Abstract

Learning design is important in determining the success of the learning process so that learning is clear and focused. However, in fact, problems were found that occurred in the learning process, students were less active, lacked motivation to learn, and experienced boredom. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the application of the ASSURE model in overcoming these problems as well as its challenges and potential. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical model. Data collection techniques used observations in class VI at SDN Sawah Lega 01, totalling 42 students, interviews with the Principal, PAI teacher, and two students in class VI and documentation studies. The result is that the use of the ASSURE model in PAI learning is effective in involving students, making students active and not bored. The challenges faced are in terms of student involvement, teachers must always be patient and continue to look for the best way when the RPP and the field experience discrepancies. The potential is that teachers have the skills to make learning plans, the school has openness in receiving evaluations, and there are adequate facilities and infrastructure. In conclusion, the ASSURE learning model has had a positive impact on students in class VI at SDN Sawah Lega 01, Haurdengdek, Cicalengka.

Abstract

School principals must have a good leadership management strategy to improve teacher performance. This research aims to explain and describe the Principal's Leadership management strategy in helping teachers to improve the quality of their performance at the Ash-Shidiqiyah Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show, to improve the quality of teacher performance in educating students, school principals also have good management strategies by providing role models to teachers by attending school on time, optimizing disciplinary regulations in attendance. Apart from that, the Principal tries to work collaboratively with teachers by appointing teachers who he considers capable to carry out supervision. The principal also coordinates with the picket officers who each day consist of 2 officers, namely teachers who do not have teaching hours that day and one person from administration. The picket officer will circulate a list of teacher attendance in the class that has been created so that you can see the level of teacher attendance in each class.

Abstract

Children are part of their parents' generation, society and also the country. So children play an important role in developing their environment, their families, society and the country. In this way, we need to develop the character of these children so that children do not make mistakes in their steps and when children make mistakes in socializing and are influenced by the surrounding environment, parents of course still strive to ensure that their children's character can be developed to be good or better. Scientific work examines the role of parents in developing character in dealing with the law. This study uses qualitative research using interview data collection tools and carrying out observations. In the study, it is discussed that parents have a role in developing the character of their children starting from an early age, because this child is a trust, entrusted and this child is also a source of comfort for the parents, in fact this child is also a test for the parents.

Abstract

Abstract, Merdeka's curriculum creates a new paradigm in education, emphasizing independence and diversity in the learning process. Effective learning design design is the key to successful implementation of this curriculum. The research aims to detail strategies for developing learning materials that respond to the individual needs of students, promote creativity, and use technology as a supporting tool. Evaluation plays an important role in measuring learning access. Formative and sumative evaluation approaches are synergistically integrated, providing a holistic view of student progress and teaching effectiveness. An inclusive and adaptive assessment system is used to ensure that the assessment matches the unique development of each student. In addition, this article discusses the important role of teachers as facilitators of learning that support student independence. By empowering students to manage their own learning, the Merdeka curriculum is expected to create graduates that are comprehensive and ready to face the dynamics of modern society. In conclusion, learning design and evaluation on the Merdeka Curriculum became an important foundation for educational transformation. With a focus on individuality, creativity, and self-learning, the curriculum is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of students and their preparation to face global challenges.

Abstract

In Islam, man is a leader. The true ideal leader has been illustrated by the Prophet Muhammad sollallohu alaihi walasalam as a perfect leadership with prophetic characteristics of sidiq, trust, tablig, and fatonah. Based on this, the study aims to uncover the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of prophetic leadership in Islamic educational institutions in the digital age. The research methods carried out in this research use library research through seven research steps including: 1) Determining research ideas; 2) Collecting information; 3) Strengthening Research focus 4) Classification of research sources; 5) Reading information sources; 6) Reviewing readings; and 7) Creating articles. The study concluded that the challenges of implementing prophetic leadership are Fast Change, Complex Communication, and Strong Competition. Besides, there are also opportunities to implement prophetic leadership, including: Advanced Technology, Easy Access to Information and High Flexibility.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the mid-semester exam questions for Islamic Religious Education at SD N Gedongtengen, with an emphasis on Anderson's Taxonomy and Bloom's Krathwohl revision. The research results show that these questions are cognitively appropriate and consistent with applicable programs and indicators. In grade 4, questions cover cognitive levels from C2 (Comprehension) to C4 (Analysis). In class 5, the questions cover levels from C2 to C5 (Assessment). Meanwhile in class 6, the question that reaches the highest cognitive level is C6 (Creativity). In this research, researchers used data collection techniques which included techniques, interviews, and observation and documentation. The object of the research is the teacher of Islamic religious education subjects, while the object of the research is the analysis of mid-term exam description questions for grades 4, 5 and 6 at SD N Gedongtengen. The research results illustrate that the preparation of questions takes into account students' cognitive level and follows the oldest guidelines in the syllabus and learning indicators, so that it has the potential to support efforts to increase students' understanding and reflection abilities in learning. field of Islamic religious education. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis soal-soal ujian tengah semester Pendidikan Agama Islam di SD N Gedongtengen, dengan penekanan pada Taksonomi Anderson dan revisi Krathwohl karya Bloom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut sesuai secara kognitif dan konsisten dengan program dan indikator yang berlaku. Di kelas 4, soal mencakup tingkat kognitif dari C2 (Pemahaman) hingga C4 (Analisis). Di kelas 5, soal mencakup level dari C2 hingga C5 (Penilaian). Sedangkan di kelas 6, soal yang mencapai tingkat kognitif tertinggi adalah C6 (Kreativitas). Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi teknik, wawancara, dan observasi dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitiannya adalah guru mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah analisis soal uraian ujian tengah semester kelas 4, 5 dan 6 SD N Gedongtengen. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa penyusunan soal memperhatikan tingkat kognitif siswa dan mengikuti pedoman yang tertuang dalam silabus dan indikator pembelajaran, sehingga berpotensi mendukung upaya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan refleksi siswa dalam pembelajaran. bidang pendidikan agama islam.

ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas keberagaman sosiokultural masyarakat dan fokus pada penjelasan, faktor yang mempengharuinya dan manfaat dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Keberagaman sosiokultural mencakup berbagai aspek seperti agama, letak geografis, kondisi alam dan iklim, pengaruh budaya asing, bahasa, nilai dan norma serta gender. Dalam masyarakat yang beragam, keberagaman sosiokultural dapat meningkatkan perluasan tentang keragaman budaya, memberikan pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan keragaman budaya, memperkuat komunitas antar budaya. Melalui pemahaman, penghargaan, dan pengakuan yang berkaitan dengan keragaman budaya masyarakat dapat mencapai kehidupan yang inklusif, adil, harmonis dan tentram. Abstract

Pendidikan sangat penting untuk diterapkan pada peserta didik karena karakter dan kepribadian yang kuat pada diri peserta didik akan berdampak pada masa depan bangsa, sehingga kualitas pendidikan karakter harus benar-benar diterapkan dalam segala kegiatan pendidikan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pandangan Thomas Lickona dan Buya Hamka tentang pendidikan karakter untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan, serta relevansi pemikiran Buya Hamka dan Thomas Lickona tentang pendidikan karakter di era modern. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pustaka kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deduksi. Menurut pandangan Thomas Lickona tentang pendidikan karakter, ada tiga komponen mendasar dalam pendidikan karakter: nowing the good, viling the good, action the good. Menurut Buya Hamka tentang pendidikan karakter yang ditulis dalam bukunya yang berjudul “Kepribadian Hebat”, Buya Hamka mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan karakter adalah upaya mengembangkan potensi-potensi dalam diri manusia berdasarkan nilai-nilai agama yang dirumuskan menjadi nilai-nilai universal bagi seluruh aktivitas manusia sebagai makhluk individu dan sosial. .

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah melihat dinamika perkembangan pemikiran interpretatif di Indonesia dengan meninjau beberapa tokoh yang sering melakukan rekonstruksi pemikiran seperti M. Quraish Shihab, Syu'bah Asa, dan Nasaruddin Umar yang telah berkembang, sehingga pemikiran interpretatif di Indonesia telah melakukan usaha dan membangun argumentasi melalui metodologi dan kontekstualisasi dalam hal interpretasi. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah historis-analitis, yaitu mengkaji menurut akar sejarah secara analitis untuk melihat dinamika dan keragaman tafsir Al-Qur’an dalam bidang perkembangan tafsir Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa, pemikiran interpretatif di Indonesia telah menjalani dinamika dan perkembangan. Hakikat tafsir adalah sebagai solusi dan penafsiran yang berpola kontekstual (hermeneutika) dengan menimbang secara adil dengan melihat sejarah Al-Qur’an dengan aspek pendekatan (tahlîlî), yaitu analisis terhadap keberagaman pendekatan keilmuan bukan pada jalur tekstual. pengertian tekstual yaitu apa yang tampak pada substansi teks.
