Abstract

This article examines the construction and negotiation of wasatiyyah (Islamic moderation) discourse in Indonesia through Qur'anic interpretation as a complex socio-religious phenomenon. Drawing on discourse analysis and critical examination of contemporary tafsir literature, this study demonstrates that wasatiyyah is not a static theological concept but a contested discursive space negotiated among state institutions, Islamic scholars, civil society organizations, and digital platforms. The analysis reveals that while wasatiyyah discourse is promoted as an authentic Islamic principle grounded in Qur'anic teachings particularly the concept of "ummatan wasatan" in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 143 its actual implementation reflects diverse, sometimes contradictory interpretations shaped by socio-political contexts. The study argues that understanding wasatiyyah requires attention to how different actors strategically employ Qur'anic exegesis to construct narratives of religious moderation aligned with their institutional interests. This article contributes to Islamic studies and religious discourse analysis by illuminating the power dynamics embedded in the production of religious knowledge and the negotiation of moderate Islam in pluralistic Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan aset kripto sebagai bagian dari kekayaan digital menimbulkan tantangan baru dalam sistem hukum kewarisan yang masih berorientasi pada harta konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesenjangan antara pengaturan kewarisan dalam Distribution Act 1958 dan pengakuan aset digital dalam Guidelines on Digital Assets (2019) dalam konteks pewarisan kripto. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif-doktrinal melalui analisis terhadap bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hukum kewarisan belum secara eksplisit mengakomodasi aset digital sebagai objek waris, sementara regulasi aset digital belum mengatur distribusi pasca kematian. Kondisi ini menimbulkan kekosongan norma dan potensi ketidakpastian hukum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan perluasan konsep harta peninggalan serta integrasi regulasi untuk menciptakan sistem kewarisan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

The rapid integration of social media and e-commerce, known as social commerce, has revolutionized consumer behavior by creating a highly interactive and persuasive shopping environment. This study aims to explore the psychological and social drivers of impulsive buying behavior, specifically focusing on the effects of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and Influencer Recommendations. In the digital age, consumers are constantly exposed to real-time updates and curated lifestyles, which often triggers a sense of social anxiety regarding missed opportunities. Utilizing a quantitative research design, this study examines how these factors interact to bypass rational decision-making processes. Data were collected from 450 active social media users who frequently engage in social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Instagram Shopping. The findings reveal that FOMO significantly intensifies the urge to purchase through the mechanism of perceived scarcity and social competition. Furthermore, influencer recommendations act as a powerful catalyst, providing social proof and lowering the perceived risk of a transaction. The synergy between FOMO and influencer credibility creates a high-pressure environment that accelerates impulsive buying. This research provides valuable insights for digital marketers in designing persuasive strategies while also offering a critical perspective for consumers to understand the psychological triggers behind their online spending habits.

Abstract

Membahas bagaimana museum menjadi elemen penting dalam pendidikan modern dan pariwisata edukasi. juga sebagai pusat pembelajaran. Musium Brawijaya merupakan tempat menyimpan barang bersejarah perjuangan Indonesia khusnya di kota Malang. yang menyediakan pengalaman yang menarik dan bermakna bagi masyarakat khususnya pelajar. Artikel ini bertujuan bahwa museum memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang sejarah, budaya, dan ilmu pengetahuan. Dengan menggali peran museum dalam proses pendidikan formal dan informal, dapat ditemukan cara untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya dalam dinamika masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan mengajukan model behavioral-contingency. Studi ini menempatkan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel moderasi yang menjelaskan bagaimana faktor psikologis diterjemahkan menjadi kinerja nyata. Penelitian dilakukan pada pegawai administrasi di Universitas Islam Negeri Antasari Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik stratified random sampling terhadap 87 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan uji interaksi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara kepuasan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang relatif lebih lemah. Selain itu, disiplin kerja terbukti secara signifikan memperkuat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja, serta secara parsial memoderasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa disiplin kerja berfungsi sebagai mekanisme eksekusi yang menghubungkan kondisi psikologis dengan output kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis melalui pengembangan model kontinjensi perilaku yang menjelaskan hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, motivasi, dan kinerja secara lebih komprehensif, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor pendidikan tinggi.

Abstract

This study examines the problematic condition of Indonesia's middle class, which has undergone a transformation from an agent of socio-political change into a group that tends toward political passivity. The middle class, which historically played a role as a catalyst for change as evidenced in the 1998 reform movement and the national movement during the colonial era now faces a paradox: possessing substantial social capital, yet trapped in political apathy. This study aims to analyze the structural factors driving the political passivity of Indonesia's middle class within the context of global capitalism and post-reform political dynamics. The method employed is a qualitative approach through literature analysis. Data were drawn from books, scientific journals, research reports, and relevant articles related to the middle class, social change, and political passivity. The primary analytical framework used is Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony to dissect the mechanisms by which capitalism dominates middle-class consciousness. The findings reveal that the political passivity of Indonesia's middle class is a product of capitalist hegemony operating through three main channels: (1) a consumer culture that replaces solidarity-based social identity with consumption-based identity; (2) an education system oriented toward producing a capitalist workforce rather than critically engaged citizens; and (3) identity-based political populism that steers the middle class toward pragmatic support for the status quo. This phenomenon is exacerbated by the weakening role of organic intellectuals as a bridge between the middle class and collective consciousness. This study concludes that the revival of the middle class as an agent of change requires critical education, alternative political narratives, and the strengthening of social solidarity as a counter-hegemony against the dominance of global capitalism.
