Abstract

Online auction (e-auction) is an innovation in the auction system carried out through the internet to increase efficiency and transparency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of online auction services for dependent rights at the Bandar Lampung State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) and identify the obstacles faced in its implementation. The research method used is normative and empirical juridical, with a legal approach based on the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 213/PMK.06/2020 as well as observations and interviews with auction officials. The results of the study show that the online auction is carried out through the Indonesian Auction Portal (www.lelang.go.id) with established procedures, starting from registration to taking the certificate of dependent rights. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation, such as limited technology infrastructure, suboptimal data security, lack of digital literacy of participants, and unbalanced competition due to differences in access to technology. To increase the effectiveness of online auctions, it is necessary to improve infrastructure and system security, socialization to the public, and strict supervision to ensure transparency and public trust. With these steps, it is hoped that the e-auction system for dependents can run more efficiently and provide wider benefits for the community.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the down payment on the efficiency of carrying out construction work on projects managed by the Public Works and Public Housing Service (PUPR) of East Seram Regency. Down payments in construction contracts are an important factor that influences the smooth running of the project, especially in terms of time efficiency, costs and quality of work. The research method used is a quantitative approach using surveys and interviews with contractors, project supervisors and related officials. The research results show that a higher down payment can speed up project implementation in terms of time, but does not always have a positive impact on cost efficiency and work quality. Cost overruns and a decrease in quality often occur if the management of down payment funds is not properly supervised. This research provides recommendations to the PUPR Department of East Seram Regency to establish a down payment policy that is more efficient and in accordance with the characteristics of each project, as well as increasing supervision over the use of down payment funds to minimize waste and maintain the quality of construction results.

Abstract

The large potential of the Muslim population in East Java makes zakat infaq and shodaqoh an instrument of economic empowerment. This study will examine the role of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh, poverty level and HDI on economic growth in East Java. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample focuses on 29 regencies / cities in East Java Province. The research method is panel data regression method. The results showed that the zakat variable had no effect on economic growth. Infaq and shodaqoh variables have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. This influence is due to the lack of public awareness of paying zakat, infaq and shodaqoh, or already paying zakat, infaq and shodaqoh but not through zakat institutions so that the acquisition of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh is not recorded. In addition, there is a lack of supervision and socialization from zakat institutions. The HDI variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, the poverty rate variable has a negative and significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

Abstract

In this study, the function of Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) as a dynamic capability in influencing Social Ties, Purchase Decisions, and the moderating impact of Brand Love within the transportation services industry, focusing on PO Bejeu. Unlike previous research primarily centered on retail or cosmetics, transportation services present distinct operational challenges that merit deeper exploration. Using data from 103 respondents collected via a Likert scale Google form questionnaire, the study employed Analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. Results revealed that SMMA significantly improves Social Ties (path coefficient = 0.630) and Purchase Decisions (path coefficient = 0.404), with Social Ties mediating the effect on Purchase Decisions (indirect effect = 0.114). Brand Love amplifies the relationship between Social Ties and Purchase Decisions (interaction effect = 0.134). These findings underscore SMMA's effectiveness in fostering customer engagement, enhancing brand trust, and driving personalized strategies to improve purchase decisions. Moreover, nurturing emotional connections via Brand Love strengthens customer loyalty and advocacy. The research emphasises the transformative potential of SMM for transportation services, offering actionable insights to leverage social platforms to deepen consumer relationships and boost business growth in industries with lower digital marketing adoption rates.
