Abstract

Drug information services re an essential component of hospital pharmaceutical care aimed at improving patients’ understanding of the proper, safe, and rational use of medications. Service quality that does not meet patient expectations may create a gap between perceived and expected services, which can influence patient satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the gap between the drug information services received and the expectations of patients, as well as to determine the effect of drug information service quality on outpatient satisfaction at the Pharmacy Installation of Yarsi Hospital Pontianak. This research employed an observational study with a quantitative cross-sectional design. A total of 100 outpatients were selected using purposive sampling based on predetermined inclusion criteria. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire. Data analysis included normality testing, non-parametric correlation analysis (Spearman Rank), and gap analysis to measure the difference between patients’ perceptions and expectations. The service dimensions analyzed were type of drug information, pharmacists’ attitude, pharmacists’ performance, duration of drug information service, and pharmacists’ communication skills. The results showed that the overall level of patient satisfaction was categorized as very high (≥98%). The gap values for each dimension were as follows: type of drug information (-0.06), pharmacists’ attitude (-0.02), pharmacists’ performance (+0.02), duration of drug information service (-0.21), and pharmacists’ communication skills (-0.23). Statistically, the quality of drug information services did not have a significant effect on patient satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Overall, there was no significant difference between the perceived services and the expected services among outpatients.

Abstract

Dismenorea merupakan nyeri pada abdomen bawah yang dapat menjalar ke pinggang dan muncul sebelum atau selama menstruasi. Kondisi ini tidak hanya menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan fisik, tetapi juga berdampak pada prestasi akademik serta kesehatan reproduksi mahasiswi. Berbagai metode penatalaksanaan dismenorea telah dikembangkan, meliputi pendekatan farmakologis dan non-farmakologis. Terapi farmakologis efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri, namun berpotensi menimbulkan efek samping apabila digunakan dalam jangka panjang. Kekhawatiran terhadap efek samping penggunaan terapi farmakologis menjadikan terapi non-farmakologis sebagai alternatif yang relevan untuk diterapkan. Salah satu metode non-farmakologis yang mudah diterapkan adalah kompres bantal hangat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kompres bantal hangat terhadap intensitas nyeri ]dismenorea pada mahasiswi. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan pendekatan one group pre-test and post-test. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswi tingkat I Program Studi S1 Keperawatan sebanyak 238 orang, dengan 200 mahasiswi (84%) mengalami dismenorea. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 mahasiswi yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Intervensi berupa pemberian kompres bantal hangat dilakukan satu kali, dengan pengukuran nyeri menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata intensitas nyeri sebelum intervensi sebesar 6,38 (SD = 1,181) dan setelah intervensi sebesar 3,32 (SD = 0,878). Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai p-value = 0,000 (p < 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompres bantal hangat efektif menurunkan intensitas nyeri dismenorea pada mahasiswi. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan desain pre-test and post-test dengan kelompok kontrol.

Abstract

The study purpose was to analyze the effect of liquidity, firm size, and leverage on profitability in agriculture sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Profitability, measured by Return on Assets (ROA), reflects a company’s ability to generate earnings from its total assets and serves as a key indicator of financial performance. Liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), firm size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets, and leverage is represented by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). Materials and methods. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from annual financial reports published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population consisted of 22 agriculture sector companies, with 10 companies selected as samples through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis supported by SPSS software. Hypothesis testing included the coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, and F-test at a 5% significance level. Results. The results indicated that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Firm size and leverage, however, do not have a significant partial effect on profitability. Simultaneously, liquidity, firm size, and leverage significantly influence profitability. The adjusted R² value of 0.160 shows that 16% of the variation in profitability is explained by the model, while 84% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. Conclusions. The findings highlight that liquidity stability is a more dominant determinant of profitability in the agriculture sector compared to firm size and leverage. Effective working capital management is therefore crucial to maintaining sustainable financial performance.

Abstract

The study purpose was to examine the effect of dividend policy and profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies within the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period, which covers both the COVID-19 pandemic and the post-pandemic recovery phase. This study aims to provide empirical evidence on how financial decisions and fundamental performance indicators influence market valuation under economic uncertainty. By focusing on a defensive industry, the research highlights the relative importance of dividend distribution and profitability in shaping investor perception. Materials and methods. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from audited annual financial statements. The population consisted of 16 companies, and six firms were selected as samples through purposive sampling based on specific criteria, including consistent listing and dividend distribution during the observation period. Dividend policy was measured using Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), profitability was proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), and firm value was measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 21, following classical assumption tests. Results. The findings reveal that dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on firm value, although its impact is relatively modest. Profitability demonstrates a stronger positive and significant influence on firm value, indicating that investors place greater emphasis on fundamental performance. Simultaneously, dividend policy and profitability significantly affect firm value, with an adjusted R² of 0.698, suggesting substantial explanatory power. Conclusions. The study concludes that during periods of economic disruption and recovery, firm value in the food and beverage subsector is more sensitive to profitability than dividend policy. While dividend payments function as a positive market signal, sustainable earnings performance remains the primary driver of market valuation.

Abstract

Penuaan adalah proses alami yang terkait erat dengan penurunan fungsi saraf, seperti kemampuan otak untuk mengirimkan sinyal dan berkomunikasi. Seiring bertambahnya usia, terjadi perubahan fisik dan fungsional pada otak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efektifitas aktifitas fisik dan fungsi kognitif pada lansia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematis terhadap artikel ulasan dengan sumber jurnal Google Scholar rentang waktu 2021-2025. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian ketujuh literture melalui Google Scholar disimpulkan bahwa aktifitas fisik mempengaruhi fungsi kognitif pada lansia. Hasil rata-rata dari ketujuh artikel tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan hasil kognitif pada lansia setelah intervensi seperti senam otak, latihan aerobik, dan jalan santai. Semua aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini merangsang produksi protein di otak.

Abstract

Gagal ginjal kronik merupakan kondisi kerusakan fungsi ginjal secara permanen yang berlangsung lebih dari tiga bulan dan membutuhkan terapi pengganti ginjal berupa hemodialisis. Secara global, WHO mencatat lebih dari 500 juta kasus gagal ginjal kronik, dengan sekitar 1,5 juta penderita menjalani hemodialisis rutin. Di Indonesia, sebanyak 30,7 juta orang menderita gagal ginjal kronik namun hanya sekitar 25.000 yang menerima pengobatan memadai. Hemodialisis dijalani seumur hidup dengan frekuensi dua hingga tiga kali per minggu sehingga berdampak besar terhadap kualitas hidup pasien mencakup aspek fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan lingkungan. Di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan tercatat 340 pasien menjalani hemodialisis pada tahun 2024, namun gambaran kualitas hidup pasien tersebut belum terdokumentasi secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan tahun 2024 sebagai dasar pengembangan intervensi keperawatan yang tepat sasaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah 340 pasien hemodialisis periode Januari hingga Juni 2024, dengan sampel 77 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan rumus Slovin toleransi kesalahan 10%. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner WHOQOL terdiri dari 26 pertanyaan mencakup empat domain fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan lingkungan dengan kategorisasi skor kurang (0–25), cukup (26–50), baik (51–75), dan sangat baik (76–100). Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebesar 64,9%, sangat baik 32,5%, dan cukup 2,6%. Domain lingkungan mencapai hasil tertinggi dengan seluruh responden berkategori sangat baik (100%), domain sosial didominasi kategori sangat baik (49,4%), domain fisik mayoritas baik (79,2%), sedangkan domain psikologis menjadi domain paling rentan dengan proporsi kategori cukup tertinggi (31,2%). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis berada pada kategori baik, ditopang kuatnya dukungan sosial keluarga dan kenyamanan lingkungan pelayanan rumah sakit, namun domain psikologis dan fisik masih memerlukan intervensi keperawatan lebih intensif dan terstruktur guna mengoptimalkan kualitas hidup pasien secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This research to identify and analyze urban consumer market segments based on their brand and lifestyle preferences by using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. Data processing is assisted by the application of Python 3. With high technology adoption, urban consumers exhibit strong reliance on digital platforms for convenience and efficiency, including e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia), digital payments (QRIS), and on-demand transport/delivery services (Grab/Gojek). Consumers within these segments highly value product quality, reflecting a smart and rational purchasing approach, driven by both essential needs and the desire for personal satisfaction. Despite showing significant preference for established, prestigious, and high-quality global brands (such as Adidas, Rolex, Gucci, Tag Heuer, Nike), there is also consistent strong support for local brands, indicating a balance between global appeal and an appreciation for domestic products or authentic values. An active and health-conscious lifestyle is also characteristic, with interests in sports, running, and travel. Furthermore, preferences for complex and luxurious fragrance aromas (Musky Powdery Floral, Floral Vanilla, Citrus Aromatic, Oud Woody Smoky) highlight refined tastes and attention to personal appearance. Social media activity also indicates that urban consumers are an easily reachable audience influenced by digital trends. The findings of this study reveal diverse consumer segments, each exhibiting distinct patterns in demographics, occupation, income, hobbies, and shopping behavior. The first cluster, "Urban Modern Local Woman," characterizes women aged 40-50 with S1 education who are both employees and entrepreneurs, primarily driven by an interest in promotions when shopping. The second cluster, "The Independent Aspiring Professionals Man & Woman," targets single individuals aged 20-40 with S1 education, enjoying reading and sports as hobbies, and making purchases based on need. Furthermore, "The Sporty Urban Ambitious Man" represents men aged 20-40 with S1 education, who are also both employees and entrepreneurs, with a passion for sports and purchasing items they genuinely like. The final two clusters focus on married middle-aged men: "The Urban Professional Mature Man also Well Educated Daddy" describes men aged 40-50 with S2 education, working as private sector employees, who value product quality and enjoy a wide range of hobbies including reading, sports, traveling, music, and arts. Meanwhile, "The Classy, Sporty and Tech-Savvy Dad" also comprises men aged 40-50, with S1 education and private sector employment, who share similar hobbies but tend to shop based on competitive pricing, while being highly active on social media and adopting modern technology

Abstract

The Jambi Malay community's kompangan tradition integrates Islamic values ​​into percussion music that accompanies traditional and religious events, but in-depth studies on the internalization of these teachings are still limited. This study aims to examine Islamic values ​​such as monotheism, propagation, and brotherhood in kompangan performances. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature study method, the population includes written sources about kompangan (2018-2025), while a purposive sample includes 25-30 relevant documents from Google Scholar. The main instruments are journal and book documents, analyzed through reduction, presentation, and thematic interpretation with triangulation. The results show that kompangan is full of the values ​​of monotheism through shalawat poetry, ukhuwah from group togetherness, Islamic aesthetics, morals, and spiritual dhikr. The conclusion states that kompangan is an effective cultural da'wah medium that strengthens the religious identity of the Jambi Malay, recommended for educational preservation.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat TikTok Shop telah mengubah perilaku belanja konsumen di Indonesia, khususnya melalui influencer marketing dan hedonic shopping motivation yang mendorong impulsive buying di kalangan pengguna Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh influencer marketing dan hedonic shopping motivation terhadap impulsive buying. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan desain survei, data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dari 160 responden purposive sampling, yaitu pengguna TikTok Shop di Tangerang Selatan yang memenuhi kriteria usia minimal 17 tahun dan riwayat pembelian minimal 3 bulan. Instrumen diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS 25, diikuti uji asumsi klasik serta regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukkan influencer marketing (β=0.229, t=2.497, p=0.014) dan hedonic shopping motivation (β=0.670, t=8.260, p=0.000) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulsive buying, menjelaskan 50,7% variasi perilaku. Responden didominasi perempuan (74,4%), usia 22-27 tahun (55%), dan pegawai (44,38%). Kesimpulannya, kedua faktor efektif memicu pembelian spontan, mendukung strategi pemasaran konten pada social commerce.​

Abstract

Pasar kendaraan listrik Indonesia tumbuh pesat dari 812 unit (2019) menjadi 43.188 unit (2024), namun BYD menghadapi tantangan membangun brand awareness di tengah persaingan Toyota dan Honda. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan word of mouth (WOM) terhadap brand awareness produk mobil listrik BYD di Tangerang Selatan secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dan kausal menggunakan metode survei mengumpulkan data primer dari 120 responden purposive sampling (usia 20-60 tahun, berdomisili Tangerang Selatan, mengetahui BYD). Instrumen kuesioner skala Likert (12 indikator) diuji validitas (r > 0.1793) dan reliabilitas (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.60) menggunakan SPSS 26, diikuti uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan digital marketing (t = 3.035, p = 0.003) dan WOM (t = 3.066, p = 0.003) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial, simultan (F = 29.455, p = 0.000) menjelaskan 33,5% varians (R² = 0.335), dengan WOM lebih kuat (β = 0.233). Kesimpulannya, kedua faktor efektif meningkatkan brand awareness BYD, mendukung strategi pemasaran digital terintegrasi.​
