Abstract

Kesadaran terhadap Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan faktor penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana kesadaran K3 menjadi tolok ukur untuk menilai komitmen perusahaan terhadap karyawan, masyarakat, dan lingkungan. Perusahaan yang mengutamakan K3 menunjukkan tanggung jawab dengan meminimalkan risiko kerja, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan mendorong budaya keselamatan. Dengan mengintegrasikan inisiatif K3 ke dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR), perusahaan-perusahaan ini meningkatkan produktivitas, kesejahteraan karyawan, dan kepercayaan publik. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kesadaran K3 dalam strategi bisnis, menjadikannya pendorong utama praktik korporasi yang berkelanjutan dan etis.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has created new complexities in disaster management, presenting multiple challenges for governments and stakeholders in dealing with multiple simultaneous crises. This research examines the adaptation of disaster management policies during the pandemic, focusing on the integration of health protocols in natural and social disaster management. The methodology used includes a comprehensive policy analysis and case studies from various regions that experienced disasters during the pandemic. The results showed that an adaptive approach to disaster management is needed, including modification of evacuation procedures, adjustment of evacuation centers, and strengthening cross-sector coordination. Key challenges identified include limited resources, logistical complexity and the need for specialized protocols to prevent virus transmission in emergency situations. This study recommends developing a more flexible and integrated policy framework, increasing the capacity of the emergency health system, and strengthening multi-stakeholder cooperation in handling multiple crises. The implications of this study contribute to a better understanding of disaster management in the new normal era and the importance of preparedness for multiple hazards.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is the lack of religious nature of students which is particularly important for students. This can determine whether they are accepted in the industrial work, especially in the community. Because this religious character is important and must be owned by all students of SMK Manbaul Ulum and the surrounding community.This research aims to find out and analyze the impact of religious activities on the religious character of SMK Manbaul Ulum students, so that hope the school, parents and the community can be improved to improve the quality of the students themselves.The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, with a type of qualitative descriptive research and the design of this research is a case study. The data collection techniques themselves use Observation, Interviews, and Documentation.The results obtained from the research are the improvement of the religious character of students, such as the implementation of religious habituation activities at SMK Manbaul Ulum, by carrying out the habituation of congregational prayers, reading the Qur’an and religious lectures. To produce a significant increase in religious character. Against the santri or students at SMK Manbaul Ulum Dukupuntang Cirebon Regency. This research is expected to be useful for readers and can be used as a reference for researchers who are looking for the same material, so that it can be compared and strengthened by other researchers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Make a Match learning model on students' ability to participate in Indonesian language subjects in grade 3 SDIT Cendekia. The research used descriptive qualitative method with observation technique and Learner Worksheet (LKPD), involving 22 students as samples. The results showed that the Make a Match model significantly increased students' participation in learning. Students' activeness in discussion, intergroup cooperation, and learning motivation experienced a positive increase. This model succeeded in creating an interactive, fun, and healthy competitive learning atmosphere through card-matching activities. Students are directly involved in the learning process, which encourages them to discuss more, ask questions, and share opinions. The conclusion of the research shows that the Make a Match model can be an effective alternative learning strategy to increase participation and quality of Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research examines the form of signs found in PT. Graha Cakra Mulia and the meaning or idea that the sign represents. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach such the writers analyze the visual signifier and concept of meanings as signified the data with analyzed based on Saussure model of sign which consist of signifier and signified. The writers use 30 data taken from PT. Graha Cakra Mulia. The result of this research is the writers find there are some visual image and text in each sign that represented the signifier and signified.

Abstract

This study aims to develop mobile learning-based instructional media for physical fitness activities. The research and development method employed in this study follows a Research and Development approach. The subjects were Grade X students. Data collection instruments included observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research involved descriptive percentages to process qualitative and quantitative data. This study underwent validation by two experts: one expert in physical fitness and one media expert, yielding average percentages of 100% for the physical fitness expert, 96% for the media expert, and 90% for the group trial. Hence, the product was deemed feasible and valid for use. Furthermore, product effectiveness testing resulted in a score of 83%, efficiency testing recorded a time of 29 minutes, and product attractiveness testing achieved a percentage of 83%. In conclusion, the mobile learning-based physical fitness instructional media, supported by these results, is categorized as excellent. Therefore, the developed product can be utilized effectively in the teaching and training processes.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at PT Indo Gunta to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8, which focuses on creating decent work and sustainable economic growth. Quantitative methods were applied to collect data through valid and reliable questionnaires. Then, the data was analyzed using simple linear regression. With a regression coefficient of 0.345 and a significance p-value of 0.05, the research findings show that the implementation of GCG principles such as transparency, accountability, and fairness has a significant positive impact on the quality of decent work. This result shows that GCG is not only a tool to comply with regulations, but also an important method to create a more inclusive, healthy, and equitable work environment. This research provides benefits for companies to improve aspects of employee training and access to information to support social and economic sustainability.

Abstract

One of the reasons Papua is prone to conflict is because it cannot be separated from the return of Papua to Indonesia. Injustices such as access to education, health and infrastructure are also very limited so that they feel marginalized and cause tensions between the government and local communities. This event resulted in the emergence of separatist movements such as the Free Papua Organization (OPM). Conflicts and social problems in Papua have influenced the social image of Papuans, namely the negative stigma. The media is needed to help raise public awareness about human rights violations, give a voice to victims, and educate the public about issues in the region. The media can be a link between Papuans and the outside world, increasing international support for their rights. The survey results show that the media, especially social media, has a major influence in shaping public awareness about the OPM and human rights in Papua. However, there is an urgent need to improve the quality of reporting, provide more in-depth information, and emphasize educational aspects related to the roots of the conflict and more holistic solutions. Thus, the media can play a more strategic role in creating balanced and constructive awareness among the public

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of community leaders in maintaining religious harmony in the Astra Block 1 Complex, Medan Amplas. The lack of social interaction due to the individualistic modern lifestyle is a major challenge in creating harmony among residents with diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, with interviews of two community leaders as the main data source. The research results show that community leaders function as unifiers and facilitators, able to direct social and religious activities that encourage harmony. They show an attitude of tolerance and active involvement in interfaith activities, thereby reducing the potential for conflict. Good communication and inclusive leadership from community leaders play an important role in building mutual respect between residents. It is hoped that this research can provide input for the development of programs that support harmony and cooperation in society. By increasing awareness of the importance of social interaction, community leaders are expected to be able to create a harmonious and conducive environment for all citizens.

Abstract

Kampung Adat Cirendeu is one of several indigenous communities that continue to uphold local traditions amidst the pressures of modernization. This study aims to understand the traditional governance structure in Kampung Adat Cirendeu, the local wisdom values it embodies, and how this community confronts the challenges of modernization. Data were collected through extensive interviews with traditional leaders and village administrators. The findings indicate that the traditional governance structure comprises the Sesepuh (Elders), Ais Pangampih, Paniten, and several other officials, each with specific duties. The Cirendeu indigenous community employs selective adaptation strategies to preserve their local wisdom, even though modernization brings government programs that sometimes conflict with their customs. This study provides insights into how local traditions can endure in the face of changing times.
