Abstract

Multiculturalism and pluralism are evident characters within the instruction framework in Indonesia, particularly devout instruction. Abstract

Curriculum according to wikipedia Indonesian is a set of subjects and educational programs provided by an educational institution that contains lesson designs that will be given to lesson participants in one period of education. Etymologically, curriculum comes from English, namely the word curriculum which means lesson plan (Echolz:1984). The word Curriculum itself comes from the word "Currere which means to run fast, rush, explore, live, and strive (Hassibuan:1979). In Webster's 1857 dictionary, curriculum is clearly defined as the design of a number of subjects that students must master in order to move up or get a diploma (complete their studies). According to Soedijarto, the curriculum is a series of learning experiences and activities that are planned to be overcome by students in order to achieve the learning goals that have been set by an authorized educational institution. As for Indonesia, in Law No.20 of 2003 article 1 paragraph (19), the constitution states that the curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content and learning materials as well as the methods used as guidelines for the implementation of learning activities to achieve certain educational goals. The issue of global warming which results in climate change so as to aggravate the decline in the quality of the environment therefore it is necessary to carry out environmental protection and management starting from the world of education. It was Mr. H. Suwondo, B.A who pioneered and initiated that SMA 1 Pandeglang at that time had just occupied a new land, the conditions were not comfortable and reflective for teaching and learning activities. Continued by Drs. H. Epi Saefudin, M. Pd, the Principal at that time and an educator who was also an observer and environmentalist. With various steps, lobbying, communication and starting from the 2008/2009 school year, SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang was appointed as one of the adiwiyata schools. Education unit curriculum (KTSP) by integrating the curriculum of environmental-based education units or adiwiyata. Marked by the content of the lesson curriculum combines school-based and Adiwiyata.Adiwiyata as a school program aims to create good conditions for the school to become a place of learning and a place of awareness of school residents, both educators, education staff, students and the community around the school, in an effort to encourage environmental rescue and sustainable development which can finally realize a school that cares and has an environmental culture

Abstract

The use of smartphones or gadgets may be something new in the world of education. However, if you look the use of smartphones as a learning medium is very good, because students will find it easier to find learning materials is needed and can also provide opportunities and freedom for students to access wider subject matter which may not have been taught by educators.This research aims to find out how elementary school teachers respond in implementing religious characters using Android-based learning media. This research uses descriptive research methods. The results of the research, namely implementing religious characters with the help of Android-based learning media, are a concrete manifestation of current technological advances which were created to make it easier for humans to communicate and so on. This Android-based learning media is easy for teachers and students to use, and the appearance of the application on Android can attract and motivate students. Teachers also find it easy to teach examples so that religious values are easily understood by students. These application products can be downloaded on smartphones and gadgets with the Android operating system, usually available on Google Play or Play Store. Basically, Android application-based learning media is a learning media product in the form of an application that can be downloaded or downloaded on an Android-based smartphone.

Abstract

Prokrastinasi akademik adalah perilaku menunda dalam menuntaskan sebuah tugas yang berkorelasi dengan akademik sehingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan dalam menyerahkan tugas bahkan mengalami kegagalan dalam menyelesaikannya. Seseorang yang mempunyai kebiasaan melakukan prokrastinasi akademik biasanya tidak bisa mengolah waktu dengan baik. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan usaha untuk menghindari terjadinya prokrasinasi akademik dengan cara memperbaiki pengelolaan waktu. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeteksi hubungan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yakni kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Al-Islam Krian. Untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan cluster random sampling dan diperoleh kelas X IPS 3 sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala prokrastinasi akademik dan tes hasil belajar matematika siswa. Analisis data dengan menggunakan pengujian korelasi Product Moment Person dengan uji prasyarat memakai uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Dari hasil analisis data, hipotesis yang berbunyi “terdapat hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan antara prokrastinasi akademik dengan hasil belajar siswa” diterima. Dengan kata lain dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi prokrastinasi akademik maka semakin rendah hasil belajar matematika siswa. Begitu pula sebaliknya jika prokrastinasi akademik rendah maka semakin tinggi hasil belajar matematika siswa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyse the relationship between teacher performance and student satisfaction in PAI learning at SMAN 1 Canduang. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method to identify the relationship between teacher performance and student satisfaction in PAI learning at SMAN 1 Canduang. The results of this study indicate that there is a highly correlated relationship although at a very low level. Teacher performance does play a role in providing satisfaction to students in PAI learning. The product moment correlation calculation of 0.147 indicates that teacher performance, although with a low influence, still has a positive impact on student satisfaction. This indicates that improving teacher performance through more effective teaching methods, better interaction, and delivery of interesting material can increase student satisfaction. In addition, other factors such as learning environment, school facilities, and support from parents also need to be considered to improve overall student satisfaction. Further research is needed to explore other factors that influence student satisfaction and develop more effective strategies in improving teacher performance and creating a more satisfying learning environment for students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore and analyze the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance in the Islamic educational environment. This research aims to identify dimensions and indicators of work motivation that significantly influence teacher performance, as well as understand the extent to which factors such as compensation, working conditions, and organizational support contribute to teacher work motivation. The research method used in this research is a correlational quantitative method to examine the relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at MTSN 1 Bukittinggi City. The results of this research show that there is a significant but negative relationship between work motivation and teacher performance at MTsN 1 Bukittinggi City, with a moderate level of relationship. Although work motivation is generally considered important for improving performance, these results show that other factors also play a significant role in determining teacher performance. Therefore, school management is advised to adopt a more holistic and comprehensive approach in managing human resources in order to create a work environment that supports and improves overall teacher performance. Further research is needed to explore causal relationships and other factors that influence teacher performance and develop more effective strategies in increasing work motivation and teacher performance.

Abstract

The role and function of leadership in an educational institution are the main factors in realizing the achievement of the vision and mission of education. However, a leader will not be able to carry out his roles and functions to the fullest, if the leader is not able to maximize his leadership management properly. The practice of leadership management of the Prophet Muhammad or often termed prophetic leadership is one form of leadership that should be used as an example for today's leaders. His success in bringing Islam into one of the largest religions in the world and in fostering high character behavior towards his people. It is a testament to his success in carrying out his leadership role. The form of application of management functions in the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad can be seen from the strategic planning of da'wah which began by analyzing the situation and conditions at that time, where da'wah in Mecca was carried out secretly while in Medina it was carried out openly. Meanwhile, in the success of his vision and mission, he focused his da'wah in Mecca on fostering monotheism and morals which was then followed by da'wah in Medina by focusing on political and social development. His prophetic leadership was applied to his four prophetic traits, namely shiddiq, amanah, tablik and fatonah. Where these four traits become an important aspect for Islamic educational institutions in applying a leadership model that always prioritizes honesty, trustworthiness, tablik (always conveys what must be conveyed), fatonah (has emotional and intellectual intelligence) in determining a policy or decision. and always cultivate the nature of obedience to Islamic values

Abstract

In this digital era, the use of technology, including mobile learning applications, has opened up new opportunities in Islamic education. This study explores the influence of the use of mobile learning applications on the comprehension of Hadith material among students, taking into account moderation by their digital learning experience. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The sample consisted of 89 students from the Tarbiyah College of Sciences who used mobile learning applications in learning Hadith. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire to measure the use of mobile learning applications, digital learning experiences, and understanding of Hadith material.Data analysis showed that the use of mobile learning applications significantly increased the understanding of Hadith material among students. In addition, students' digital learning experiences moderate the relationship between the use of mobile learning applications and Hadith comprehension, with students who have better digital experiences tending to achieve higher comprehension through the app.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the performance of teachers who have not been maximized in SMK in Losari, Brebes. so that there needs to be a more approach so that teacher performance becomes better. The aim of this study became to acquire an overview of: the relationship among principal supervision and the work environment of Vocational high school teachers in Losari, Brebes, the impact of principal supervision on the overall performance of Vocational high school teachers in Losari, Brebes Subdistrict, the influence of the work environment at the overall performance of Vocational high school teachers in Losari Brebes Subdistrict, the effect of principal supervision and work environment at the performance of Vocational high school teachers in Losari, Brebes Subdistrict. The method of studies uses a quantitative method, which means that each one information or data obtained is realized with numbers, and the analysis used is statistical analysis. With proportional random sampling approach, and taken as a sample of 110 human beings from a populace of 151 teachers. Results of the study all variables have been significantly related. And the conclusion of this examine is that the variables of principal clinical supervision and work environment have an effect of 57.3%, at the performance of vocational high school teachers in Losari, Brebes sub-district, while the remaining 42.7% is stimulated through different variables that aren't studied

Abstract

One of the strategic efforts in creating quality education is by innovating learning media. From the results of research investigations and observations, it was found that SKI learning is one of the monotonous subjects, because it is delivered through lectures. One of the subjects that contains historical material, so a competent teacher is needed in explaining SKI material. Through this research, researchers see the factor of media innovation that has not been fully used in SKI learning. This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of field research. It is a field study which is the main source in this research is the results of observations and interviews in the field. The results of this study are that before using YouTube-based learning media or using the lecture method, students' understanding of SKI material has not reached the expected understanding of the minimum completeness criteria in SKI learning subjects. From the results of oral and written tests, it was found that 20% of 16 students understood the material well, while the other 80% had not reached the minimum criteria for SKI learning. After making innovations to the learning media, the level of student understanding increased from 16 students, 10 of whom got the minimum completeness predicate. This means that 70% of the total number of students reached a good level of understanding, while the other 30% were still at an understanding below the minimum completeness.
