Abstract

The Principal has a role in shaping the performance of School Administration Personnel, especially in carrying out dual duties as school operators, the dual tasks received by TAS often add to the workload and responsibilities quite large, so it requires an effective managerial strategy from the principal including improving competence through training, clear division of tasks, and the implementation of a periodic supervision and evaluation system. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to analyze the principal's efforts in shaping TAS performance, by using literature studies to understand what is known about the topic, as well as identify gaps in knowledge, and help researchers formulate questions or hypotheses more sharply. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategies and efforts of school principals in dealing with the determination of dual tasks given to TAS, which will later find several strategies and steps for school principals in supporting TAS performance. The results of this study will show the strategy of school principals in shaping TAS performance in carrying out dual tasks such as, improving TAS performance through the leadership role of the principal, time management and division of labor priorities, improving performance through training and development, and creating a supportive work environment.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPA telah mengimplementasikan kearifan lokal, akan tetapi dalam belum menggunakan soal berbasis kearifan lokal. Hasil tes siwa juga belum dilakukan analisis. Hal tersebut menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini, yaitu mengembangkan instrumen tes berbasis kearifan lokal yang valid menurut ahli materi dan evaluasi, berkualitas dari segi validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda dan kualitas pengecoh, praktis menurut guru dan siswa serta efektif. Metode penelitian yaitu pengembangan R&D model Borg and Gall yang disederhanakan menjadi 8 tahapan. Hasil validasi ahli materi 100% (sangat valid), ahli evaluasi 83,3% (valid). Pada uji skala kecil diperoleh hasil 27 soal dikatakan valid dan 13 butir tidak valid, 40 soal dikatakan reliabel dengan ri = 0, 95, indeks tingkat kesukaran butir tes sebesar 0,68 kategori sedang, daya pembeda dengan indeks sebesar 0,60 kategori baik. Persentase kepraktisan menurut guru adalah 100% dan menurut siswa 93%. Hasil efektivitas sebesar 66,7% dengan kategori baik. Pada uji skala besar, 19 soal dikatakan valid dan 8 butir tidak valid, 27 soal dikatakan reliabel dengan ri = 0,75, indeks tingkat kesukaran butir tes sebesar 0,70 kategori sedang, daya pembeda mendapatkan nilai indeks sebesar 0,41 dalam kategori baik. Kepraktisan menurut siswa sebesar 95,9% dan hasil efektivitas mendapat nilai 73,9% dalam kategori “baik”.

Abstract

Vocabulary plays an important role in language skills, one of which is understanding reading. E-text Interactive is a choice of teaching media that can be used for vocabulary learning. However, e-text Interactive activities developed for learning Indonesian vocabulary are still limited. This development aims to produce e-text interactive with features to facilitate learning Indonesian vocabulary and determine the increase in student learning outcomes after using it e-text interactive. The 4D model by Thiagarajan was used in this development, but was carried out until the development stage. Development involves expert testing and product testing on small and large groups. The development results show e-text interactive is very suitable for use for vocabulary learning, and is successful in improving students' vocabulary learning outcomes. Development e-text interactive can then use more innovative interactive features and develop them for learning vocabulary in other languages. Keywords: Interactive E-text; Voc

Abstract

Abstract Student motivation has a significant impact on their learning outcomes and understanding. The teacher's role is very important in increasing student motivation, and one effective approach is through the application of the differentiation method. The differentiation learning method is an instructional strategy that allows teachers to respond to differences between students and adapt teaching to suit their individual needs. Therefore, this article aims to find out several strategies used by teachers in the redefined learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with the SLR type by collecting several literature related to the topic of discussion via the Google Scoolat and SINTA search engines which is then analyzed until the selected topic is found according to the PRISMA flow. The results of the research show that (1) The differentiation learning approach is effective in helping develop students' critical, creative and innovative thinking skills, (2) This learning model encourages the development of higher order thinking skills and everyday problem solving, (3) Teachers have an important role in designing learning strategies that suit students' needs, while providing feedback effective, (4) Student-centered and differentiated approaches help improve student activities and learning outcomes. Abstrak Motivasi siswa memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dan pemahaman mereka. Peran guru sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa, dan salah satu pendekatan yang efektif adalah melalui penerapan metode diferensiasi. Metode pembelajaran diferensiasi merupakan suatu strategi instruksional yang memungkinkan guru untuk merespons perbedaan antar siswa dan menyesuaikan pengajaran agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan individu mereka. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam prose pembelajaran direfensiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis SLR dengan cara mengumpulkan beberapa literatur yang terkait dengan topik pembahasan melalui search engine Google Scoolat dan SINTA yang kemudian dianalisis hingga ditemukan topik ynag terpilih sesuai dengan alur PRISMA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pendekatan pembelajaran diferensiasi efektif membantu mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan inovatif siswa, (2) Model pembelajaran ini mendorong pengembangan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dan pemecahan masalah sehari-hari, (3) Guru memiliki peran penting dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, sambil memberikan feedback yang efektif, (4) Pendekatan berpusat pada siswa dan diferensiasi membantu meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Children have difficulty mastering the concepts of addition and subtraction as well as number recognition if they have poor numeracy skills and are not stimulated with learning aids. This is the reason for conducting research on the development of learning media. This research aims to present the findings of the development of the learning product "Smart Board Spinner" which offers numeracy teaching to children aged between five and six years. This research applies the ADDIE model. There are five stages in the model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The validity test results of media experts and material experts respectively obtained results of 88.8% and 93.42%. Small group trial validators got a score of 92.5% and large group trial validators got a score of 96.25%. All scores obtained show high validity. Abstract

Improving the quality of education is one of the main focuses in developing the national education system. The PBD program emerged as an innovative solution that integrates the use of data in the educational planning process. This research aims to: (1) determine the process of implementing the Data Based Planning (PBD) program at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban, (2) determine the obstacles faced in the process of implementing the Data Based Planning Program (PBD) at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban, (3) determine the impact of implementing the Data Based Planning (PBD) program on the quality of educators and education staff at SMA Negeri 1 Tuban. The approach used in this qualitative research is a case study type of research. The informants in this research were the school principal, deputy head of curriculum, teachers, school operators, and students of SMA Negeri 1 Tuban. Data collection used in this research was interview, observation and documentation techniques. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the following research results were obtained: (1) the implementation of the PBD program was carried out through a series of activities which included PBD socialization activities from education and school offices, simulation activities and AN rehearsals, implementation of AN activities, downloading and understanding the results of report cards. education, IRB activities based on education report cards, formulation of school activities in the form of RKT and RKAS based on education report cards, approval from all parties related to the RKT and RKAS that have been determined; (2) Obstacles during implementation include the implementation of AN where there are problems with the server, types of questions that are not relevant, random selection of students which is less relevant in describing the competency of all students, and the time for preparing the RKT and RKAS coincides with other school activity schedules; (3) the impact of the implementation of the PBD program felt by schools includes improvements to the school planning process as well as improvements to the quality of educators and school education staff. Abstract

This study analyzes the management role of school administrative personnel in improving operational efficiency. Results show that effective documentation and financial management increase transparency and support decision-making. In addition, efficient timetabling helps maximize the use of time and resources and enables students to engage in a variety of activities. Good resource management creates a conducive learning environment while effective communication between the school, parents and the community strengthens support for the education program. The implementation of information technology and data-driven management, such as the use of ICT and Lean Six Sigma, is proven to significantly improve the efficiency of school operations. The high quality of administrative services has a positive impact on student and parent satisfaction, contributing to the school's reputation. This study concludes that strengthening the role of administrative personnel is crucial to achieving better educational goals and recommends professional training as a priority for school management.

Abstract

This research uses a quantitative experimental approach and uses a type of pre-experimental research with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the speaking skills of grade 4 students at SDN Karangbesuki 3 Malang before and after being given treatment, and (2) to determine whether or not there is an effect of using the paired storytelling learning model on the speaking skills of grade 4 students in SDN Karangbesuki 3 Malang. The independent variable in this research is the paired storytelling learning model while the dependent variable is the speaking skills of class 4 students at SDN Karangbesuki 3 Malang, totaling 30 students. In this research, to determine the sample using Nonprobability Sampling with a type of sampling technique, namely Saturation Sampling. Data was collected from the pre-test, treatment and post-test divisions then analyzed descriptively and inferential statistical analysis using parametric statistical tests, namely the independent sample t-test using JASP software. The results of this research show that: the implementation of the learning process using the paired storytelling learning model on students' speaking skills is in the effective category, the students' speaking skills before and after implementing the paired storytelling learning model have increased, after carrying out hypothesis testing and analysis, the results obtained are: significant influence of the application of the paired storytelling learning model on students' speaking skills. The conclusion in this research is that the paired storytelling learning model influences the speaking skills of grade 4 students at SDN Karangbesuki 3 Malang. Abstract

In this context, this article will discuss in depth the various duties and responsibilities of school administrators in the modern education era. By understanding these duties and responsibilities, it is hoped that educational administrators can optimize the education system. This research uses the library research method, which focuses on analyzing literature and secondary sources relevant to the research topic. Researchers collected and reviewed various sources of information such as books, scientific journals and research reports related to the research topic. Administrative personnel play an important role in improving school administrative services and developing school quality improvement with several activities carried out. School administrative personnel are tasked with providing administrative service support for the implementation of the educational process at school. Their duties and responsibilities include various aspects that are all interrelated to create an optimal learning environment and as a liaison between various parties in the school, for effective communication.
