Abstract

Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada penjabaran pekerjaan guru dalam transfer pengetahuan ke peserta didik dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan tanggung jawab guru sebagai pengajar dengan menggunakan kualifikasi kurikulum kejuruan serta melakukan pembinaan kepribadian dan pembentukan watak siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peringkat penilaian guru dalam transfer pengetahuan yang menjabarkan job description guru yang akan dijadikan tindak lanjut bagi guru lain untuk menerapkan standar kompetensi guru yang perlu disiapkan dalam mengajar dan dibina agar mencapai keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner dengan google form. Teknik analisis data adalah statistic deskriptif yang  mendeskripsikan fenomena yang diteliti dalam bentuk table, grafik, tendensi sentraldan variabilitas (ukuran penyebaran/standar deviasi terhadap data rata-rata).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru dalam deskripsi pekerjaannya melalui transfer pengetahuan berada diantara nilai mean dan standar deviasi dengan kategori sedang. Hasil ini memberikan interpretasi data mengenai peringkat penilaian guru dalam transfer pengetahuan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualifikasinya sebagai guru agar memperoleh kualfikasi professional yang sesuai dan menunjukkan antusiasme dalam tugas mengajar di sekolah.

Abstract

Research problem formulation is how to develop career information services in high school to improve high school students' understanding of careers. Research Objectives include: (1) knowing career information services that have been carried out in high school; (2) describes the advantages and disadvantages of career information services in high school; (3) developing ICT-based career information service models for high school students. The research was designed based on the objectives to be achieved, the approach used to use the method of "research and development" (R&D) by following the pattern of stages of Borg and Gall research (2003). The trial was summarized into 3 main stages namely introduction, development and testing. The research trial was conducted in Salatiga with the research subjects being high school students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. R & D results obtained by factual models, design models, and the final model is given the name of ICT-Based Career Information Service Management Model for High School Students. The name of the career information service program on the website is http //: tesbakat.top which contains: (1) self-exploration of interest and personality tests; (2) lecture exploration; (3) career exploration; (4) evaluation and self-reflection. The model is already suitable to use. Evidenced by the development of ICT-based career information management service management models can improve the career understanding of high school students.

Abstract

Career adaptability as a construct that can predict career development shows flexibility or desire to fulfill career tasks. This study aims to find out how the general description of the career adaptability profile for Guidance and Counseling study program students at Lambung Mangkurat University class of 2016. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The number of students in the study who became the research subjects was 72 in the BK FKIP ULM Banjarmasin Study Program. The topics in this study used saturated sampling. Data collection uses scale the career adaptability instrument from Sarvick. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study show that 29% of students in the Guidance and Counseling Study Program FKIP ULM are in the category of the strongest career adaptability, 65% in the very strong category, 6% in the strong category, and 0% in the rather strong and not strong category. The results of this study also found that the category of very strong career adaptability in male students was higher than in female students.

Abstract

The research base on the education system's phenomenon in Indonesia implements full-day school, which triggers academic stress experienced by students in schools, particularly in Central Kalimantan. This study aimed to get empirical data on a significant effect of a full-day school on academic stress. Statistical data analysis in this study using simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 53 students who were taken by purposive sampling. The Likert scale uses as an instrument for collecting data related to academic stress. The full-day school does not affect students' academic stress. Evidenced by the results of the Pearson analysis, which shows that the value of the t count is 0.379 while the value of the T table is 0.679. Pearson analysis shows that T count is less than T table so that it can see that there is no relationship between full-day school and student academic stress. The results of the study indicate that the school can still carry out full day learning for its students but still pay attention to psychological conditions so that learning outcomes remain quality. the school needs to develop special policies related to full day school so that learning is carried out in accordance with the flow of the existing education system.

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of "effective discussion techniques in group guidance to help students’ career planning". This experimental research used the one group pretest – posttest model. A total of 10 participants were selected using purposive sampling based on certain considerations. The career planning instrument with 25 statement items was used to collect data from each participant. The validity and reliability of the instrument were ensured using the construct validity test with the supervisor. The study was conducted in 3 meetings, while the analysis was carried out using paired samples test. The average posttest score is greater than the pretest score and the results show that there is a significant difference in the attitude of students toward career planning before and after participating in group guidance with discussion techniques. Hence, it can be concluded that effective discussion techniques are effective to improve students’ attitude toward career planning.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep diri negative anak dari orang tua yang bercerai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan konseling individual dengan pendekatan person centered untuk mengatasi konsep diri pada anak orang tua bercerai. Jenis penelitian iniadalah eksperimen one group design pre test dan post test, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan product moment. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua orang siswa kelas XI SMK Taruna Bhakti Depok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konsep diri dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan konsep diri terhadap siswa yang diberi layanan konseling individual dengan pendekatan person centered dalam mengatasi konsep diri anak dari orang tua bercerai. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan kedua subjek setelah pelaksanaan konseling.  Dapat disimpulkan bahwa  konseling individual dengan pendekatan person centered efektif digunakan dalam dalam mengatasi konsep diri anak dari orang tua bercerai.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of Islamic education with the paradigm of liberation and educating in the Quran. Islam which is based on the Quran has verses relating to education and the spirit of liberation. In addition to explaining universal principles, the Quran also presents historical figures as lessons. In general, Islamic education idealizes the birth of educational output that frees itself from the lusts that pollute the soul and frees its people from various kinds of social problems, such as injustice, economic inequality, discrimination and oppression. This type of research is library research. The approach used is an educational approach. His analytical theory uses hermeneutics and liberation education. The findings of this study: first, the verses of the Quran can be grouped into; verses of education and verses of liberation education. Second, Islamic education with a liberation paradigm must be in the form of practice, with a real social contribution; besides that it must also be based on the value of devotion and worship. This research contributes to the study of the interpretation of the Quran as well as the discipline of Islamic education, by presenting the category of verses of the Quran about education with a liberation paradigm.

Abstract

The research is aimed to analyse character education content and the factors that led to the similarities and differences in character education content of Indonesian history textbooks of Grade XI students based on 2013 curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Erlangga. Problems in this research were examined using a descriptive qualitative research with content analysis method. Results of the study show that textbooks issued by Ministry of Education and Erlangga contain the character values that are in the National Character Education and PPK. Ministry of Education’s textbook has four dominant character values, namely a sense of wonder, nationalism, being independent, and religiousity. While character values in Erlangga textbook is more dominant on the following values: fond of reading, a sense of wonder, nationalism, and integrity. The textbooks issued by Ministry of Education and Erlangga both have such character values because they referred to the 2013 Curriculum, which emphasizes the development of individuals’ characteristic. The factors that caused the difference in the contents of character values in the both of these textbooks are the approach and the material’s form of delivery. The Ministry of Education and Culture's textbook used a regressive approach while Erlangga’s textbook used the narrative approach.Each book raises the character value with different forms of delivery, either directly or directly. The content of character values in these textbooks are expected to be sources of character growth for students and to help them play a role in efforts to develop character education in history studies.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of psychological capital (PsyCap) on teachers' organizational commitment, mediated by interpersonal communication. The research data was collected by the questionnaire: PsyCap, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment in a Likert scale model through the survey methods toward 303 teachers of State Junior High School in Indonesia. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational. The results show that PsyCap affects teachers' organizational commitment through interpersonal communication. Thus, the teachers' organizational commitment can improve through PsyCap and interpersonal communication. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of teachers' organizational commitment in various contexts in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai agama guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah berbasis Islam di Yogyakarta dan dinamika penerapan nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam konseling kelompok yang dilakukan oleh Konselor Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru koordinator Konselor, Konselor Sekolah serta para guru yang terlibat langsung dalam membimbing siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling menyatakan bahwa wawasan keagamaan Islam sangat penting dan sangat membantu dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi siswa. Kegiatan peningkatan wawasan keagamaan Islam yang diadakan sekolah secara rutin sangat bermanfaat untuk memperkaya keberagaman guru dengan nilai-nilai agama yang berbeda. Nilai - nilai religiusitas Islam diimplementasikan dalam konseling kelompok dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai religiusitas Islam selama proses bimbingan kelompok dan dalam isi materi yang disajikan. Juga, konseling kelompok dimaksudkan untuk pemecahan masalah.
