Abstract

Educational institutions certainly want to improve the quality of school services in order to educational goals optimally. Guidance and counseling services aim to help students achieve academic goals, be able to decide, and responsible themselves and their environment. The quality control is then needed to entire process and supporting components. Principal as a supervisor must be able to coordinate the supervisor program all components. This study aims to describe how the effect of the implementation of supervision carried out on guidance and counseling services. This research was conducted at public junior high schools in Malang City. The method used is quantitative approach with descriptive research design, data processing using SPSS application. The results of the study obtained: (1) principals have implemented supervision techniques both individually and in groups well; (2) guidance and counseling services provided to students in public junior high schools in Malang City have been implemented according to the components of counseling guidance services well; (3) there is a positive influence of supervision on guidance and counseling services at public junior high schools in Malang City. Abstract

Parenting competency refers to the ability of parents encompassing knowledge, skills, and attitudes in child-rearing. This study aims to (1) describe the understanding of parenting among parents of students at Taman Posyandu Tunas Ceria, (2) describe the implementation process of the parenting program by Taman Posyandu Tunas Ceria, and (3) describe the efforts to strengthen parenting competencies undertaken by parents of students at Taman Posyandu Tunas Ceria. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The researcher analyzed the data through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was ensured using source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that (1) parents' understanding of parenting is at the stage of extrapolating material application into their lives, (2) the implementation process of the parenting program involves several stages including discussions between facilitators and parents, facilitators studying the issues and finding speakers, and the parenting program being conducted according to parents' learning needs, and (3) efforts to strengthen parenting competency include self-learning, sharing with facilitators and other parents, and participating in the parenting program activities organized by Taman Posyandu Tunas Ceria.

Abstract

Abstract Training is one of the most important tools to help teachers adopt creative teaching methods and improve teaching quality. This research is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative research type with a literature review that seeks to describe the role of training to encourage teacher innovation in preparing quality learning. In this study, the author used various sources such as articles, journals and documents related to this study. This literature study focuses on training to encourage teacher innovation and its impact on education quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of training in developing teachers' innovation skills in designing quality learning. The results of this study show that training is an effective tool to improve teachers' creativity, motivation and ability to design relevant, effective and quality learning. Through effective training strategies, teachers are empowered to design engaging and effective learning environments, which ultimately contribute to improving the quality and relevance of education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that learning conditions in the digital era must be supported by digital media, while the use of digital media in learning is still limited due to several obstacles faced by teachers.. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of elementary school teachers for SAC-based android application learning media. The research method used a survey with a google form instrument involving 246 elementary school teacher participants from West Java, Central Java and Banten. Data analysis is carried out automatically by google form so that results are obtained in the form of the number and percentage of participants which are visualized in the form of a pie chart and then interpreted into percentage categories and described qualitatively. The results showed that: 1) more than half of the participants already knew the android application learning media, and stated that the android application was appropriate and effective to be used as a learning medium, but less than half of the participants had never made android application media, 2) a small number of participants had known and had seen SAC products, but more than half had the desire to know more about SAC. From these results, it can be concluded that 1) It is necessary to develop a lot of digital learning media such as SAC-based android applications so that they can be used by teachers in teaching, 2) Teachers need to upgrade their knowledge and skills in the use of technology for learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of kindergarten teachers in compiling teaching modules based on the Merdeka Curriculum located in Klojen District, Malang City, along with the inhibiting factors and supporting factors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative type with a case study approach. The data source use the teaching module along with the results of interviews with 1 teacher from 3 kindergarten. The data collection techniques use the interviews, observations, and documentation. The study result show that the ability of teachers to compile teaching modules at BA Restu 1 Malang, Kindergarten Taman Indria 1 Malang, and Kindergarten ABA 9 Malang is included in the sufficient category because the inhibiting factors experienced by teachers include teaching modules require many attachments, different self-awareness of teachers, teaching modules content sometimes does not match the learning activities, and difficulties in determining appropriate learning media. The supporting factor that helps teachers include training to prepare teaching modules, free to cooperate with each other, and can prepare teaching modules according to the weekly program that has been made. This research cannot necessarily represent the ability of teachers in compiling teaching modules based on the Merdeka Curriculum because it is included in case study research. Abstract

School administrative staff are resources responsible for managing educational administration. Without the presence of administrative staff, the management of education cannot be carried out perfectly. However, in reality, administrative activities, especially in supporting the achievement of the school's vision and mission, have not yet received balanced treatment. Even at the elementary school level and in special education, the activities are not handled by specialized staff but are instead taken on by the principal or the existing teachers. The purpose of the researcher conducting the study on the role of school administration in improving the quality of school services is to understand the management of administration carried out to enhance the quality of school services. This research uses a qualitative literature study method. The result of the research indicates that the role of school administrative staff is crucial in carrying out administrative functions in schools. Therefore, several aspects that need to be considered in the management of school administrative staff include: proper placement of positions, training and development of administrative staff competencies, supervision, and performance evaluation of administrative staff.

Abstract

In this research, it can be seen that: the dance performance at the Kembang Sore Dance Studio, Kediri Branch, is a place for self-actualization for residents to learn. The training process and stage performances give rise to the need for self-actualization. The aim of this research is to describe the traditional dance arts training process at the Kembang Sore Dance Studio Kediri Branch as a means of self-actualization, as well as the dance performance at the Kembang Sore Dance Studio Kediri Branch as a means of self-actualization. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document study. Documents were analyzed using domain analysts and processed using the Miles Huberman model. The dance performance at the Kembang Sore Dance Studio, Kediri Branch, is part of the learning process and supports students learning to express and actualize themselves in traditional dance arts.

Abstract

This literature research aims to identify the roots of terms, development of studies, and trends in educational leadership and learning leadership. A review was carried out on the literature with the keywords educational leadership and learning leadership, on various databases. For search purposes in the database, publish or perish is used. The research results show that the term educational leadership has its roots in the broader field of education and leadership studies, which is drawn from various scientific disciplines such as psychology, sociology, management, and organizational behavior. The term instructional leadership has deep roots in educational psychology, human development, and organizational learning theory. The development of educational leadership studies can be traced back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries, coinciding with the rise of formal schooling and the need for effective school administration. The development of learning leadership studies reflects the increasing recognition of the importance of the learning process in educational environments and organizational contexts. Several trends have emerged in the study of educational leadership and learning, reflecting shifts in educational paradigms, advances in technology, and the evolving needs of society.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, mahasiswa perlu dibekali kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan informasi yang konstruktif serta menghindari penyebaran informasi yang destruktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan desain pelatihan Public Speaking untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi digital mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Instructional Design oleh McArdle (2010), yang mencakup tahap Justifikasi Bisnis, Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek etika komunikasi, analisis strategi SEO, dan Storytelling . Validasi dari ahli menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pelatihan valid sehingga layak digunakan digunakan. Peserta menunjukkan respon positif dan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Kesimpulannya, desain pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi digital mahasiswa, membekali mereka dengan keterampilan yang relevan untuk berinteraksi di media sosial secara etis dan profesional.
