Abstract

This article explores the role of Arabic calligraphy (khat) in supporting maharah al-kitabah as an essential aspect of Arabic language learning. This study employs a library research method by examining books, journals, and relevant literature on calligraphy and Arabic writing skills. The findings show that khat holds an important position in Islamic scholarly and cultural traditions and has developed through various historical periods, resulting in diverse calligraphic styles. In the context of writing skills, khat enhances the accuracy of letter forms, strengthens adherence to writing rules, and refines the aesthetic quality of written Arabic. Thus, khat contributes significantly to improving the quality of Arabic writing both linguistically and artistically, while also supporting the preservation of Islamic artistic heritage.

Abstract

School administration plays a very important role in carrying out the basic functions of Islamic educational institutions. . The purpose of this study is to identify the role of school administration in improving the operational effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. This study uses a library research method, which aims to collect, analyze, and compile information from various literature sources in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the topic being studied. The data analysis technique used is descriptive- qualitative. The results of the study show that the role of school administration is very important in improving the operational effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. Good administration is not only about technical management, but also about creating an environment that supports the development of students' morals and spirituality. With effective administration, schools are expected to be able to provide Islamic education that is not only academically qualified, but can also shape students' characters in accordance with Islamic values. It is hoped that this study can be a reference for policy makers and practitioners of Islamic education in formulating better management strategies, so that they can improve the quality of Islamic education as a whole.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in developing critical thinking and collaboration skills of fourth-grade students at MI Plus Al-Makmun Gemarang Madiun. The background of the study stems from the low level of active student involvement in conventional learning, which is still dominated by lecture methods. PBL was chosen because it provides a real-world problem-based learning experience that encourages thinking activities and social interaction. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The focus of the study was directed at the implementation of PBL syntax, including problem orientation, information exploration, group discussions, presentation of results, and reflection. The results showed that the implementation of PBL was able to improve students' critical thinking skills, as seen from their ability to identify problems, analyze data, put forward arguments, and determine solutions independently. In addition, collaboration skills developed through role allocation, open discussions, and mutual assistance activities in groups. The learning process became more meaningful, interactive, and suited to the characteristics of students. Overall, PBL has proven effective for science learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah because it not only strengthens cognitive aspects but also develops 21st-century skills, especially critical thinking, communication, and cooperation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya penanaman etika dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 13 Kota Bengkulu. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari fenomena menurunnya minat belajar siswa yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh perilaku dan etika peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru, wali kelas, serta siswa sebagai informan utama. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif, memperkuat hubungan sosial yang positif, serta mendorong kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab siswa. Guru berperan sebagai teladan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai etika melalui pembiasaan, integrasi nilai dalam pembelajaran, serta pemberian penguatan positif. Sementara itu, sekolah mendukung melalui budaya sekolah, kebijakan yang konsisten, dan lingkungan yang aman. Penanaman etika dalam Kurikulum Merdeka terintegrasi melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler dan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Secara keseluruhan, pembiasaan etika yang konsisten terbukti mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan memperkuat efektivitas pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Era Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia kerja, menuntut perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), khususnya dalam evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas sistem evaluasi kinerja karyawan yang diterapkan di perusahaan manufaktur di Jakarta dalam menghadapi tantangan dan peluang di era digital ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen SDM dan karyawan, serta kuesioner untuk mengukur persepsi karyawan terhadap sistem evaluasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam evaluasi kinerja, seperti penggunaan big data dan artificial intelligence (AI), dapat meningkatkan objektivitas dan efisiensi proses evaluasi. Namun, tantangan seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kurangnya keterampilan digital pada karyawan perlu diatasi agar implementasi sistem evaluasi berbasis teknologi dapat berjalan optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang adaptif, transparan, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan kompetensi karyawan di era Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian kali ini mencoba untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai problematika kurikulum pendidikan agama islam di Indonesia. Terdapat banyak problematika kurikulum pendidikan agama islam di Indonesia seperti durasi waktu pembelajaran, buku ajar,  Konformisme kurikulum dan sumber daya manusia, pergantian kurikulum, desain kurikulum, pendektan/metode pembelajaran, sarana dan prasarana, belum adanya draf formal penilaian afektif dari pemerintah, instrumen penilaian afektif sulit dikembangkan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah menggunakan Content Analysis yaitu mendeskripsikan isi teks dari beberapa sumber yang akurat. Dari analisis data yang telah disimpulkan oleh penulis menunjukan bahwa banyak problematika kurikulum pendidikan agama islam di Indonesia. problematika kurikulum pendidikan agama islam di Indonesia harus dievaluasi, dengan adanya evaluasi tentang problematika kurikulum pendidikan agama islam di Indonesia diharapakan akan ada pembenahan dari sistem kurikulumnya agar pendidikan di Indonesia terutama pendidikan agama islam dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

The Qur’an is a divine scripture that contains numerous miracles, one of which can be observed through its scientific indications about living beings, including the mosquito as mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 26. The reference to the mosquito in the Qur’an is not merely a simple example, but a profound lesson about the power of Allah and the perfection of His creation. This study explores how the miraculous nature of the Qur’an can be proven through scientific analysis of the mosquito, focusing on its intricate body structure, survival abilities, and role in human life. By integrating explanations from Qur’anic exegesis (tafsir), Hadith, and modern scientific findings, particularly in the field of biology, this research reveals that the Qur’anic implications correspond precisely with contemporary scientific facts. The mosquito, despite its tiny size, possesses an extraordinarily complex system including a blood-sucking apparatus composed of multiple parts, anesthetic substances that make its bite painless, and a highly accurate mechanism for detecting hosts. These facts confirm that the Qur’an had already pointed to the greatness of Allah’s creation long before modern science discovered it. This study strengthens the understanding that the Qur’an remains relevant and harmonious with the continual progress of scientific knowledge.

Abstract

Intelligence is a gift from Allah SWT that distinguishes humans from other creatures. In Islam, intelligence is not limited to intellectual ability but also includes spiritual, emotional, and moral aspects. Islam views intelligence as a means to know Allah SWT, understand His creations, and fulfill human responsibilities as khalifah (stewards) on earth. This paper aims to examine the concept of intelligence in Islam, its types, and the role of intelligence in shaping faithful and moral individuals.

Abstract

This article examines the text and context of rerses about fruits in the Qur'an. Verses about fruits are scattered in various verses as an affirmation of the importance of these fruits. This study asest What are the verses about fruits, and how are they interpreted? To answer the research question, qualitative methods explore and find the interpretations used as primary sources. The findings of this study explain that there are 6 (six) fruits mentioned in the Qur'an, namely bananas, figs, olives, dates, pomegranates and grapes, which are scattered in various verses. Interpretations of verses about fruits generally refer to the understanding that fruits are a sign and signal of the greatness of Allab. In addition, some specifically refer to fruits that are known today.

Abstract

In the Muslim view, the Qur'an is a hint of humankind (hudallinnas) that puts the fundamental principles in all the issues of human life. This guide is the foundation of the Islamic religion and serves as a guide for living for its adherents and ensuring the happiness of life both in the world and hereafter. The Qur'an introduces itself to various characteristics and attributes, one of them is that it is a book whose authenticity is guaranteed and always nurtured by God. The history of the Qur'an is so clear and open, since its descent to the present. He was read by Muslims from the past until now. Nevertheless, the Mushaf of the Qur'an that is in our hands until now it has been through a long journey that meandered over a period of more than 1400 years ago and has a long historical background. This paper tries to give an over view of the history of the decline of the Qur'an starts from the exposure of the period of revelation of the Qur'an, the codification of the Qur'an, asbabun nuzul until the effort to dig the values in the gradual decline of the Qur'an.
