Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan evaluasi pembelajaran holistik di tengah perubahan kurikulum, dengan fokus pada studi kasus di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Falah Pasongsongan Sumenep. Evaluasi pembelajaran holistik diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang pencapaian siswa, tidak hanya dari aspek kognitif, tetapi juga dari aspek afektif dan psikomotorik. Perubahan kurikulum yang terjadi mempengaruhi pendekatan evaluasi yang sebelumnya berbasis pada ujian-ujian formal, sehingga perlu adaptasi dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan guru, siswa, dan kepala madrasah sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan evaluasi holistik di madrasah ini mampu memberikan feedback yang lebih komprehensif, meningkatkan motivasi siswa, dan mendorong pembelajaran yang lebih aktif serta kreatif. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi terkait dengan keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman yang bervariasi di kalangan pendidik. Kesimpulannya, penerapan evaluasi pembelajaran holistik dapat menjadi alternatif efektif dalam menghadapi perubahan kurikulum, asalkan didukung oleh pemahaman yang mendalam dan pelatihan bagi tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang sesuai menjadi salah satu faktor tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar yang maksimal. Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa yaitu penggunaan media strip story. Media strip story adalah media kertas yang dipotong-potong lalu ditempel di papan tulis sesuai dengan materi yang dipelajari. Keterampilan proses sains dibutuhkan untuk memperoleh, mengembangkan serta menerapkan konsep, hukum dan prinsip yang ada pada sains. Media strip story dapat membantu dan mendorong siswa untuk memahami materi bukan hanya pada teori tetapi juga meningkatkan kemampuan proses, kemampuan mengamati, kemampuan mengklasififkasi, kemampuan menganalisis, serta kemampuan siswa dalam menyimpulkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan instrument penelitian, nilai pretest, posttest, lembar observasi dan angket. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Varian satu jalur dan Uji BNt dengan taraf signifikansi 5 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis varian satu jalur dan uji t didapatkan hasil F hasil > F tabel = 2, 70 > 2,24 berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media strip story terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa. Hasil observasi didapatkan presentase keterampilan proses sains siswa pada setiap indikator, yaitu mengamati 31%, mengklasifikasi 13,3%, mengukur 17%, mengkomunikasikan 14,3 %, menarik kesimpulan 11%, dan memprediksi 12,8%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment and selection process as well as training, development and performance assessment, as well as compensation and protection of teaching and education personnel at SDIT Al-Hikam Banyudono. The method used was descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and document studies. The results showed that the teacher recruitment process has been carried out with various processes. This recruitment activity begins with planning teacher needs, announcing teacher vacancies, requirements that must be met by prospective teachers, selection with various tests, and determining teacher acceptance. Training, development and achievement assessment can be seen through productivity, employee performance, organizational culture, morale and image of the institution, etc. In addition, employees also get some compensation and protection such as: family, health, child, evening hours, and class teacher allowances as well as DPLK and meal allowances. However, this is still the gross salary. While the net salary will experience deductions for delays, cooperatives, UPZIZ, DPLK, IKK, and IKM. From these funds, in the end, is the salary received.

Abstract

Blended learning has become an important issue in modern education, combining face-to-face and online learning. The background of this study is the need to enhance students' critical thinking skills in the digital era. The problem identified is the lack of empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of blended learning in this context. This research aims to analyze the impact of blended learning implementation on the critical thinking skills of high school students. The method used is library research, reviewing relevant literature from various academic sources. The results show that blended learning can enhance students' critical thinking skills through interactive and flexible approaches. Effective implementation requires adequate technological support and ongoing teacher training. This study provides significant insights into how blended learning can be applied to develop students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

Integrating Islamic teachings in learning through image media is an innovative approach. The aim of this research is to examine the application of the integration of Islamic values through image media and its impact on students' understanding in learning mathematics regarding scales and plans. Descriptive qualitative research method and literature review regarding the integration of Islamic teachings in mathematics. The research subjects were education and there were 30 class V students at SDIT AlIslam Sine Ngawi. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, documentation and student assessment questionnaires regarding image media. The research results show that linking mathematics learning with Islamic teachings through image media can increase students' understanding and motivation regarding mathematical concepts. Through this integration, they strengthen the religious values associated with mathematics in their daily lives. The results of the questionnaire assessment showed that the highest score was 50, the lowest score was 32 and the average score was 37.90. This value is classified as quite good. This research provides an important reference for developing mathematics learning media for students that focuses on their cognitive aspects and spiritual values.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, schools have started to carry out face-to-face learning (PTM) normally as before the pandemic. However, the implementation of this PTM still has to apply health protocols so that the Covid-19 pandemic does not return. This study aims to analyze mathematics learning problems after the Covid-19 pandemic in elementary School. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study in the form of observation and interviews. The results of this study stated that many problems were found in students and teachers during learning mathematics. The findings of the problems that exist in students are (1) lack of motivation to learn in students, (2) learning patterns of students who only study at school, (3) teacher centered learning methods, (4) online learning change system towards offline learning, and (5 ) assignment system to students. While the findings of the problems that exist in the teacher are (1) various student behavior, (2) lack of teacher innovation in the learning process, and (3) differences in the past and present learning systems.

Abstract

This research was a literature study that employed a qualitative descriptive approach to illustrate the philosophical underpinnings of Islamic and Western scientific thought. The study aimed to examine and compare the paradigms of scientific philosophy in Islam and the West. The authors analyzed primary and secondary literature sources, including books, articles, and journals, that were relevant to the study. The findings indicate that Islamic scientific philosophy integrates revelation, reason, and intuition with an orientation toward spiritual values, whereas Western scientific philosophy relies on reason, logic, and empiricism with a pragmatic and secular tendency. This fundamental difference affects curriculum design, teaching methods, and the characteristics of graduates. Therefore, a deep understanding of both paradigms is essential to formulate an educational system that is integrated, contextual, and relevant to the needs of the times without forsaking spiritual values.

Abstract

This learning outcome, namely the lack of application of learning methods so that it hinders the learning process which causes the low learning outcomes of IPAS students in class IV MI Bustanul Ulum Wadung Pakisaji. Other factors in the learning process that affect learning activities and outcomes such as: 1) the way teachers learn in class still uses conventional methods, 2) lack of adequate learning media for teachers to use in class, making it difficult for students to understand concepts so that student learning outcomes are low, 3) no application or experimentation of experimental methods, 4) less active in learning this can be seen from the intensity of students asking questions and providing answers or responses. Based on the findings of the researchers, the solution offered is the application of the experimental method of energy change material.The formulation of the problem in this study is: Can the application of experimental methods improve student learning outcomes in the subject of IPAS material on energy changes in class IV MI? The purpose of the study was to determine whether the use of experimental methods can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in the subject of IPAS energy change material.The research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a quantitative approach. The PTK model used is the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. Researchers conducted research through two cycles, namely Cycle I two meetings and Cycle II two meetings. In the subject of IPAS material on energy changes in class IV MI. The steps are as follows: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, 3) Observation, 4) Reflection. In collecting data, researchers used written test sheet instruments, observation sheets, and interview guidelines. Data analysis shows that classroom action research carried out in two cycles, the application of experimental methods in learning IPAS material on energy changes can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bustanul Ulum Pakisaji. It can be seen in the value of Cycle I with the percentage of learner activity reaching 50% and the percentage of completeness reaching 66% with an average score of 67.5. In Cycle II, there was a significant increase with a percentage of learning activities of 88% and a percentage of completeness of 83% with a successful category with an average value of 84.66. Therefore, the experimental method can be said to be feasible and effective to use in learning.

Abstract

Having numeracy skills from an early age is an important aspect as an initial foundation for developing students' cognitive development and academic success in the future. The aim of this research is to improve elementary school numeracy skills through the application of the Drill Method. Basic skills in learning mathematics through the ability to count are very important. The problem that researchers found was that students' numeracy skills were below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). This research is a descriptive qualitative research type of filed research. The research subjects were all 20 class V students at SDN Kandangsapi 3 Jenar. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity uses data triangulation and methodology. The research results show that . Based on this information, it can be concluded that the application of the drill method is able to improve students' numeracy skills, because through this method students practice consistently in solving problems, so that students' numeracy skills are sharpened and deepened with the percentage of completeness increasing to 75% from previously only 40%.

Abstract

This study examines the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, particularly in supporting personalized learning, improving access for students with special needs, and strengthening sustainable education, despite challenges related to infrastructure, digital gaps, and ethical issues. The aim of this research is to analyze how AI contributes to the realization of inclusive and sustainable education. The method used is library research, focusing on academic literature such as books, journals, and scientific reports. Data were analyzed using content analysis to identify themes, patterns, and conceptual relationships. The findings reveal that AI has significant potential to enhance inclusivity and sustainability in education, yet its implementation requires strong policy support, adequate infrastructure, and teacher competence to ensure its benefits are fully realized.
