Abstract

Hindu religious education can be done through formal and non-formal education. One of the non-formal educations is at the pasraman, where Acarya plays an important role in improving the character of students. The role of the Acarya is to shape the behavior of students who were previously not good to be good, and those who were previously good to be even better. The issues that will be discussed include 1) How is the learning process by Acarya in improving the character of students at the Widya Marga Pasraman?; 2) How is the Hindu Religion learning method in improving the character of students at the Widya Marga Pasraman?; and 3) What are the obstacles faced and efforts made to overcome obstacles to learning Hinduism in improving the character of students at the Widya Marga Pasraman? This study aims to determine the learning process carried out by Acarya in improving the character of students at the Widya Marga Pasraman, Hindu Religion learning methods in improving the character of students at the Widya Marga Pasraman, and the obstacles faced and efforts made to overcome the obstacles to learning Hindu Religion in improving character students at the Widya Marga Pasraman. The characters in question are religious character, tolerance, social care, environmental care, responsibility, and honesty. The theory used to analyze the problem is social learning theory from Albert Bandura and behavioristic theory from Skinner. The data collection methods are non-participant observation, unstructured interviews, literature studies, and document studies. The data that has been collected was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that Acarya's role in improving student character has gone well where Acarya is a source of knowledge, role model, and motivation. Acarya uses several methods in the learning process, namely the Sad Dharma method. Obstacles faced in improving student character include external and internal factors which are anticipated by innovating to make media independently and applying a personal approach (Upanisad). Abstract

Character education is an important aspect in the formation of a good personality, especially for students at SMP Negeri 1 Bangli. thus, one of the teachings that are used in increasing the strengthening of character education in students is the Tri Parartha teaching. Tri Parartha is the three concepts of happiness, namely compassion, gift add a comma devotion. These three concepts will help students strengthen their character education in students.The formulation of the problems discussed in this study are as follows: (1) How is the application of the teachings of Tri Parartha in enhancing the strengthening of character education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bangli? (2) What are the obstacles and efforts made in implementing Tri Parartha's teachings in increasing the strengthening of character education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bangli? (3) What are the implications of applying the teachings of Tri Parartha in increasing the strengthening of character education for class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bangli?The results obtained in this study are: (1) the form of application of Tri Parartha's teachings, namely the application of compassion, for example caring for others and caring for the environment, punia, namely by sharing, for example, and the form of applying devotional service, for example saying greetings and greetings, and praying together. (2) the obstacles in applying the teachings of Tri Parartha come from two factors, namely internal (internal) and external (external) factors. Efforts are being made to overcome these obstacles by increasing the role of teachers and increasing the role of parents. (3) the implications that arise in the application of the Tri Paratha teachings, namely: implications for religious character, nationalist character, cooperation character, integrity character, and independent character. Abstract

The Mekandang ceremony, which has been part of the ancestral heritage since ancient times, is carried out by every couple of lovers after having a child. The Mekandang Ceremony is held when the baby is 105 days old, or around three months old. Unique implementation At the Mekandang Ceremony, there are several processions performed at home. Execution The Mekandang Ceremony is carried out as a form of cleansing the body and soul of the baby, none other than as an expression of gratitude as well as asking for safety for the baby. Three issues are raised in this study: 1) How is the form of strengthening Hindu religious education in the Mekandang Ceremony In the network Manusa Yadnya? 2) What is the value of Hindu education found in the Mekandang Ceremony in the Manusa Yadnya network? 3) What are the implications of strengthening Hindu religious education through the Makandang Ceremony in the network Manusa Yadnya? Theories used to analyze the problem are: 1) Religion theory; 2) Value theory; and 3) Reciprocal Stimulus Theory. Methods of collecting data in this research are observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data that has been collected was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion steps. The results of the study show that: 1) Forms of strengthening Hindu religious education in Mekandang Ceremony are divided into several stages, namely: reinforcement sraddha bhakti,principle strengthening menyame braya, strengthening the principle of environmental awareness, and strengthening the universal value of religion in Mekandang Ceremony in the village of Barambai Kolam Kanan, 2) The value of Hindu religious education found in Mekandang Ceremony, namely: Tattwa Values, Moral/Ethical Values, Ceremonial Values, and Aesthetic Values, 3) Implications in Strengthening Hindu Religious Education at the Mekandang Ceremony, namely: Theological Implications, Social Implications, and educational Implications for the Mekandang Ceremony

Abstract

One of the goals of national education is the curriculum. SMA Negeri 1 Pupuan has implemented the Free Learning Curriculum policy, it needs to be studied in research so that it can be understood by Hindu Religion and Moral teachers in other schools. The issues that will be discussed include (1) What is the form of the Free Learning Curriculum in developing interest in learning Hindu Religious Education and Characteristics for class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Pupuan, (2) What are the obstacles encountered in the efforts made to overcome the obstacles to implementing the Curriculum Merdeka Learning in developing an interest in learning Hindu Religious Education and Characteristics of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Pupuan, and (3) What are the impacts of implementing the Freedom of Learning Curriculum in developing interest in learning Hindu Religious Education and Characteristics of students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pupuan. Theories used to analyze the problem are: Humanistic Theories, from Arthur Combs (1912-1999), Constructivistic Theories from Lorsbach and Tubin (1992). the subjects of this study were school principals, teachers of Hinduism and Hinduism students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pupuan. The method of data collection was non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, literature studies and documentation. The data that has been collected was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method with reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the application of the independent learning curriculum in developing the learning interest of Hindu Religion Educators and the manners of class X at SMA Negeri 1 Pupuan could increase students' learning interest. It was seen that there was an increase in the courage of students in expressing ideas or ideas regarding learning materials, especially Religious Education Hinduism and Morals.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain accurate information and an objective overview of the role of Hindu Religious Education and Moral Education teachers in developing students' character through the teaching of Tri Hita Karana, thus providing understanding to the readers about the importance of Hindu religious teachings in developing students' character.This is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The theories used to analyze the problem are the behaviorist theory by Gege and Berliner, character theory by Thomas Lickona, and motivation theory by Abraham Maslow. The subjects of this study are Hindu Religious Education teachers, students, and the Head of State Junior High School 1 Bangli. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation study. The collected data are analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis with the following steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of the study indicate that (1) the strategies used by Hindu Religious Education and Moral Education teachers are through the implementation of cooperative learning model with a scientific approach, lecture and discussion methods, and cooperative learning strategies. (2) The character education values developed through the implementation of the teaching of Tri Hita Karana in State Junior High School 1 Bangli include religiousness, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, independence, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, appreciation of achievement, friendliness (communicative), love for peace, love for reading, concern for the environment, social concern, and responsibility. (3) The impacts of implementing the teaching of Tri Hita Karana on the development of students' character in State Junior High School 1 Bangli are the development of students' character, increased awareness of students to practice their religious teachings, increased students' concern for others, increased students' concern for the environment, and the establishment of harmony

Abstract

Religious education is a pillar in improving the quality of religious knowledge. In Hinduism, Religious Education functions to increase sradha and brahmacari bhakti to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi. Hindu Religious Education Institutions in formal and non-formal channels are pasraman. Kediri Regency is one of the regencies in East Java Province which has 13 non-formal boarding schools. Based on a decree issued by Parisada Hindu Dharma Indonesia (PHDI) Kediri Regency, the Pasramans are under the auspices of a foundation called the Widya Ganesha Kadiri Foundation. Before the pasraman came under the auspices of the foundation, the pasraman had experienced a vacuum caused by a lack of orderly management, a lack of teaching staff, inconsistencies in the presence of brahmacari, a lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the Covid-19 pandemic. After the pasraman was sheltered by the foundation, stretching activities for the revival of the pasraman began. The foundation seeks to help revive the pasramans through coaching. This study aims to find out what forms of coaching are carried out by foundations, what are the obstacles and efforts in implementing coaching, as well as the impact of coaching carried out by foundations. The theory used in this research is Structural Functional Theory, Constructivism Theory, and Motivation Theory. The results of the research show that the form of foundation coaching for pasramans is realized through the implementation of work programs. There are seven types of foundation work programs, five of which have been implemented, while the other two are still in the process of being implemented. There were obstacles in the implementation of work programs which resulted in several work programs not being implemented. The foundation is currently trying to overcome these obstacles so that the work program can be fully implemented. But even so, the existence of the foundation in fostering pasramans was able to have a positive impact on the generation of pasramans in Kediri Regency, East Java.

Abstract

Abstrack    Sanskrit is the language used in the Vedas so it is very important for Hindus to learn, but Sanskrit is not widely known by Hindus. A phenomenon at Widya Pasraman Astika Dharma Senior High School is learning Sanskrit which is very interesting to study. The purpose of this study was to find out the reasons for the Widya Pasraman Astika Dharma Main Senior High School making Sanskrit as one of the subjects, knowing the learning patterns and the existence of Sanskrit learning in Widya Pasraman Astika Dharma Main High School. Data collection methods used are: observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The data that has been collected was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of this study, it shows that Sanskrit is a subject at the Widya Pasraman Astika Dharma Main High School because the Minister of Religion has determined Sanskrit to be one of the Hindu religious subjects at the Widya Pasraman Main school level, and is supported by the presence of adequate teachers and infrastructure. The pattern of learning Sanskrit includes material on the history of the development of the Sanskrit language, Devanāgarī letters, grammar and slokas, learning methods using conversational methods, discussion and dharmagita methods, power point learning media and Mastery Learning learning models. Learning Sanskrit at the Widya Pasraman Main Senior High School exists and has a positive impact on changes in student behavior. Students are able to understand the use of sentences in Sanskrit, are able to think, say, and behave properly, as well as increase students' Sraddha and Bhakti.

Education is one of the important things in determining the progress and decline of a nation, Learning Capital plays an important role in the morale of Education, The learning model determines the goals of Education at SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar has implemented the Problem Solving Model in learning Religious Education, especially Hindu Religious Education and Good Morals which worthy of scrutiny. The formulation of the problems applied include: This study describes the form of implementation of learning activities by applying the Problem Solving Model in the Application of the Problem Solving Learning Model in Learning Hindu Religious Education and Characteristics in class XI SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar. teacher's efforts in applying the Problem Solving Model in Hindu Religious Education and Moral Education Learning in class XI SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar. the impact of the application of the Problem Solving Model in Hindu Religion and Moral Learning in class XI SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar. The theory used in this study is: constructivism, Behavioristic. This type of research is case study research while collecting data using several techniques or methods, namely: observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. The results of the researchers showed that: (1) The implementation of problem solving model learning in learning Hindu Religion and Moral Education includes: planning, implementing and reflecting on learning. (2) The teacher's efforts in applying the problem solving model are a learning process that is used in SMA Negeri 3 Denpasar. In this application, there are several efforts made by the teacher, the efforts made are: Efforts to apply technology in the learning process and prepare learning media that sufficient, and solve problems by forming small groups. (3) The impact or implicit of the Problem Solving Model in learning Hindu Religious Education and Character increases student learning motivation and improves student learning outcomes. It has an impact on teachers, students and schools. It is this impact that will provide responses and learning outcomes for students and teachers when This learning process takes place in the classroom with this Problem Solving Model.

Abstract

Learning strategies in learning Hindu Religious Education and Budi Pekerti are very important to be able to minimize the deviant behavior of students. So that with the learning strategy children's behavior can be formed through the teachings of Hinduism. Applying religious teachings to everyday life will foster good behavior. The problems that will be discussed include (1) How is the reality of the application of Hindu religious education teacher learning strategies as an effort to shape students' gurubhakti behavior in class XI IPA and IPS Saraswati 1 Denpasar Senior High School, (2) How is the weakness of Hindu religious education teacher learning strategies as an effort to shape students' gurubhakti behavior in class XI IPA and IPS Saraswati 1 Denpasar Senior High School, (3) How is the effort to optimize Hindu religious education teacher learning strategies in shaping students' gurubhakti behavior in class XI IPA and IPS Saraswati 1 Denpasar Senior High School. Religious Education Teachers as an effort to shape gurubhakti behavior using the development of Hindu religious teachings using the Discovery Learning strategy. This strategy makes students active in seeking knowledge. Teachers in improving students' Gurubhakti behavior relate learning material to everyday life. Weaknesses and efforts to optimize Hindu Religious Education teacher learning strategies as an effort to shape students' gurubhakti behavior can be divided into several factors, namely: learning method selection strategies, learning material development selection strategies, learning media selection strategies, classroom management development strategies, and evaluation selection strategies. Abstract

ABSTRACT Education is the key word for improving the welfare and dignity of the nation. The Catur Guru teaching is a teaching that focuses on students' behavior towards teachers, be they Rupaka Teachers, Recitation Teachers, Wisesa Teachers, and Swadyaya Teachers. From this background, we formulated several problems that we wanted to solve, including: (1) How is the implementation of teacher chess learning in shaping student character at SMP Negeri 1 Tampaksiring and (2) What are the implications of teacher chess learning in shaping student character at SMP Negeri 1 Tampaksiring? . The theories used in this research are Behavioristic Theory and Constructivism Theory. This research is qualitative research. The data collection methods in this research are by means of field observation, interviews, documentation and library techniques. Based on the results of qualitative data analysis, the implementation and implications of Catur Guru learning in shaping student character at SMP Negeri 1 Tampaksiring are considered effective, where this is implemented by school teachers in classroom learning. From the results of the analysis of the results obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation and implications of Catur Guru learning in shaping student character carried out by the school can be well received by students and is able to provide a significant improvement in the formation of student character.
