Abstract

One of the indicators used in the scope of macroeconomics to identify and measure the stability of a country's economy is inflation. From an economic perspective, inflation is an event in which the general price level continues to increase. In cases where inflation continues to occur over a long period of time. Therefore, it can cause unrest in society. This study aims to identify and understand how Islamic monetary policy to address inflation affects economic growth. The importance of Islamic currency is not only on demand and supply, but on the principles of justice and brotherhood, which result in equality and fair distribution of wealth. This qualitative research uses literature studies.The literature method consists of a series of actions related to library data collection techniques. This action includes searching for and collecting various books, journals, and scientific works that contain the ideas studied to verify these ideas and draw conclusions. Fiscal policy, monetary policy and other political instruments can be applied to address inflation in the perspective of Islamic economics.

Abstract

Most small and medium entrepreneurs face limitations regarding capital, human resources, information and technology. UMKM have many workers and have great potential to absorb labor. Laundry is an industry that has developed quite rapidly in recent years. Competition in the laundry business in Indonesia is increasing, this is indicated by the increasing number of manufacturers involved in fulfilling customer needs and desires. Everyone doesn't have much free time because life routines are getting busier. One of the Denata Laundry businesses is in Sidoarjo Regency and already has several employees, and the business is considered to be growing rapidly. Denata Laundry also provides free clothes pick-up and drop-off services with no additional fees. Clean and neat packaging of clothes. Of course, apart from its advantages, this business also has many business competitors. Challenges and risks also often arise in the Denata Laundry business. The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of the Denata Laundry business in terms of management aspects, whether it is feasible/not feasible. Judging from the research results, the Denata Laundry business is feasible because the management aspect is well structured and the operations are clear. This research is a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods were carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation.

Abstract

In a globalized world, human rights have become an international political good that can be exercised by international institutions and foreign countries for the administration of a country. Moral decline occurs when external values lead to bad behavior such as low self-esteem. This process brings challenges and opportunities such as cultural domination and economic disparities that affect the realization of human rights. Political ethics are influential to ensure justice and respect for individual rights in the era of globalization. International cooperation is needed to fight human rights and encourage the application of universal principles in public policy. Therefore, the Indonesian government as a member of the international community must create an ethical system that prioritizes the protection of human rights. As a result, human rights apply to every individual regardless of time and location. This human right is individual, essential and sacred. This right is also absolute, permanent and indivisible, and is an indivisible right for humanity Muhtaj, (2001: 23).

Abstract

The curriculum is an educational instrument that not only reflects educational goals, but is also influenced by social forces in a society. This study aims to analyze the social forces that influence curriculum formulation, especially in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores factors such as politics, economics, and social change as the main elements that play a role in the process of curriculum formulation and implementation. The results of the study indicate that political forces play an important role in determining the direction of the curriculum, especially in responding to government policies related to education. On the other hand, economic factors cannot be ignored, where the needs of the labor market also direct the content and focus of the curriculum. The influence of social movements is also reflected in the development of a curriculum that is more inclusive and responsive to community issues, such as gender equality and social justice.

Abstract

Types of qualitative research offer various approaches that can be tailored to the research objectives. The purpose of this study is to identify the different types of qualitative research and provide example titles for each type. The results of this study are as follows: The types of research commonly used in qualitative research include; case studies, descriptive studies, action research, phenomenology, ethnography, grounded theory, historical research, and hermeneutics. Ethical considerations in research include: honesty, objectivity, integrity, meticulousness, precision, verification, respect, social responsibility, trustworthy publication, competence, and legality.

Abstract

English language proficiency is a strategic competency in facing economic globalization, particularly in the sharia economic sector, which has shown significant growth and increasing involvement in international financial networks. This study aims to analyze the influence of English language skills on the professional performance of workers in the sharia economic sector, focusing on the relationship between linguistic abilities and performance indicators such as work efficiency, cross-cultural communication, and the accuracy of professional reports. The study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method, reviewing relevant national and international scientific literature from 2020 to 2024. Data were collected through systematic documentation and analyzed thematically using a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings reveal that English language proficiency, particularly in the context of English for Specific Purposes (ESP), significantly contributes to the improvement of professional work quality in Islamic financial institutions, halal companies, and other supporting institutions. The study also identifies limitations in learning motivation, availability of ESP instructors, and contextual teaching materials as major obstacles in strengthening language competencies. The conclusion affirms that mastery of the English language not only supports individual performance but also serves as a key factor in enhancing the global competitiveness of sharia human resources. This study offers a conceptual contribution to the theory of multilingual professional competence and provides a practical foundation for formulating language training policies in the sharia economic sector.

Abstract

Professional ethics are the main foundation in shaping the character and integrity of prospective professionals in various fields. This article comprehensively discusses the implementation of professional ethics values in the higher education curriculum as part of an effort to form graduates who are not only academically competent, but also morally and socially responsible. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, the discussion includes the integration of ethical values in curriculum design, teaching practices, campus culture, and the role of lecturers and institutions. The findings show that an integrated approach, involving cross-subject learning, behavioral role models, and strengthening institutional policies, is an effective strategy in internalizing ethical values. Despite facing various challenges such as dualism between technical and ethical competence, unpreparedness of human resources, and limited regulations, opportunities for strengthening ethics remain open through national policy support, utilization of technology, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This article recommends a transformation of higher education that places ethics as a key element in curriculum development and education governance, in order to produce graduates with integrity and social responsibility.

Abstract

The learning process is the core of education, involving interactions between teachers and students. Teachers play a crucial role as facilitators, motivators, innovators, and evaluators in creating an effective learning environment. However, various challenges may hinder the learning process, both internally and externally. Internal problems include a lack of motivation, difficulties in understanding the material, and psychological factors such as stress and anxiety. Meanwhile, external challenges may arise from a lack of family support, economic limitations, and ineffective teaching methods. Additionally, proper management of learning resources is essential to improving learning quality. The use of technology, the availability of diverse learning resources, and the creation of a conducive learning environment are some strategies that can be applied to support learning success. Therefore, teachers are required to continuously innovate and adapt their teaching strategies to meet students' needs.

Abstract

The era of globalization, especially in the 21st century, has brought very significant changes in human life, especially in the field of communication. Access to entertainment can now be enjoyed through various social media platforms using mobile phones, one of which is TikTok. This platform has become popular because it is not only an entertainment medium, but also able to generate quite promising profits. This encourages content creators to compete to make videos as interesting as possible in the hope of attracting the attention of other users and increasing the number of views and followers. The formulation of the problem in this study is how legal protection for content creators on TikTok social media if there is a dissemination of videos without permission from the copyright holder, and what is the role and responsibility of TikTok in protecting copyright for videos uploaded on the platform. The research method used by the author is a normative qualitative method with a literature study approach as a data collection technique. The results of this study conclude that legal protection for video creators is regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, specifically in Article 4, Article 9, Article 96 paragraph (1), and Article 113 paragraph (3). In addition, TikTok as a platform also has a role and responsibility by providing settings and privacy features, which are expected to provide protection for users' creative works and prevent copyright infringement that is detrimental to the creators.

Abstract

The development of criminal law in Indonesia has undergone a significant transformation, especially in handling cases involving children. Therefore, it is important to ensure that children in conflict with the law receive treatment in accordance with the principles of juvenile criminal justice, with a rehabilitative approach that focuses on recovery and social reintegration, not just punishment. This study aims to analyze how the restorative justice approach is applied in handling cases of children in conflict with the law, and to evaluate its ef ectiveness in creating restorative justice that can provide benefits for both perpetrators, victims, and the community. This study uses a juridical-empirical research type. Research data were obtained through interviews, observations and literature studies which were then analyzed using qualitative methods. Overall, the implementation of the restorative justice policy at the Boyolali Police deserves appreciation because it shows an implementation model that is in accordance with regulations. Although the potential for restorative justice is very large, its implementation is not always smooth and is often faced with obstacles that can hinder the achievement of a comprehensive sense of justice. In conclusion, although this policy has great potential in creating fairer and more rehabilitative justice for children, its implementation still requires optimal support through training, socialization, and cross-institutional coordination.
