is actually implemented entirely by local governments, so that the impact can be felt by school residents in an effort to improve the quality of education.
