Abstract

The Sepawon Village Women's Farmers Group is a milk producing farmer group in Sepawon Village who usually sells milk to the cooperative at a price of 8000/L. The aim of UNP Kediri Animal Husbandry Study Program Community Service Team in collaboration with the Sepawon Village Women's Farmers Group to increase the economic value of milk by making fermented dairy products. Yogurt is a dairy product that can add economic value by fermenting it using the bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. The benefit of consuming yoghurt is that it balances good bacteria in digestion and reduces toxic substances in the body. The process of making yoghurt involves heating the milk to be fermented at a temperature of 90°C for 15-30 minutes, after that the milk is cooled until the temperature reaches 40°C, then packaged in plastic bottles. Community Service Activities are carried out by means of Pre-Training, Yoghurt-making Training (Presentation and Demonstration) and post-test to determine participants' understanding. The results of Community Service showed that the Sepawon Village Women's Farmers Group participants were enthusiastic about taking part in the yoghurt making training. The post test results also showed that the participants were committed to independently continuing the practice of making yoghurt at home to increase the economic value of milk and farmer welfare.

Abstract

One of the goals of PKM is to avoid injury to body parts when exercising, so it is very important to do warm-up and cool-down exercises. Although warm-up activities performed gradually make the body sweat and increase its temperature, it helps the heart and blood vessels because it increases blood flow to the brain. For this reason, there needs to be training focused on "Strategies to increase understanding of the importance of warming up and cooling down when doing physical activity at the Punggawan Mosque Youth Sports Club, Surakarta". This training was held at the di Masjid Sholihin Jl. Gajah Mada No.97, Punggawan, Banjarsari, Surakarta City, Central Java. As a result of their service, participants gain useful knowledge and understanding of how to carry out warm-up and cool-down activities when exercising. Then every time you exercise, proper warm-up and cool-down can improve performance, temperature, blood flow and heart rate before exercise are also good, and injuries occur less frequently. Basically, cooling and warming up is really necessary to prepare the heart and blood vessels. In addition, it can help reduce the risk of cramps, injuries and muscle soreness after exercise.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the indicators to determine the quality of health services.. A strategic effort to overcome this is by implementing Midwife Continuity of Care (CoC) on the 1000 HPK (First Day of Life) by midwives. Probolinggo Regency has the 5th highest mortality rate in East Java Province with an MMR of 201 per 100,000 live births in 2022, while the IMR rate reaches 10.4 per 1,000 live births. One of the factors that influences this problem is the midwife's lack of knowledge regarding CoC care. Research shows that implementing CoC can significantly reduce the risk of maternal and neonatal complications. The aim of this community service activity is to increase midwives' knowledge regarding Continuity of Care. Methods include module development, training, and interactive discussions. The first stage is creating a CoC guide module for midwives and a parenting guide for parents. The second stage involves training for midwives and cadres on the concepts and implementation of CoC. Additionally, the activity is conducted in the form of interactive discussions and reflections on the CoC practices carried out by the midwives and cadres. The final stage is the ASAH (Asih, Asah, and Asuh) class for mothers with infants and toddlers, aimed at enhancing their knowledge in monitoring child growth and development. The results of this activity show an increase in midwives' knowledge of 21% after participating in training and simulations. The midwives involved also showed a commitment to implementing CoC in daily services, with the hope of contributing to improving the quality of sustainable midwifery services in their area. This program is expected to be an important step in and accelerate efforts to prevent MMR, IMR and Stunting in Indonesia

In this PRA method, it was chosen because this PRA method has advantages including the active involvement of community members or groups, in this case the Kopi Manis Livestock Group as the subject. In this socialization and training activity, it was filled with an explanation of various ways to handle ruminant livestock health and how to prevent and treat the types of diseases that usually attack ruminant livestock. Also included in this case, when the FMD case broke out, many cattle and goat farmers in the Papar Village area, Papar District, Kediri Regency, experienced paralysis and death in their livestock. Such conditions are certainly very detrimental to farmers. In response to the conditions and problems after the FMD case in Papar Village, Papar District, Kediri Regency, a solution is needed to anticipate the occurrence of FMD cases not recurring or spreading again in the Papar area, so socialization and training are needed on disease prevention and health care for ruminant livestock. Abstract

Literacy culture in Indonesia is a very interesting issue to discuss. Considering that literacy culture in Indonesia is still low, not yet entrenched, and not yet ingrained in society. In the midst of the rapid rise of popular culture, books have never been a top priority. In fact, it is easier for people to absorb the culture of speaking and listening, rather than reading and then putting it in written form. Indonesian society is still dominated by a culture of oral communication or speech culture. People tend to prefer watching cellphones with status updates and following television broadcasts rather than reading. In the Nutrition Science course which discusses the role of Posyandu in efforts to prevent stunting and degenerative diseases, students observe Posyandu activities for toddlers and the elderly (ILP) in Mojoroto Village, Mojoroto District, Kediri City, with the hope that students will be able to apply the material on the topic of the Impact of Malnutrition on human health and the elderly's efforts to maintain health. Healthy living is the hope and dream of every normal human being, not only statically healthy but also dynamically healthy. A healthy lifestyle is influenced by the type of food consumed as well as sports activities, communication skills and establishing friendly relationships for the elderly.  or physical fitness and physical fitness efforts are health efforts that utilize physical activity to improve health status. Physical activity or sport is part of the basic needs in daily life, especially improving the level of health, which according to our ancestors is part of our life. However, with improvements and developments in today's technological world, all activities make it easier, causing us to move less (low body movement) or often referred to as hypokinetic, such as using remote controls, computers, lifts, escalators, transportation and other sophisticated equipment without balance. with physical activity, which results in influencing the occurrence of hypokinetic symptoms which encourage the formation of clots in the bloodstream, thereby influencing the occurrence of degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, stroke in the elderly.
