Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bentuk penerapan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni budaya secara langsung kepada masyarakat melalui institusi pendidikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmiah sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Program pengabdian ini didanai oleh universitas melalui proses seleksi proposal yang ketat. Kegiatan dengan judul “Pelatihan IPTEK dan Pengenalan Aplikasi E-Commerce kepada Guru Madrasah Ad-diniyyah, Kampung Tipar, Jakarta Timur” bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru melalui pelatihan IPTEK dan memperkenalkan E-Commerce sebagai platform jual beli online untuk membantu memasarkan produk kreatif Madrasah. Pelatihan IPTEK dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi seperti Word dan Excel, yang bertujuan memudahkan peserta dalam kegiatan administratif serta meningkatkan keterampilan mereka. Pengenalan E-Commerce dilakukan melalui marketplace Indonesia seperti Lazada, meliputi proses pembuatan akun, pembuatan email, pembukaan toko online, serta teknik pemasaran dan transaksi produk. Metode pelatihan dilakukan melalui demonstrasi yang disampaikan oleh instruktur, kemudian diikuti dengan latihan bagi peserta untuk mempraktikkan materi yang telah diberikan. Meskipun program ini berjalan sesuai rencana dan berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik, terdapat beberapa peserta yang belum sepenuhnya menguasai materi yang disampaikan, yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan waktu yang tersedia.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah dengan metode online. Abdimas yang dilakukan secara online dengan sebuah UMKM yang ada di daerah Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Kami melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat secara oinline karena saat ini negara kita tengah mengalami pandemi COVID19 yang terjadi secara global. Tidak hanya wilayah Jakarta saja, tetapi juga daerah – daerah lain di seluruh Indonesia. Oleh karena itulah, kami melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat secara online melalui media video conference via google meet. Abdimas atau pengadian kepada masyarakat yang kami lakukan secara daring atau online ini masih tetap mengusung metode abdimas konvensional yaitu sharing knowledge kepada para UMKM dan memberikan beberapa gambaran solusi atas permasalahan – permasalahan yang mereka keluhkan. Harapannya, ADI sebagai Komunitas dosen – dosen Indonesia, mampu menjawab problem masyarakat oleh para sivitas akademika melalui program pengabdian. Agar program PkM tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada berbagai sektor, termasuk pariwisata, perdagangan, industri, serta pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dampak langsungnya terlihat melalui Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) secara besar-besaran di berbagai perusahaan dan penutupan usaha yang menyebabkan banyak karyawan dirumahkan. Operasional UMKM menjadi terbatas dan terjadi penurunan jumlah konsumen yang berbelanja secara langsung dibandingkan dengan kondisi normal. Sekitar 39,9% UMKM mengalami penurunan yang signifikan sehingga memaksa mereka untuk mengurangi stok barang. Selain itu, 16,1% UMKM memilih mengurangi karyawan atau bahkan menutup usaha mereka. Untuk bertahan di tengah pandemi, pelaku UMKM harus memiliki keterampilan digital yang memadai. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat yang diadakan oleh dosen dari Phoenix Education Centre Institution, UMKM binaan OK OCE diberi pendampingan terkait branding dan pemasaran produk secara efektif dan efisien. Program ini bertujuan agar pelaku UMKM mampu mengembangkan potensi mereka dan meningkatkan pendapatan melalui strategi digital marketing. Dengan demikian, diharapkan para pelaku UMKM dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup baik secara individu, keluarga, maupun komunitas pada umumnya.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak signifikan pada sektor pariwisata, perdagangan, industri, serta Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Dampaknya terlihat dari banyaknya PHK di berbagai perusahaan, penutupan usaha, dan dirumahkannya karyawan. UMKM juga mengalami kendala operasional, dengan penurunan jumlah konsumen yang berbelanja langsung. Sebanyak 39,9% UMKM harus mengurangi stok barang, sementara 16,1% lainnya memilih untuk mengurangi karyawan atau menutup usaha. Perubahan ini mempengaruhi pola belanja masyarakat serta menurunkan daya beli. Untuk bertahan di tengah pandemi, para pelaku UMKM perlu menguasai keterampilan digital. Dalam upaya mendukung kemampuan ini, tim abdimas sistem informasi menyelenggarakan program pengabdian masyarakat bagi UMKM MCI Indonesia. Tema utama dari kegiatan ini adalah Pelatihan Digital Marketing untuk UMKM, dengan fokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Program ini bertujuan membantu pelaku UMKM memahami dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital, sehingga mereka dapat meningkatkan potensi usaha, pendapatan, dan kesejahteraan secara menyeluruh. Melalui pendampingan ini, diharapkan para pelaku usaha dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar dan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk memperbaiki taraf hidup mereka serta komunitas di sekitar.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan tingkat dasar berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan dan pengetahuan masyarakat. Namun, pandemi memaksa semua kegiatan pendidikan dilakukan secara daring, yang menurunkan efektivitas pembelajaran karena kurangnya kesiapan pendidik dan peserta didik. Permasalahan ini perlu diatasi agar proses belajar tetap berjalan dengan baik meski di masa pandemi. Sebagai solusi, akan diadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan penggunaan PowerPoint sebagai alat bantu pengajaran jarak jauh di TKIT Darul Maarif. Pelatihan ini bertujuan membantu pendidik memahami konsep dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran daring. Diharapkan pelatihan ini mempermudah pendidik dan orang tua dalam menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran online.

Abstract

Using digital signature apps and communication platforms such as Discord has become essential in supporting teachers' administrative work in the digital era. Digital signature apps allow teachers to sign documents quickly, securely, and legally without meeting face-to-face. This speeds up the approval process of documents such as report cards, decision letters, and other administrative forms, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing reliance on physical documents. Initially developed for the gaming community, Discord has become an effective communication platform in educational settings. Features like voice chat, video calls, and discussion channel settings allow teachers to collaborate with colleagues, hold online meetings, and manage classes virtually. Their integration supports teacher productivity in daily administrative tasks, especially in remote work. Applying these technologies strengthens teachers' digital literacy skills, reduces their administrative burden, and allows them to focus more on developing the teaching-learning process. Thus, using digital signature apps and Discord is an essential part of digital transformation in the increasingly dynamic world of education.

Abstract

Effective and efficient administrative and office management remains a primary challenge for organizations in the digital era. This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of Bojong youth in utilizing Google applications (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Forms) as solutions for administrative management. The methods applied include theoretical training, hands-on practice, and evaluation of application implementation in daily workflows. The results indicate that using Google applications accelerates data processing by up to 30%, reduces paper usage by 40%, and improves collaboration and communication effectiveness among participants. Additionally, this training fosters a transition toward a digital work culture that is adaptive and responsive to technological challenges. Thus, using Google applications has proven to be a practical and relevant solution for supporting better organizational administrative governance.

Abstract

The numerous facets of education have been significantly transformed by artificial intelligence (AI) technology. It is currently in widespread use to improve the efficiency of learning, provide personalized learning experiences, and assist instructors in managing administrative responsibilities. In addition to its advantages, the integration of AI into education also poses obstacles, including ethical concerns, excessive dependence on technology, and doubts about the validity of learning outcomes. The objective of this community service activity is to investigate the potential benefits and drawbacks of AI applications in education, as well as to offer suggestions for their effective implementation. Educators can employ AI more responsibly and effectively by comprehending both the advantages and obstacles. The training is administered online to ensure that a diverse audience, including high school and vocational school teachers in Jakarta, has access to the material. It commences with a pre-test to assess the initial comprehension of AI tools among participants. A post-test is administered at the conclusion of the session to assess the extent to which the knowledge has been enhanced as a result of the training

Abstract

The primary objective of this community service initiative is to provide training to high school and vocational school instructors in Jakarta on the use of AutoCAD Mechanical for engineering drawing. AutoCAD Mechanical offers sophisticated automation features and tools to enhance the accuracy and productivity of technical drawings. The training was conducted online, which enabled a wide range of participants to participate. The methodology comprised a pre-test to evaluate initial knowledge, interactive sessions to convey material, and a post-test to evaluate learning outcomes. The training was attended by a total of 33 participants. The findings suggest that the majority of participants developed a more comprehensive comprehension of the ethical implications and precision of AI-based tools. The discussion emphasizes the efficacy of online training in improving the understanding of AutoCAD Mechanical among instructors. For future enhancements and future reference, documentation was maintained, which encompassed participant engagement and training activities. This activity enhances the proficiency of educators in the utilization of digital tools for the purpose of mechanical engineering education.

Abstract

The objective of this training is to enhance the proficiency of high school/vocational high school teachers in the creation of technical drawings using Autodesk Inventor, a software that is utilized for 3D modeling, structural strength simulation, motion animation, and other engineering analyses. The Faculty of Engineering, Darma Persada University conducted this training on February, both online and offline. The training method encompasses theory, direct practice, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the training demonstrated a decrease in the teachers' comprehension of the fundamental concepts and the application of Autodesk Inventor in engineering education. The documentation and evaluation of this program can serve as a reference for the development of similar training in the future.
