Abstract

This study discusses the effectiveness of news broadcasting through 98.7 Fm Radio among UI vocational students in the Media production Study Program. This study has a formulation of the problem with the formulation of the problem as follows, how effective is the news broadcast on radio 98.7 fm among students UI media production Studies program. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent and whether it is effective news broadcast on radio 98.7 fm. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, this method aims to create an image or descriptive of a situation objectively using numbers, starting from data collection. The Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely UI vocational students with Media Production study programs with a predetermined number of respondents, namely as many as 35 respondents. The results were analyzed using statistical analysis of descriptive data. The results of this study showed that penyampain broadcast news via Radio 98.7 fm is already quite effective, evidenced by the answers of respondents who answered agree and strongly agree in the range of 70-90% answered effectively, which starts from the way the news carried by broadcasters are fast but also clear details, according to existing facts and reliable sources of information will obviously be its validity. In addition, enough information is provided quality, latest, useful and memabntu drivers, especially those who are on the road by listening to the news presented by this 98.7 Fm Radio. However, broadcasting news via radio 98, 7fm and other radio for now has begun to be replaced by other mass media that are more modern and more interesting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh di SMPN 1 Labuapi. Ada tiga yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) strategi perencanaan, (2) strategi pelaksanaan, dan (3) strategi pengawasan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian kualitatif yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara, sedangkan dokumentasi dan observasi digunakan untuk pengumpulan data pendukung penelitian terkait dengan manajemen hubungan masyarakat. Adapun penentuan informan dilakukan secara snowball sampling berdasarkan pertimbangan memiliki jabatan dan akses informasi yang memudahkan peneliti menjelajahi objek penelitian, yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil bidang hubungan masyarakat, wali kelas, wali murid, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: pertama strategi manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam merencanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh yaitu mengadakan rapat umum sesuai dengan surat edaran, menentukan metode pembelajaran baik online maupun offline, dan sosialisasi kepada orang tua siswa. Kedua strategi manajemen humas dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh terdiri dari pembelajaran online dan offline, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala seperti siswa yang belum merata dalam penggunaan gadget dan sinyal dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran online kemudian kendala terkait siswa yang jarang mengikuti pembelajaran offline. Ketiga Strategi pengawasan hubungan masyarakat dalam supervisi pembelajaran jarak jauh dilakukan oleh wakil kepala sekolah melalui group-group kelas dan laporan setiap wali kelas dan guru mapel secara intensif. Orang tua juga mengawasi putra dan puteri mereka melalui pendampingan saat siswa melakukan proses pembelajaran secara daring dari rumah

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di kelas V SD Negeri 2 Basala. Rancangan tindakan mengikuti prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif diambil dari hasil tes belajar siswa, dan data kualitatif diambil dari lembar observasi dan jurnal refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai ketuntasan sebesar 68% dan siklus II meningkat menjadi 92%. Aktivitas belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase pada Siklus I sebesar 64,3%, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92,9%. Sedangkan aktivitas mengajar guru mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase pada Siklus I sebesar 71,4%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 92,9%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Talk Write (TTW) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas V MI NW Mertak Paok

Abstract

Pembelajaran sastra begitu penting bagi siswa, untuk itu guru mesti mampu memilih model dan metode yang tepat sehingga dapat menunjang keterampilan menulis siswa, maka tujuan dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode karya wisata dalam menumbuhkan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis teks berita atau pengalaman siswa kedalam bentuk tulisan dan cerita pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 7 Mataram. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 25 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data nilai pretest 69.92 dan Postest 84.60 artinya ada perbedaan. Kemudian di peroleh nilai sig. .000, dengan N 25= 24. Di mana N adalah jumlah sampel dengan nilai t hitung .000. Jadi nilai sig. .000 < 0.05 artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode karya wisata dalam peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks berita siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 7 Mataram.

Abstract

The writing was aimed at revealing how the English Movies watching reports can really improve students’ writing performance at Mandalika University of Education (UNDIKMA). The research was conducted by involving the students at English Zone Club organization. The students who participated in this experimentation were those who were joining the English club. The choice was chosen for the reason that those students were having good motivation in learning English. Furthermore, the students in the English club tend to be keen enough on English writing rather than other students who were not joining the English club at UNDIKMA. The experimentation was simply done by distributing the expose-facto writing test after having some drilling treatment on English movie report writing. The result of the test was used to measure any improvement was made through watching English movies report on students’ writing performance. The experimentation result said that there was a significant improvement made on students’ writing performance. Furthermore, it was revealed through the fact that the post test shows a significantly higher result compared to the result gained at the former test taken before the English movie watching report was made. By then, the writing suggested to have some writing drills by means of English movies watching report.

Abstract

During the stripping and hauling of overburden, there are several things that affect this activity, namely the productivity of the equipment, working front conditions, loading methods, and working hours. Before carrying out mining activities, it is necessary to calculate a budget, the aim is to provide an overview of the costs to be incurred by the company for mining activities. The results of research that has been carried out for one month shows that the productivity of the tools used for stripping overburden is obtained as follows. The productivity of the Sany SY365H PRO excavator in fleet 1 was 221.13 bcm/hour and the productivity of the Sany SY365H PRO excavator in fleet 2 was 226.11 bcm/hour. And the productivity of the DT SYZ322C-8S conveyance in Fleet 1 is 37.37 bcm/hour and the productivity of the DT SYZ322C-8S conveyance in Fleet 2 is 37.38 bcm/hour. The costs that must be incurred for the tools used in overburden stripping activities are obtained as follows. The ownership cost of the Sany SY365H PRO Excavator digging-loading equipment is US$ 9.93/hour, operating costs are US$ 32.55/hour. The cost of owning the DT SYZ322C-8S means of transportation is US$ 0.54/hour, and operating costs are US$ 12.14/hour.

Abstract

Perilaku seseorang terhadap manfaat sarapan dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi pada system kerja otak untuk memenuhi kadar glukosa pada darah, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi harian, dimana melalui sarapan kebutuhan gizi harian dapat dipenuhi sebesar (15-30%) kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi harian, dimana melalui sarapan kebutuhan gizi harian dapat dipenuhi sebesar (15-30%) pada pelajar disumatera utara. Metode yang digunakan pada jurnal ini adalah literature riview. Teknik yang digunakan merupakan tinjauan pustaka sistematis untuk beberapa hasil penelitian tentang perilaku pelajar terhadap kegiatan sarapan di sumatera utara. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwasannya factor penyebab kurangnya perilaku sarapan yang dibiasakan sebelum melakukan aktivitas diantaranya tidak diterapkan sejak dini, merasa sarapan memperlambat aktivitas yang dilakukan, tidak mengetahui dampak positif yang ada jika mengisi nutrisi yang standard sebelum aktivitas dan lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed economic conditions, and companies must adapt to increasingly sophisticated technology. To achieve the set targets, the company assigns workloads to employees. However, a heavy workload can affect employees' physical and emotional well-being. Therefore, companies must set work standards and provide flexibility to increase employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is essential because it will affect their performance. One aspect that can increase job satisfaction is motivation. Therefore, this research examined the effect of workload and work flexibility on job satisfaction, with motivation as a pemediasi . Researchers used qualitative research with an explanatory approach. Descriptive statistical analysis is a statistical analysis technique used in this study. Primary data sources are from authors who come from respondents who complete questionnaires in a Google form. The results of the survey show that workload and motivation have a positive effect on job satisfaction. But Work Flexibility has no impact on Job Satisfaction. Workload and work flexibility affect motivation. If it is mediated by stimulation, then workload does not affect job satisfaction, but Job Flexibility influences job satisfaction. Simultaneous tests show that Workload and Work Flexibility positively affect Job Satisfaction mediated by motivation.

Abstract

Introduction: The manufacturing industry is an industry that processes raw materials into semi-finished materials and finished goods, the application of K3 in tofu factories must be carried out with applicable SOPs including the use of PPE and working hours but there are still many found to be inappropriate, this can lead to work accidents. Research objective: this aims to find out how the application of K3 to the risk of harm to Sumedang Tofu Factory manufacturing workers in Deli Serdang Regency. Methods: This research uses descriptive qualitative, the research object is workers in the tofu factory with a sample of 5 people with data collection techniques, namely in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: The implementation of OSH in tofu factories has not been maximally implemented even though workers use PPE in the form of aprons and shoes but are not equipped with gloves. For the risk of hazards that occur in the form of working hours > 8 hours, workers exposed to hot water during the cooking process, body postures from activities that are less ergonomic, slippery floor conditions so they can slip, and exposure to hot steam and the temperature of the work environment in the boiling location and frying. Conclusion: The importance of using PPE and providing training and supervising workers in carrying out the production process is to increase worker productivity.

Abstract

Primary Health Care is a technical implementing unit (UPT) from the district or city health office which has responsibility for administering individual health units (UKP) and public health units (UKM). Health providers at puskesmas prioritize and prioritize promotive and preventive efforts in their working areas. Medical Laboratory Technologist (ATLM) is one type of health worker in Law Number 36 of 2014 concerning Health Workers. he purpose of the study was to see how adequate the needs of health workers are, especially the fulfillment of medical laboratory experts at the Sentosa Baru Health Center by using the workload method. This study uses a qualitative method through interviews. The sample/respondents of the study were ATLM institutions at the Sentosa Baru Health Center with a population of the Sentosa Baru Health Center. Data were collected in primary and secondary forms.Based on the findings in the study, ATLM at the Sentosa Baru Health Center has a working time of 37.5 hours/week so that for 1 working day the ATLM is 6.25 hours or rounded up to 6 hours/day. With a total of 2 ATLM employees.The need for medical laboratory experts at the Sentosa Baru Health Center is ideal and the proportion of types of work is good. This is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 37 of 2012 concerning the Organization of the Central Public Health Laboratory
