Abstract

Background. Thematic learning at Al-Bina 01 Koto Baru IT Elementary School during the co-19 pandemic has decreased in terms of quality and in the learning process. After research, this happened because of the lack of effectiveness of the learning process and the teacher's lack of optimization in conveying information related to learning material. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to create lesson media for students so that lessons become more interesting and students are more enthusiastic in learning. Method. This article The method used in this research is a qualitative method, because qualitative methods are very flexible and accurate. The model used in this test is the Design and Development (DnD) model. Results. The result of this study is that the canva application is very feasible and good to use as a learning media because, it can make lessons more interesting and fun. Conclusion. The conclusion of this study is that Canva application-based learning media is fully feasible to use in learning. Its utilisation is very interesting, in a learning situation in the midst of the current corona virus pandemic, the media created is very appropriate and makes it easier for teachers and students to complete the learning system.

Abstract

Background. The kinemaster application can help someone or can make it easier for someone to produce good videos. Online learning really needs this application because students are now learning using cellphones and like to watch YouTube, so teachers can display this video creatively with physical learning material. At this time many people change their profession to become YouTubers, because this profession is very promising according to them and can guarantee their lives. Nowadays we find many youtubers. Many people today are competing to create their content, they are willing to play around and ruin people's moods. Purpose. This application aims to facilitate teachers in making various learning media. Almost everyone uses applications to work that function as the utilization of this sophisticated technology. Method. This article The method used in this research is a qualitative method, because qualitative methods are very flexible and accurate. Results. The result of this study is that the kinemaster application is very suitable for use as a learning media in class IV because the media is interesting and able to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Conclusion. The use of kinemaster helps teachers in solving the problem of students who are reluctant to learn, because in general students really like to learn while doing. Hopefully in the future students will be more enthusiastic in learning.

Abstract

Background. At present, the use of this Canva application in Social Science learning can be used as a means of learning media on the use of technology as an easy learning medium. Purpose. This article is an activity to provide insight to students at Primary School 23 Rambatan in using the canva application as a social studies learning media.. Method. This article uses descriptive qualitative research methods, th e steps of which are by going directly to the field and looking for natural data sources, so that the data obtained is accurate and meets the desired results. Results. The result of this study is that the canva application is very suitable for use as a learning media for students of Primary School 23 Rambatan because the media is attractive and able to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Conclusion. Creating designs with Canva In providing teaching materials for students, for example, such as designs in the form of education in order to attract the attention of students to be interested in seeing the content created.

Abstract

Background. During the COVID-19 period, all levels of life were severely disrupted, including the world of education, many educational institutions and governments decided to temporarily close their institutions such as schools and campuses. The COVID-19 pandemic requires the teaching and learning process to be carried out at a distance, this requires teachers to be able to take advantage of technological developments that exist today to help the learning process. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to create lesson media for students so that lessons become more interesting and students are more enthusiastic in learning. Method. This article uses descriptive qualitative research methods and meta-analysis. Qualitative descriptive is a process of providing a comprehensive description of a problem that develops with a creative idea that will be used as an innovative solution Results. The result of this study is that the utilization of learning video media at State Elementary School 05 Sembilan Koto in Sembilan Koto sub-district, Dharmasraya Regency is very effective due to an increase in learning outcomes and the quality of education in the Elementary School. One example that can be taken is in the subject of Natural Sciences, where previously student scores at the 05 Sembilan Koto State Elementary School were initially low due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. But after using Camtasia learning videos, the value of learning Natural Sciences increased. Conclusion. Based on research and data from the results of the study, it can be concluded that providing material using a new media and in accordance with the development of the times is very necessary.

Abstract

Background. In this globalization era, we as a teacher must be able to create a renewal in learning. As we know that at this time there are still many schools that still use a learning media system that is far from the influence of globalization, meaning that they still use old-fashioned learning media. Therefore, in this article we submit some utilization of an application, one of which is called Kinemaster, which can create simpler and more modern learning media. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to use the kinemaster application as a learning medium so that learning is more interesting, colourful and makes students happy in natural science lessons. Method. Sampling itself uses the purposive sampling method, the analysis is carried out descriptively qualitatively based on the data that has been obtained. Results. The result of this research is that the kinemaster application is very useful as a medium for learning natural science because it makes students more interested and enthusiastic in learning. Conclusion. It can be concluded that in this era of globalization everything uses an online system and everything uses a sophisticated science system and is also simple and modern. In this world of education, everything uses a sophisticated system so that we must be able to follow it so that our education system becomes modern and more interesting and clear. In this communication information technology we convey the use of the kine master application and also how to use the application from start to finish so that we can make good and clear learning media.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create learning media for students so that teachers are easy to teach lessons and lessons become more interesting so that students are more enthusiastic in learning. Method. The method applied in this research is based on the use of descriptive research methods. By using data analysis on the comparison of student grades carried out through collecting samples of thematic learning scores of a group of students at Al-Bina 01 Koto Baru Integrated Islamic Elementary School during face-to-face learning before the covid-19 pandemic and online learning after the covid-19 pandemic took place. Results. The results of this study After the operation of this thematic learning video media to students, the survey proved that with the learning media video, the quality of student learning outcomes at Al-Bina 01 Koto Baru IT Elementary School has increased. Conclusion. Based on the research and explanations above, it can be concluded that the positive and negative impacts of the covid-19 pandemic are very influential on the world of education. Especially the impact on the quality of education in Indonesia which occurs due to the forced change in the learning system from face-to-face to online learning throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

Background. The current era of globalisation has led to the growth of various new industries, including business industries that arise from the creativity and innovation of their owners. Starting from the need for food, drinks, clothing, stationery, transportation, to the need for the fulfilment of selfish desires. This opportunity then creates humans who are more creative in thinking and working. This creativity is then applied by some people in doing business. Purpose. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Responsiveness, Assurance, Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, and Customer Satisfaction on Omeycak Coffee's Customer Loyalty. Method. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research, which is a social research that fundamentally relies on observing humans in their own area and dealing with these people who seek to reveal the actual facts / phenomena that occur in the field and then collaborate with data to support the success of the research.. Results. The results showed that simultaneously, Responsiveness, Assurance, Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, and Customer Satisfaction had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Pos Kupi Langsa. Partially Responsiveness, Assurance, Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, and Customer Satisfaction each have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Conclusion. The conclusion of this study is that Responsiveness, Assurance, Physical Evidence, Empathy and Reliability simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on Pos Kupi Customer Loyalty. Guarantee has a positive and significant effect on Pos Kupi Customer Loyalty. Physical Evidence has a positive and significant effect on Pos Kupi Customer Loyalty. Empathy has a positive and significant effect on Pos Kupi Customer Loyalty. Reliability has a positive and significant effect on Pos Kupi Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Pos Kupi Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Background. A teacher must have superior creativity in the learning process in the classroom because the progress of student learning also depends on the creativity of the teacher in teaching. Teachers who have high creativity will be able to stimulate students to love the subject matter they deliver. Teachers' creativity in teaching can make learning fun. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to find out the teaching creativity that arises from the Islamic Religious Education study programme practicing teachers in carrying out learning and the supporting and inhibiting factors of teaching creativity of Islamic Religious Education study programme practicing teachers in carrying out learning. Teaching creativity is an effort to utilise something new. Method. This research method uses mixed methods, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative. The data collection technique was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Results. The results showed that the teaching creativity that emerged from the practicing teachers of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program in carrying out the learning that emerged was 49.33% for creativity in designing lesson plans (less), 45% for the realisation of lesson plan design (very less) and 46.15% for the attitude that emerged during teaching (less). Conclusion. The conclusion of this study is that the supporting factors of teaching creativity of practicing teachers of Islamic Education Study Program in implementing learning are the family, school and community environment. While the inhibiting factors of teaching creativity of practicing teachers of Islamic Education Study Program in implementing learning are age, strong will, class and time management, teacher resources and understanding, facilities and infrastructure, and parental support for students in learning.

Abstract

Background. Progress in a country can be seen from the development of the capital market, because the capital market plays a very important role in transforming and advancing a country's economy so that it grows and develops. Indonesia is a country known to be rich in natural resources, so the development of capital markets in Indonesia is a step towards sustainable economic development. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media on the economic, social and political sectors. Method. The research used is quantitative research with descriptive and verification research methods. Results. The result of this study is that the influence of the number of social media followers on the share price of banks in Indonesia shows a positive correlation between the two. In this context, banks need to utilise social media more effectively as a marketing tool, pay attention to reputation risk management, improve transparency and communication with investors, and strengthen the role of regulators in monitoring the impact of social media.. Conclusion. With this research, there is a finding that in the field of social media, there are variables that influence the financial sector, in this case, company finances, namely the number of followers of a social media platform will influence stock prices. This should be a concern for stakeholders in the business sector to pay attention to social media developments occurring in Indonesia

Abstract

Background. The learning process is one of the things that needs to be considered in education. If the process is good, it is likely that the results that will be obtained will also be good. To achieve optimal learning outcomes, a maximum learning process is needed. In a learning process, every educator and learner should be familiar with the process. Because knowing about a learning process, will make educators and students understand the purpose and objectives of learning. So that the learning process is not lame. Purpose. the purpose of this study was to determine the results of the evaluation of fiqh learning in MA Asy-Syafi'iyah Bangsalsari Jember. Method. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods. Qualitative research methods are research methods used to research on natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are triangulated, data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasise meaning rather than generalisation . Results. The result of this research is the learning of Fiqh material at MA Asy-Syafi'iyah Bangsalsari Jember is good. The educators are linear with the subject, very supportive of the learning process. So that the learning process in MA Asy-Syafi'iyah runs well and maximum. Conclusion. Evaluation is something that is very urgent in the world of education. It needs to be done regularly. The existence of this mini research, of course, is to find out how the learning process has taken place during one semester. By paying attention to the process, the results of interviews from teachers, and student report cards, researchers have been able to conclude that, learning Fiqh material at MA Asy-Syafi'iyah Bangsalsari Jember is good.
