Abstract

This research aims to conduct an in-depth comparative analysis of the financial ratios and valuations between PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM), driven by commodity cycles, and PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), a stable logistics company, over the volatile 2019–2023 period. Using a quantitative descriptive comparative approach, the study analyzed time-series trends and cross-sectional comparisons of Profitability (ROE), Solvency (DER), and Valuation (EPS, PER, PBV) ratios. The findings indicate that ANTM possessed significantly superior capital efficiency, evidenced by an exceptional Return on Equity (ROE) of 98.75% in 2023, but concurrently bore much higher debt risk (DER 375%) compared to AKRA (ROE 19.70%, DER 115.30%). Conversely, AKRA was valued cheaper based on both PER (10.47) and PBV (2.11) compared to ANTM's premium valuation (PER 13.31, PBV 13.14). The clear investment implication suggests ANTM is a high-risk, cyclical stock with exceptional return potential, while AKRA represents a more stable choice with lower solvency risk and fair valuation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee productivity in the Auditor Division of the Regional Inspectorate of South Sulawesi Province. This research employed a quantitative approach using statistical analysis methods. The sample consisted of 57 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the analysis included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21. The findings revealed that both work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously had a positive effect on employee productivity (Y). However, the partial test results indicated that work discipline did not have a significant effect on employee productivity, whereas work motivation had a significant positive effect. These findings suggest that work motivation plays a more dominant role in enhancing employee productivity compared to work discipline. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to strengthen motivational strategies through reward systems, recognition, and sustainable career development programs to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of flash sales and affiliate marketing on the TikTok Shop platform on impulse buying behavior among students at the University of Computer Science and Technology (STEKOM) Siliwangi. The increasingly prevalent phenomenon of bold shopping through social media, particularly TikTok, has prompted the emergence of new marketing strategies such as flash sales, which offer short-term discounts, and affiliate marketing, which involves individual promoters to attract consumer interest. This study used a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The study population was all STEKOM Siliwangi students, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that flash sales had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Similarly, TikTok Shop affiliate marketing also had a positive effect on impulse buying. Simultaneously, both variables contributed significantly to driving students' impulsive buying behavior. These findings suggest that interactive and time-based digital marketing strategies can increase consumers' propensity to make impulsive purchases.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a strategic component in an organization, as employees' roles will support the overall success of the organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at CV Sukses Abadi Garmindo. This study uses a quantitative survey approach using primary data sources. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling method with the Slovin formula for 84 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at CV Sukses Abadi Garmindo. Management needs to pay attention to incentive and welfare systems as motivation in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The increasing accumulation of plastic waste each year has become a serious environmental and public health issue. PT. Perangkat Perkasa Indonesia recognizes a sustainable business opportunity through the processing of plastic waste into economically valuable products. This study aims to analyze the business planning strategies implemented by the company in managing its plastic waste processing operations, covering market analysis, operational planning, financial projections, and marketing strategies. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with a case study approach at PT. Perangkat Perkasa Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that the company has significant potential to develop a plastic recycling business supported by human resources, appropriate technology, and increasing public awareness regarding waste management. An integrated and well-structured business plan is key to building a business model that is not only financially profitable but also environmentally impactful. This research recommends strengthening promotional strategies and collaboration with third parties to expand market reach and improve operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study was carried out on the Apparatus of Rangkiang Luluih Village in Tigo Subdistrict, Solok Regency. The aim of this research was to assess the extent to which Work Discipline impacts the Performance of the Village Apparatus within Rangkiang Luluih Village, Tigo Subdistrict, Solok Regency. The population for this study consisted of 30 employees from the Rangkiang Luluih Village Apparatus. The Total Sampling method was employed for the sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire. According to multiple regression analysis, the Work Discipline variable (X1) influences Performance (Y). The resulting multiple linear regression formula is Y = -1.699 + 0.702 X1 + e. The coefficient of determination indicates that the independent variable (X1) accounts for 95.8% of the variance in the dependent variable (Y), with the remaining 4.2% being affected by other factors not explored in this study. The t-test results for the Work Discipline variable (X1) indicate a significant effect on Performance (Y) since t count exceeds t table. Additionally, the f-test shows that Work Discipline (X1) significantly affects the dependent variable, Performance (Y), as the computed f-value is higher than the critical f-value (311.039 > 3.35), and the significance level is below 0.000, which is less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) Fund management at SD Inpres Kiwangona as an implementation of public policy in basic education. The BOS Fund serves as a government policy instrument to promote equitable access and improve the quality of education, particularly in remote areas. This research applies a qualitative descriptive approach using the input, process, output and outcome (IPOO) evaluation model. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and analysis of financial and administrative reports related to BOS fund utilization. The results show that in the input aspect, SD Inpres Kiwangona has adequately prepared human resources and administrative tools for BOS management. The process aspect demonstrates that fund management follows official technical guidelines through planning, disbursement, utilization, and accountable reporting stages. The output aspect indicates significant improvements in educational services, such as the availability of learning facilities, extracurricular activities, and increased student motivation. Meanwhile, the outcome aspect shows that the BOS program contributes to higher student achievement, a more conducive learning environment, and reduced financial burdens on parents. Overall, the BOS policy implementation at SD Inpres Kiwangona has been relatively effective, although some challenges remain, including reporting constraints and delayed fund disbursements. These findings highlight the need for enhanced school management capacity and continuous government support to ensure the sustainability and accountability of the BOS program in improving educational quality in remote regions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of economic growth, human development, and income inequality on poverty in Jambi City for the period 2016-2024. Using multiple linear regression method with secondary data from BPS Jambi City, this research examines the relationship between GRDP per capita, Human Development Index (HDI), and Gini Ratio on poverty percentage. The analysis results show that the model has an R Square of 0.566 or 56.6%, but the model as a whole is not significant (Sig. F = 0.210). Classical assumption tests indicate that residuals are normally distributed (Sig. K-S = 0.200) and there is no heteroscedasticity or autocorrelation. However, serious multicollinearity problems were found in GRDP per capita (VIF = 11.686) and HDI (VIF = 10.658) variables, indicating that both variables are highly correlated. Data trend analysis shows a decrease in poverty percentage from 8.87% (2016) to 7.73% (2024), although it surged to 9.02% in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. GRDP per capita experienced 63.3% growth during the research period, while HDI increased from 76.14 to 81.04. The Gini Ratio showed a fluctuating trend with the highest value of 0.40 in 2024. These findings indicate a trade-off between economic growth and income inequality in Jambi City.

Abstract

This study explores the extent to which consumer trust and product price shape purchase decisions on the Shopee platform, with electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) functioning as an intervening factor. Employing a quantitative approach, the research involved a sample of 75 undergraduate students residing in boarding houses across the Special Region of Yogyakarta, all of whom are active Shopee users. Data were obtained through structured questionnaires and processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique through SmartPLS version 4. The findings demonstrate that consumer trust and product price exert a significant and positive influence on purchase decisions, both in direct pathways and through the mediating role of e-WOM. This suggests that online reviews, shared experiences, and user-generated recommendations play a pivotal role in shaping consumers’ perceptions and motivating their final choices. The study emphasizes that trust in sellers, perceived price fairness, and the credibility of digital word-of-mouth collectively strengthen consumers’ confidence before making a purchase. These results offer meaningful implications for e-commerce platforms seeking to optimize customer engagement strategies, while also providing consumers with insights into factors that can guide more deliberate and informed buying decisions.

Abstract

Digital technology has become an essential part of managing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially in efforts to achieve business sustainability. Kampong Bharu, as an iconic area in Kuala Lumpur, is home to numerous micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) operating in the culinary, craft, and tourism sectors, but faces challenges in implementing environmentally friendly practices. This research aims to analyze the application of green digital management to MSMEs in Kampong Bharu as a sustainable business strategy. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation of 15 MSME actors. The research results show that integrating digital technology with environmentally friendly principles, such as paperless digital marketing, energy-efficient use, and sustainable packaging systems, can enhance the competitiveness and positive image transformation of MSMEs. This finding has practical implications for business owners and stakeholders in developing a digital-based green MSME model in historic urban areas.
