Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the history of the founding of OSIM for the first time at MAN Insan Scholar South Tapanuli and the strategy of the chairman of OSIM for the 2022/2023 period of MAN Insan Scholar South Tapanuli using qualitative research methods and to find out OSIM's work program as set out in the organization's vision and mission. What steps are taken in carrying out the activities to be carried out or how does he deal with the challenges he faces when he finds problems in the organization he leads so that the activities that have been formulated run well? This aims to develop students' interests and talents which are developed through a forum at a madrasa or school. The forum in question is an institution or organization for the students themselves. Apart from being a forum for developing students' interests and talents, OSIS or OSIM can also be a means for students to train their leadership, namely becoming chairman of the OSIS or OSIM. The strategy and communication carried out by the OSIM chairman to madrasa leaders and stakeholders as well as coordination with OSIM management elements under his leadership are the keys to success in running the organization well.

Abstract

A lack of discipline in certain children was the impetus for the study, which found that instructors and classmates were not greeted with sufficient morality. Of all the learning strategies, the fourth grade teacher at SD Negeri 200119 Batang Ayumi Julu, Padangsidimpuan City uses a narrative approach in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to help students develop high morals. The questions asked in this research are how to use narrative techniques to help children develop high moral standards and what those standards should look like. The purpose of this research is to ascertain the moral picture of students and learn how to use narrative techniques to influence students' moral development. A qualitative descriptive research design was used. Interviews and observations function as data collection tools. Reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions are components of data analysis. Three methods were used to assess the validity of the data: triangulation, time extension, and persistence of observation. The findings of this research, accompanied by the use of narrative techniques with appropriate planning, implementation and assessment procedures, will form students' high moral standards towards Allah SWT, their teachers and other students.

Abstract

The application of Sufism in forming noble morals is an approach based on spiritual and ethical values ​​in Islam. Sufism, or Sufism, is a branch of Islamic religious knowledge that focuses on inner aspects and spirituality, with the main aim of achieving closeness to Allah and forming a nobler character. The science of Sufism, in this case, contributes significantly in forming noble morals. This research aims to investigate the system of applying Sufism in forming noble morals at the Darul Hadits Huta Baringin Islamic Boarding School, Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency, as well as identifying factors that can support or hinder its application by students. A qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation is the approach used in this research. By combining observations, interviews and document analysis, this is able to achieve a more holistic understanding of the system of applying Sufism in forming noble morals. The results of this research show that it is still less effective in its implementation, because there is a barrier factor in the form of students' laziness in studying their lessons, especially in their application, and supporting factors can be applied in the form of a teacher's approach by explaining the importance of Sufism and the threat approach. The implementation of classroom management by teachers at the Darul Hadits Huta Baringin Islamic Boarding School is still less effective

Abstract

In order for employees to obey the regulations that have been decided and enforced by the company, discipline is an action that urges them to comply. In this case, employee discipline can be seen as a kind of training intended to shape and improve employee knowledge, attitudes and behavior in order to encourage other staff members to take an active role in raising their own performance standards. Remembering that people will perform better at work if they are more disciplined. This thesis focuses on the following problem: How does the head of the KUA of the Napa Village Religious Affairs Office, Batangtoru District, improve employee discipline? What aspects of the KUA head's leadership style help or hinder improving employee discipline? The purpose of this research is to determine the leadership approach used by the head of the KUA Office of Religious Affairs in Napa Village, Batangtoru District in improving employee discipline. to determine the driving and inhibiting factors of the KUA head's leadership approach in improving worker discipline at the Napa Village Religious Affairs Office, Batangtoru District. Descriptive research is a type of research conducted. that seeks to understand phenomena—such as motivation, behavior, and perceptions—that study participants encounter. The motivation for this research stems from the researcher's interest in the leadership approach of the head of the KUA in improving the discipline of employees at the Napa Village Religious Affairs Office, Batangtoru District. Research results: The Head of the KUA of Napa Village, Batangtoru District, uses three strategies to improve employee discipline, namely by giving instructions to employees, giving them examples, and holding sharing sessions. The first three supporting criteria are: (1) effective leadership; (2) receive compensation; and (3) punishment. The first two barriers are lack of personal awareness and work procrastination.

Abstract

Tajwid is a scientific field that investigates the correct method of pronouncing the Qur'an, including intonation and pronunciation. The aim of studying the science of Tajweed is to be proficient in reading the Book of Allah SWT accurately, as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW who was able to read the verses of the Book of Allah easily and precisely. This research is based on the efforts of an educator in teaching Tajweed with the aim of improving Al-Qur'an literacy skills. -Their Koran. This research aims to determine methods that can be used to teach recitation so that students at the Babul Umam Islamic Boarding School can understand the Al-Qur'an well and correctly. This research is a type of qualitative research that collects data through interviews and observations. The research method produces descriptive data in both written and oral form. Abstract

one important part of higher education is fieldwork lectures (KKL), which aim to combine theoretical learning with real-world work experience. This article discusses the positive impact of KKL on students, with particular emphasis on the benefits it gives them in personal development and preparation for future student careers. In addition to analyzing data from relevant literature, the study involved a thorough interview with students who have already attended fieldwork lectures (KKL). The results of the study show that KKL is very beneficial for student growth both in the field and outside the field. The practical skills that students acquire in the field, such as problem-solving, communication, and adaptability to the diverse work environment, are learned by students during the course of the KKL. This experience also gives them a better understanding of social issues, helps them understand real situations, and improves their understanding of real work. This fieldwork lecture program aims to bring students from the academic community into the more real world of the field, giving them invaluable practical experience.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a key factor in improving individual learning outcomes. This article explains various strategies and factors that can help raise motivation to learn, including recognizing achievements, providing clear goals, creating a supportive learning environment, and using relevant and interesting learning approaches. Apart from that, this article also highlights the important role of parents, teachers and the social environment in shaping students' learning motivation. With a deep understanding of these factors, individuals can effectively increase their level of learning motivation, which in turn can lead to better learning outcomes and long-term success in education. In learning, of course, there are many obstacles that cause children's motivation to learn to decrease. As felt by the residents of Ranah Batahan West Pasaman, there are problems regarding learning, including: 1) Lack of guidance from parents, 2) Limited electronic media to support children's learning, 3) Lack of basic knowledge in education for children, 4) Lack of psychological aspects from within the child who helps in learning activities. In this case, the Field Work Lecture activity provides a tutoring program as the main program which aims to help with existing problems. The method used in this research is community education. All children who take part in tutoring can be helped in the learning process and develop motivation to learn. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the children who take part in learning activities.

Abstract

The use of cellphones as a Fiqh learning tool at Madrasah Aliyah NW Mengkuru, West Nusa Tenggara, has experienced significant developments since previous research. This research explores the implementation of cellphone-based Fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah NW Mengkuru, West Nusa Tenggara, in facing the challenges of the digital era. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document analysis. Research subjects include Fiqh teachers and students involved in this learning program. The research results show that the use of cellphones in Fiqh learning provides benefits such as faster and more interactive material accessibility. However, the research also identified several challenges such as monitoring appropriate use and adapting the curriculum. This research contributes to understanding effective strategies for integrating technology in religious learning at Madrasah Aliyah, answering the need for learning approaches that are relevant to current conditions. This novelty makes an important contribution in updating religious learning strategies that are responsive to the dynamics of technology and educational needs today.

Abstract

One of the problems during community service is the decline in students' culture of politeness towards teachers. Politeness is the ancestral culture of this nation. This attitude really upholds the values ​​of respect for others in everyday life, the young respecting the old, and the old respecting the young. The loss of good manners for some students is one of the causes of lack of character formation. This is one of the impacts of the development of science and technology. If this is allowed to happen, it will have a negative impact on the future of the younger generation. This research was carried out when the researcher carried out community service based on PAR (Participatory Action Research). Data was collected through direct observation, interviews, field notes and documentation. The result of this community service is that through early morning education, children are more independent because they have their own responsibility to appear disciplined. Indirectly, children are also more disciplined in waking up early for morning prayers and then following the morning lessons. The implementation of the dawn education also had a positive impact, namely character education through exemplary stories of the Prophet's friends and Islamic fairy tales presented by KKL students.

Abstract

Nahwu science is a science that studies the arrangement and position of words in a sentence as well as the final meaning of these words. Meanwhile, neurological science is a branch of science that studies the origin of the formation of changes from one form to another. So these two knowledge are very much needed in the ability to read the book of Tafsir. The level of a person's mastery in the knowledge of nahwu sharaf will make it easier for him to read the book of Tafsir. This research is a type of field research with data collection techniques through evaluation tests. And the test measures mastery of the Nahwu-Sharaf material. Based on the analysis and discussion, the average score for the Nahwu Shorof mastery test is in the very good category
