Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation on the productivity of Makassar Akhwat sewing house employees. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population is 118 employees with a sample of 26 production employees. This study uses a simple linear regression method. T test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable Work Motivation (X) has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). This is shown from the results of the t test obtained by the Work Motivation variable which has a t count > t table and has a significance value that is less than the confidence level of 0.05 or has a t count of 2.520 > t table.

Abstract

This study examines the Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 64 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of motivation and discipline have a positive effect on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. This is evidenced by the results of the Simultaneous Test (F Test) and the results of the Partial Test (t test) which also show the significant values ​​of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to know about the level of financial literacy of 100 students concentrating on financial management at the Management Study Program at Makassar State University. Data primary is used to this research with 100 sample. This study used a regression multiple. The results of research found that credit literation, saving literation, and investment literation affect the management and decision-making of student finances, the higher the student's financial literacy, the better the management and decision-making. But, the spending literation doesn’t significant effect on financial management

Abstract

The Company's objective in carrying out mergers and acquisitions is to obtain better and more sustainable synergies, because mergers and acquisitions are believed to be able to achieve levels of economic scale, mastery of technology, guaranteed supply of raw materials, increased market reach, gain access to international companies and obtain additional funds. for company financing. The samples in this study were companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 using a saturated sampling method to obtain 5 companies. The results of the research using descriptive analysis with paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that there were differences in the ratio of return on assets (ROA), operational costs to operating income (BOPO), loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and debt to assets ratio (DAR) between before and after M&A. Meanwhile, for return on equity (ROE), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), there are no differences between before and after M&A. In the financial performance of banking subsector companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment. This research was conducted at PT Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card Makassar on a number of employees. Data were collected from 31 respondents using the OCS measurement scale for employee commitment and JDI job satisfaction. The results of the study using regression analysis show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment, meaning that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the work commitment and vice versa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of e-services and promotions on the PLN Mobile application on customer satisfaction at PLN ULP Sungguminasa in Gowa Regency using the PLN Mobile application. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling model with a purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is quantitative. Then for the analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing as a whole, it shows that the e-service quality and promotion variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction as users of the PLN Mobile application and the results of the partial hypothesis test show that the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether employee motivation influences their abilities to produce work-related results at the regional Drinking water Company (PDAM) Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa regency. Therewere 116 employee total who made up the population of this study. Utilizing stratified Random sampling, 54 samples werexused. Questionnaires were used in the approaches for gathering data. Quantitative descriptive analysis using the statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) was used for data analysis methodologies. Based on the study's findings, a straightforward linear analysis revealed that a constant value of 10,115 can be interpreted as meaning that if the motivational variable has a value of 0, then work productivity has increased by 10,115. Similarly, the positive beta coefficient on motivation (X) can be interpreted as meaning that for each unit of motivation that is increased, work productivity will rise by 0.703 as well. Work productivity increases by 0.703 points when motivation is taken into account. This demonstrates that efforts to boost the job efficiency of employees of the Tirta Jeneberang Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), Gowa Regency, depend greatly on their motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of fundamental variables on Share Prices at PT Indo Tambangraya Mega Tbk. This research uses quantitative and comparative methods with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Indo Tambangraya Mega Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research using fundamental methods consisting of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Deb To Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS), the results show that in particular ROA, ROE, DER and EPS has a positive and significant influence in determining share prices. When viewed simultaneously ROA, ROE, DER and EPS have a positive and significant influence on stock prices

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of work motivation and compensation jointly on employee performance at PT. Jujur Jaya Sakti Macassar. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 61 respondents who are located as salespeople. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove the four hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the variable work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.005. The compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance of 0.000. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at PT.Jujur Jaya Sakti Makassar. Therefore, if work motivation and compensation continue to be improved, then of course it will improve employee performance to be more optimal.

Abstract

The study examines the impact of training and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Graphia Tbk Makassar Branch. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of training and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Graphia Tbk Makassar Branch. The population in this study is a total of 34 employees. The sample of this study is an entire member of the population of 34 people with this type of quantitative research. The data collection technique is done by scattering the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is double linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Servive Solution. (SPSS). The results of the research show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence on the training on the performance of employees at PT. Astra Graphia Tbk branch of Makassar; 2) there is a significant and positive influence of the motivation on the employee performance at PT. Astra Graphia Tbk branch of Makassar; and 3) There is positive and important influence simultaneously of the training and motivation of employees on performance at an PT. Astra Graphia Tbk branch of Makassar.
