Abstract

Students have the same academic burden and demands but with different pressures and expectations, especially when they have to face the situation and conditions of the transfer of theaching and learning mobility that causes students to experience the learning saturation of the reaserch aims to find out the level of burnout academic experienced by students and the extent to which self regulated learning and self efficacy affects this. This research was conducted on Economic Education Students at Siliwangi University class of 2019, 2020 and 2021 both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative survey research method with an explanatory survey research design. The population in this research is economics education students at Siliwangi University class of 2019, 2020 and 2021. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling with a total of 282 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used is multiple limear regression analysis. The research results show that 1) self regulated learning has a significant effect on academic burnout with a significance value of 0.003 2) self efficacy has a significant effect on academic burnout with a significance value of 0.015 3) self regulated learning and self efficacy have a significant effect on academic burnout with a significance value of 0.001.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem to be answered through this study is: (1) How do learning discipline and learning interest influence the learning achievement of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine whether or not there is an influence of learning discipline and learning interest on the learning achievement of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.This type of research is a correlational study with the research population being 216 students of class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. Meanwhile, the sample in this study was 1 class, namely class XI-10, as many as 36 students. The instruments used in this study were the Learning Discipline and Learning Interest questionnaires and the PPKn Report Card scores of Class XI-10 of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.All data from the two variables above were first tested whether they were normally distributed or not using a goodness-of-fit test or chi square and it turned out that both variables were normally distributed.The next step is to test the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over X1 is Ŷ = 78.048 + 0.65X1, meaning that between variable X1 is linear with Y and Y over X2 is Ŷ = 79.92 + 0.54X2, meaning that between variables X1 and X2 is linear with = 14.03 + 0.68X1 + 0.25X2.The coefficients of influence obtained are as follows:(1) The influence between X1 on Y is 0.82, (2) The influence between X2 on Y is 0.54, (3) The influence between X1 and X2 on Y is 0.69, (4) The Contribution Coefficient of Y on X1 is 67.24%, (5) The Contribution Coefficient of Y on X2 is 29.16%, (6) The Contribution Coefficient of X1 on X2 is 47.61%.Based on the hypothesis test, namely the significant influence test (t-test) by rejecting Ho and accepting H1, it is obtained: The influence of student learning discipline on student learning achievement in Civic Education subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The influence of student learning interest on student learning achievement in Civic Education subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The influence of learning discipline and learning interest together on student learning achievement in Civic Education subjects for class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Abstract

The study was designed to determine the benefits of puzzle learning media on descriptive text material through a connecting Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. Puzzle learning media is learning media in the form of pieces of paper that are separated and returned to their integrity, this learning media is very useful for students, integrated into the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) learning approach with pictures about culture, this can strengthen cultural identity with descriptive text material to described by students.

Abstract

This research aims to identify: (1) the level of implementation of the RKK; (2) the risk of construction accidents occurring on construction projects; and (3) the influence of the level of implementation of construction safety risks on construction safety. The research results show that (1) the level of implementation of the RKK in the IBS Building Construction project is stated to be in accordance with the provisions of these statutory regulations and is in accordance with Minister of PUPR Regulation No. 10 of 2021 amounted to 84.8% based on the results of the correlation test. (2) The risk of construction accidents occurring on the IBS Building Construction project includes structural work on reinforced concrete which is analyzed through 10 main provisions including implementing the K3 policy and guaranteeing commitment to implementing the K3 Management System; K3 policy stated in writing; adequate resources are available; an initial description of K3 conditions; Policy monitoring planning, goals and objectives for implementing the K3 management system; existence of planning regarding hazard elimination, risk assessment and control; an understanding of regulations and other requirements relating to K3; the establishment of policy goals and targets in the field of K3; the existence of K3 performance indicators that can be measured; and the existence of initial planning and planning of ongoing activities. (3) There is an influence between the level of implementation of construction safety plans on the risk of construction accidents on construction projects. This is shown by the calculated r value being greater than the table r value (0.848>0.521) and the significance value of 0.002 is less than 0.05 (0.002<0.05).

Abstract

The smart room concept aims at energy efficiency by integrating natural and artificial lighting systems through automatic control and sensors by determining the types of sensors used, the smart room concept provides an efficient solution for managing buildings, such as ships, by integrating automatic technology to control the lighting system, burning, and others. Smart spaces leverage computers and the Internet of Things (IoT) to increase comfort and efficiency, at a lower cost than traditional systems. The method used by this panel of researchers uses a prototype as a system development that uses an approach to create a program quickly and gradually so that it can immediately be evaluated by users. In order to obtain data in completing this research, the writer used direct field research techniques in ship accommodation which still uses a manual system in the room. The results of this research were obtained from the design of hardware and software in a smart room which developed an LDR sensor to turn on the lights automatically at night, a PIR sensor to turn on the AC when it automatically detects someone's presence, an ultrasonic sensor to turn on the faucet automatically and uses CCTV that can rotate 3600. The smart room can carry out monitoring using IoT which can be controlled by the ESP12F, which communicates with the Arduino Uno via the Serial Monitor feature for data exchange. Remote control via the third party application Blynk ran smoothly without significant problems and the test results were declared valid..

Abstract

Abstrak. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu strategi implementasi Rencana Keselamatan Konstruksi (RKK) pada proyek Pembangunan gedung berisiko keselamatan konstruksi kecil, sedang, dan besar. Penelitiani ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi implementasi Rencana Keselamatan Konstruksi (RKK) pada proyek pembangunan gedung berisiko keselamatan konstruksi kecil, sedang, dan besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melakui metode likert dengan pengambilan responden sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik analisi data menggunakan uji validasi, uji reability, uji analisis deskripstif dan uji pearson correlation. hasil pengujian menunjukkan personal, biaya, peralatan dan teknologi memiliki pengaruh terhadap strategi implementasi Rencana Keselamatan Konstruksi (RKK) pada Pembangunan gedung. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan dalam konstruksi kecil adalah incidental dalam personal, sewa untuk peralatan, biaya dijadikan satu dengan perijinan dan teknologi masih manual. Untuk konstruksi sedang, part time personal, sewa untuk peralatan, biaya dijadikan satu dan untuk teknologi menengah. Dan konstruksi besar, stand by untuk personal, biaya dipisahkan dengan dokumen lainnya, sedangkan peralatan milik sendiri dan teknologi sudah modern seperti Sistem Informasi Modelling (SIM) atau Building Information Modeling (BIM). Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi pemenuhan hak-hak anak yang lahir di dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas), dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana hak-hak dasar anak, sebagaimana diatur dalam undang-undang dan konvensi internasional, terpenuhi dalam situasi yang sangat terbatas seperti di lingkungan Lapas. Anak-anak yang lahir dari narapidana perempuan menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial mereka. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran pemerintah, pengelola Lapas, dan lembaga terkait dalam menyediakan perlindungan dan layanan yang layak bagi anak-anak tersebut, termasuk akses terhadap kesehatan, pendidikan, serta pengasuhan yang layak. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga meninjau implementasi kebijakan pemasyarakatan yang berhubungan dengan pemisahan anak dari ibu narapidana setelah usia tertentu, serta dampak dari kebijakan tersebut terhadap kesejahteraan anak. Temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kebijakan dan praktik di Lapas guna memastikan bahwa hak-hak anak tetap terpenuhi meskipun mereka lahir dan sementara tumbuh dalam lingkungan yang penuh keterbatasan seperti Lapas

Abstract

The research results show that the implementation of SBM is able to increase the involvement of teachers, students and parents in the educational process. With autonomy in decision making, schools can design learning programs that are more relevant and in line with students' needs. Apart from that, SBM also encourages the development of teacher professional competence through training and collaboration. However, challenges such as lack of resources and support from the government are still obstacles in optimizing SBM. Therefore, collaborative efforts are needed between the government, schools and society to create a conducive learning environment. This research recommends increasing infrastructure support and continuous training for teaching staff to achieve better educational goals. In conclusion, SBM has great potential to improve the quality of learning, but its success is very dependent on the commitment of all stakeholders and adequate policy support. Recommendations for further research are the importance of developing the capacity of school managers in implementing SBM

Abstract

This research aims to obtain knowledge regarding the influence of learning interest and learning motivation on IPS learning outcomes of adult students (SMP) Taman Siswa Academic Year 2024/2025.This research is a quantitative research with Microsoft Excel as the testing medium. The population in this research is 235 people, and the sample used is 148 people. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire (survey). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2).The research results show that: 1) there is a positive influence of learning interest on IPS learning outcomes of students, this result can be seen in the t-test where the calculated t-value of learning interest (6.854) > t-table value (1.655). 2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on IPS learning outcomes of students, this result can be seen in the calculated t-value of learning motivation (4.977) > t-table value (1.655), meaning that the variable is significant. 3) learning interest and learning motivation together influence student learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the F-test where the calculated F-value (7.1421) > F-table value (3.0584). The R Square coefficient of determination test is known to be 13.003, which means that 13% of the learning interest and learning motivation variables influence the IPS learning outcomes of adult students (SMP) Taman Siswa Academic Year 2024/2025, and 87% is the influence of other variables that are not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to gain knowledge regarding the influence of study habits and peer environment on learning outcomes in Class XI Economics subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar. This research is of a quantitative type with the testing media used is SPSS 24. The sampling technique used a saturated sample of 106 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Instrument testing uses normality tests and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis testing, namely multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination.Data from research and management of partial test data (t-test) shows that the variable The variable Management of simultaneous test data (f-test) shows that F_count is 23.090 > F_table is 3.08, so it can be concluded that learning discipline and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes.
