Sasaran J-ABDIMAS - Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang ditertbitkan dan dikelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (P2M) Politeknik Negeri Malang. J-ABDIMAS diharapakan mampu menjadi media publikasi seluruh civitas akademika terkait dengan hasil inovasi dan solusi dalam berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat. Cakupan J-ABDIMAS berisi publikasi hasil Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang bersifat strategis, tepat guna, implementatif dari ilmu pengetahuan terutama bagi penerapan bisnis. Secara umum fokus terhadap pelayanan publik, ketahanan pangan, ekonomi masyarakat, teknologi tepat guna, desain teknologi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, akses sosial, pelayanan pendidikan, teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengembangan masyarakat berbasis aset, riset berbasis masyarakat, layanan pembelajaran bagi masyarakat, dan pengembangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Desa Tulusbesar merupakan desa yang terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Malang. Potensi yang terdapat pada desa ini sangat besar terutama dalam bidang seni dan budaya. Terdapat banyak pagelaran seperti bantengan, jaranan, wayangan dan ada juga pelaku UMKM yang memproduksi topeng malangan, kuda lumping, wayang, lampu hias dan masih banyak lagi. Salah satu indikator kesuksesan pelaku UMKM Desa Wisata Budaya Tulusbesar adalah kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Tulusbesar yang meningkat. Hal tersebut dapat diwujudkan dengan cara meningkatkan penjualan produk dari hasil keterampilan masyarakat desa ini. Tantangan dan permasalahan yang terjadi pada lingkungan bisnis saat ini adalah masyarakat banyak melakukan transaksi jual beli melalui platform digital, sehingga dibutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan khusus untuk bisa memasarkan berbagi macam produk melalui metode tersebut. Agar usaha yang dimiliki masyarakat Desa Wisata Busaya Tulusbesar ini bisa bertahan dan lebih berkembang, maka tim PPM memberikan pelatihan penggunaan social commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM di Desa Wisata Busaya Tulusbesar serta perhitungan biaya pemasarannya.

Abstract

The younger generation is creative and ambitious, often channeling this energy into startups. Observations by the community service team at Bumigora University reveal that most students aspire to establish startups to fulfill their needs and gain entrepreneurial experience. However, they face challenges such as limited knowledge of effective business strategies and financial management. This community service activity aims to enhance students' understanding of building and managing startups using smart technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI). The seminar introduces AI as a tool for developing business strategies, optimizing operations, and automating financial management. The program employs the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, focusing on leveraging community assets to address their needs. Activities include lectures, interactive sessions, and practical demonstrations to integrate AI into entrepreneurship. Results show a significant improvement in students' knowledge and skills in applying AI for business purposes. The seminar effectively enhanced their understanding of strategies for building businesses, designing marketing plans, and managing finances. Post-test results from participants via Google Form confirm these outcomes. This activity empowers the younger generation to establish competitive, technology-driven businesses.

Abstract

Integrated Primary Education (TK Kusuma Mulia) is a basic education activity that is organized by, for, and with the assistance of primary education officers. Therefore, TK Kusuma Mulia is a community-driven initiative in the field of basic education, with the village head as the responsible party. A.A. Gde Muninjaya (2002:169) states: "Basic education services are a form of integrated basic education services carried out in primary education. Currently, computers are tools used to process and create work reports, whether in the form of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint data. Up until now, TK Kusuma Mulia, located in the Sumberejo Badas Pare Village, Kediri Regency, still uses conventional manual typing machines for reporting, resulting in various limitations experienced by the TK in terms of administrative operations and data management."

Abstract

Abstract

Current technological developments require human resources to keep up with the use of technology. One technological development that is widely used is information systems. An information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of an electronic approach. Learning that originally used a manual approach changed to using electronics. Apart from that, the learning time is very flexible and the learning location does not have to be at school. junior high school and senior high school  Al Firqoh An Najiah's learning process is still classical. Electronic processes need to be used to optimize the learning process. With the existence of e-learning, learning will be more varied and will improve learning outcomes. The service aims to make it easier for teachers in the electronic learning process and enhance learning services for students to increase the achievement of learning outcomes using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, lecture methods, and training methods.

Abstract

            Assistance and training for SMEs in RW 8 Joyogrand Merjosari Malang Housing is a collaboration with the world of education. This is because there is a need for knowledge about marketing, both online through social media and offline through tools in the form of product catalogs. The catalog displays all the products produced, along with their prices, so this will really help potential consumers in recognizing and knowing what products are produced. The final thing that is hoped for is that a buying and selling transaction will occur between them. If you understand the meaning of promotion, you will know the true purpose of promotion. Not just communication to attract interest or introductions. The aim of promotion is to generate sales from capturing the market, as well as increasing the number of sales, increasing awareness of the sustainability of the buying and selling relationship. The training program for presenting promotional ideas on Facebook/Instagram and the Product Catalog is one of the training programs that can help disseminate product information. Abstract

This community service is aimed at accommodating the needs of the Tulus Besar village community, Tumpang District in improving the ability to manage natural tourist attractions and the potential of tourist villages in the Tulus Besar tourist village area by involving tourism business actors (travel agents) to increase tourist visits, both local and foreign. Participants in this training are tourism business actors in Tulus Besar village. Through this activity, it is hoped that there will be an increase in the economic value of tourism and arts potential as well as the quality of human resources for the managers of the tourist village through increasing the ability to manage tourist attractions and tourist villages owned by the Tulus Besar village community. This activity was carried out in five stages, namely planning (to find out the number of participants who are involved and the materials needed for the training), coordination to do a survey, survey with village officials and travel agents (to ensure the plans made are by needs), Focus Group Discussion, monitoring and evaluation (giving questionnaires to training participants regarding training implementation and materials).

Abstract

This community service is aimed at accommodating the needs of the management of the Sumberingin natural tourist attraction in improving the ability to manage natural tourist attractions and tourism potential in the Wringinsongo village area by involving tourism business actors (travel agents) to increase tourist visits, both local and foreign. Participants in this training are tourist attraction managers, especially Sumberingin tourist attraction managers and Wringinsongo village managers, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. This activity is expected to improve the quality of human resources for tourist attraction managers by increasing the ability to manage tourist attractions, which will then be implemented as an effort to increase local and foreign tourist visits. This activity was carried out in some stages, namely planning (to find out the number of participants who were involved and the materials needed for the training), coordination with the related parties (representative of partner village members, travel agent, and tour guide) to ensure the plans made are in accordance with the needs, preparation of Focused Group Discussion (FGD) materials, survey to the exact location in the partner village to ensure the prepared materials are suitable with the condition of the village, doing FGD with the, and evaluation which is giving questionnaires to the participants regarding the implementation and materials.

Abstract

Participants in this activity are business actors in the tourism area in Duwet village, Malang. This activity is expected to improve the quality of MSME products in Duwet Village through product management and marketing, which then can be implemented to provide better services to visitors to the Duwet Village tourism area. This activity was carried out in some stages, namely planning (to find out the number of participants who were involved and the materials needed for the training), coordination with the related parties (representative of partner village members, travel agent, and tour guide) to ensure the plans made are in accordance with needs, preparation of Focused Group Discussion (FGD) materials, survey to the exact location in the partner village to ensure the prepared materials are suitable with the condition of the village, doing FGD with the, and evaluation which is giving questionnaires to the participants regarding the implementation and materials.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Raudhatul Madinah merupakan salah satu Ponpes di Kota Batu yang menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis wirausaha. Para santri Ponpes umumnya merupakan yatim piatu yang berasal dari beberapa daerah di Jawa Timur. Para santri selain mengikuti pendidikan umum di SMP/MTs, SMU/MA juga mendapatkan pembelajaran kewirausahaan di Ponpes. Beberapa kegiatan kewirausahaan, antara lain: usaha produksi yoghurt, usaha beternak domba, usaha bercocok tanam sayuran, dan usaha catering. Namun demikian, dalam kegiatan kewiraushaan tersebut masih banyak hal yang perlu ditingkat dan dikembangkan baik dalam aspek kualitas maupun kuantitas produksi. Tujuan pelatihan adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada para santi dan pengelolah Ponpes tentang teknik pengemasan produk yoghurt. Dengan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas dan kuantitas pengemasan produk yoghurt. Materi pelatihan meliputi, antara lain: pemilihan jenis kemasan, teknik pengemasan, teknik penyimpanan dan penanganan kemasan. Sedangkan metode pelatihan adalah ceramah/diskusi, praktek pengemasan, dan pendampingan/konsultasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta pelatihan (santri dan pengelolah Ponpes) mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilannya dalam mengemas produk yoghurt, yang ditandai dengan pemilihan dan cara penanganan kemasan serta cara mengemasi produk yoghurt yang baik dan benar pada saat praktek. Disamping itu terdapat peningjkatan semangat, antusias, dan keinginan tahuan serta harapan – harapan dari peserta.
