Abstract

Kebutuhan kebugaran jasmani sangatlah penting terhadap pencapaian hasil belajar, karena kebugaran jasmani kemampuan tubuh untuk menyesuaikan tugas sehari-hari dengan tanpa kelelahan, mempunyai energi yang cukup untuk menikmati waktu luang maupun menghadapi waktu darurat setiap saat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebugaran jasmani terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan 2022. Sampel data adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI SDN Somoketro yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah instrument Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia tahun 2010 yang terdiri dari lari 40 meter, gantung tekuk siku 30 detik, baring duduk 30 detik, loncat tegak 30 detik dan lari 600 meter. Untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar menggunakan nilai raport semester tahun 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa bahwa kebugaran jasmani bukan salah satu faktor yang menentukan kenaikan maupun penurunan hasil belajar siswa. The need for physical fitness is very important for achieving learning outcomes, because physical fitness is the body's ability to adapt daily tasks without fatigue, has enough energy to enjoy free time and face emergencies at any time. This study aims to determine the effect of physical fitness on learning achievement of elementary school students. The method used in quantitative research is an ex post facto approach. The research was conducted in 2022. The data samples were all 29 students in class VI at Somoketro Elementary School. The research instrument used was the 2010 Indonesian Physical Fitness Test instrument which consisted of 40 meters running, 30 seconds of hanging elbows, 30 seconds of lying down, 30 seconds of upright jumping and 600 meters of running. To determine learning achievement, use the 2020/2021 semester report card scores. Data collection techniques are carried out by testing and documentation. The results of this study indicate that physical fitness is not a factor that determines the increase or decrease in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan power otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis pada siswa ekstrakulikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Merauke. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot tungkai dengan ketepatan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis peserta ektrakulikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Merauke sebesar r hitung 0.779 0.334. 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot lengan dengan ketepatan smash bulutangkis peserta ektrakulikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Merauke sebesar r hitung 1.857 0.344. 3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan power otot lengan secara bersama-sama terhadap ketepatan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis di ektrakulikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Merauke dengan nilai f hitung lebih keecil -13.75 yang disandingkan dengan f tabel 1.72. Nilai F hitung -13,75 F tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5%.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and arm muscle strength to the accuracy of badminton smash in badminton extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 2 Merauke. This research method is correlational research. The method used is a survey, with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The results showed that, 1) there was a significant relationship between leg muscle strength and smash accuracy in the badminton game of extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 2 Merauke with r count 0.779 0.334. 2) there is a significant relationship between arm muscle power and the accuracy of the badminton smash of extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 2 Merauke for r count 1.857 0.344. 3) there is a significant relationship between leg muscle strength and arm muscle power together with smash accuracy in extracurricular badminton games at SMP Negeri 2 Merauke with a smaller f arithmetic value of -13.75 which is compared to f table 1.72. The calculated F value is -13.75 F table at a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  bagaimana analisis model pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani berbasis sentra di Sekolah Dasar Alam Natur Islam Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang melibatkan informan penelitian sebanyak tiga orang perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mengenai analisis model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berbasis sentra di Sekolah Dasar Alam Natur Islam Bekasi ini fokusnya pada 3 aspek yakni kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor anak. Dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani berbasis sentra ini terdapat 3 tahapan pemberian pijakan dari guru Pendidikan jasmani kepada siswa yakni; (1) pijakan sebelum kegiatan (opening, circle time, dan pemanasan), (2) pijakan ketika kegiatan (pendampingan dan evaluasi), dan (3) pijakan setelah kegiatan (pendinginan, recalling, dan closing). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, implementasi model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berbasis sentra di Sekolah Dasar Alam Natur Islam Bekasi yaitu adanya proses pemberian arahan pada anak (scaffolding), dimulai dari pijakan lingkungan main, pijakan saat belajar, pijakan lingkungan sebelum belajar, pijakan saat belajar, pijakan pengalaman setelah belajar. Agar proses pembelajaran sentra ini terlaksana dengan baik, guru dituntut wajib membaca buku bahan ajar dan menggunakan bahasa yang sesuai dengan SPOK ketika berkomunikasi dengan siswa agar kemampuan bahasa siswa tertata dengan baik dan maksud tersampaikan, memperkuat dan memperluas bahasa anak. This study's goal was to understand how to evaluate the Alam Natur Islam Elementary School in Bekasi's sentra-based physical education learning paradigm. Three female research informants were used in this study's qualitative case study methodology. According to the study's findings, children's cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development are the three main areas that are being examined while examining the sentra-based physical education learning models at Alam Natur Islam Elementary School in Bekasi. There are three stages in which pupils are introduced to center-based physical education by the physical education instructor, and they are as follows: (1) steps before activities (opening, circle time, and warm-up), (2) steps during activities (assistance and evaluation), and (3) steps after activities (cooling down, recalling, and closing). Based on the study's findings, the Alam Natur Islam Bekasi Elementary School implemented the sentra-based physical education learning model, which involves scaffolding instruction to children by starting with the playing environment, the learning environment, the environment before learning, and the environment after learning. Teachers are obliged to study teaching aid materials and communicate with pupils using language that complies with SPOK in order to ensure that kids' language skills are effectively structured, intentions are communicated, and children's language is strengthened and expanded.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Deduktif, Induktif dan Kemampuan Dasar Terhadap Peningkatan Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan ulang faktorial 2x2. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Akutansi SMKN 4 Sijunjung. Sampel adalah Peserta Didik Kelas X yang berjumlah 32 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling. Instrument Pengumpulan data kesegaran jasmani yaitu: (1) lari 60 meter (2) gantung sikut, (3) baring duduk, (4) loncat tegak, dan (5) lari 1000 meter. Data kebugaran jasmani yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan statistik inferensial ANOVA 2x2 dua jalur (two way ANOVA ). Hasil analisis: (1) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada model pemeblajaran deduktif lebih rendah dari pada model pembelajaran induktif, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada kemampuan dasar tinggi memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar rendah, (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran  dan kemampuan dasar terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani, (4) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa yang memiliki kemampuan dasar tinggi, lebih rendah pada model pemeblajaran deduktif dari pada model pembelajaran induktif, (5) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa yang memiliki kemampuan dasar rendah, memiliki perbedaan denagan model pemeblajaran deduktif dan model pembelajaran induktif, (6) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa pada model pemeblajaran deduktif tidak memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar tinggi dan rendah, (7) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa  pada model pembelajaran induktif memiliki perbedaan dengan kemampuan dasar tinggi dan rendah. Kesimpulan model pembelajaran induktif lebih berpengeruh dari pada model pembelajaran deduktif dan kemampuan dasar terahadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa. The purpose of the study was to determine the Effect of Deductive, Inductive and Basic Ability Learning Models on Improving Students' Physical Fitness. The study was conducted using a 2x2 factorial redesign. The population is all students of class X Accounting of SMKN 4 Sijunjung. The sample was Class X Learners totaling 32 students. The sampling technique is probability sampling. Instruments for collecting physical freshness data are: (1) 60-meter run (2) elbow hanging, (3) sitting beding, (4) upright jumping, and (5) 1000-meter run. The physical fitness data obtained were further analyzed with two-way ANOVA inferential statistics (two way ANOVA). Analysis results: (1) there are differences in physical fitness improvement in the deductive learning model lower than in the inductive learning model, (2) there are differences in physical fitness improvement in high basic ability have differences with low basic ability, (3) There is an influence of interaction between the learning model and basic ability on improving physical fitness, (4) there is a difference in improving physical fitness of students who have high basic ability,  lower in the deductive learning model than in the inductive learning model, (5) there are differences in improving the physical fitness of students who have low basic abilities, have differences in the deductive learning model and the inductive learning model, (6) there are differences in the improvement of students' physical fitness in the deductive learning model has no difference with high and low basic abilities, (7) there are differences in improving physical fitness students in the inductive learning model have differences with high and low basic abilities. The conclusion of the inductive learning model is more influential than the deductive learning model and the basic ability to improve the physical fitness of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran penjas dengan workout exercise terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Poor Experimen dengan desain One Group Pre Test Post Test. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Plered yang berjumlah 165 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 5 yang berjumlah 27 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Indiana Physical Fitness Test yang terdiri dari: Straddle Chins, Squat Thrust, Push Up, dan Squat Jump. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa adanya peningkatan dari nilai pre-test pada nilai post-test terhadap tes kebugaran jasmani menggunakan Indiana Physical Fitness Test. Hasil tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis uji-t yang dibantu dengan program analisis data SPSS 25 dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000, karena 0,000 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hasil tersebut menunjukan adanya peningkatan nilai hasil dari pre-test terhadap nilai hasil post-test kebugaran jasmani siswa. Hal itu mendasari pengambilan keputusan yang menyatakan bahwa ada perbedaan peningkatan kebugaran jasmani siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan yaitu pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dengan Workout Exercise. Penelitian yang dilakukan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bahwa aplikasi home workout dapat dijadikan media pembelajaran penjas dalam upaya meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa. This study aims to determine the impact of physical education learning with workout exercises on the level of physical fitness of students. This study uses the Poor Experiment research method with the One Group Pre Test Post Test design. The population in this study were 165 students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Plered. The sample in this study were students of class XI MIPA 5 totaling 27 people. The instrument used in this research is the Indiana Physical Fitness Test which consists of: Straddle Chins, Squat Thrust, Push Up, and Squat Jump. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is an increase in the pre-test scores on the post-test scores on physical fitness tests using the Indiana Physical Fitness Test. These results are evidenced by the results of the t-test analysis assisted by the SPSS 25 data analysis program with a probability value of 0.000, because 0.000 0.05 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. These results indicate an increase in the value of the results of the pre-test on the value of the post-test results of students' physical fitness. This underlies the decision making which states that there is a difference in the improvement of students' physical fitness after being given treatment, namely physical education learning with Workout Exercise. The research conducted can be taken into consideration that home workout applications can be used as physical education learning media in an effort to improve students' physical fitness.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan belajar lempar tangkap bola dalam pola bermain kasti dengan pendekatan bermain bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, metode tindakan kelas (class room action research) dengan memberikan perlakuan berupa bentuk permainan. Hasil penelitian Peningkatan kemampuan belajar lempar tangkap bola dalam pola bvermain kasti dengan pendekatan bermain bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, dengan nilai KKM 75 siswa tuntas belajar pada siklus I dengan diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 78.83%. Sesuai dengan KKM yang telah ditentukan untuk siswa dengan kategori tuntas dalam belajar sebanyak 35 orang, sedangkan siswa dengan kategori belum tuntas dalam belajar sebanyak 1 orang. Untuk presentase nilai klasikal siswa dari 36 orang dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan siswa sebesar 80.5%. Improving the learning outcomes of throwing and catching balls in baseball games through a play approach to V SD No. 014671 Sending Kab. The results of the research efforts to Improving the learning outcomes of throwing and catching balls in baseball games through a play approach to V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, with a KKM score of 70 students who completed learning in the first cycle with an average of 78.83%. In accordance with the KKM that has been determined for students with a complete category in learning as many as 35 people, while students with an incomplete category in learning are 1 person. For the percentage of students' classical grades of 36 people with an average total value of 80.5% students

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh status gizi, kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan SD Negeri 3 Muaro Kabupaten sijunjung. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Populasi adalah seluruh peserta didik SD Negeri 3 Muaro Kabupaten Sijunjung kelas I dan VI semester 2 Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 151 peserta didik. sampel adalah peserta didik yang berumur 10-12 tahun atau kelas lima (V) 29 orang, dan enam (VI) 26 orang dengan jumlah keseluruhan 55 orang. Teknik penarikan sampling adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian status gizi menggunakan IMT, kesegaran jasmani menggunakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) untuk usia 10-12 tahun, motivasi belajar menggunakan angket dengan skala likert, hasil belajar  adalah dengan tes praktik atau tes kinerja (performance test). Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan status gizi terhadap hasil belajar pada peserta didik di SD Negeri 3 Muaro Kabupaten Sijunjung. (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Kebugaran jasmani terhadap hasil belajar pada peserta didik. (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada peserta didik. (4) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung status gizi terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar peserta didik. (5) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Kebugaran jasmani terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar peserta didik. (6) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara status gizi, Kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara status gizi, kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan. Effect of Nutritional Status, Physical Fitness, Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes of PJOK SD AbstractThe purpose of the study was to determine the influence of nutritional status, physical fitness and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of physical education in sports and health of SD Negeri 3 Muaro, Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a path analysis approach (Path Analysis). The population is all students of SD Negeri 3 Muaro, Sijunjung Regency, class I and VI semester 2 of the 2022/2023 Academic Year as many as 151 students. the sample was learners aged 10-12 years or fifth grade (V) 29 people, and six (VI) 26 people with a total of 55 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Nutritional status research instruments using BMI, physical freshness using the Indonesian Physical Freshness Test (TKJI) for ages 10-12 years, motivation to learn using questionnaires with a likert scale, learning outcomes are with practical tests or performance tests (performance tests). Data analysis techniques are carried out descriptively and inferentially. Results: (1) There is a direct and significant influence of nutritional status on learning outcomes in students at SD Negeri 3 Muaro, Sijunjung Regency. (2) There is a direct influence of physical fitness on learning outcomes in students. (3) There is a direct influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes in students. (4) There is an indirect influence of nutritional status on learning outcomes through student learning motivation. (5) There is an indirect influence of physical fitness on learning outcomes through student learning motivation. (6) There is a significant influence between nutritional status, physical fitness and simultaneous learning motivation on student learning outcomes. Conclusions there is a significant influence between nutritional status, physical fitness and learning motivation on learning outcomes of sports and health physical education.

Abstract

Cedera dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kondisi psikis, fisik dan bahkan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memotret penelitian cedera dalam Pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan analisis konten (content analysis) terhadap sejumlah artikel yang terdapat pada data base Science and Technology Index (SINTA) yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2014 hingga 2021 dengan fokus kajian utama adalah tentang cedera dalam dunia pendidikan. Jumlah artikel diperoleh total 27 dan kemudian menjadi 17 berdasarkan dari instrument yang digunakan.  Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah modifikasi pedoman analisis isi yang memuat aspek-aspek terkait 1) jumlah publikasi, 2) jenis penelitian, 3) subjek penelitian, 4) insntrumen penelitian dan 5) analisis data (Fauzi Pradipta, 2018). Studi saat ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam satu tahun terakhir, jumlah publikasi yang berfokus pada cedera dalam dunia pendidikan mengalami peningkatan. Survey merupakan desain penelitian yang dominan digunakan. Kelompok siswa paling banyak digunakan sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen yang paling banyak digunakan adalah pemberian test dengan metode analisis data secara diskriptif. Sehubungan dengan temuan penelitian ini, beberapa rekomendasi diajukan untuk penelitian dikemudian antara lain meningkatkan jumlah publikasi dengan topik cedera dalam dunia Pendidikan, pemilihan keberagaman jenis penelitian dan melakukan pemilihan teknik analisis data yang lebih tepat dengan menyertakan validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian serta perlu memperhatikan kode etik dan perilaku peneliti (KEKPP). Injuries could have bad impact on students’ psychological and physical condition and even their studying results. The study aimed at portraying the studies of the injuries at sport education in Indonesia. It used qualitative approach and content analysis of a number of articles in Science and Technology Index’s (SINTA’s) database published in the period of 2014-2022 and focused especially on the injuries in educational sphere. There were totally 27 articles and 17 articles based on the instruments they used. The instrument used in the study was modified following content analysis guideline that included the aspects of 1) the number of publications, 2) the types of studies, 3) the subjects of studies, 4) the instruments of studies, and 5) data analysis (Fauzi Pradipta, 2018). It found out that in the last year there was an increase in the number of the publications focusing on the injuries in educational sphere. Survey represented dominant study design. Group of students was the most common subjects of studies. The most common instrument was test with descriptive data analysis method. Concerning the findings of the study, some recommendation were made for future studies such as increasing the number of publications with the topic of the injuries in educational sphere, using more diverse types of studies and choosing more proper data analysis technique with study instrument validity and reliability and also complying with researchers’ ethical and behavioral codes (REBC).

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the perception of junior high school physical education teachers on obstacles and pedagogical competencies during online learning. Quantitative method supported with a survey approach were used in this research. The research data were analyzed using average value and standard deviation. The data were then compared using MANOVA. The results showed that junior high school physical education teachers perceived all possible obstacles to online learning. Based on the analysis of the average value using the Likert scale on the Google Form questionnaire, it can be ascertained that the highest rank is based on the obstacle factor, namely Absence of Real Time Feedback (M= 2.66; SD= 0.76); Motivation and Commitment (M= 2.46; SD= 0.78); Engaging Student (M= 2.46; SD= 0.70); Flexibility and Delivery Mode (M= 2.37; SD= 0.69); Lack of Feedbacks (M= 2.34; SD= 0.59).  Meanwhile, the results of research on pedagogical competencies showed that in general, physical education teachers in junior high schools had good perceptions of all pedagogical competencies. The MANOVA results showed that there was no significant difference between gender, obstacles, and pedagogical competences of physical education teacher during online learning. The findings categorize the top three barriers perceived by physical education teachers: absence of real time feedback, motivation and commitment, and engaging student. The results of the demographic analysis on gender showed that there were no significant differences between technological factor, individual factor, pedagogical factor, and enabling conditions.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the frequency and types of bullying behavior in physical education learning in elementary schools. The main focus is understanding the prevalence and types of bullying behavior (physical, verbal, social, and cyberbullying) and their impact on students in the physical education context. This research uses a survey method with an observational design by implementing part of the TGT learning model, namely group tournaments for its implementation. The research population was grade 4 students at elementary schools in Karang Mekar District, Banjarmasin City. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The main instrument is an observation sheet that includes the frequency of bullying incidents and types of bullying behavior. Data was collected by two independent observers filling in observation sheets and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques with SPSS. The results indicate that in Sample 1, the highest average bullying behaviors were teasing (1.18) and cynical stares (1.05). In Sample 2, teasing also recorded the highest average (1.33), followed by pushing (0.93). Meanwhile, in Sample 3, the average occurrences were lower, with teasing having the highest average (0.48). Overall, the frequency of bullying behavior varied across schools, with teasing and cynical stares being the most common behaviors. This research reveals that bullying behavior in physical education learning varies depending on the school and the indicators studied. Results demonstrate the importance of effectively monitoring and managing bullying behavior to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
