Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan tidak hanya dari laporan keuangan historis, tetapi juga melalui presepsi pasar terhadap nilai perusahaan. salah satu indikator yang digunkan adalah Market Value Added atau MVA, yaitu selisih antara nilai pasar saham dengan total modal yang diinvestasikan oleh pemegang saham. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh MVA terhadap kinerja keuangan PT. BCA Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2021-2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif non statistik dengan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diperoleh melalui situs BEI platfrom ticmidata dan web BCA. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai MVA PT. BCA Tbk selalu bernilai positif dan mengalami peningkatan setiap tahun. Hal ini mencerminkan bahwa perusahaan mampu menciptakan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham dan dinilai positif dalam pasaran. Dengan demikian MVA dapat dijadikan alat alternatif dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan berbasis pasar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran mata kuliah Pendidikan Pramuka dalam menguatkan karakter kemandirian dan tanggung jawab mahasiswa PGSD FKIP Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan perkuliahan Kepramukaan berkontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter kemandirian dan tanggung jawab mahasiswa. Mahasiswa, alumni, dan stakeholder menilai bahwa kegiatan kepramukaan efektif meningkatkan kompetensi personal dan profesional calon guru SD, terutama dalam kesiapan menjadi pembina ekstrakurikuler di sekolah.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bulukumba yang memiliki kekayaan sumber daya pertanian dan potensi pangan yang melimpah, namun belum adanya fasilitas pendukung yang dapat menjadi sumber atau media digital informasi yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat umum. Fasilitas pendukung tersebut bisa berupa website sebagai arena ideal yang dapat digunakan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana digitalisasi dapat memberikan kontribusi positif pada tingkat lokal. Metodologi pengembangan website yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Winston Royce sekitar tahun 1970 sehingga sering dianggap kuno, tetapi merupakan model yang paling banyak dipakai di dalam Software Engineering (SE). Perancangan website sistem informasi (siptani.com) di Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan menggunakan platform wordpres (CMS) dimana penelitian ini melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna dengan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi dan wawancara langsung ke petani dan staf dinas terkait. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan sistem informasi dan pelayanan yang tersedia di Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Bulukumba akan memberikan peran penting dalam penyediaan informasi dan layanan terkait pertanian serta mendorong peningkatan produktivitas pertanian dan kesejahteraan petani di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

The study purpose was … This study aims to describe personal selling practices in cigarette sales at tourist sites in Medan City. The background of this study is based on the phenomenon of increasing cigarette sales activities in tourist areas involving direct interaction between sellers and tourists, thereby giving rise to economic, social, and regulatory dynamics. Materials and methods. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, involving 70 cigarette seller respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed univariately and bivariately using Pearson's correlation test. Results. The results show that the majority of sellers are street vendors (71.4%) operating in natural tourist locations (64.3%), with cigarette displays mostly placed at the front (75.7%). Most respondents were active smokers (70%), and the highest sales volume was in the range of 6–10 packs per week (42.9%). Conclussion. The personal selling strategies used tended to be persuasive, relaxed, and tailored to the characteristics of tourists. This activity contributes to the local economy but presents challenges in terms of health regulations, tourism image, and the sustainability of tourist destinations. This study is expected to provide input for policymakers, tourism managers, and the community in balancing economic aspects with public health and tourism sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM), dukungan organisasi, dan kesiapan berwirausaha pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Responden penelitian ini adalah 150 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi di salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia yang telah mengikuti program kewirausahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert 5 poin. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha, sedangkan dukungan organisasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa dukungan organisasi berperan sebagai variabel moderasi yang memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi SDM terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi mahasiswa dan dukungan institusional dalam menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meaning of students’ lived experiences in the process of character formation through non-formal education at Ma’had Tahfidz Al-Ansor Medan. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this research explores how students experience daily interactions with teachers, peers, and the pesantren environment an atmosphere rich in religious and disciplinary values. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation of teaching and character-building activities. The findings reveal that character formation at Ma’had Tahfidz Al-Ansor occurs through three main dimensions: exemplary modeling (uswah), habituation (ta‘wid), and the internalization of spiritual values in daily routines such as Qur’an memorization, congregational prayers, and community service activities. These dimensions collectively shape a character pattern grounded in sincerity, responsibility, and independence. From a phenomenological perspective, students perceive the pesantren’s non-formal education not merely as religious instruction but as a spiritual journey toward developing noble character (akhlaq al-karimah). The study concludes that non-formal education in pesantren plays a significant role in fostering students’ character through meaningful existential experiences.

Abstract

This study explores the dominant types of language learning strategies and their relationship to English learning outcomes among eighth-grade EFL (English as a Foreign Language) students at MTS Plus Roudhotul Muhibbin Bekasi. Language is a fundamental tool for communication, allowing humans to express their ideas and emotions. With the increasing importance of English in the global context, it is widely taught at various levels, from elementary school to university, and in informal educational settings. However, effective language learning requires the use of appropriate strategies. The study employs both qualitative and quantitative approaches using a descriptive case study method, involving 30 eighth-grade students at a private junior high school in Cibitung Bekasi. The research instruments include a set of questionnaires adapted from Oxford (1990), along with interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that students are not very aware of or proactive in using language learning strategies, as they rarely implement them in their studies. The analysis indicates that the most commonly used strategies among students are Cognitive (49%), Memory (18%), and Compensation (14%) strategies, followed by Metacognitive (12%), Affective (4%), and Social (3%) strategies. Additionally, methods such as translation and independent vocabulary learning are frequently used, reflecting the adaptation to the limited exposure to the target language in Indonesia. This study emphasizes the critical role of learning strategies in fostering students' independence and motivation in mastering English.

The study purpose was … This study aims to analyze tourists’ smoking behavior in Medan City’s tourist areas by focusing on attitudes, subjective norms, intentions, and actual behaviors. Materials and methods. A quantitative survey was conducted with 75 tourists in five popular destinations of Medan City. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires, then analyzed using normality tests, univariate, and bivariate analysis with chi-square. Results. The results showed that most tourists had permissive attitudes toward smoking, although a few were aware of its negative impacts. Subjective norms from peers and the social environment strongly influenced tourists’ intentions to smoke. This intention eventually turned into actual behavior, with 72% of respondents smoking in tourist areas. The implementation of the Smoke-Free Area (SFA) policy was found ineffective since 82% of respondents admitted they had never seen monitoring on site. Conclussion. These findings confirm that tourists’ smoking behavior is a complex interaction between personal and social factors. Therefore, tourism management strategies should focus on enforcing SFA regulations, providing designated smoking areas, and conducting community-based health education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance with work discipline as a moderating variable at TK Sweet Butterfly Montessori Tangerang. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative-correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 teacher respondents. The results show that, partially, leadership has a positive and significant influence on teachers’ work discipline, and motivation also has a positive and significant influence on work discipline. Simultaneously, leadership and motivation have a positive and significant influence on work discipline. In addition, leadership and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The moderating model of work discipline in mediating the influence of leadership and motivation on teacher performance could not be analysed using SPSS 24. Nevertheless, multicollinearity tests showed valid results, and all variable indicators were declared valid with correlation coefficients (r-count) greater than the critical value (r-table = 0.361) at the 5% significance level. The reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha produced values greater than 0.700, indicating that the research instrument is reliable. The normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method indicated that the data are normally distributed (Asymp. Sig = 0.200 > 0.05). The hypothesis testing using the F-test revealed that leadership, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance (significance = 0.000). However, based on the t-test, it was found that leadership does not have a significant effect on teacher performance, while motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

Sanggar Seni Singo Bhirowo merupakan salah satu komunitas pelestari kesenian Reog di Surakarta yang berupaya mempertahankan eksistensinya di tengah perubahan sosial dan menurunnya minat generasi muda terhadap seni tradisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana pelatihan integrasi seni yang memadukan unsur musik, tari, dan teater dapat menjadi strategi penguatan eksistensi sanggar melalui pembelajaran kreatif dan partisipatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design Based Research (DBR) untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan berbasis praktik yang kontekstual dengan kebutuhan anggota sanggar. Pelatihan integrasi seni meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan pemahaman estetis anggota, juga menumbuhkan kesadaran kolektif, kepekaan musikal, dan kepercayaan diri dalam berkarya. Proses latihan yang melibatkan permainan teater (theatre games), eksplorasi ritme melalui alat musik tradisional seperti slompret, serta pembentukan karakter tokoh Reog melalui pelatihan tari menghasilkan pengalaman belajar yang holistik dan reflektif. Dampak sosial pelatihan ini terlihat dari meningkatnya partisipasi anggota dan dukungan publik terhadap kegiatan sanggar, yang berpuncak pada pementasan Wayang Reog sebagai luaran program. Pementasan tersebut menjadi momentum kebangkitan eksistensi Singo Bhirowo dan membuka ruang kolaborasi baru dengan komunitas seni lainnya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan integrasi seni dapat berfungsi sebagai model pendidikan berbasis tradisi yang adaptif dan kontekstual, sekaligus strategi revitalisasi bagi keberlanjutan sanggar seni di era kontemporer.
