Abstract

This study aims to systematically reconstruct the doctrine of the Holy Spirit (Pneumatology) and analyze its relevance to the spiritual life of Christians, especially within the Indonesian context. As a qualitative study, this research employs a literature review design, utilizing content analysis and theological hermeneutics on primary data from the Bible and secondary data from systematic theology books and journal articles. The findings affirm that the Holy Spirit is an active and transformative divine person within the Trinity. His roles are comprehensive: as a Guide into all truth, a Comforter who provides strength, and a Sanctifier who produces the fruit of the Spirit to shape Christ-like character. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit empowers believers with spiritual gifts for effective ministry and witness. The study concludes that a sound understanding of Pneumatology is crucial for the church to navigate complex modern challenges, moving beyond mere doctrinal formalism to a dynamic and powerful faith experience. The implication of this research underscores the need for holistic theological education that integrates the balance between the gifts and the fruit of the Spirit in congregational development, fostering a transformative and applicable spirituality.

Abstract

This paper is an empirical investigation to determine the impact of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Online Customer Reviews (OCR) on the performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malang City, Indonesia. SME respondents are selected via purposive sampling method of 100 respondents, and data collection procedure is conducted through structured questionnaires followed by their analysis using SPSS 27. The results indicate that social media marketing and online customer reviews are the important tools positively affecting the SME performances related to brand visibility, customer interaction, and trust. The research affirms that proper utilization of Instagram, TikTok, Google Reviews, and TripAdvisor will help acquire more customers and increase revenue. These findings support the theoretical implication of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and extend new practical knowledge on how SMEs in the developing countries can take advantage of digital platforms. The newness is that it brings together both Social Media Marketing and the Online Customer Review aspects in measuring their combined effect on the performance of SMEs in a highly dynamic digital economy

Abstract

The advancement of medical technology and patient safety demands the incorporation of biophysical principles into everyday nursing practice. This literature review synthesizes the roles of four biophysical pillars biomechanics, bioelectricity, thermophysics, and biofluid dynamics in nursing actions relevant to care quality. Biomechanics is applied in nurse ergonomics and patient mobilization, bioelectricity in vital sign monitoring (e.g. ECG, defibrillation) and electrotherapy safety, thermophysics in thermal regulation via conduction, convection, radiation, and evaporation, biofluid dynamics in IV fluid management, hemodynamic interpretation, and respiratory gas flow. From recent studies, mastery of these biophysical principles significantly enhances clinical accuracy, reduces musculoskeletal injuries among nurses, and accelerates patient recovery. It is recommended that nursing education institutions integrate practical biophysics modules via simulation and clinical laboratory practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic values and the use of technology in the process of identifying learning needs as a strategic step in developing a relevant and future-oriented curriculum. The background of this study is based on the reality of Islamic education, which often faces a gap between the idealism of religious values and the demands of technological advancement. Through a qualitative approach with literature study and document analysis, this research examines the integrative concept between Islamic educational principles, such as ta'dib and maqashid al-syari'ah, with modern educational technology methods, including data-based needs analysis and digital systems. The results show that the integration of Islamic values in identifying learning needs can strengthen the moral, spiritual, and social orientation of students, while the use of technology enables a more accurate, efficient, and adaptive assessment process. These findings confirm that the synergy between Islamic values and technology is not merely an instrumental approach, but a holistic educational paradigm that places humans as subjects of learning who are moral, intelligent, and competitive in the digital age

Abstract

This research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the nine key modal auxiliary verbs in the English language, as presented in the study titled "Usage and Analysis of Key Modal Verbs (Should, Will, Would, Can, Could, May, Might, Must) in English." The primary goal is to elucidate the diverse functions and subtle meanings of should, will, would, can, could, may, might, and must across various grammatical and communicative settings. The analysis meticulously explores their application in conveying concepts such as obligation (must, should), ability/possibility (can, could, may, might), volition/future time (will, would), and suggestions/requests (would, can, could). Furthermore, this study investigates the distinction between their root and epistemic uses, outlining common usage pitfalls and the syntactic rules governing their interaction with main verbs. This detailed examination is critical for English language learners and instructors striving for enhanced accuracy and communicative competence.

Abstract

Kajian mengenai filsafat sejarah memiliki peran penting dalam memahami hakikat dan metodologi ilmu sejarah secara ilmiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan konsep dasar filsafat sejarah serta menguraikan dua cabang utamanya, yaitu filsafat sejarah spekulatif dan filsafat sejarah kritis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode historis dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), yaitu menelaah sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder berupa buku, jurnal, serta dokumen relevan. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis untuk memahami hubungan antara pemikiran filsafat dan perkembangan ilmu sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filsafat sejarah spekulatif berupaya menafsirkan pola umum dan hukum universal dalam perjalanan sejarah manusia dengan menekankan aspek rasional dan apriori. Sebaliknya, filsafat sejarah kritis menitikberatkan pada analisis metodologis dan epistemologis terhadap cara sejarawan memahami dan menuliskan masa lalu secara ilmiah dan objektif. Keduanya memiliki kontribusi penting dalam membentuk kesadaran ilmiah sejarah: yang pertama menyoroti makna universal dari peristiwa historis, sedangkan yang kedua menegaskan validitas metodologis dan objektivitas dalam penulisan sejarah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa filsafat sejarah tidak hanya menelaah peristiwa masa lalu, tetapi juga menjadi dasar berpikir kritis dalam memahami, menafsirkan, dan menulis sejarah secara rasional serta bebas dari unsur mistis dan subjektivitas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the viral one of the crises that has occurred on Tiktok, namely the black campaign carried out by a competing brand. Black campaign is the practice of deliberately spreading negative information to damage the public image, a person, product, or certain groups. In the end, the practice of black campaigns carried out by competitors results in a decrease in the reputation of the target company. Based on the Situational Crisis Communication Theory framework by Coombs, it is explained that dealing with existing crises is adjusted to the type of crisis that occurs. For this reason, this research analyzes the type of crisis and response strategies used by the Hulm brand in overcoming the crisis. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method with content analysis and documentation to find out in depth about the crisis that occurred on social media. The findings explain that the crisis that occurred between the Hulm brand and Brand X is categorized into the type of victim cluster crisis and the crisis response strategies used by the Hulm brand are deny, diminish, and bolstering.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi usaha gula aren di Desa Tondei Kecamatan Motoling Barat dengan meninjau aspek produksi, pemasaran, dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap beberapa pengrajin gula aren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha gula aren di Desa Tondei memiliki potensi ekonomi yang tinggi karena didukung oleh ketersediaan bahan baku nira aren yang melimpah serta keterampilan turun-temurun masyarakat dalam mengolahnya. Namun demikian, pelaku usaha masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, antara lain keterbatasan peralatan produksi, fluktuasi harga bahan bakar, serta keterbatasan akses pasar yang membuat nilai jual produk belum optimal. Selain itu, pengemasan dan strategi pemasaran masih bersifat tradisional sehingga belum mampu menarik konsumen di luar wilayah desa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya pelatihan manajemen usaha, inovasi produk, serta dukungan pemerintah daerah dalam memperluas jaringan pemasaran dan meningkatkan nilai tambah produk. Dengan upaya pengembangan yang tepat, usaha gula aren di Desa Tondei dapat menjadi salah satu potensi unggulan daerah yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari meningkatnya kasus stres, kecemasan, dan depresi pada mahasiswa yang disebabkan oleh tekanan akademik, sosial, maupun pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam makna dukungan sosial bagi mahasiswa yang mengalami masalah kesehatan mental di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Untuk memahami fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologis yang menekan pengalaman subjektif individu dalam memaknai dukungan sosial yang mereka terima. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 3 siswa yang mengalami tekanan psikologis, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk menemukan esensi pengalaman mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dimaknai sebagai bentuk kepedulian, empati, dan penerimaan dari orang-orang terdekat yang memberikan rasa aman, nyaman, dan kepercayaan diri bagi peserta didik. Dukungan sosial tidak hanya dipahami sebagai bantuan fisik atau materi, tetapi juga sebagai kehadiran emosional yang membantu siswa merasa tidak sendirian dan mampu bangkit dari kesulitan. Bentuk dukungan yang ditemukan meliputi dukungan emosional, nasional, instrumental, penghargaan, dan spiritual, dengan sumber utama berasal dari keluarga, teman sebaya, dosen, serta lingkungan kampus. Dukungan sosial berfungsi sebagai pelindung terhadap stres (buffering effect), memperkuat resiliensi, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi institusi pendidikan dalam mengembangkan strategi pendampingan yang empatik, humanis, dan berorientasi pada kesehatan mental siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legitimacy of Deborah's leadership, explained within the theological and socio-cultural context of patriarchal Israel, and to determine whether Deborah's leadership pragmatism can be applied as a theological and practical solution to address contemporary issues concerning Christian women's leadership in various modern organizations. This study employed a qualitative approach with a literature review. The data used in this study were secondary. The analysis revealed that Deborah's leadership management model was proven to be transformative, strategic, and effective. The legitimacy of her leadership stems from her divine calling as a prophetess and judge, which theologically transcends the socio-cultural challenges of patriarchy. Her key managerial characteristics include steadfast faith, courage in decision-making, and strategic direction. Deborah successfully implemented synergistic management by transforming Barak's doubts into obedience through her presence and total support. Pragmatically, Deborah's leadership is the antithesis of gender discrimination. Her effectiveness in leading the nation to victory is biblical evidence that the pursuit of women's leadership qualities need not be discussed but rather recognized and developed within the context of the church and contemporary society.
