Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the transactional leadership of school principals improves the quality of teacher teaching in the post-Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is literature study, namely examining, studying, studying, and adopting theories that are relevant to the subject matter. Based on the research results, it is known that the transactional leadership style applied by the school principal can improve the quality of teacher performance in the post-Covid-19 pandemic by providing training, seminar workshops for class teachers so they can provide good learning and improve the quality of teaching in class to the maximum.Keywords: transactional leadership, teacher teaching quality, post covid-19 pandemicAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepemimpinan transaksional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran guru di masa pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, yaitu menelaah, mempelajari, mempelajari, dan mengadopsi teori-teori yang relevan dengan materi pelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transaksional yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru di masa pasca pandemi Covid-19 dengan cara kepala sekolah memberikan pelatihan, seminar workshop bagi setiap guru kelas agar dapat memberikan pembelajaran yang baik serta meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dikelas dengan maksimal.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transaksional, pengajaran guru, pasca pandemi covid-19

Abstract

The rising cases of suicide indicate the fragile mental state of teenagers (Strawberry Generation) when dealing with problems. This suggests that teenagers are not resilient enough, meaning their ability to adapt and withstand difficult situations is still low. This condition is influenced, in part, by a lack of warmth, understanding, and the ability to help oneself (self-compassion). This research aims to examine the influence of self-compassion on teenage resilience. The research approach used is quantitative with an ex-post facto design. The study involved 1512 teenagers (aged 11-18) in Central Java, selected using convenient random sampling. The research instruments used were a resilience scale (24 statement items, referring to Ungar's theory in 2013) and a self-compassion scale (26 statement items, based on Neff's theory in 2003). The instruments underwent validity testing (validity values exceeding the table's R) and reliability testing (self-compassion scale 0.781 and resilience scale 0.786). Data were analyzed using simple regression tests and met classical assumption tests. The research results show that self-compassion has a positive effect on resilience with an R Square value of 0.348, meaning that self-compassion contributes 34.8% to resilience. This research has implications for guidance counselors to provide services to enhance teenagers' self-compassion, thus improving their resilience.

Abstract

Sang Buddha dalam ajarannya untuk selalu mengembangkan cinta kasih baik melalui pikiran, ucapan dan perbuatan. Landasan pengembangan cinta kasih ini berasal dari pandangan benar (samma ditthi). Berbagai tradisi, budaya dan agama yang berkembang di masyarakat harus mendapatkan kedudukan yang sama sejauh apa yang diajarkan dan dilakukan tidak merugikan diri sendiri dan mahkluk lain. Masyarakat perlu melihat ras dan suku berbagai kelompok dengan derajat yang sama. Perbedaan kualitas dari setiap manusia hanya dapat diukur melalui perbuatannya bukan pada status sosial atau materi yang dimiliki. sehingga pandangan yang hanya mengunggulkan ajaran sendiri dan menghina ajaran yang lain tanpa penyelidikan lebih dalam hanya menciderai nilai dari manusia itu sendiri.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses practical strategies to improve the competence of elderly teachers in implementing the independent learning curriculum (Curriculum Merdeka Belajar). The independent learning curriculum was launched to improve the quality of education in Indonesia by giving freedom to students to choose a quality learning method path, especially senior teachers, who must be familiar with the curriculum and training to help students achieve the desired learning goals. Some practical strategies that can be applied to improve the competence of elderly teachers in implementing the independent learning curriculum include: Training and workshops, mentoring, collaboration, and various information, and available learning resources. By following this practical strategy, seniorteachers can improve their skills in implementing self-directed learning plans and help students to achieve their desired learning goals.Keywords: Independent Learning Curriculum, Senior Teacher Competencies, Practical Strategies,Learning Resources.Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan guna membahas strategi praktis untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru yang berusia lanjut dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum belajar mandiri (Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar). Kurikulum merdeka belajar diluncurkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia dengan memberikan kebebasan kepada siswa untuk memilih jalur metode pembelajaran yang berkualitas, terutama guru senior, yag harus paham dengan kurikulum dan pelatihan untuk membantu siswa mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu literature review. Metode literature review adalah metode dengan cara mengumpulkan data yang dilakukan dengan membaca, menelaah, serta memahami berbagai sumber, seperti buku atau jurnal online yang bertujuan untuk mendukung dan menjadi penguatan penulisan artikel maupun karya tulis lainnya. Beberapa strategi praktis yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru usia lanjut dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka belajar antara lain: Pelatihan dan lokarya, pendampingan, kolaborasi, dan berbagai informasi, dan sumber belajar yang tersedia. Dengan mengikuti strategi praktis ini, guru senior dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam menerapkan rencana pembelajaran mandiri dan membantu siswa untuk mencapai tujuan belajar yang sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan.Kata kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, Kompetensi Guru Senior, Strategi Praktis, Sumber Belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the portrait of 8 educational quality standards through internal audit of school management at SD Negeri 04 Wonokerto. The type of research used is explanatory case study research. Several things examined are 8 educational qualities, which are mapped through (1) the condition of the school's vision and mission, (2) the condition of target standards and achievement strategies, (3) the condition of leadership actualization, management systems, and quality assurance systems, (4) the condition of student affairs and graduate output, (5) the condition of human resource management, (6) the condition of curriculum, learning, and academic atmosphere, (7) the condition of school financing, facilities and infrastructure and information systems, (8) the condition of PTK implementation and external cooperation. The results of the study SD Negeri Wonokerto 04 is an integrated school that is able to run various standards in it optimally in accordance with the existing foundations, both legal and theoretical. then the unique and quality thing at SDN 04 Wonokerto is the implementation of curriculum and student management based on e-reports for distributing grades to students.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 sangat berdampak bagi masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan berbagai macam tugas akademik yang harus diselesaikan. Dukungan keluarga sangat dibutuhkan dalam memelihara kondisi tersebut karena dukungan keluarga mampu membuat individu merasa nyaman, dicintai dan diperdulikan sehinggaindividu menjadi lebih mudah mengendalikan emosinya dengan baik supaya dapat mengatasi masalah dengan cara yang positif sehingga mampu bangkit dari permasalahan dan kondisi ini disebut resiliensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada pbm daring prodi s1 keperawatan stikes dian husada dimasa pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu 65 mahasiswa tingkat akhir prodi S1 Keperawatan Stikes Dian Husada. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank. Hasil analisis data penelitian ini yaitu diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar (0,000) dengan nilai standart signifikasi ρ0,05 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,838 dengan arah korelasi positif (+). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan yang sangat kuat antara dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada proses belajar mengajar secara daring prodi s1 keperawatan stikes dian husada dimasa pandemi covid 19dan semakin baik dukungan keluarga maka semakin tinggi pula resiliensi individu tersebut.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the digital era provides great opportunities for school administrators to improve the efficiency of data management and improve school administration services. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach by referring to published articles and journals to find out more about how school administration personnel utilize existing technological developments, so as to optimize information management systems and maximize administrative processes in schools. With this approach, it can be seen that there are many opportunities for school administration personnel in terms of improving administrative services in an educational institution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the decision-making strategies of school principals through collaborative leadership in optimizing a sustainable Digital Based School Culture (DBSC) in the era of technological disruption. This study uses a qualitative approach, SLR type. The procedure is to identify references from various sources using search engines such as Publish or Perish (PoP), science direct, Vos Viewer, Mendeley (referring to the PRISMA pipeline flow), and PRISMA flow diagram creation. The study found that collaborative leadership helps principals create a more technology-responsive school environment, improve digital literacy for all school members, and support the development of sustainable technology infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, resistance to change, and lack of digital literacy are still the main obstacles. The results of this study conclude that the optimization of DBSC through collaborative leadership not only improves the quality of education, but also prepares schools to face the demands of future technological developments.

Abstract

The capacity of school administrative staff plays an important role in improving the quality of education. Low administrative staff capacity in educational institutions can have a significant impact on the quality of educational services and student learning outcomes. Administrative staff capacity that is not optimal can also cause economic losses. This can affect the overall performance of the organization, including the quality of educational services provided. This research aims to identify and develop effective strategies in increasing the capacity of school administrative staff, so that they can contribute directly to improving the quality of education at various levels. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study. Data sources focus on secondary data sources. The analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The findings obtained are that the strategy for developing the capacity of school administrative staff includes continuous training and development, the formation of a Professional Learning Community (PLC), a leadership role in supervision and support, effective collaboration and cooperation, and an integrated capacity development model.

Abstract

Technology plays an important role as a tool, process, and resource for learning and implementing learning. The use of technology apart from offering various opportunities for better and more interesting learning experiences, also poses big challenges. Religion-based educational institutions, in this case madrasas, are required to be able to adapt to modern scientific discourse. TPACK, which is a knowledge framework, exists to explain the three main components of teacher knowledge (content, pedagogy, and technology). This research aims to describe the TPACK competencies of madrasah ibtidaiyah teacher education students. The method used is descriptive quantitative research method. Data was obtained from students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program (PGMI) Ma'had Aly Al-Hikam Islamic College (STAI) Malang Academic Year 2023/2024 who had implemented the School Field Introduction (PLP) program. The results of the research show that the competency of madrasah ibtidaiyah teacher education students is in the good category with details Technological Knowledge (TK), Content Knowledge (CK) and Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is categorized as high value while aspect Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) is categorized as medium value.
