Abstract

The process of successfully, efficiently, and methodically managing archives through their production, use, and maintenance as well as their depreciation is known as a dynamic archive management system. The following are the goals of this study: 1) To provide an overview of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Kholafiyah Tekung's dynamic records management system in the administrative division. 2) To outline the challenges encountered in the administration division of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Kholafiyah Tekung when handling dynamic archives. 3) To explain how Madrasah Aliyah Al-Kholafiyah Tekung's administrative division overcame the limitations of dynamic archive management. Descriptive research is one of the qualitative research methodologies used in this study. Documentation, interviews, and observation were used as data gathering methods. The administrative department's dynamic records management system is described by this study. Creating, using, storing, preserving, and depreciating dynamic archives are all part of the administration section's dynamic archive management system at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Kholafiyah Tekung, according to the research's findings. 2) Using, storing, and maintaining dynamic archives are the activities that hinder the administration division of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Kholafiyah Tekung from managing dynamic archives. 3) The administration section of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Kholafiyah Tekung's dynamic archives management challenges can be resolved through the use, storage, and upkeep of dynamic archives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how MTs Al-Asna Barat's administration is managed in order to enhance administrative services, as well as to pinpoint challenges and potential solutions.  The research employs a descriptive qualitative methodology, gathering data via observations, interviews, and documentation.  According to the study's findings, effective administrative management can boost service effectiveness, increase the correctness of paperwork, and fortify the madrasah management level's decision-making process. Delays in document collecting, inadequate archival facilities, and a lack of digitization are the primary challenges. Implementing an information technology-based administration system, enhancing HR competencies, and modifying work systems are some of the tactics used. This study emphasizes how crucial it is to manage school administration by putting quality management principles, transformational leadership, and digital system integration into practice. These results have ramifications for how educational institutions can create administrative policies that are flexible and responsive to the times.

Abstract

Motor vehicle theft is a form of crime that often occurs in urban areas and has a direct impact on people's sense of security. In the jurisdiction of the Biringkanaya Police Station of Makassar City, the rampant cases of motor vehicle theft have raised concerns and formed a negative public perception of the existing security system. This study aims to describe and analyze public perception of the level of environmental safety and the factors that affect it. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of local residents who are directly or indirectly affected by the case of motor vehicle theft. The results of the study show that the majority of people feel worried and lack confidence in the effectiveness of environmental security, both from the police and citizens' initiatives. The lack of police patrols, the inactivity of patrol posts, and weak solidarity and social participation are the main factors that reinforce these negative perceptions. The novelty of this study lies in the emphasis on the subjective perception of the public as a key indicator in the evaluation of environmental security. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a community policing approach as well as strengthening citizen involvement in community-based security systems to create a more sustainable sense of security.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of Gestalt theory, especially the concept of insight learning developed by Wolfgang Kohler, in an effort to improve student understanding in the learning process. Gestalt theory views that learning is not just about stimulus and response, but rather emphasizes a thorough understanding of a problem so as to be able to produce new insightful conclusions. Wolfgang Kohler, as one of the important figures of Gestalt theory who is famous for his research on insight in chimpanzees, made a significant contribution to the development of an understanding-based learning approach. This research implements Gestalt learning principles such as learning through insight, meaningful learning, and learning interaction. The research methodology uses literature review by comparing various reference sources related to the Application of Wolfgang Kohler's Gestalt Theory in Improving Student Understanding. The results showed that the application of Wolfgang Kohler's Gestalt theory significantly improved students' ability to understand the relationship between parts in the material, can capture the basic principles and apply them in different contexts. However, this study also found that Gestalt theory has limitations in its application to certain abstract topics.

Abstract

The existence of Religious Courts as Islamic judicial institutions has an influence on the Islamic community in obtaining justice. Therefore, Law No. 50 of 2009, which is the second amendment to Law No. 7 of 1989 on Religious Courts, has become an important milestone for the supremacy of Religious Courts law in Indonesia. Generally, the sources of law in Religious Courts consist of material sources derived from Islamic law and material sources bound by Law No. 50 of 2009. Formal legal sources include statutory law, custom law, jurisprudence law, religious law, and customary law recognized as positive law. The authority to examine, decide, and settle cases at the first level for individuals who are Muslims is the responsibility of Religious Courts, based on relative authority and absolute authority.

Abstract

Research aimed was to determine whether the implementation of online buying and selling transactions implemented by Sangatta online couriers is in accordance with Islamic perspectives. Research method is a qualitative approach by a descriptive case study. Case studies are qualitative research that seeks to find meaning, investigate processes and gain insight and deep understanding of individuals, groups or situations. Data collection was conducted by interviewing the members of Sangatta online couriers as informants in this research. In addition, interviews were also conducted by several consumers. The research results are online buying and selling based on an Islamic perspective conducted by Sangatta online couriers on customers does not influence several online courier members to do so. However, Sangatta online couriers have implemented online buying and selling transactions in accordance by the Islamic law and produced results in the form of consumer satisfaction, so that consumers who have transacted through online couriers feel comfortable, satisfied and loyalty arises in transactions.

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze the virtue of religious knowledge as well as the quality of the hadith with the focus of the research being Bukhari's hadith number 82. The approach used in the research is qualitative with the use of the method used is literature study and takhrij hadith. Data collection is done with the help of the maktabah syamilah application, jawamiul kalimi, Bukhari hadith number 82, books, journals, proceedings, reports, and papers as primary data. While documentation and valid and credible sources from the internet as secondary data. The results obtained from this study conclude that Bukhari's Hadith number 82 can be taken as proof to be practiced in everyday life because based on testing the quality of the hadith by takhrij it is categorized as a sahih hadith. When traced, the tradition was narrated by the first narrator and the last sanad, namely from Abdullah bin Umar Al Adawy who was a friend who was then narrated to the Lais bin Said Al-Fahmy line and then to two lines including Imam Bukhari and Imam Ahmad as the mudawwin of the tradition. In addition, Bukhari's Hadith number 82 is also full of lessons (wisdom) that can be taken as a lesson where the Prophet highly values religious knowledge as a pillar of life, a compass, and a guide to the path of human life and encourages his people to also study, explore, and develop world knowledge to provide for him in the future.

Abstract

This research specifically aims to describe relevant strategies, challenges and innovations in developing teachers’ professional competencies. The focus of this research is to compare practices in two educational institutions with very different characteristics, namely Pondok Pesantren Al-Ihsan Boarding School (IBS) and SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru. The research method used is a qualitative approach, relying on the main technique of in-depth interviews conducted with a number of teachers from both institutions. The results clearly show the differences in approaches; teachers at Pondok Pesantren IBS tend to develop their competencies through direct practice in the pesantren environment and informal collaboration among fellow teachers, while teachers at SMP Negeri 23 Pekanbaru make more use of formal training programs organized by the education office as well as the Subject Teacher Consultation Forum (MGMP). In addition, this study also uncovered some common challenges faced by teachers, such as heavy administrative burdens and difficulties in adapting to new technologies. In response to these challenges, creative solutions were found to be implemented, for example through participatory observation in the classroom and the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the learning process. The contribution of this research lies in a deeper understanding of the importance of competency development approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation, effectiveness, and challenges of the sorogan method in teaching classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning) at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Al-Khidmah. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the sorogan method is structured into two instructional levels: the basic level for children and the advanced level for adult learners. At the basic level, students rely on teacher guidance, while at the advanced level, learners demonstrate autonomy in reading and translating unvowelled classical texts. The method has proven effective in enhancing students’ reading skills through personalized instruction and direct teacher-student interaction. However, several challenges persist, including limited instructional time, inconsistent teacher commitment, and insufficient Qur’anic literacy among novice students. To address these issues, the pesantren has introduced Qur’anic literacy programs and strengthened dormitory-based instructional supervision. The key contribution of this study lies in reaffirming the pedagogical relevance of the traditional sorogan method within the framework of modern, learner-centered education. The results are expected to inform educators, pesantren administrators, and policymakers in designing more adaptive, effective, and sustainable strategies for teaching classical Islamic texts in contemporary educational settings.

Abstract

This study departs from the problem of students who experience learning problems at SDN 2 Padang, Singonjuruh District. Students with the category of hyperactive and slow learning students as problems that must be handled through effective learning models. The cooperative learning model as the basis for the learning approach method chosen to overcome hyperactive and slow learning students, the cooperative learning model applied as an effort to overcome student learning at SDN 2 Padang, Singonjuruh District is the cooperative learning model. The cooperative learning model is a group learning model consisting of 4-6 students heterogeneously. The purpose of the study was to determine how the cooperative learning model overcomes hyperactive and slow learning students. This research is a research based on qualitative field conditions. The approach used in this study uses a case study approach that focuses on phenomena that occur in the field. The data collection method used is through observation data collection, interviews and documentation. In addition, technical triangulation is carried out to validate the data. The results of the research conducted by researchers at SDN 2 Padang can be concluded that: 1) The cooperative learning model is very effective to be applied to hyperactive students because it can help students to complete tasks well and there are changes in behavior in the classroom. Students who experience learning problems of hyperactive students are included in the category of hyperactive impulsive. The cooperative learning model that is effective to be applied to hyperactive impulsive students is the mind mapping type cooperative model. 2) The cooperative learning model is very effective to be applied to slow learning students because it can help students to complete tasks well and make it easier for students to understand the lesson material well. Students who experience learning problems of slow learning students are divided into two categories, namely quiet slow learning and low value slow learning. Both quiet slow learning and low value slow learning, the effective type of cooperative model to be applied is the mind mapping type cooperative model.
