Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran direct teaching terhadap hasil keterampilan passing dalam permainan sepak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest post-test, populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola dengan jumlah 27 siswa, sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling atau seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola  di SMP Angkasa Lanud Sulaiman. Dari hasil penghitungan terlihat bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata antara pretest dan posttest secara signifikan terhadap kelompok eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran direct teaching, dimana didapat nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 10.4815 dan nilai rata-rata post-test 14.8519 terhadap keterampilan passing dalam permainan sepak bola. Hasil perhitungan t perbandingan perbedaan hasil pembelajaran dengan nilai t hitung 13.257 lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel dengan nilai signifikansi 0,05 sebesar 1,70562. Dengan demikian hipotesis (Ho) ditolak dan (H1) diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: model pembelajaran direct teaching efektif digunakan untuk memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing dalam permainan sepak bola.Abstract: The study aims to measure the effectiveness of the application of the direct teaching-learning model on the results of passing skills in football games. This study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest post-test design, the population used in this study is students who participate in football extracurriculars with a total of 27 students, the sample used is total sampling or all students who participate in football extracurriculars at SMP Angkasa Lanud Sulaiman. The result showed that there is a significant difference between the pretest and post-test for the experimental group using the direct teaching-learning model, where the average score of the pretest is 10.4815 and the average score of the post-test is 14.8519 for passing skills in the game of soccer. The results of the t-calculation of the difference in learning outcomes with a t-value of 13.257 were higher than the t-value of the table with a significance value of 0.05 of 1.70562. Thus, the hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (H1) is accepted, it can be concluded that: the direct teaching-learning model is effectively used to influence passing skills in football games.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa prodi PJKR FIKK UNY Angkatan 2018 terhadap profesi guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PJKR FIK UNY Angkatan 2018 terhadap profesi guru dengan jumlah 185 mahasiswa. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 146 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan syarat mahasiswa aktif PJKR FIK UNY Angkatan 2018 dan mengisi pada waktu yang ditentukan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga indikator untuk mengukur variabel minat yaitu indikator kognisi, emosi, dan konasi. Validasi instrument menggunakan validasi ahli dan validasi empiris menggunakan rumus product moment. Sedangkan uji uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik cornbach alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deksriptif, yaitu mencari nilai distribusi frekuensi dan nilai variabel minat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa PJKR FIKK UNY memiliki minat terhadap profesi guru sebesar 82,05% atau berada pada kategori tinggi.Abstract: This study aims to determine the interest of PJKR FIKK UNY Class of 2018 students in the teaching profession. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with survey method. The population of this study were PJKR FIK UNY Class of 2018 students towards the teaching profession with a total of 185 students. The sample obtained was 146 respondents, sampling with purposive sampling technique with the condition that active students of PJKR FIK UNY Class of 2018 and filling in at the specified time. The instrument used to collect data uses a questionnaire. This study uses three indicators to measure interest variables, namely indicators of cognition, emotion, and conation. Instrument validation uses expert validation and empirical validation using the product moment formula. While the reliability test uses the cornbach alpha technique. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, namely finding the frequency distribution value and the value of the interest variable. The results showed that PJKR FIKK UNY students had an interest in the teaching profession of 82.05% or in the high category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola hidup sehat dengan berolahraga lari dari peserta lomba lari yang diadakan oleh UNY. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan instrumen angket kuesioner dengan total 7 indikator, dan subjek penelitian berjumlah 586 orang dari dua event lari jalanan yang diadakan oleh UNY. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari tujuh indikator terdapat data tertinggi dari masing-masing indikator sebagai berikut (1) riwayat kesehatan memperoleh kategori positif dengan persentase 80%, (2) riwayat tentang olahraga lari mendapatkan kategori rendah dengan persentase 48%, (3) riwayat keikutsertaan event lari jalanan juga mendapatkan kategori rendah dengan persetase hasil 45%, (4) tujuan mengikuti event mayoritas pada reward medali yaitu sebanyak 40%, (5) manfaat olahraga lari mayoritas peserta memperoleh manfaat kesehatan sebanyak 52%, dan (6) kesulitan dari olahraga lari terletak pada teknik berlari yang sesuai dengan persentase 48%. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi data pedoman bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk mengkaji olahraga lari jalanan dengan lebih mendalam. Abstract: The aim of the research is to find out how to live a healthy lifestyle by running from participants in running competitions held by UNY. The type of research used was descriptive quantitative, using a questionnaire instrument with a total of 7 indicators, and research subjects totaling 586 people from two street running events held by UNY. The research results obtained from the seven indicators showed the highest data for each indicator as follows (1) health history was in the positive category with a percentage of 80%, (2) history of running sports was in the low category with a percentage of 48%, (3) participation history street running events also received a low category with a percentage of results of 45%, (4) the aim of participating in the event was that the majority of the medal rewards were 40%, (5) the benefits of running were that the majority of participants obtained health benefits of 52%, and (6) the difficulty of the sport running lies in appropriate running technique with a percentage of 48%. It is hoped that these results can serve as guiding data for future researchers to study road running in more depth.

Abstract

Physical education and sports in elementary schools have a central role in the growth and development of students in preparing themselves to face the future. One of the tasks and functions of physical education is to develop the quality and quantity of students' basic movements. This can be developed through traditional game-based learning methods. This research aimed to produce basic locomotor movements through a traditional game-based learning model for students at the elementary school level and to determine the feasibility and practicality of the game model developed to improve basic locomotor movements and cooperation for lower grade elementary school students. This research used the research and development model based on Traditional Games. The research subjects were teachers and students at the elementary school level. The data collection instruments used were observations, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that the simple game-based PJOK learning model developed was valid and reliable, so that the product is suitable for use in the learning model. Based on the results of teacher and student assessments, it shows that the simple game-based PJOK learning model which was developed to improve locomotor movement and overall cooperation is stated to be very good. It can be concluded that this is a game model that can be used to develop locomotor movement and cooperation skills for elementary school level students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah alat tes vertical jump berbasis digital efektif digunakan untuk pengukuran power pada pelatih dan atlet PB Pusri Palembang dan Ranau Gymnastic Club. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan angket dan tes vertical jump menggunakan alat vertical jump berbasis digital. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah presentase error secara perhitungan manual. Selanjutnya, mengambil kesimpulan dari tes dengan menggunakan uji presentase error secara digital dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih dan atlet Pengurus Besar Pusri Palembang dan Ranau Gymnastic Club. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 22 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didapatkan nilai keefektifan sebesar 96,16% dan hasil analisis angket menyatakan alat tes vertical jump layak untuk digunakan dengan hasil analisis angket pada atlet PB Pusri Palembang sebesar 96,75%, hasil analisis angket pada atlet Ranau Gymnastic Club sebesar 97%, sedangkan hasil analisis angket pada pelatih PB Pusri Palembang dan Ranau Gymnastic Club sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat vertical jump berbasis digital ini efektif digunakan untuk mengukur power pada pelatih dan atlet PB Pusri Palembang dan Ranau Gymnastic Club. Abstract: This research aims to find out whether a digital-based vertical jump test tool is effective for measuring power in coaches and athletes at PB Pusri Palembang and Ranau Gymnastics Club. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research method, using a questionnaire and a vertical jump test using a digital-based vertical jump tool. The data analysis used is the percentage error using manual calculations. Next, draw conclusions from the test using a digital error percentage test and draw conclusions. The research subjects in this study were coaches and athletes from the Pusri Palembang Executive Board and the Ranau Gymnastic Club. The research subjects were 22 people. The results of the research showed that the effectiveness value was 96.16% and the results of the questionnaire analysis stated that the vertical jump test tool was suitable for use with the results of the questionnaire analysis on PB Pusri Palembang athletes being 96.75%, the results of the questionnaire analysis on Ranau Gymnastic Club athletes being 97% , while the results of the questionnaire analysis for PB Pusri Palembang and Ranau Gymnastic Club coaches were 100%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this digital-based vertical jump tool is effectively used to measure power in PB Pusri Palembang and Ranau Gymnastic Club coaches and athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the physical fitness level of students in special sport class program in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study used a descriptive research approach and a cross-sectional study design. The sample size of this study consisted of 128 students. This study used a purposive sampling technique to select participants. This study used the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test, explicitly designed for individuals aged 16 to 19, as a measurement tool. The results showed that 29 students (22.6%) were in "Very Good" physical fitness category, 36 students (28.2%) were in the "Good" physical fitness category, 51 students (39.9%) were in "Moderate" physical fitness category, 12 students (9.3%) were included in "Poor" category, and none of the students (0.0%) represented "Very Poor" category. Based on the study results, the physical fitness level of students in Special Sport Class in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is in the "Moderate" category. Therefore, improving students' physical fitness is essential to achieve better physical well-being.

Abstract

Implementasi aktivitas fisik di taman kanak-kanak Kabupaten Cilacap menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan survei cross-sectional digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 56 guru dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 30 item dengan 3 domain. Koefisien validitas instrumen sebesar 0,729 sedangkan reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0,980 yang menunjukkan bahwa kuesioner tersebut valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aktivitas fisik berada pada kategori "sangat tidak sesuai" sebesar 0%, kategori "tidak sesuai" sebesar 41,07%, kategori "cukup sesuai" sebesar 25,00%, kategori "sesuai" sebesar 30,36%, dan kategori "sangat sesuai" sebesar 3,57%. Implementasi aktivitas fisik yang kurang seusai di taman kanak-kanak memberikan hasil yang paling besar yaitu 41,07%. Oleh karena itu, sekolah taman kanak-kanak harus lebih banyak memasukkan aktivitas fisik untuk mendorong perkembangan anak. Abstract: Physical activity implementation in Cilacap Regency kindergartens is the focus of this study with used a quantitative method. Approach cross-sectional survey is used for data collected. This research sampled 56 teachers who were determined using a simple random sampling. The instrument used in the data collection process was a questionnaire with a total of 30 items divided into three domain. Instrument validity coefficients of 0.729 and instrument reliability 0.980 indicate that the questionnaire is valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used in this study was percentage data analysis. The result showed that the implementation of physical activity was in the "very inappropriate" category at 0%, the "inappropriate" category at 41.07%, the "quite appropriate" category at 25.00%, the "appropriate" category at 30.36%, and the "very appropriate" category at 3.57%. Implementation physical activity in kindergarten had the greatest results, 41.07%. Thus, kindergartens must incorporate more physical activity to foster children's development.

Abstract

Munculnya Covid-19 di dunia telah menghancurkan sendi-sendi kehidupan manusia di berbagai sektor, baik sektor ekonomi, industri, trasportasi, pariwisata, perhotelan, dan juga pendidikan. Covid-19 telah merubah paradigma pendidikan dengan sangat cepat yang semula harus dilaksanakan secara online dan tatap muka, menjadi full online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengungkap penilaian mahasiswa terhadap proses pelaksanaan Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Dalam Jabatan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta yang dilaksanakan secara full daring. Penilaian yang dimaksud terdiri atas kualitas layanan 1) manajemen, 2) dosen, 3) guru pamong, 4) admin LMS, 5) sistem LMS, dan 6) materi/modul. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan prosentase. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan skala Likert dengan kategori Sangat Bagus (5); Bagus (4); Cukup (3); Kurang (2); Sangat Kurang (1). Populasi adalah mahasiswa PPG dalam jabatan angkatan satu sampai empat periode tahun 2022 yang berjumlah 3.006 dari jenjang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, Sekolah Menengah Atas, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, dan Sekolah Luar Biasa yang tersebar di 34 propinsi seluruh Indonesia. Dari total populasi yang menjawab angket 1.807 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap responden, secara garis besar disampaikan dengan prosentase tertinggi pada tiap aspek, diantaranya; 1) manajemen layanan kategori sangat bagus 70.42%, 2) Dosen kategori sangat bagus 72.9%, 3) Guru Pamong kategori sangat bagus 69.13%, 4) Admin LMS kategori sangat bagus 78.12%, 5) Sistem LMS kategori sangat bagus 73.38%, 6) Materi/Modul kategori sangat bagus 71.13%. Dengan demikian secara garis besar proses pelaksanaan program pendidikan profesi guru di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta dapat dikatakan sangat bagus. Abstract: The emergence of Covid-19 in the world has destroyed the foundations of human life in various sectors, including the economic, industrial, transportation, tourism, hospitality and education sectors. Covid-19 has changed the education paradigm very quickly, which previously had to be carried out online and face to face, to become fully online. The aim of this research is to reveal students' assessments of the process of implementing Professional Teacher Education (PPG) at Yogyakarta State University which is carried out fully online. The assessment in question consists of the service quality of 1) management, 2) lecturers, 3) tutors, 4) LMS admin, 5) LMS system, and 6) materials/modules. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with percentages. The instrument used uses a Likert scale with categories Very Good (5); Good (4); Enough (3); Less (2); Very Poor (1). The population is PPG students in classes one to four for the 2022 period, totaling 3,006 from the Early Childhood Education, Elementary School, Middle School, High School, Vocational High School and Special School levels spread across 34 provinces throughout Indonesia. Of the total population who answered the questionnaire, 1,807 respondents. Based on the results of research on respondents, in general, the highest percentages were conveyed in each aspect, including; 1) service management in very good category 70.42%, 2) Lecturers in very good category 72.9%, 3) Teachers in very good category 69.13%, 4) LMS Admin in very good category 78.12%, 5) LMS system in very good category 73.38%, 6) Very good category material/module 71.13%. Thus, in general, the process of implementing the teacher professional education program at Yogyakarta State University can be said to be very good.

Abstract

Permainan tradisional potensial untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional dalam membentuk karakter kerja sama, percaya diri dan disiplin peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik fase A di Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan yang berjumlah 150 peserta didik. Sampel berjumlah 75 peserta didik yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk mengukur karakter siswa dengan menggunakan instrument lembar amatan [Validasi Aiken V: 0,9427, reliabilitas nilai Alpha Cronbach's 0.813]. Teknik analisis data menggunakan skala Gutmann. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat diketahui bahwa implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional dalam membentuk karakter kerja sama, percaya diri dan disiplin peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan masing-masing indikator dijelaskan secara rinci sebagai berikut: (1) Indikator kerja sama menunjukkan skor rata-rata 8,5 (85%) pada kategori "cukup baik", (2) indikator percaya diri menunjukkan skor rata-rata 6,8 (63%) pada kategori "cukup baik". (3) indikator disiplin menunjukkan skor rata-rata 6,8 (56%) pada kategori "cukup baik". sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional dapat membentuk karakter peserta didik sekolah dasar Eksperimental Mangunan dengan cukup baik. Abstract: Traditional games potential to shape a student's character. The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of physical education learning based on traditional games in forming the characters of cooperation, confidence, and discipline among students at Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with an observation method. The population in this study consists of phase A students at Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan, totaling 150 students. A sample of 75 students was taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The data collection technique to measure student character used observation sheets [Aiken's V Validation: 0.9427, Cronbach's Alpha reliability: 0.813]. The data analysis technique used the Gutmann scale. Based on the data analysis results, it can be seen that the implementation of physical education learning based on traditional games in forming the characters of cooperation, confidence, and discipline among students at Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan is detailed as follows: the cooperation indicator shows an average score of 8.5 (85%) in the "fairly good" category, the confidence indicator shows an average score of 6.8(63%)  in the "fairly good" category, and the discipline indicator shows an average score of 6.8 (56%) in the "fairly good" category. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of physical education learning based on traditional games can fairly well shape the character of students at Sekolah Dasar Eksperimental Mangunan.

Abstract

Smash is a component and determinant in the game of takraw. One of the most anticipated smashes performed during the takraw game is smash kedeng because in his behavior he always shows acrobatics that attracts the attention of the audience. This study aims to how the knee tuck jump and jump to box exercises to increase the accuracy of the smash kedeng sepak takraw in terms of leg muscle strength. This research using experimental research with quasi-experimental. The research population consisted of 70 physical education students at Pattimura University. The sample withdrawal was carried out using a purposive technique so that the sample used was 35 people. The data were analyzed statistically using the SPSS 23 application with two-way ANOVA.  The results obtained in the study were a significance value of p is 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence between the training method ((knee tuck jump and jump to box) and leg muscle strength (high and low) the accuracy of the Kedeng Sepak Takraw smash has been proven. The conclusion of the research results revealed that the muscle power of the training program affected the results of accuracy or precision in the takraw game. The existence of this research is expected to be a reference for training training leg muscle strength in order to improve the accuracy of the kedeng sepak takraw smash.
