Abstract

Islam is here to provide peace and tranquility for mankind. This was brought and taught by the Messenger of Allah in Islam. Islam teaches humans to obey the laws in it which are sourced from the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah. Included in the legal study of closing roads due to walimah, Islam provides guidance by weighing and looking at the disadvantages and advantages. This study uses a qualitative approach using a type of literature study. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation with several sources such as books, web articles, and journals. The results of this study are in Islamic law regarding road closures because walimah should not be carried out because it remembers the basic law which refers to the verses of the Koran which state that it includes acts of tyranny and hurting others. However, there are scholars who allow road closures because of walimah with several conditions including guaranteeing the safety of others, obtaining permission from the government, and providing alternative roads

Abstract

Belakangan ini pendidikan etika masyarakat Indonesia kerap kali mencerminkan keadaan negara yang begitu memprihatinkan. Terlihat dari sikap warga negara yang terlampau jauh dari etika yang baik. Bagi rakyat agamis, agama akan menuntun pendidikan pada jalan kebenaran. Namun tidak bagi rakyat yang tidak mementingkan peran agama dalam pendidikan. Melihat dari permasalahan tersebut, pendidikan etika begitu penting untuk dibahas, untuk mengingatkan kembali serta mengedukasi masyarakat agar lebih sadar untuk hidup beretika dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pemikiran Hamka. Banyak pemikirannya yang berpengaruh dalam bidang pendidikan, sastra, budaya, serta ajaran-ajaran kegamaan lainnya. Sehingga penulis bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana prinsip etika yang diajarkan oleh Hamka dan merelevansikan dengan kehidupan beretika di zaman sekarang, khususnya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan istilah-istilah etika yang digunakan Hamka, serta menganalisa bahasa yang diterapkan Hamka dalam setiap tulisannya. Dan metode ini dilakukan dengan memaparkan etika yang diajarkan oleh Hamka. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan, dengan segala permasalahan pendidikan etika di zaman ini khususnya di Indonesia, Hamka mengajarkan kepada masyarakat untuk kembali kepada ajaran-ajaran agama. Bagi Hamka, pendidikan etika suatu masyarakat akan timbul dari patuhnya seorang rakyat kepada Tuhannya. Dengan agama, manusia dibimbing serta diajarkan untuk menjalankan kehidupan yang baik

Abstract

This journal discusses the concepts and implications of the four main currents in educational philosophy: Perennialism, Essentialism, Progressivism, and Reconstructionism. Each stream has a different philosophical foundation that shapes their views on purposes, teaching methods, as well as the role of teachers and students in the context of education. The perennial approach emphasizes universal values and the eternity of knowledge. The focus is on the core material that is considered to be the most important knowledge to be taught to students. Meanwhile, essentialism emphasizes the essential core of knowledge and skills that need to be learned so that students have a strong foundation in education. Progressivism offers a different perspective, emphasizing on experience, experimentation, and individual growth. This stream believes that students must engage in meaningful and relevant learning to the real world in order to develop critical thinking and creativity. Meanwhile, reconstructionism highlights the importance of education as a tool for changing societies. The focus is on questioning and reforming existing social structures and educational systems to better change. In this journal, an in-depth analysis is given of the perspective of each stream, as well as its practical application in the current educational system. Emphasis is placed on the role of teachers, learning strategies, and educational evaluation that corresponds to the philosophy of the respective stream. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of these major currents is essential for policymakers, educators, and educational practitioners to build a better framework in designing educational systems that respond to the needs and developments of modern societies.

Abstract

Curriculum development is a broad term in education that includes planning, implementation and evaluation. Changes to the school curriculum in Indonesia itself are based on the results of domestic and foreign research related to the learning crisis in Indonesia, one result of which is that many Indonesian children cannot understand simple or straightforward reading and apply accurate concepts and learning. Another observation is that there is a large educational gap between regions and social groups. So, to overcome the crisis with these various challenges requires systemic changes, one of which is through the curriculum, because the curriculum can determine the material used in the learning, the curriculum can also affect the pace and methods of teaching according to the teacher's learning needs. This study aims to describe the Implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in PAI Learning in the Era of Society 5.0 at Bustanul 'Ulum Anak Tuha High School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. According to Lofland quoted by Lexy J. Moleong, that in qualitative research the main data sources are words and actions, data such as documents and others are called additional data. In this study, researchers obtained data by interview, observation and documentation. Then the data was analyzed by using three techniques, namely: Data condensation, Data Presentation, Conclusion Drawing and data validity testing. The results of the discussion show that the renewal (innovation) method used when learning Islamic Religious Education is to use the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) method or learning strategy. Teachers use several different approaches, strategies, methods and learning techniques in teaching. With this learning model students can more easily understand the material, enjoy learning and develop their critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The Palembang Sultanate in the 17th to 19th centuries was the background for the lives of the people of Palembang. This period becomes interesting when it is connected to the world of trade because the Palembang Sultanate had collaborated with the VOC in 1642. This had an influence on the trade economic system during the time the Sultan of Palembang was in power at that time. This research uses historical methods and literature studies. The historical method has several stages, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of foreign investment on the trade economy of the Palembang Sultanate period 1724-1825 because at that time the Palembang Sultanate carried out trade relations, especially spices, especially pepper and tin, both domestically and abroad.

Abstract

Abstract The implementation of the independent curriculum has been implemented in schools or madrasas in Indonesia in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research aims to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum in moral belief lessons at Madrasah Tsanawiyah 9 Sleman. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. By using data collection techniques used by the author, including two things, namely interviews and observation. The results of this research are that there are stages in curriculum management including planning, implementation and evaluation activities. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Mts N 9 Sleman still has obstacles experienced by teachers. One of them is the lack of socialization and information regarding the independent curriculum. The independent curriculum has only been implemented for grade 7, while for grades 8 and 9 it is still the 2013 curriculum. There are no obstacles for students yet because it has only been running for 3 months, and there has not been a comprehensive evaluation regarding the curriculum. Based on weekly monitoring, students are happier and do not experience material pressure in implementing the independent curriculum. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melaporkan bagaimana kelas SKI di MTsN 5 Sleman menggunakan program pembelajaran otonom. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipan. Reduksi data, pengecekan kesalahan, dan deskripsi hasil wawancara adalah dua langkah pertama dalam proses analisis data. Kelas VII di MTsN 5 Sleman dipelajari (dari kemungkinan 12) untuk penelitian ini. Seorang sarjana sejarah budaya Islam dijadikan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 5 Sleman merupakan salah satu program percontohan program mandiri di Kabupaten Sleman DIY, dan teknik yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran program mandiri adalah pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) adalah strategi pengajaran yang telah terbukti menumbuhkan tingkat berpikir kritis yang lebih tinggi, lebih banyak inisiatif siswa di kelas, dan motivasi kelompok serta pengembangan interpersonal yang lebih besar. Namun kelas SKI biasanya menggunakan peralatan yang sesuai untuk siswa kelas K-13. Kurangnya pengalaman belajar mandiri, sumber referensi yang tidak memadai, manajemen waktu yang buruk, gaya mengajar yang berbeda-beda, dan kurangnya kemampuan di kalangan pendidik, semuanya berperan dalam hal ini. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pembelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam di MTsN 5 Sleman belum terlaksana dengan baik secara berdiri sendiri.

Abstract

Kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran hendaknya dilaksanakan sesuai perkembangan zaman, memasuki era masyarakat 5.0, proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi pembelajaran sudah banyak mengalami perubahan, oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami perkembangan evaluasi pembelajaran di era masyarakat. 5.0 dan memaksakannya terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan satuan pendidikan dan tingkat Nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan, adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah evaluasi pembelajaran untuk menjawab tantangan era society 5.0 adalah evaluasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pelaksanaannya, penilaian berbasis HOTS merupakan salah satu metode penilaian sebagai upaya menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang kritis dan kreatif. Evaluasi pembelajaran juga banyak berperan dalam membantu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengan meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, mendorong inovasi dan perbaikan terus-menerus, membantu meningkatkan motivasi siswa dan membantu meningkatkan mutu lulusan serta memberikan bekal bagi siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan yang ada. -era yang terus berkembang salah satunya dalam menghadapi era society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan instrumen penilaian pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MA Bilingual Kota Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian survei. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru Aqidah Akhlak kelas X dan objeknya berjumlah 78 kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara kepada kelas. Berdasarkan analisis data dari penelitian ini, hasil yang dihasilkan adalah penggunaan aplikasi Exambro sangat membantu guru dalam menganalisis. pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang akan digunakan karena sangat efisien dan efektif. Hal ini juga sangat berguna bagi guru yang belum pernah melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelum melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Guidance and Counseling Teachers in overcoming students who are victims of bullying at MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin school. This research uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. The subject of this study is Guidance and Counseling Teacher . Data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects used in the researcher were 4 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming students victims of bullying at MTs Negeri 4 Musi Banyuasin school is the first preventive action by providing understanding and knowledge about bullying through classical guidance. Perform curative actions, namely identifying problems by looking for data on the background causes of problems so that BK teachers can provide counseling services by motivating victims of bullying. Carry out development actions by working with community stores, parents to monitor behavior outside of school and working with homeroom teachers, subjects to provide supervision within the school with the aim that bullying does not occur again.
