Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the contribution of work environment factors and member discipline in improving performance that has implications for work motivation. case study on POLRI Aceh personnel. Using an associative method with a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques through the path model. The sample in this study was personnel of the Human Resources Staff Planning Administration Section of the Police totaling 76 people. The results of the study showed that 1) There is a causal relationship between work environment variables and work discipline with a degree of 0.699. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on performance, through the work discipline variable, of 45.33%. 3) There is a direct and indirect influence of work discipline on performance, through the work environment variable, of 30.72%. 4) Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect and contribute 46.7% to personnel performance. 5) There is a direct and indirect influence of the work environment on motivation, through the work discipline variable, of 30.36%. 6) There is a direct and indirect influence of work discipline on motivation, through the work environment variable of 28.59%. 7) Simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline provide a positive contribution to work motivation of 40.1%. 8) The total influence of the work environment and work discipline on work loyalty, through the performance variable, namely: 7% + 7.04%, is obtained at 14.04%.

Abstract

The research examines the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction. Also seen from the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) factor of employees. The research was conducted at the Emergency Room (IGD) of Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital. The research method used an associative method with a quantitative approach, using path analysis. The sample in this study was 85 employees. The results of the study showed that 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, through the organizational commitment variable, which is 41%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, through the work motivation variable, which is 37.93%. 3) There is a relationship between work motivation and organizational commitment of 0.498. 4) There is a direct and indirect influence of work motivation on OCB, through the organizational commitment variable, which is 23.55%. 5) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), through the work motivation variable, which is 25.67%. 6) Simultaneously, work motivation and organizational commitment influence employee OCB. 7) The magnitude of the total influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee OCB, through the job satisfaction variable, is 15.98%.

Abstract

The study aims to prove the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and procedural justice on employee performance. Study at the Land Office of Pidie Jaya Regency, with 50 employees as research objects. Using quantitative survey data and associative methods applied with path analysis techniques. The results obtained: 1) There is a causal relationship between exogenous variables, namely job satisfaction, organizational commitment and procedural justice with a moderate category. 2) It is proven that there is a direct and indirect influence of each exogenous variable, namely job satisfaction on employee performance of 57.76%, organizational commitment of 21.43%, and procedural justice of 23.22%. 3) Simultaneously, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and procedural justice together affect the performance of employees of the Land Office of Pidie Jaya Regency with a contribution of 61.4%.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of recruitment factors, work quality and rewards on improving employee performance. The study was conducted on 75 employees of PT. Cipta Karya Aceh in Bireuen, a construction company engaged in infrastructure development and large-scale commercial projects. An associative quantitative approach was used with an analysis tool in the form of a path model. The results of the study indicate that 1) There is a causal relationship between recruitment variables, work quality and rewards with a moderate category. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of each suspected factor, namely recruitment has an influence of 32.74% on employee performance. While work quality is 40.22% and the reward factor is very significant at 48.89%. 3) Simultaneously, the contribution of recruitment factors, work quality and rewards is 69.1% to employee performance.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of training, communication and job promotion on employee performance. The study was conducted on a sample of 48 employees of BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency. 2) communication has an effect on employee performance. With the type of associative research with a quantitative approach. Problem analysis is proven by the path analysis model. The results found that, 1) there is a causal relationship between training variables, communication and job promotion with a fairly strong category, which gives a positive contribution of 55.5% to employee performance. 2) The provision of training has a significant direct and indirect effect on employee performance of 47.5%, while the communication factor is 50.18% and the influence of job promotion is 47.21%.

Abstract

Employee performance analysis is the objective of the study. This study is based on performance allowance factors, organizational culture, and emotional intelligence. The research method that will be used is the associative type and quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees at the BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency, totaling 62 people. The results of the study showed: 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of performance allowances on employee performance of 45.28%, the influence of organizational culture of 35.25%, and the influence of emotional intelligence of 41.39%. 2) Simultaneously, performance allowances, organizational culture and emotional intelligence affect the performance of BKPSDM Pidie Jaya Regency employees with a contribution of 54.1%.

Abstract

The research is a case study of 60 employees of the Pidie Jaya DPRK Secretariat using an associative method with a quantitative approach. And the analysis answers the hypothesis using a path analysis model. The research results show that, 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of job characteristics on employee performance of 27.13%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of individual characteristics on employee performance of 24.73%. 3) Simultaneously, the influence of job characteristics and individual characteristics is significant on employee performance, amounting to 40,6.%. 4) There is an influence of work motivation on employee performance of 61.7%. 5) There is a direct and indirect influence of job characteristics on employee work motivation of 34.22%. 6) There is a direct and indirect influence of individual characteristics on work motivation of 29.30%.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to demonstrate the influence and contribution of leadership style, work environment, and discipline in improving employee morale. The study was conducted on 62 employees of UP3 PT PLN (Persero) Sigli in Pidie Regency. Quantitative research was conducted using path analysis. The results showed that (1) partially, leadership style, work environment, and discipline had a significant direct and indirect influence on employee morale, amounting to 59.01%, 65.49%, and 46.11%, respectively. (2) Simultaneously, all three contributed positively to improving morale, amounting to 62.5%. (3) There was a moderate causal relationship between the variables of work environment, work discipline, and discipline.

Abstract

This study, conducted on employees of the Bireuen Regency DPRK Secretariat, aimed to empirically determine the direct and indirect impacts of psychological climate, work engagement, and leadership on self efficacy. The associative approach was applied with a quantitative approach. The data analysis used path analysis to answer the hypotheses. The sample size was 43 employees. The results showed: (1) self efficacy, based on the direct and indirect impacts of psychological climate factors, was 37.93%, work engagement factors were 55.39%, and leadership factors were 45.86%. (2) Psychological climate, work engagement, and leadership simultaneously impacted and contributed to self efficacy by 69.3%. (3) There was a causal relationship between the independent variables, with a moderate categorization.

Abstract

Performance is something expected by an institution. Measurable performance-based work is part of Human Resource Management. Employee performance is influenced by several factors. This study examines aspects of leadership, motivation, and work discipline. The study was conducted on 43 employees of the Bireuen DPRK secretariat. The research method used was an associative approach with a quantitative approach, and the problems were analyzed using path analysis. The results obtained were: (1) Work discipline is directly and indirectly influenced by leadership and work motivation, by 36.51% and 46.12%, respectively. (2) Simultaneously, leadership and work motivation contribute significantly to improving employee work discipline by 77.2%. (3) The implications for performance are 31.75% for leadership and 45.91% for work motivation. (4) Simultaneously, leadership and work motivation increase employee performance by 75.6%.
