Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dana daripemerintah yang secara delegasi diberikan kepada daerah kemudian diberikan secara mandat kepada desa yakni di Desa Pademawu Barat. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengethaui proses pengelolaan dana desa tersebut . Peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara semi terstruktur untuk mendapatkan data dan jawaban yang akuntabel. Dalam pengelolaan dana desa tersebut di Pademawu Barat melakukan beberapa tahapan mulai dari tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap tata usaha dan tahap pelaporan dan pertanggung jawaban. Untuk dapat mewujudkan visi misi desa harusnya melibatkan banyak pihak yakni kepala desa, kaur perencaan, kaur bendahara dan tata usaha, sehingga dana dari pemerintah dapat terealisasikan dengan baik dan benar. Untuk tahap pengembangan di Pademawu Barat belum maksimal, karena dana desa diutamakan untuk pengelolaan dan penyempurnaan apa yang belum terealisasi di desa Pademawu Barat tersebut.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan belajar siswa tentunya terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru, salah satunya adalah kesulitan dalam membaca. Kesulitan belajar membaca sering disebut juga disleksia. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada guru bagaimana cara mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi anak disleksia khususnya disleksia literasi pemula pada siswa kelas 1 di SDN Somalang Pamekasan. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan selama satu minggu dimulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, brainstorming, diskusi dan praktik pendampingan. Dengan adanya kegiatan pendampingan tersebut, guru-guru menjadi paham dan terampil dalam mengatasi persoalan disleksia literasi pemula pada siswa kelas 1 di SDN Somalang Pakong Pamekasan.

Abstract

Pemilihan umum yang bersih dan adil (luber) serta menjunjung tinggi aspek-aspek keadilan (jurdil) merupakan pondasi utama bagi demokrasi yang kuat dan berkelanjutan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat terkait pemilu, kami melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan fokus pada edukasi, pelatihan, dan advokasi pemilu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur dampak dari kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut terhadap partisipasi dan pemahaman masyarakat terkait pemilu. Lokasi kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat pada tahun 2022 ini berada di Pendopo Kecamatan Pademawu. Pemilihan lokasi ini didasarkan pada tema yang diusung yaitu “Pendampingan Bagi Masyarakat Pademawu Demi Mewujudkan Tradisi Pemilu Yang LUBER dan JURDIL. Hal ini sangat cocok dengan tema yang akan di bahas oleh narasumber dari anggota Komisioner KPU Pamekasan. Kecamatan Pademawu merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Pamekasan, Madura. Letak Kecamatan Pademawu berbatasan dengan Kecamatan Larangan dibagian utara, berdampingan dengan Kecamatan Tlanakan dan Kecamatan Pamekasan dibagian barat, dan berdampingan dengan Kecamatan Galis dibagian timur, sedangkan dibagian selatan dibatasi oleh Selat Madura. Dari segi astronomis, Kecamatan Pademawu terletak pada posisi 113°19’ - 113°58’ BT dan 6°51’ - 7°31’ BS. Dikarenakan PKM ini temanya tentang “Pendampingan Bagi Masyarakat Pademawu Demi Mewujudkan Tradisi Pemilu Yang LUBER dan JURDIL”, maka peserta dari sosialisasi ini adalah para anggota Karang Taruna Kecamatan Pademawu. Karang taruna merupakan salah satu organisasi pemuda yang sudah tidak asing lagi, khususnya masyarakat perdesaan terutama bagi masyarakat Pademawu. Salah satu visi dari organisasi ini adalah wadah pembinaan dan pengembangan kreativitas generasi muda yang berkelanjutan, serta menjalin persaudaraan dan rasa kebersamaan dengan mitra organisasi lembaga, baik kepemudaan maupun pemerintah dalam pengembangan kreativitas. Dengan adanya pesta demokrasi rakyat di tahun 2024 maka langkah pendampingan ini perlu dilakukan berhubung para pemuda karang taruna adalah bagian dari penerus bangsa sehingga tradisi pemilu yang LUBER dan JURDIL dimasa yang akan datang tetap terealisasi dengan baik.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to determine the duties of the Village Consultative Body in the formation of village cooperatives. The Village Consultative Body is part of the village government that has the task and authority to supervise the implementation of village government. One of the new programs based on the order of the central government is the formation of the Red and White Village Cooperative. This study uses an empirical research type with a sociological approach method because to obtain data must come directly either through participant observation or semi-structured interviews. The data used were observations during village deliberations in West Pamedawu, interviewing several Village Consultative Bodies there. In the formation of village cooperatives, the Village Consultative Body is tasked with holding village deliberations as the beginning of the formation of village cooperatives. In the village deliberation, there are several things discussed, including the name of the cooperative, type of business, village cooperative capital and also the flow of submission of the cooperative and in the preparation of the village cooperative management. The conclusion is that the Village Consultative Body still has an important role in the formation of village cooperatives because, in its formation, it must go through village deliberations where village deliberations are activities that are the responsibility of the BPD it self.

Abstract

This community service article aims to examine the implementation of Assistance in Strengthening Digital Literacy through Training on the Development of Learning Media for Islamic Education (PAI) Teachers at Senior High Schools in Pamekasan. The method used in this program is the PIJAR model, which consists of four stages: planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the training show that the implementation of the community service program with the theme "Assistance in Strengthening Digital Literacy through Training on the Development of Learning Media for Islamic Education Teachers at Senior High Schools in Pamekasan" was carried out successfully and was able to improve participants’ understanding and skills in developing learning media using Canva and ClassPoint. This, in turn, enables them to enhance the quality of their teaching. It is also hoped that their students will experience positive impacts in the classroom through the use of more interactive media.

Abstract

Community empowerment is now increasingly recognized as an alternative approach in the development process, as reflected in various literature and thoughts, including in efforts to strengthen the character of communities in rural areas. Character education plays an important role in bringing people to understand values cognitively, appreciate values emotionally (affectively), and apply these values in real life. The service activity was carried out in Pamaroh Kadur village Pamekasan which aimed to increase the capacity of the community in the aspect of character, especially in forming an attitude of responsibility. The methods used include Participatory Action Research (PAR) and literature review. PAR is a research approach that links the research process with social change efforts that actively involve researchers in their implementation. The data used consisted of primary and secondary data as support for the analysis. Through this activity, two main programs were designed. First, active involvement in activities that have been running in the community as a means to attract citizen participation. Second, the implementation of educational seminars is an effort to provide understanding to the public about the importance of education. The results of these two programs show an increase in attitudes of responsibility in children and adolescents in rural environments.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a crucial concept in maintaining harmony and tolerance in society. However, the lack of understanding and implementation of religious moderation among students often poses challenges, particularly at IBS Padepokan Kyai Mudrikah Kembang Kuning, Pamekasan. This situation can lead to potential intolerance and radicalism, which contradicts the values of Islam as rahmatan lil 'alamin (a mercy to all creations). This article aims to describe the mentoring process in strengthening the material of religious moderation for students at IBS Padepokan Kyai Mudrikah Kembang Kuning, Pamekasan. The ultimate goal is to enhance the understanding and application of religious moderation so that the students can become agents of change, promoting values of tolerance and harmony within the community. The mentoring method involves a qualitative approach, including direct observation, in-depth interviews, and focused group discussions (FGDs) with students and educators. The mentoring program is structured in several stages, starting from the introduction of concepts, discussion of real-life cases, to the implementation of moderation values in the students' daily lives. The mentoring conducted shows a significant increase in the understanding and attitude towards religious moderation among the students. They have become more capable of understanding the importance of tolerance, appreciating differences, and avoiding extreme attitudes. Additionally, this program has successfully raised critical awareness among students about contemporary religious issues that are often used to divide the ummah (Muslim community). The mentoring in strengthening the material of religious moderation at IBS Padepokan Kyai Mudrikah Kembang Kuning, Pamekasan, has successfully enhanced the understanding and moderate attitudes among students. This program is effective in preventing potential intolerance and radicalism, and in shaping students with a strong commitment to the values of Islam as rahmatan lil 'alamin. Consequently, the students are expected to become agents of change who contribute positively to harmony and tolerance in society.

Abstract

Fluent reading skills are a crucial foundation for children's academic success. However, many early-grade students struggle with specific difficulties, such as distinguishing similar letters (e.g., B and D) and pronouncing word endings like -ng. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of public speaking techniques in improving reading skills in young children facing such challenges. This case study involved a first-grade student with reading difficulties. A structured and repetitive public speaking intervention was implemented at home. Data were collected through direct observation, reading ability assessments, and parental feedback over several weeks. The results showed a significant improvement in the student's ability to differentiate between B and D and in pronouncing words ending in -ng. The child also demonstrated increased confidence and fluency when reading aloud, both in private and in front of others. Statistical analysis indicated a meaningful impact of the intervention on reading accuracy and speaking confidence. In conclusion, public speaking techniques are effective in supporting early literacy development by enhancing articulation and self-confidence. This study highlights the vital role of family and community involvement in helping children overcome reading challenges.

Abstract

Reading is a fundamental skill in primary education. However, several second-grade students at SDN Panglegur 2 were found to struggle with reading, including letter recognition, syllable blending, and basic text comprehension. This community service project aimed to provide structured reading assistance using phonics-based, multisensory, and educational game methods. The program was conducted over six sessions, employing diagnostic reading tests, repeated reading exercises in individual and small group formats, and post-program evaluations. The participants were second-grade students with reading difficulties, supported by active involvement of teachers and parents. The results showed significant improvements in students' reading skills and self-confidence. The program also promoted a literacy culture and can serve as a replicable model for similar elementary school contexts..

Abstract

In today’s competitive business world, branding has become a key element in differentiating products and services in the global marketplace. This article explores the importance of modern branding strategies in creating a strong and compelling product identity for consumers. We analyze the various approaches that can be used in building a brand, including the use of social media, creative visual design, effective brand narratives, and engaging customer experiences. In this article, we also review case studies from various industries that have successfully implemented successful branding strategies. We explore how elements such as brand mission, core values, and visual imagery can shape consumer perceptions and enhance competitive advantage. In addition, we discuss the positive impact of strong branding on customer loyalty, market penetration, and profit margins. Branding plays a central role in influencing consumer perceptions and preferences for products and services. This article explores the concepts and strategies of branding that contribute to marketing success. By highlighting elements such as brand identity, visual design, and brand narrative, we discuss how strong branding can differentiate products in a competitive marketplace. We also analyze the influence of social media as a critical tool in extending brand reach and engaging consumers.
