Abstract

Mie Gacoan Restaurant faces long queues especially during rush hour, which leads to long waiting times and decreased customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the existing queue system and create an overall service process model. The system receives input in the form of data on the number of customers and service duration, while the output is in the form of a queue model and performance analysis. This topic is significant because the speed of service is a key factor in customer satisfaction in fast food restaurants. Currently, there is no model that describes in detail the queuing system at Mie Gacoan, so there is no analytical basis for operational improvements. The solution is carried out through discrete simulation modeling based on the results of field observations. The system was analyzed using a single queue–multiple server model that depicts the real conditions of the restaurant. Simulation of multiple scenarios was used to examine the effect of changes in the number of servers on queue performance. The addition of one waiter during peak hours has been proven to reduce waiting times by up to 35% and queue lengths by up to 40%. This research contributes as a quantitative basis for operational decision-making.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Harjamukti District, Cirebon City, where the Family Hope Program (PKH) aims to break the chain of poverty and improve family welfare. The method used is a qualitative approach with a focus on three parameters: clarity of program objectives, success in achieving objectives, and efficiency of implementation. Abstract

Technological developments have driven changes in the implementation of activities in various sectors, including government. Cirebon Regency also utilizes technological advances by implementing a mobile-based Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) system to reduce the number of traffic violations and accidents. The implementation of ETLE in Cirebon Regency is still not optimal, because public awareness to comply with traffic rules is still low, especially when there is no physical presence of officers on the road. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to measure the effectiveness of ETLE, obstacles in implementation, and efforts to overcome these obstacles. The results showed that the implementation of the ETLE system in Cirebon Regency has not fully run optimally. Some of the obstacles faced are the culture of people who are not orderly in traffic, limited equipment, and issues with the distribution and validation of violator data. The Cirebon Police Traffic Unit's efforts are needed to overcome these obstacles, such as conducting more evenly distributed socialization, procuring more adequate equipment, and developing face recognition technology to identify violators.

Abstract

This study explores the self-expression strategies and digital identity formation of Generation Z on social media platform X, focusing on communication styles and audience engagement. As digital natives, Gen Z actively utilizes social media not only as a tool for interaction but also as a medium to construct, negotiate, and display their personal and collective identities. Through a quantitative approach, this research examines the relationship between various communication styles—such as authenticity, humor, and visual storytelling—and the level of audience engagement, including likes, comments, shares, and follower growth. The data were collected from 250 Gen Z users through online surveys and analyzed using statistical methods to identify patterns and correlations. The findings reveal that authentic and visually appealing content significantly increases audience interaction, while humor enhances relatability and connection with followers. This study highlights the importance of strategic self-expression for digital identity management and provides insights for content creators, marketers, and social media practitioners seeking to engage Gen Z audiences effectively.

Abstract

This research aims to examine in depth the relationship between legal politics and the development of human rights (HAM) in Indonesia in the context of legal dynamics and state governance. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with a literature study approach to laws and regulations documents, Constitutional Court decisions, scientific journals, and reports of national and international human rights institutions. The results of the study show that since the reform era, Indonesia's legal politics has undergone significant changes marked by the birth of various policies and regulations that support human rights protection, such as the ratification of human rights laws, the ratification of various international conventions, and the establishment of independent oversight institutions. However, the implementation of these rights on the ground still faces various challenges, including weak law enforcement, overlapping regulations, and the dominance of political interests in the legislation process. Therefore, legal reform is needed that not only focuses on regulation alone, but also on the formation of a legal culture that favors the values of justice, democracy, and respect for human dignity.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of digital fatigue on quiet quitting among Generation Y and Z employees in the agency industry, with occupational stress as a mediating variable. The study sampled 236 respondents from various divisions predominantly under contract employment and using digital technology intensively (10-12 hours daily). Validity and reliability tests confirmed the soundness of the measurement instruments. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis showed that digital fatigue significantly increases occupational stress and quiet quitting behaviors. Occupational stress also partially mediates the relationship between digital fatigue and quiet quitting. These findings highlight the critical impact of digital workloads on employee engagement and underline the need for managerial strategies to mitigate digital fatigue and occupational stress to enhance work productivity and reduce quiet quitting. The study contributes to practical solutions for managing employee well-being in highly digital and demanding agency work environments.
