Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of learning motivation on student achievement using e-learning applications. The research method is ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were all students of the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP Sriwijaya University, in the 2018 Academic Year as many as 73 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and using a modified Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis and documentation. The hypothesis test used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation and the t test results show that learning motivation has a positive influence on learning achievement. Therefore, student learning achievement can be improved through increasing student motivation

Abstract

This research has a goal, namely to produce a learning media that can be used to support the lecture process that can be an alternative source of teaching materials for students majoring in commercial administration in studying salesmanship courses, the subject matter of sales promotion, using the Lectora inspire software. The type of research is research and development with a 4D research and development model consisting of the definition stage, the design stage, the development stage, and the dissemination stage. The research subjects are experts consisting of material, media, and language experts as well as users, namely Commerce Education Students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or questionnaire used to collect information in testing the feasibility of learning media. Research and development results show that the learning media developed is very valid and feasible to be used in supporting the learning process as well as being an alternative source of student learning

Abstract

This research study aims to determine the Strategy for the development of a People's Economy (Economic Civic) and is very relevant to do considering that the People's Economy is businesses in the economic field, where the main achievement target is not financial gain. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely collecting data from scientific articles, research reports or other matters relevant to the topic. The results of the study conclude that UMKM in the role of the populist economy in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands through entrepreneurial programs, business unit development, improving the quality of human resources, and utilizing technology and information so taht they can have a positive impact on increasing products.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what business is being pursued by students and describe how the process of establishing the business was conducted by students of the year 2018-2020 of the Economic Education Study Program of Sriwijaya University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, by conducting observations and in-depth interviews of informants/ respondents of 20 entrepreneurship students to obtain the required data following the focus of the research. In starting a business most students have had an entrepreneurship intention since high school / vocational school, the determination was stronger with the support of several courses such as entrepreneurship, business planning, and UMKM. The motivation of students to start a business is largely influenced by the desire to be independent (ambition for freedom), and in choosing a business that is run based on hobbies and skills owned and taking advantage of existing business opportunities. However, in starting a business most students did not make a mature business plan, even though business planning can be said to be a tool of control in achieving business focus and goals.

Abstract

The experiment was conducted at 122 public and private schools in Palembang, totally consisting of 267 teachers classified according to the school accreditation, namely; A, B, and C. The measuring of teachers’ performance concept used here refers to the opinion introduced by Moorhead, namely; dimensions of quality, quantity, cooperation, innovation, and self-standing. The test-result on regression showed that partially, motivation, commitment, and competence affect the teachers’ performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.701. Simultaneously, motivation variable, commitment, and competence have an influence on the teachers’ performance with a correlation coefficient of 0,911. Variables of commitment and competence are very much correlated to the teachers’ performance with a coefficient of 0.818 and 0.810. The very dominant influencing contribution of free variables is commitment. This is shown by the contribution of commitment variable of 66.91%, meaning that the commitment variable plays its role very dominantly compared with other free variables.

Abstract

The problems of this reasearch are (1) whether there is influence to the educating cost on the learning outcomes of economics lesson learners, (2) whether there is influence to the educational facilities on economics subjects learners, and (3) whether there is influence of both on the learning outcomes of the students of economics subjects. The population of this research is the students of class X SMA Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim, comprising 171 students. It uses the Kerjcie Table sothat 118 samples are obtained. The tecnique of data collection uses the methods of documentation, observation and questionnaires. This documentation is used to see the learning result of students, observation used to know the facilities owned by the schools, and distribution of questionnaires to determine the effects the cost of education and educational facilities on learning outcomes. The results of reasearch showed that (1) there is influence caused by the cost of education on learning outcomes of economics subjects in high school learners Bukit Asam. from the calculations, it is obtained that the F count> F table atau75,97> 3.92, (2) there is significant influence of educational facilities to the learning outcome, and proved from the calculations : the F count> F table or 59.09> 3.92, and (3) there is simultaneous influence of both the cost of education and educational facilities to the learning outcomes, as indicated by the following calculations, the F count> F table, or 49.174> 3.92.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Effect of Grade Clarification Learning Model towards Students’ Social Concern within Social Science Lesson at SMP Negeri 45 Palembang." The core problem of this research is going to see whether there is effect of Grade Clarification Learning Model towards Students’ Social Concern within Social Science Lesson at SMP Negeri 45 Palembang. The population of this this research are the students of class VIII consisting of 286 students and the samples are taken by using the techniques of Cluster Random Sampling and obtained class VIII 2 as samples totaling 40 learners. This study uses research methods form Pre-Experimental Design with design studies One-group pretest posttest. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaire and observation. The statistics are used to analyze the data in statistical parametric verification is through a hypothesis test (t-test) using t-test formula product moment and significance level (α) = 5% and df = n-2. From the hypothesis testing results obtained t = 46.56> table = 1.686 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This shows that there is a learning model values clarification influence on the attitudes of social awareness of learners in social studies in SMP 45 Palembang. Therefore, it is advisable for teachers to implement learning model truth-values in social studies learning as an alternative to improve the caring attitude social learners.

Abstract

Asean Economic Community (AEC) is a part of social change will be faced by the nation of Indonesia. On a global scale, MEA is began to the development of strategic sectors such as economic development, the application of information technology and the creation of a conducive socio-cultural in masyarakat.In life, education became the main focus in producing quality human resources. Thus, intelligently filling of opportunities and face the challenges MEA.Therefore, participatory learning, which is based on the individual's involvement in a whole series of learning becomes important to develop. Teachers as educators function as a facilitator and partner simultaneously. The taps in the expression is opened widely and integrative bagisetiap individuals.In the process of the development of participatory learning, experience and reasoning thinking as bases in sharpening social sensitivity is intended to respond to social change. So that individuals are able to see and understand the social reality as a whole. In addition, individuals should be able to read or potential opportunities in the face of the MEA. Thus, the potential will be able to thrive in both the local and global scale. Through the development of participatory education learning, learners are encouraged to be able to be personally critical, creative and innovative. With so may increase the human resources that are responsive and adaptive to social change.

Abstract

One of the capabilities that must be mastered in the era of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) is the ability in the field of information and communication technology. Information technology (ICT) is a tool that can be used dalamkegiatan learning. For that perform the Development of E Module Statistics Education Research. This research aims to develop a valid E Module, practical and have a potential effect on student learning outcomes. Stages of development includes the planning, production and evaluation. Gathering data using questionnaires, tests, documentation and data analysis using quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of this study concluded that the E-Module developed declared valid, practical and have a potential effect as well as the positive feedback of students in its application. E-Module weaknesses in this study are: some students are poorly understood sentences. It is suggested that in future studies to use the phrase that corresponds to the student's understanding.

Abstract

This research wants to describe the learning models and media applied by teachers teaching the Economics subject at SMA in the sub-districts of Indralaya and 4 teachers teaching the Economics subject asked as the samples. The data collection in this study is done by using the technique of documentation, observation, and interviews but the analysis techniques is done descriptively. The results showed that the teachers use the direct instructional model, discussion learning models, and cooperative learning model, while the instructional media used is a visual medium, such as original drawings, concept maps made from cardboard, and use of a whiteboard as a learning medium. The learning plan created and used by teachers has been excellent with an average score of 75%, the ability of teachers in implementing the learning process, the learning evaluation model, and the use of instructional media is categorized into good grade of average score reached 78.2%.
