Abstract

The industrial world has entered the industrial revolution 4.0, which is all related to the internet system, and the rotation is very dynamic, requiring every industry to keep up with this new era. To be able to get a competitive advantage, companies can focus on competitive resources. Among the advantages, the company can focus on having transformational leaders and innovative work behavior from all employees. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on innovative work behavior by taking the smelter industry of PT Daiki Aluminum Industry Indonesia as a case. The sample of this study is 100 permanent employees in the production department. The analysis of this study uses SEM (structural equation model) with Smart PLS version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The result is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational climate. Transformational leadership and organizational climate also have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior partially and simultaneously

Abstract

this study aims to analyze how the influence of the management control system, business strategy and information technology on the performance of Micro Small Medium Enteprise in the culinary sector in the city of Palembang. The population in this study were the culinary sector MSMEs in the city of Palembang, totaling 3,006 units. The sampling technique used a simple random sample (simple random sampling). while the determination of the sample used the slovin technique, and a sample of 97 MSMEs was obtained. The dependent variable in this study is company performance while the independent variables consist of three variables, namely Management Control Systems (MCS), Business Strategy, and Information Technology. The analysis technique used is the descriptive statistical test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews and information quality on purchasing decisions at Shopee Yasashi Japan Shop. The research method was used a quantitative method. The population in this study are the Shopee Yasashi Japan Shop consumers. Sampling was done using probability sampling technique with random sampling method. The sample in this study consisted of 98 respondents that had bought products at Shopee Yasashi Japan Shop. Collecting data was using a questionnaire. The collected data was scored and then analyzed using the SPSS (Statical Program for Social Science) 23.0 for Windows program.The results of this study indicate that Online Customer Review (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions (Y) at Shopee Yasashi Japan Shop by 68%. Information Quality (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision (Y) at Shopee Yasashi Japan Shop by 51.4%. Online Customer Review (X1) and Information Quality (X2) have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision (Y) at Shopee Yasashi Japan Shop simultaneously on variable Y amounting to 84.5% and 15.5% influenced by other variables that not investigated by researchers in this study.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Socioeconomic Status to Emotional and Consumptive Behavior is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Socioeconomic Status is related to Emotional; 2) Socioeconomic status relates to consumptive behavior; and 3) Emotional related to Consumptive Behavior. Apart from the exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables, there are other influencing factors including: Environment, Friends and Association.

Abstract

This study aims to find out factors influencing financial behavior of Gen Z during the Covid-19 pandemic in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires to 200 students in Yogyakarta who was born in the years after 1995 to 2010 by sampling method through Google Form. This sampling determination is expected to be a representative of Gen Z in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The result of this study is that he lower level of financial literacy the higher the Gen Z’s financial behavior, the higher lifestyle the higher the Gen Z’s financial behavior and girls of Gen Z has higher financial behavior than bos of Gen Z during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Abstract

The research objectives are (1) To find out Personal Selling and Ease of Claim Settlement have a simultaneous effect on increasing the number of customers at PT. Jasindo Sharia Insurance Banjarmasin, (2) To find out Personal Selling and Ease of Claim Settlement have a partial effect on increasing the number of customers at PT. Jasindo Sharia Insurance Banjarmasin and (3) To find out the variables of Personal Selling and Ease of Claim Settlement which are the most dominant in influencing the increase in the number of customers at PT. Jasindo Sharia Insurance Banjarmasin. This research method is a quantitative study using a sampling technique for 100 customers of PT. Jasindo Sharia Insurance Banjarmasin as respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) The independent variables; Personal Selling (X1) and Ease of Claim Settlement (X2) simultaneously affect the variable Increase in the Number of Customers (Y) by 24.6% and the remaining 75.4% is influenced by other variables in outside of this research. (2) Personal Selling Variable (X1) has a partial significant effect on the increase in the number of customers (Y) with a tcount of 3.577. (3) The Ease of Claim Settlement Variable (X2) has a partial significant effect on the Increase in the Number of Customers (Y) with a tcount of 1,968. (4) The Personal Selling variable has the most dominant influence on the increase in the number of customers (Y) with an r2 value of 0.116 or 11.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between intellectual capital and capital structure that shaping the value of insurance firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using corporate financial statement data. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis were used. This study provides an overview of the importance of managing intellectual capital (human capital, capital structure and relation capital) in shaping firm’s value. Agents are an inseparable part of intellectual capital (intangible assets) and are very meaningful in the firm's operations. The result indicates that intellectual capital and capital structure shaping the firm's value. It also provides information about the relationship of capital structure and firm’s value, especially in MM theory (tax), but the firms need to look at trends off the use of debt in their capital structure.

Abstract

Jual beli online adalah bentuk transaksi perniagaan yang terjadi di masa modern abad XXI ini sehingga sebagai peristiwa modern yang dalam kegiatannya menggunakan teknologi modern melalui jaringan internet (interconnected network) oleh karena merupakan peristiwa kegiatan kehidupan yang penting maka studi ilmiah yang berfungsi mendalami dan memberikan solusi yang membawa kepada tujuan hukum bagi masyarakat dan semuanya termasuk alamnya menjadi realistis, disinilah kajian hukum dan metodologi syar’i merumuskan pandangan, melakukan edukasi, dan memajukan peradaban sebagaimana fungsi hukum sebagai a tool of social engineering (membangun masyarakat). Maqāṣhidu al-Syari‘ah yang merupakan instisari dari naṣh dan sebagai kehendak pembinaan hukum syar’i sangat urgen untuk sebagai pembuka wawasan dan pandangan kompetitif dalam perkembangan kemajuan dan memberikan jalan penyelesaian secara adil dan bermartabat. Demikian dengan jalan istinbaṭh hukum Syar’i yang lain dalam pengkajian eksploratif komprehensif, oleh karena Maqāṣhidu al-Syari‘ah adalah petunjuk dari naṣh tekstual yang disarikan dan menghasilkan petunjuk kontesktual sebagai kajian komprehensif.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the Management of the Kusuma Bhirawa Ponorogo Volleyball Club, East Java Province, Indonesia. This research was carried out in October 2022. This research is a type of qualitative research. The method used in this research is survey method. Data analysis consists of four activity streams, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that Kusuma Bhirawa's organizational structure has a clear management structure and tasks, starting from the CEO, the chairman in charge, treasurer, secretary, coach, and athletes. Athlete development Kusuma Bhirawa always coaches junior athletes and youngsters to always take part in local and higher volleyball events in order to increase the maximum match experience. The Kusuma Bhirawa training program refers to the training stages, namely the general preparation stage and the special preparation stage. Kusuma Bhirawa's coach profile is a coach who is competent in volleyball. Judging from his qualifications to enter Kusuma Bhirawa, coaches must be experienced and certified as coaches. Kusuma Bhirawa's funding comes from a single source of funds, namely dues from prospective athletes and assisted by other sponsors. Kusuma Bhirawa's training facilities and infrastructure are adequate and suitable for use by athletes and coaches in training, but unfortunately the GOR is not wide enough and the GOR floor has a little damage so that the training program is more or less optimal. Abstract

Performance is used to measure the results that have been achieved related to the company's activities. Employee performance is seen through the achievement of tasks that are in line with the work program that has been prepared. Kaizen culture and leadership style from environmental factors are two factors that influence the increase in employee performance from organizational culture factors. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect relationship between the variables of Kaizen culture, servant leadership, and employee performance with the object of research, namely one of the automotive manufacturing companies. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population used is all employees of an automotive manufacturing company, with a total sample size of 62 respondents. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling technique with the saturated sample method. Data collection is done through Google Forms when filling out online surveys. analysis of the data in this study using the SmartPLS version 3.0 software program. The results of the study state that kaizen culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, kaizen culture has a positive and significant effect on servant leadership, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and kaizen culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by servant leadership.
